    Nice.
  2. They'll fold by noon. Mika Brzezinski is all but crying narrating Joe Biden's life story on MSNBC. It's a bit remarkable.
  3. Morning Joe, of all shows, now saying it turns out "the polls weren't totally wrong" and this truly is a repudiation of Trumpism. Yeah, @Khan what's up
  4. What I'm sure will be a controversial thread. marceline, don't kick me. My lukewarm take: She's right about these campaign issues, but we don't need to do this mess in public right now. It just gives the center-right Beltway media more room to focus on their favorite narrative, Dems in disarray. I'd prefer we autopsy it in private and then talk openly in public about that conversation. The moderate wing, while often too gunshy to me, is absolutely right that certain words and messaging on progressive initiatives have to change or we're never going to sell them for at least another generation or two. For example: We absolutely need to reform law enforcement and de-militarize and disempower these thugs. But while it's real cute on twitter, we can't just keep going around saying 'defund the police' to appeal to just the very online kids, because spooked red and purple state voters see that shít and have a vision of an Old West sheriff's office emptied out with the wooden sign flapping in the breeze and the jail doors open. And that's not even getting into talking about socialism. Forget it. These folks need to get off Twitter, get together in a room, throw down, then pose together all smiles in the Capitol in a week or two like AOC and Omar did with Pelosi last cycle. That's the way to start on all this. She's right about those specific issues re: this cycle IMO but this is the wrong forum to say it. Meanwhile: Abrams' operation is already back to work:
  5. Took 'em long enough.
  6. It isn't really a factor with the COVID lockdown and my specific work industry being almost utterly paralyzed atm, but working largely from home has never been more convenient. Five years later:
  7. Oh, that up there is one for @Khan.
  8. I told y'all.
  9. North Carolina and Alaska as well, neither likely for Biden but not needed. Meanwhile: Trump's GA lead down to 463.
  10. He's about to take it, and he'll have PA before GA is called. This is going to be called by morning.
  11. This account is giving me such sustenance. And for those who, like me, strongly felt that all that Paula White clip needed was a backbeat:
  12. Tonight. LOL, good for him.
  13. Brian Williams: "Under a provision of the Geneva Convention, Steve Kornacki has a mandatory rest period" We give Brian a lot of stick and I know why and agree with a lot of it, but his wit in times like these is still winning to me.
