Oh boy... If you hate Jill and Luann, then I have a feeling your opinion of Kelly will change. Kelly is probably one of the least likeable housewives in history. She's probably the worst.

Just saw the previews though for next week. Looks like I'll watch since its the fight episode. Surprised its so early in the season! It's Mariah and Toya, which surprises me.

I know... I'm not feeling it tonight. The show seems way too disjointed with the types of ladies and their drama. I feel like Quad, Mariah, and Kari are trying way too hard to be another housewife series, but it's not genuine. Quad is funny but she's too good and ghetto for this type of show. And the two doctors just seem way out of place here.

Brandi also had the advantage of being in the press about her participation in the series during filming (before it aired). I can't think of any other 'friend' having that much press before airing. Dana, Marisa, nor Faye have had that much press before airing.

Did Taylor even speak at this season's reunion??? I watched Part 2 last night and that's the quietest I've ever seen a housewife in any reunion. Very odd - something is up. She's either over it, or very embarrassed watching herself be drunk all the time (which is her main go-to for drama). Also, I just LOVE the OC - so happy it's back! I just love my original girls. The Vicki/Brooks/Briana drama last season was SO good and I can't wait to see more this season. Vicki is just so fun to watch for me - I don't always agree with her (in fact I think she's so hypocritical), but for whatever reason I can't get enough of her. I also would have given my man [!@#$%^&*] if he kept insisting on ordering onion rings for my Clambake. Onion rings do NOT go with lobsters and clams. Heather didn't overreact in my opinion. Also, we see more affection between the two of them than we ever did with Paul/Adrienne. But I do see the bickering - I hope they don't always rely on that for their personal screentime at home. I liked Alexis's new haircut - she looked gorgeous in her interview/talking heads.

I watched last night and I liked it... the first episode definitely tried too hard (Mariah/Quad), but I think the second episode was better. I like the Doctors a lot. Mariah seems smart - she knows how to play both sides and make the producers happy. She's not too hood like Quad - I think she knows how to play for the cameras just enough. Quad is funny, but I think she's too much too. She reminds me of a mix between Marlo (Atlanta) and New York (from VH1 shows). And Toya looks like a black Sammi from Jersey Shore (seriously, look at the dead eyes and lazy face).

Nene was hating on Phaedra since Phaedra's first season (Season 3). Remember, Nene came up with 'Fake-dra'. Didn't they both come from the same small hometown in Macon? Or something like that... I haven't seen those two really come together since then... and the current reunion promos show Nene going after Phaedra even more. So not sure they are close. BTW - Kandi said that Kordell filed for divorce the week after the reunion... and in the reunion, Porsha was spewing all this wonderful stuff about her marriage and Kordell. What a crazy turn of events.. which is why I'm sure Bravo had to quickly change the update lines in the finale for Porsha. That was literally the most recent update for her, and they weren't sure what else to put!

Awww! Y'all are so mean to Kathy. I agree about Ritchie though - he's desparate and his comments last season were nasty. I liked him on their first season though. The kids are awesome though - I cried when they went through Victoria's struggles and childhood story. Kathy's job is to be in Teresa's business and continue this family storyline. I doubt she went to Bravo trolling for a job (like Melissa). I'm sure Bravo wanted more from Teresa's family (since that's the theme of this series)... and they found Kathy that was close enough in location and was actually a housewife. Rosie got popular (especially with Andy), so they're keeping Kathy in. Simple. If they keep her in, she has to be involved and do something. I think it shows just how nice and wonderful Kathy really is when we see her try to create drama - bc it's a tad awkward and she's not used to really doing that stuff in the 'real life'. Plus - I'm 100% behind her on the canoli/dessert thing. Her remark was not an attack, and I bet you anything her desserts (and her mother's desserts) are FAR superior to Teresa's. I can't wait to catch up on my ladies this weekend! I have a reunion, a finale, and a premiere all waiting for me on my DVR!

I'm with you on the Kathy love - you aren't alone! I don't get the Kathy-hate. Sure, she is quiet and probably a little more 'boring' when compared to other housewives (especially on NJ)... but she is so harmless and such a sweet lady. She's a WONDERFUL mother and I love her spirit. I don't get why people trash her so much. 'Boring' isn't a good reason to throw so much shade and so many insults at her.

Here's my theory on the NYC delays... The first two (or three) seasons were filmed mostly during the summertime, and there were several episodes in The Hamptons. Seasons 4 and 5 were filmed opposite of that during the holidays and wintertime. I bet you anything that 1) Bravo wants to go back to the summer and The Hamptons to further the posh/rich portrayal of this series (to align with BH; the goal of last season) 2) the ladies still have school children and have school obligations during the winter, which limits filming or at least makes scheduling harder in a city like NYC (the other series are all filmed in suburbs, which makes it way easier to deal with) 3) their real job work schedules are more demanding during this timeframe and 4) it's cold and dark most nights in NYC and filming isn't as desirable. That's my guess. You know they'll do another NYC season, and just a couple of weeks ago Andy read a tweet on WWHL from Ramona, which means they aren't dead like DC. He said she was one of his fav housewives, and I just can't imagine he'd let Ramona or NYC go. I'm pretty excited though - I love NYC and miss them already! I loved last season and the new girls just as much.

Yeah! I'm interested in seeing what happens... will she just be introduced late, like Porsha... or was she cut last minute like Fernanda, Season 6? Just caught up on Atlanta and BH --- LOVED them both - love Paris and Hollywood (my stomping grounds). 3 hours is too late for a dinner party, IMO, but if you still have guests in the house, then you're doing it for show. Marissa was supposed to be on this Paris trip. Had she actually gone, it would be very interesting to see her role. It's a 3 episode trip, so I wonder if this would have put her to Housewife status and Taylor would have been dropped? Adrienne and Taylor were both missing from this trip, and I didn't miss them a bit. Anyone taking bets on couch placement spots for BH reunion? I'm guessing Kyle and Lisa have the prime seats next to Andy. I'm guessing Kim and Brandi have the middle seats, and Yolanda and Taylor have the ends. Lisa, Brandi, and Yolanda are together; while Kyle, Kim, and Taylor are together.

YIKES @ Lisa! I knew it! With just the OC airing, I knew they had to air at least a RH spin-off. Bravo hasn't gone without at least two RH shows airing for quite a long time now. Has anyone seen the previews to that new Bravo show, Married to Medicine? It's taking over Atlanta's spot on Sunday nights... and it looks to be a doozy. OC: The are running a new 15-second teaser promo on Bravo for the new season. Interesting to note that the new housewife isn't featured, and they have removed her from the title card/ending shot of the commercial where the ladies are standing/posing and they run the premiere date along the bottom. I wonder if they are dropping her to Friend of Housewife status sort of like what they did to Fernanda at the last minute for Season 6? I know the buzz hasn't been good initially, as most are calling her ditzy and a horrible addition (like Portia or another Alexis).

That last part is interesting though - bc Bravo let her do Skating with the Stars, which is basically the same thing (but not as popular). Was that on ABC or FOX? Most of Bethenny Ever After's second season (or was it third?) was showing her getting ready for the show, etc. Also, didn't the Richards sisters just do the diving show - although that was NBC, right? And NBC owns Bravo, so it makes sense.
