Has the GlobalTV airing been posted on YouTube? It wouldn't be bad if US and Canada aired two different episodes, if both were able to be posted online... That's actually my video embedded there with the 20th anniversary clip. Cool. Glad you used it.

I agree about it not being a supercouple kind of show... what I'd love to see is dramatic stuff like Ashley's abortion and Victor finding out about it, Victor taking away Jabot in the 80s, the great catfights, the villains... but I guess TPTB think romance sells. And if they're focusing on romance, Dru & Neil is such a great choice, the episode should be really fun.

That's so delightfully unexpected and thoughtful if they're really showing that one!

I agree with you. It's a real insult to the intelligence of the audience if they think people won't understand that the show had some different actors 30 years ago. And I highly doubt most of the viewers have only started watching in the last 10 years.

Brenda Epperson and Heather Tom should be in the 1991 episode, so they're not totally opposed to showing other actors in familiar roles, but my guess is that they won't choose episodes where the focus is on actors that are no longer there. I really hope I'm wrong but I'm thinking the only reason they picked Paul and Christine's honeymoon is because Michelle Stafford is back. I have a feeling if they want to show a classic episode with Dina they'll try to find one with both Peter Bergman and Eileen Davidson, which will eliminate almost all the good stuff from the 80s and 90s.

Agreed. I hope they'll only cut out what's needed for commercials and a short introduction, though I wish they'd post the entire uncut episode online (but I'm sure they won't). And if they do it that way, the Thursday/Friday episodes can be back to back classics with a resolution of whatever the cliffhanger was. I'm assuming if they show Day 1 of the Masquerade Ball this Friday, they won't resume with the Ball a week later. It would take ages to show just that week.

Yes that's right. I posted a video of the original airing a while ago. This is super news. If it starts this Friday, I wonder if they're already out of episodes or if they want to space them out. I just really hope they post them online too especially with all the preemptions lately. I hope they show Danny and Christine's wedding, isn't that the only episode missing from that entire month?

The German channel I mentioned before has posted these episodes. There's music, but it might not be the original. The channel has uploaded all of episodes 1-600 in German (which we already have in English) and then resumed with 800 (and still uploading). Here's 503 and 588
