TBH it's Thorsten and he does this stuff, so I wouldn't take it at face value. I remember when they went to Monaco in 2022 for the SINN reunion he said there was a helicopter and an explosion and he was being facetious lol

I never understood that why on earth would Steffy take Liam for treatment OUT OF TOWN and OFF SCREEN. they want us invested in this story, no one would be invested if he got well off screen. That never made any sense at all Plus Bill is a billionaire, he could fly in any specialists
