Loved that Greek trip one....I had know idea honestly that Bill Bell did little numbers like these during the 70's....just shows how much of amazing production he has.... I loved how Lance just broke out into song, John McCook is actually a really good performer, and whoa had know idea JLB could Belly dance..... The fireplace scene was nice too....I guess Jill was Stuart's "mystery woman" right?

me too....(as I hope many others do) I remember Heather once describing her first scene and it was just her getting a letter from Victor in her room at the Swiss boarding school and after she read the letter she cried ( I guess it was the letter explaining how Victor married Ashley and Nikki Married Jack) I believe her first couple months involved scenes with Victor flying over to see her at school till he brought her back to G.C which is when she started scheming to reunite her parents....

Here's 2 more new ones from December 1990 12/7/90 12/10/90 The 12/10/90 credits confirm that Heather Tom did indeed debut that month and not 1991 like others say.....She wasn't on contract till a couple months later though (at least Feb/March 1991) Her first episode wasn't included unfortunately....

Wow!!! that was truly an epic scene!!! leave it to Y&R to really keep up with the times by having a disco set haha.....loved seeing Lorie having fun and she was really into it with the dancing! it really looked like everyone was having a blast....... How long did this set last? did they reuse it as something else later? I know there was a dancing place called "The Beat" in the late 80's and early 90's that you would see Danny and Cricket etc... dance at....did this disco become that? Great to see more of Tom Ligon as Lucas since I only saw him in those brief scenes of Lucas yelling at Lorie for "crashing" Vanessa's funeral.....he does seem like he had a bit of "dry humor' but I'm glad he let lose at the end.....funny how that random guy who dances with Lorie reminded me a little of the actor who played Marco Dane on OLTL....haha Did Nikki and Paul ever use to go wild at this place? I could see them getting it on here....haha I notice they seem to cut to scenes instead of doing fade in's......was this already when the show went to an hour in 1980 or are we still in 1978/79?

Another gem of a scene! thank you!!! wow K.T Stevens is also a great actress as Vanessa tries to plead her case with a distraught Lorie.....You almost wanna believe that Vanessa is being serious about leaving Lorie and Lance alone then we get to the end where she begs Lorie to take the blame to save Vanessa's ass.....what a crazy thing to do.....I'm waiting for Lorie to just attack her, but I know unfortunately catfights hadn't gotten popular in soaps yet....haha I always adored the cue that starts at 3;36 to 4;16......it's a shame that even in all the early 90's episodes I have collected that cue rarely shows up and we know Bell still reused a lot of original music till at least 2003 or so..... also nice to see more of the Hoff as Snapper though I'm still a little pissed about his acting choices during that horrid 2010 return with him and Wings Hauser as Greg when they had the nerve to Kill Liz off.... LOL at the disco ball at the end....

ALL: They Almost Became
I wonder what he was offered on Passions? Ethan maybe?....yeah I can see it, and he does sort of look like James Hyde who played Sam (his father)

Wow! after all this talk can't believe we finally get to meet the notorious Vanessa(the actress K.T Stevens sort of looks like she has Deidre Hall's eyes with that Veil on)......boy you were right what a cold hearted creepy bitch of a woman.....she looks like some sort of gypsy queen wannabe with her veils and outfit....loved Lorie being bitchy towards her when she ordered Lorie to go wait in her room (who does that?? haha). I love how she doesn't even really acknowledge that Lorie and Lance are married and calls Lorie "Ms.Brooks". Great to see John McCook as Lance.....he doesn't even call Vanessa mother? haha that whole "bonding" after a trip just sounds weird.... can't wait to see more, I already can't get enough after this clip!

One of the scenes seemed like it was 10 minutes song and it was an intro scene! That really surprised me. Soaps are even admitting now they don't tell long term stories anymore.....It's very sad how they have lost faith in us viewers in willing to wait to actually tell a good long term story..... not that most of them could anyway.....

thanks again! I'm very impressed with JLB in these scenes. I love her breakdown and Stuart's line about spanking her...the end scene was also great too... funny how this is technically happening with Summer/Jack/Nick right now yet I find myself investing more into these Lorie/Stuart scenes I really know little about.....the acting is a lot better too obviously.... I'm excited to see the Vanessa stuff.....I wanna see if she is as creepy as everyone says...

YES!!! your are an angel!!! thank you so much!! wow I knew JLB was always a good actress but she really killed it in those flashback scenes, she's also so pretty.....I truly loved the effect they do on the flashbacks back then....it's a shame how most TPTB are too ashamed to use that type of visual effect now.... Pamela Solow (right?) is also very good and I never realized how cute she was as Peggy she definitely has this innocent look that works very well.... So was this 1977-going into 1978 or 1976 going into 1977 (when they were talking about New Year Eve)

Yes don't worry I'm probably gonna upload a couple of episodes sometime this week.....gotta take advantage of the couple days I have off haha.....probably gonna upload the December 1990 ones first. Some other things about the episodes you uploaded.... I really am enjoying the Katherine/Jill/Nina scenes.....Such great stuff in those last 2 episodes where they try to get Nina to sign the document and she realizes what they are up to and still signs.. That type of soapy drama will not be seen on Y&R again that's for sure.......The show has made it impossible to bring back any type of Chancellor family drama and that's why we get silly stories with Jill and Colin just to benefit Cane's aussie ass.... I wish I can be more interested in the George Rawlins murder stuff but IDK too much going on it seems like plus it's getting too much airtime.....

Hey guys, I was away for the weekend so I wanted to apologize for the lack of posts lately. Days22 you are doing an excellent job with those uploads! I feel bad that I haven't really commented on them but I did watch finish all the April ones....again If you have May 1 and 2 1989 please upload them.....I just got those dates in the mail myself (along with December 5,6,7,10,11,1990 and May 3,4,5,6,10,11,1993) They were really good episodes so I hope you upload them them when you get the chance.... I did wanna say one thing, on the 4/12/89 episode. How cheesy was that "thank heavens for little girls" montage they did for Cricket the middle of her shoot......You know Terry Lester was punching a wall somewhere when he saw this....It's almost like Bell knew he was annoyed with Cricket being the "star" of the show and he just forced the issue more by writing in all these ridiculous montages for her......I actually thought the old guy in the clip was Bill Bell himself.... I also need to catch up on the Jill/John divorce clips too. I still can't believe Esther was blackmailing Kay for money.....on Part 2 of those clips Jill's fantasy about being rich was deliciously fun....I thought the echos were weird but the "carnival" music during that sequence was a great choice then Kay coming in to do Jill's nails at the end....soo funny.....Brenda also has a pretty good singing voice when she came in singing "I'm in the money"

Katherine really was so bitchy and evil to Jill there....I mentioned on the videos how people were always so kind to her yet painted Jill as the town pariah...but at the same time Jill was acting so slutty around Brad in those scenes from the June 13, 1985 show so I guess it never was really hard to understand where Kay was coming from....I did believe that she generally felt bad for hurting John though she's partly responsible for his stroke...
