The Box (1974-1977): Discussion Thread
I didn't realize that Brollie was streaming episodes of Number 96 that weren't on the DVDs. Apparently they're going to stream all of the available episodes through the final episode, #1218 with five episodes added every Friday. I added the bridging episode that covers the missed storylines from episodes 35-584 and episodes 713-774 to my Internet Archive page. (I probably should have started a Number 96 thread here as well). Back to The Box, I noticed that Colleen Hewett's cover of "The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face" was cut from the pilot episode of the DVD release. You can faintly hear it in the background as Gary Burke discovers someone in his dressing room shower.

The Box (1974-1977): Discussion Thread
I recently uploaded some Number 96 episodes that probably came from that particular streaming site that weren't on the DVD sets: https://archive.org/details/number-96-filler-episodes If you combine them with this: https://archive.org/details/number-96 I believe you would have every surviving episode of Number 96 (plus the movie). Regarding The Box, it's hard to think of that many series that are so of it's time and era than The Box was. Practically every hairstyle, outfit and set scream "the seventies". Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman wishes it was as seventies as The Box was. It seems that the more contemporary a series or film tries to be, the more dated it often becomes.

The Box (1974-1977): Discussion Thread
Was searching the forum and was surprised this series didn't have a thread yet. I've been on an Australian soap kick lately, watching this and Number 96. Just finished episode 127 of The Box and am really enjoying the series so far. When I finish watching a DVD set, I'll rip it and upload it here: https://archive.org/details/the-box-1974 The first two volumes have already been uploaded. With 14 volumes and a movie released, it's going to take some time to upload everything, but it should be worth it. As always, I look forward to reading your opinions about the series.

Chances
Saw this thread and uploaded the entire series here: https://archive.org/details/chances-soap-complete-series It will take a few days for all of the files to play on IA, but they can be downloaded directly. Looking forward to your opinions on the series.

Y&R/B&B/GL Vault Updates
Looks like the 5-28-93 episode of Guiding Light in the vault is a duplicate of 5-27-93. The episode I just uploaded should fix this. (Also agree on the Patreon)

As The World Turns Discussion Thread
Thanks. That's all of the ATWT episodes for the moment. When I find more, I'll post them on my archive page. I've uploaded several GL, Y+R and Bold episodes in the soap vault. Currently editing some 80s ABC soap episodes to post on Internet Archive. Couple of blocks from 1986 and 1988 with pretty much the same quality as the CBS episodes. Stay tuned.

Any Capitol Fans Here?
Thanks. I just came here to say that I uploaded this episode on my archive page yesterday as well as some other episodes that wouldn't fit in the soap vault like ATWT and some ABC soaps I'm uploading today. You should be able to see it now, sometimes it takes a few hours for it to load correctly. The quality of this particular episode is incredible compared to other Capitol episodes that are online.

Y&R/B&B/GL Vault Updates
Turns out both 8/3/92 episodes I uploaded (Y+R and GL) contain PCM audio. Try using VLC Media Player to play the file. That's my default player and it pretty much plays anything. I just tried playing the episode with the default media player on my computer and it had the same audio problem you had, so use any player that can play files with PCM audio and it will play the episodes with no problem.

ALL THAT GLITTERS
Up to episode 26 and, unfortunately, it will be the last one as Retemia has cancelled the series due to low ratings. I think it would have done much better if they had aired it Monday through Friday instead of once a week. They said on Facebook they may bring it back next year, but with Italian dubbing. Now we're back to hoping some physical media or streaming service will someday show all of the episodes. https://archive.org/details/@jay_gojira
