Even though Phil and Jay did everything they could to ruin this episode, it was still spectacular. Carol's scenes with Conor were just amazing in every sense of the word. I like this Julie chick. I'm liking Billy being the focus of something. He exudes likability.

Aw, I wouldn't be against Macca becoming a main character. The actor had an innocence to him that I liked. However, he looks so much like my friend's bf, it is kind of weird. And who was that singer that performed after the play? He was fine.

Yes, but this could be a character trait for Liam. A fatalist.

I don't see the problem then. I think that's a perfectly normal age to feel some WTF-erey in that situation. But again, I'm just a wholesome Canadian!

It doesn't matter, Kat was not needed today at all. I wanted to punch her in the face. I don't even understand how someone can hate Liam and Tiffany, especially Liam. That kid is cool beans. And that's saying a lot coming from me, who usually wants soap children to meet their untimely demise in the most gruesome of fashions (Jack, OLTL anyone?) I even like that his hat has basically become a character all unto itself. That's right, I SAID IT!

Michael didn't watch that atrocity so I couldn't possibly feel the same way.

This show is boring me now. It's lost most of it's steam, sadly. Although, I really liked the scenes at the end with Nathan and Natasha. I,m enjoying Hollyoaks more at the moment and I'm not happy to admit that.

So, Phil Mitchell is just completely detestable in every way. I hate him and want him to die a miserable death. Furthermore, this Jay kid is a terrible actor and needs to disappear. Do Kat and Alfie need to be in every episode? That scene in the park with Carol and Max was must see. When Max sounded like he was about to cry, I instantly forgave him for being a prick. I love Liam! I want to see a bit more of this kid. It was nice to see some character building moments for him and Tiffany. That video with Billie was just weird. "Hey mom, die!!! HaHaHa ... No one says that, drunk or otherwise, unless they're psychotic. I don't care how overbearing Carol is/was.

I definitely can't see her ever getting along with pathetic sea hag Shirley. Not in a million years. Carol wouldn't hang out with trash.

Denise is one of those characters that could really be friends with anyone, I think.

I don't know how to feel about this. On one hand, Jessica Fox finally gets something to freaking do. On the other, part of me just doesn't buy it for some reason.

I'm totally in FLOVE with Chord Overstreet. Gorgeous, and his voice is orgasmic. He's like, perfect. And since Quinn is as well. They are perfect SQUARED! This was the BEST episode of Glee!!! Finally a well balanced show. Sorry for the immature squeeing, but I just could not and would not contain myself! I hope Sam isn't actually gay though. I don't want his awesomeness to be wasted on "thinks it's okay to harass whoever he wants" Kurt. At least the show went out of their way to show he was psychotic with Finn.

Ugh, I hate Phil and Jay. Why can't they just disappear. And this whole act from Phil reeks of him trying to steal Jay away from Billy because he screwed up all of his own children's lives. What a terrible, US Soap, type character. Carol was outstanding once again. Max went way too far there, IMO. Carol barely feels like their sister. To me it doesn't even look like they give one iota about her. Terrible brothers. I enjoyed Tanya feeling left out. Justice!

I hope there is more in store with the Beales. Their lacking presence leaves a huge hole in the show.

Yes but, it's sad that there aren't bi-racial characters from main families. Characters that can be long term. They should take this chance to pair Tamwar with Lauren or something. I guess I just expect too much. Sigh.

There were so many small moments that I loved in this episode. The silence as everyone waited for Carol to come out of the living room, when Alfie came to the door to give back the keys, the nervous laughter from Lauren (which could have been ruined easily, and I'm happily surprised that it worked) and even Bianca catching Carol in her arms as the undertakers put Billy in their van. Just so much great stuff with the BEST character on the show as the lead. Honestly, if this show was just the Butcher's I'd probably love it even more. And this is only Monday, having a cold will not help with the amount of tissues I'll be going through this week. Vote Coulson for what?
