Not a beef... an affair. Jeanne said Beau was the love of her life! But she felt she was too old for him.

Muhney was alleged to have groped Hunter King. There was also some petty drama between him and Eric Braeden, like parking in Braeden's spot and stuff like that.

OMG…I never knew Jeanne and Beau had an affair!! I’m literally shocked lol.

Yeah I thought it was something involving harassment. I didn’t know about the drama between he and Eric, though.

    Jeanne Cooper & Beau Kayzer

Melody Thomas having a baby with the makeup artist then marrying Ed Scott

    Michael Muhney

Scientology drama between Michael Fairman (Murphy) and Michelle Stafford but I don't remember details

Oh wow…what was the beef between Jeanne and Beau??? I’d never heard of this.

And remind me again what MM did??? Wasn’t it some sort of sexual harassment stuff?

  3. So aside from Brenda Dickson, Doug Davidson, Eric Braeden, Peter Bergman, and Victorian Rowell, were there any other actors/actresses that had behind the scenes drama whilst on the show??? Those are the only ones I know of myself.

I would love this! I think there's a good chance since they did Michael and even Esther. And they just did Sheila's.

I hope we can get something really new... not just the banana split and Sheila stuff. Maybe the scenes where Lauren's mother comes back and Lauren overhears her say she never wanted her. I don't think we have ever seen those. I would also like to see Lauren and Paul's wedding with Jazz as a witness (there was a very very brief clip of it in the 1986 German episodes). I would like to see more of Lauren bullying Traci which would most likely be put together with the scene of them making up. They should feature Brad - maybe the time she gave him a heart attack making love and then she had the catfight with Traci. Also want to see her featured as a businesswoman in her large office.

I feel like they would be likely to show more recent stuff that is more Michael-centric, which is fine since that stuff is almost 20 years old at this point, but I would love to see more rare stuff. The scenes with their confrontation over her affair with Carmine were really good.

I wonder if they would show the retcon of her being sisters with Jill. They completely ignored Nikki's retcon son Dylan in her episode, haha.

I think seeing Lauren’s very first appearance would be the rarest scene of them all since it hasn’t been shown in any flashbacks since it first aired. I wonder how they’d tie it in, since in her first episode, she’s actually a friend of Traci’s instead of a bully. She does, however, advise Traci to sleep with Danny if Traci plans on keeping him…so maybe they’d use that part. Y&R does have a habit of uploading small tribute vids on their social media pages and YouTube channel of character anniversaries that are celebrated, like Beth Maitland. They even showed some of her first episode in the tribute episode and in the YouTube mini-tribute. I’d also love more stuff we haven’t seen before. The JoAnna scene you mentioned would be perfect!! I’d like a nice scene of her and her dad in an early appearance of them. They definitely need to show some of her relationships with Paul. And yes, definitely more of her bullying Traci. I doubt they’ll use the sundae scene since it was already used in Beth’s episode. Maybe they’ll use the pool party scene we’ve seen before or something like that. I hope they don’t spend too much time on her and Michael, as the character has so much more history to be featured before she and Michael got together. They definitely need to show some farmhouse scenes with Sheila and Molly. We need Lauren in college and her dorm room scenes, too, with Traci and her friend Betsy. I hope they spend time on her and Danny’s relationship since that was her first love on the show.

Considering TB was one of Y&R's first acting Daytime Emmy winners, I say she deserves an anniversary episode.

Clips that should be shown: Lauren's first appearance, first meeting w/ Paul and their wedding, first fight w/ Traci, first scene w/ JoAnna, first scene running Fenmore's after her father's death.

Ohhh, I’d forgotten she won that!! And yes, I’d love to see all those clips!! Her first appearance is my most-wanted Lauren clip. I wanna see how they physically did-up the character. If they made her look prettier than Traci from the get go, or if they went easy on her appearance and made her look more like an every day college girl.

Would  they be prepared to show Paul?

It would be hard to do a Lauren tribute w/o him.

But maybe they could just do an episode where  it's Lauren's birthday . Micheal/Lauren are at Society and reminisce -flashbacks of their history. Jack and Traci stop by-cue flashbacks of her interactions with them.

So they could touch on some parts of Lauren/Tracey history w/o involving Paul.

There’s no way they could do a Lauren tribute episode and not show Paul!! I say if they can show Brenda Dickson scenes in the 1984 V&N wedding episode that aired as a classic a few years ago after how it ended between her and the show, then they can definitely feature Paul in a few scenes.

  5. Since next month (the 25th, to be exact) is Tracey Bregman’s 40th anniversary as Lauren on the show, do you guys predict they’ll do a tribute episode to her?? Do you think there’s enough material for one?? Do you think she deserves it??

I personally hope they do one and show her very first appearance with Beth Maitland during the episode and go through the journey of her character with Danny, Paul, Scott, and Michael as her leading men. Then they touch on her endless times of being antagonized by Sheila and her bullying of Traci. They should also touch on Shawn Garrett and how he tortured her as well. They, too, should touch on her relationships with her mother and father, and her close friendship with Katherine.

I believe if they did one for Beth, they should DEFINITELY do one for Lauren.

I’d love to know your thoughts on this.

This is from episode 1985. Videoland is currently at 1850. That means, with 2 episodes per day we will see the full episode in 14 weeks (3,5 months)

Could somebody please let me know when episode 1985 is uploaded from Videoland to the Vault?? I’d really appreciate it! 😁

Exactly. I think B&B going to YouTube probably was a labor of love by the likes of producer turned die-Hard B&B fans like Casey Kaspryz. I assume the buzz/ad revenue generated was much more than they anticipated, so that they now go for the full library going public

Ahhh I see. Well I guess we’ll have to count on the Y&R angels that are potentially out there to provide us with episodes from the early days (the first decade). Let’s hope there’s more to come in the future. 🤞🏾

I've heard that Sony asks for very high licensing fees for the foreign broadcasts, which is  why Y&R isn't in as many countries as B&B. I really doubt they would allow it to be streamed for free just for the ad revenue like B&B does (I'm shocked B&B even does that considering foreign companies like Videoland and Cala Classics are willing to pay). It sucks because you would think that Sony owning it would make it more likely for Y&R to get streamed somewhere since they have to make all kinds of streaming deals for their movies and shows which you would think would make this more of a possibility. I guess we just have to hope that Days eventually releases classic episodes on Peacock and it's successful enough for them to consider it for Y&R.

Ahhh. Very interesting information. I’m definitely not holding my breath for Sony to ever release the episodes in any capacity. That’s why I always hope and pray for a Y&R angel to appear in the form of a human and gift us with full episodes from the first decade of the show…especially the late 70’s and early 80’s because that’s the most sought after (well, at least for me LOL) era of the show. That’s probably our only hope of ever seeing those “lost era” episodes. It’s just finding those who have them, or them finding us.

  9. So tell me, do you all think that Y&R will ever get the treatment B&B is getting with them uploading the entire series (starting from episode 1) to Videoland and YouTube?? Also, why do you think they haven’t done it already??

The episode is already there in the Vault, a Cala Classic airing in great quality!

Thank you both, I greatly appreciate it! Could you two (or anyone else that may know) tell me what the episode numbers are for the following?

-1990: Caroline’s Leukemia storyline (from diagnosis to death)

-1991: the episodes involving Stephanie’s car accident and when she gets attacked by the pack of homeless people and Ruth comes to her rescue

-1992: Sheila’s “fantasy” episodes where Lauren comes to LA and she reveals herself to Lauren and Lauren ends up exposing her at a fashion show where Sheila is the showstopper

-1993: Lauren’s first “real” appearance where she and Sheila have a confrontation after Lauren tells Eric she wants to meet the new wife, and the dinner party afterwards where Lauren tells the Forresters she and Sheila knew each other before

-1993: The episodes involving Sheila and Eric’s wedding (all episodes involving Lauren and/or Sheila)

-1993: The Sheila/Eric/Lauren/Scott Catalina Island Trip episodes

-1994: Taylor and James trapped at Big Bear in the snowstorm

-1994: Taylor‘s “death” (from when she leaves on the flight to the funeral)

I haven’t kept track of this thread much over time, and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. 😁

  11. Has the episode been uploaded by Videoland when Sheila tells Mike the full story of what happened between she and Lauren at the farmhouse with Molly??? I remember the her scenes were uploaded to YouTube years ago and she was in a blue outfit and there were flashbacks of the farmhouse scenes. The background music was epic and the way they did the scenes was amazing! I can remember being around 10/11 years old watching it on YouTube and having chills from what I was seeing.

As I was typing this, I just found a video of what I’m talking about. Here it is!!

Maybe. I have had no problems with Chrome. What exactly are you doing and what happens?

When I go to download each video on my laptop, I click the three dots next to the title of the video and I click "download" and then it'll start downloading and then will either stop mid-download and say "failed" or it'll now most recently only download to a certain megabyte number and say "completed" when it hasn't downloaded all the way. It's highly frustrating.

I just tried downloading BnB 1773 from the Vault and it worked fine.  I'm on a Macbook.  The current Vault is still active and working until further notice. The only thing that has changed is that it's not possible to upload anything.

Maybe it’s the browser I’m using?? I’m using Mozilla Firefox.

@ltm1997as far as i know the Vault is curently under construction. I hope it will be available soon again.

oh i didn’t know it was under construction.

Had the same thing happen too. It starts downloading but then stops for no reason. It has nothing to do with the construction on the vault as this has been going on for quite some time.

well that’s good to know that i’m not the only one experiencing problems with downloading. it’s quite frustrating.

CBS Daytime promos from 1984 have been recently uploaded.

Thank you for posting this!!! i’d love to see the full scene between Lauren and Jack at the end of this video. Quite ironic to see Lauren as a blackmailer when not even a decade later, she’d be blackmailed herself by Sheila.
