Not bad for what was supposed to be a middle of the week episode due to the preemptions lol Nice cliffhangers

We've been praising Ambyr and TMG as stand outs on this show, but Timon is just as much as a stand out as those two ladies. They need to make sure to keep him for as long as possible too.

I think it’s all an act. I think she’s cutting off Eva because she knows her daughter will run to Ted and counting on him on being a decent human being, he obviously will take in Eva. Once Eva and Ted have formed a bond Leslie will either use this to try and worm her way into Ted’s good graces and/or use Eva to destroy the Dupree/Richardson family form within. I don’t think Leslie is quite done with Eva just yet, she knows after all of this she still has a pull over that girl.

Now she won’t get to experience Nicole’s kindness or the fresh scent of Fabreeze 😭

Ambyr is killing it per usual. The Eva and Leslie confrontation was GOOD. I gotta admit Ted taking in Eva and promising to do right by her made me cry. See, he can still be a decent guy 🥲

Great scenes between Marlena and EJ today. Paula and Jeanne are making EJ have more depth than Ron had during his long drawn out tenure.

The way Leslie uses her love shower Eva with and then snatches it away when Eva doesn’t do what she wants is something that should be focused on down the road. Great end to the episode overall and kudos to the writing and production team for carefully executing all of this.

I gotta say, the actress that plays Kat brought it in these episodes, just as much as TMG and Ambyr. Love that score and hope they use more of it. I’d call it “Leslie’s theme” lol 😆

Also gotta feel sorry for Mona, realizing today that she’s only known Leslie for a few months; she’s going to blame herself for all of this.

Korte and Van Etten were Frank’s idea. I hope this means if there is a change it’s with both the EP and HW positions.

Jacob as the do good cop and Naomi as the noble lawyer, it’s giving Paul and Cricket vibes from Y&R.

Ugh no follow up with Bills threats to Martin However we do get brand new flashbacks of Bill and Chelsea together before his affair with Hayley came out, illustrating how close father and daughter were.

Im betting Bill knows Martins secret and the reason behind his nightmares.

Tbh Doug feels like he has a short shelf life, and at the end of this Vanessa will be coming out of this story a strong independent widow who beat Joey at his own game (he too has a short shelf life). Randy seems like one of those supporting characters who may have a bigger role to play in the future after this Joey arc is over.

I wanna know if it’s possible she could’ve killed her husband 😬

lol the show couldn’t spring for a dunking booth to get Xanders shirt off so they had a Kristen throw a drink on him? I liked the overall feel of today’s show, it felt like the first time in a long time the show was taking itself seriously with its interactions and the script. Glad Kayla had so many interactions today.

If the episode is set at night, I’ve noticed the lighting is immensely better. The country club and Leslie/Evas apartment perfectly lit today. The ending to today’s episode, again needed some background music. I can’t believe I’m going to say this but Doug and Vanessa are hot…hotter than Derek and Ashley 😂 Very random. Lol

I noticed this too. I wonder if all this time off our screen means he’s been getting acting lessons. P

I wonder if Ford or Cwikly penned the show during the strike 🤔
