I think KS has a charm and a very likeable factor when she's in a good place. There is also a lot of 35-40 year old actresses in the world that could bring the same energy without the Kirsten headaches and leaves.

Yup. Totally fine to give her a small exit to revisit later if need be.

I don't even think KS is remarkable as Maxie. When she's on and well she's great, but when she's not she's bad. I like KS and really liked her as Belle. It's not an irreplaceable part though. There are plenty of actresses in the world that could play Maxie and have a full time focus on the role.

Yeah, Jen Lilley is pretty clear that her time at GH was not great. I doubt she would ever return. I really liked JL as Maxie and Theresa on Days.

I'd try to grab Molly Burnett if they need Maxie back.

Idk, KS and FF's behavior always rubbed me the wrong way. I don't think Lilley is perfect, but it's not like she 'stole' the Maxie role. KS was literally unable to perform and come into work for well over a year. GH kept extending Jen's stay because Kirsten kept delaying coming back.

At this point can't we be happy Deidre and Days get some mainstream press? I found the interview fine and normal. The Today show isn't going to be a super in depth interview about everything Marlena has done in 50 years. They aren't soap bloggers.

I don't necessarily think Joe/Lucas look alike physically, but they give off the same energy while Marco seemed more suave and mysterious. I think Joe/Lucas seem like very similar in character.

Aaron and his bad acting aren't a problem for me. He's dorky, but likeable. He's better than Rachel Boyd because he actually seems human.

Holly is the character I can't stand. It's been like this for awhile for me. I find her so selfish and the opposite of fun for everyone. I know being sued is a huge bummer but EJ said he would take care of it. Just relax Holly. Tate deserves better!

UGH...Britt is back. That's all. I knew it was coming, but it doesn't make it less painful lol. Add that to Charlotte whining about her boyfriend Dad and I am done and it's only 6 minutes in.

Nikki Crawford is a bad fit all around. I don't think she has chemistry with anyone in the cast including her friends and siblings. She probably works the best with Theo, but even that chemistry is slightly off.

Count me in as another person who assumed Peter would be back. His death was so quick and random.

I actually find JPS slightly attractive with LW's Carly and I never thought I'd say those words ever. It doesn't take away the fact that Valentin is a creepy, whiny, man child, but they have chemistry.

I literally can't see an upside to ever recasting Robin or even Patrick. I love Robin. I love KMc. I love Robin/Patrick got their happy ending. As I think @Vee said above, some characters reach a final conclusion and ending point that works. KMc seems game enough to return every now and then and I am fine with that.

I actually heard Loverboy was awful so good to know. I've always meant to try it. I'll have to check Trader Joes the next time I am there.

The fact that Dante and Lulu have never reunited while Fathan has already moved on to Joss shows how little they care about Lulu. And that is just a waste since she primed for good dramatic stories if they would just use her. And of course Laura.

Correct about Dante/Lulu. Without Maxie, this would have been a good opportunity to put Dante in the triangle with Fathan/Lulu. Dante getting jealous, causing strain with his friendship with Nathan, slowly realizing he still in love with Lulu, etc. You could have easily replaced Maxie with Dante in this. Like @Vee and @titan1978 said the optics aren't great, but I still think the show plain hates Lulu lol.

Both things probably are true. I guess we haven't gotten to the end or climax of the Cassius story to see how it plays out. I am not sure if Lulu will have much of a say though because she rarely gets much perspective.

Agree. I don't think the show was skittish about Lulu being violated AGAIN, but moreso the story was a dead end because KS couldn't continue. If the show cared about optics they wouldn't pretend embryo thief Britt has some sort of claim or bond to Rocco.
