  1. It really is a shame that they didn't just decide to air the ball from Wed-Fri or whatever, but I can't wait to watch in high quality! I also wonder if they will show that intro TEB recorded, since they didn't do that for the last two classics, and it's not like people can't figure out that it's an old episode. GH had Laura Wright and (for some strange reason) the mother of the babies that play Wiley do intros... they need introductions IMO because those episodes are so recent that you could be forgiven for mistaking them for current.

  2. The flashbacks might be not only there for padding, but also to catch people up who haven't watched for a while and are home now.  GH is a fast paced show. I wouldn't be surprised if they think the fast cuts between flashbacks give it a prime time feel too (if so, lol). I'm sure it sounded like a good idea but it's not working on screen.

Why don’t Billy and Lily have a secretary? Chancellor is supposed to be a big deal, and they’re talking mergers and acquisitions, yet the place seems empty. All these huge companies without a secretary in sight?

Same reason why none of these rich billionaires have any help, and even Dina's caregiver is never seen. They are always in the other room!

Woah hang on WHAT?! When did this happen??

When Tricia started showing signs of the crazy, Victor offered her to live in his penthouse so he could keep an eye on her and keep Victoria safe. Tricia drugged Victor with sleeping pills and viagra, had sex with him, and then claimed he raped her.  He got out of jail in time for Victoria and Ryan's wedding, but it was too late, Tricia had put on a wedding dress, walked down the aisle, and shot Ryan.

  5. Jeez, that's weird that it got removed so fast, unless it was the uploader who made it private?

I think I saw that one on archive.org but now I can't see the date anymore (it's always a good idea to type the date here before pasting in the youtube/dailymotion link because if the date is only in the title and it gets deleted, we won't know what it was), was it this? https://archive.org/details/theyoungtherestlessjune111985

It’s confirmed they are showing that episode! :)

Has the GlobalTV airing been posted on YouTube?

It wouldn't be bad if US and Canada aired two different episodes, if both were able to be posted online...

I'm stunned that week two they're focusing on another Y&R supercouple, Dru and Neil! Y&R isn't really a supercouole type of show, but along with Victor and Nikki these couples really took the country by storm!

I agree about it not being a supercouple kind of show... what I'd love to see is dramatic stuff like Ashley's abortion and Victor finding out about it, Victor taking away Jabot in the 80s, the great catfights, the villains... but I guess TPTB think romance sells.  And if they're focusing on romance, Dru & Neil is such a great choice, the episode should be really fun.

  8. That had been posted many years ago, but great that it was reuploaded! Thanks.

This person Jeff Keyes has been posting some Daytime Emmys and Y&R... unfortunately he has comments closed, so I'm expecting his videos to be deleted and we'll have no way to contact him. :(

That’s a shame if that’s they way they’re really planning on deciding which ones to show. I mean Katherine was a HUGE part of the show and I can’t think of any good reason why they wouldn’t want to include her, or any other former big character from the first 10 years. I mean, they showed V&N’s 1984 wedding and Kay and Derek were there. Along with others that aren’t there anymore.

I agree with you. It's a real insult to the intelligence of the audience if they think people won't understand that the show had some different actors 30 years ago. And I highly doubt most of the viewers have only started watching in the last 10 years.

  10. Brenda Epperson and Heather Tom should be in the 1991 episode, so they're not totally opposed to showing other actors in familiar roles, but my guess is that they won't choose episodes where the focus is on actors that are no longer there. I really hope I'm wrong but I'm thinking the only reason they picked Paul and Christine's honeymoon is because Michelle Stafford is back. I have a feeling if they want to show a classic episode with Dina they'll try to find one with both Peter Bergman and Eileen Davidson, which will eliminate almost all the good stuff from the 80s and 90s.
