  1. Brad meets Katie and tells Katie that whether she knows it or not, her mom and sister are controlling her life. They're putting a halt on the baby-making because they don't think Katie's prepared to be a mother. Katie becomes upset and tells Brad that she thinks she should have a say in the matter. Determined to prove herself capable and prove Margo & Lyla wrong, Katie insists she and Brad make one last go at it. As Susan preps Holden and Lily with news of a treatment for Ethan, Lucinda confides in Luke and Noah that she can't stand to see Lily suffering like this. Noah breaks away from the subject and thanks Lucinda for setting them up an apartment. As Noah hugs Lucinda, she locks eyes with Luke. Once at home, Gwen still refuses to talk much and Will immediately knows Gwen is not telling him something. Gwen finally gives in and tells Will that Iris is out of rehab. Gwen fears that her mother will come running back to Oakdale and the last thing this family needs right now is her butting in. Will vows not to let Iris anywhere near Hallie. Carly and Jack take Parker inside the counselor's office. Parker's reluctant to go, but they al three finally make their way in. During the session, Parker talks about how horrible it was to take someone's life, but the counselor points out that he saved three lives in the process, including his own. Jack confides that during the chaos, his world flashed before him and it stopped turning. He felt as though he was going to lose his family...forever. Carly and Jack gaze into each other's tear-filled eyes and Parker takes notice.
  2. Truly upset? Good upset or bad upset? LOL. Regarding Casey.....Zach is playing him in my fan fic and yes, imagine a haircut if you'd like. And you'll understand more about Casey/Sofie when everything plays out. Rosanna IS rich!!!
  3. Gwen gets a call from New Chances Rehab Center and learns that Iris has been released. Gwen doesn't say much and returns to Barbara's suite. Will calls her on her abrupt exit from the room and Gwen shrugs it off as a wrong number. Will and Gwen take Hallie and promise Paul that they'll be back soon as he watches over a snoozing Barbara. Meg calls him on his cell phone and whines that she needs Paul back at the house. Paul tells Meg that just because they had sex, it doesn't mean anything. Meg ends the call, upset but determined that Paul will come around. As Aaron walks into Java, he nearly knocks over Casey. Casey shouts for Aaron to watch where he's going. Aaron tries to avoid a confrontation and apologizes. Casey asks why Aaron told Sofie about his prison stay, and Aaron reveals that he thought Sofie should know. "I've seen her get hurt by one jerk. I don't want to see her get hurt by another," Aaron boasts. Just as Casey's about to lose his temper, Sofie comes along and apologizes to Aaron about Casey. Aaron warns her to be careful. Between singing, Lyla takes time to get a glass of water offstage. Again, Brad rears his ugly head and continues to protest Lyla's ban on Katie's baby-making venture. Lyla tells Brad that Katie needs to realize what love is before she gets too far into things to turn around. If she had a baby right now, only chaos would ensue. Margo overhears and tells Brad to mind his own business. Brad is put off by how Margo and Lyla suddenly seem to be making Katie's decisions for her. Later, he tells Katie they need to talk. Susan finishes examining Ethan and tells Lily and Holden that Ethan's sickness from the tainted baby food from months back may have returned and they're going to have to do some extensive tests to make sure that Ethan's fully recovered from it all. Lily winces at the mention of the scheme, hoping that she had blocked the memory forever. Holden tells her that despite the warm, fuzzy memories that Lily keeps of Craig...he almost killed their son and he has hurt alot of their loved ones over the years. Unable to cope with her own emotional distress thanks to Holden's lecturing, Lily goes to the chapel to pray. Luke and Noah arrive. Luke tells Holden that Faith and Natalie are with the babysitter and Holden thanks Luke for getting them so quickly. He didn't want to disturb their sleep. Luke asks where Lily is and Holden replies that he thinks she's beginning to come to terms about Craig.
  4. Lucinda comes by Holden and Lily's and finds Lily cleaning. Lucinda insists that she hire a maid or something, but Lily tells her to go away. Lucinda apologizes once again for upsetting Lily at Craig's memorial, but insists that he's not the saint that she makes him out to be. Later, Holden comes downstairs, frantic, holding Ethan. Holden yells that Ethan's breathing isn't right and the two set out for Memorial. Henry asks Katie what the hell she's talking about. Katie hangs her head in shame, knowing that she just betrayed Vienna. Katie proceeds to tell Henry that Vienna objected to his knowing (for fear of scaring him away) but her wealthy uncle died and left her his multi-million dollar fortune only if she's married by the end of the month. Henry gasps at the news and makes a comment that he'd like to be drunk right now. Katie brushes his comical statement aside and tells Henry that now he has a difficult decision to make. What's it going to be? Casey tells Margo that he's going after this girl, no matter if he gets his parents' approval. On his way out the door, Margo stops him and looks him dead in the eye. "Your father and I found another bottle of sleeping pills under your mattress this morning", she says, almost crying. Margo pleads with Casey to tell he what happened in jail that is so bad that he has to have pills to sleep at night. Casey ignores Margo, and instead tells her that he loves Sofie and he's going to be with her. Bob tells Nancy that he and Susan are nothing but friends. He scoffs at Kim's insecurities and tells Nancy that he may be ridden with guilt and grief, but he's no monster. He says that sleeping with his friend after putting their previous affair behing them all those years ago would only weigh him down with more guilt. Instead, he's been leaning on her for support. "That's what you and Kim have been begging me for months to do. To get help. Isn't it?....," Bob barks. Nancy suggests that if he's going to seek help in a woman, he can try his wife instead of trying to sabatoge his marriage with the same woman that nearly destroyed it before. Barbara comes home and finds Paul sitting in the living room. He asks how her treatment went, but Barbara's speech becomes so bad that she eventually crumbles in his arms. "Why? I smothered my baby girl with my love and devotion until she finally died. I pushed away the only man that ever loved me for who I was, only to lose him months later. I've almost lost you to the dark corners of death twice since then; and I almost lost my other son and his new family because of a bad decision. Is this punishment? Did God give me this cancer to punish me?" Barbara cries. Paul hushes her cries and tells her that all they can do now is pray. Will and Gwen come in and brings Hallie, thanks to a phone call from Paul. Barbara seems cheered up for the time being, but Paul and Will wonder how all of this will affect Barbara long term. Outside, Gwen gets a phone call that shakes her.
  5. Kim Zimmer would have totally ROCKED those scenes!!! Good job. LOVED the dialogue for this episode!!!
  6. Lily comes home from a hectic day at WOAK and finds the house a wreck. Natalie whines that Daddy never made her cereal that she asked for an hour ago and has been bathing Ethan for a while now. Lily goes up and finds Holden rocking Ethan back and forth. Lily's sudden entrance startles Holden, waking up Ethan. Lily laughs and offers to do it. Holden tells Lily that he doesn't see how she does it. Lily suggests they look into hiring a nanny, but Holden refuses and insists that he can handle this. As Kim walks through the door, Nancy asks her if she was able to track down Bob. Kim doesn't answer her and goes upstairs. As she sits on her bed, clasping her chin and rubbing her forehead, she flashes back to when Bob and Susan had an affair all those years ago. Then, she flashes to falsely accusing Susan of doing it again when they all went to honor Nancy at the womens' banquet a year or so ago. Nancy comes up and asks Kim to tell her what happened. After Kim tells her, Nancy assures her that nothing is happening between Bob and Susan. Later, Nancy calls Bob aside and confronts him about spending time with Susan. Henry sees Katie's car outside Al's and goes inside to talk to her. He opens the door and immediately notices the changes that have been made since he sold the diner. Katie turns around and pretends like she didn't see him, but Henry sees her and calls her name. Katie whirls around with a grin and asks what Henry's there for. Henry beats around the bush and jabbers on and on about how special Vienna is to him. Katie finally yells for Henry to just say it. Henry tells Katie he came to get her opinion on the ring. Katie lets out an excited yelp and hugs Henry's neck, telling him that he and Vienna will be the perfect married couple. She screams with delight that he's finally laying his insecurities aside and popping the big question in order to inherit Vienna's share of her uncle's estate. Henry stands baffled and asks Katie what the hell she's talking about. Brushing off some dust, Sofie turns around and finds Casey staring at her. Sofie blows him off and tells him that she's said no so many times that she's lost count. Casey chuckles and says that as lame as it sounds, she left her credit card at Java the other day and he's been meaning to meet up with her and give it to her, but she never answered his calls. Sofie apologizes and says that she's been busy. Sofie's innocent mention of Will and Gwen soon makes Casey uncomfortable, remembering the fact that Sofie kept her relationship to Hallie a secret from him. Casey asks how Sofie got mixed up with Gwen's big brother, but Sofie changes the subject, saying some mistakes are better left in the past. Later, Casey comes home and tells Margo that he thinks he's found the one.
  7. Lyla comes into her suite and isn't there long before Brad knocks at the door. Brad scolds Lyla for talking to Katie the way she has been and insists that Katie wants nothing more than a family that she can raise and love, just like her mother did. Lyla protests that ever since Casey died, Katie has tried to find some man that can fill the gaping hole that her father left in his early death. No baby is going to fill that hole. It's only going to heal over time. Brad lets his guard down and confides in Lyla that he loves Katie, but Lyla doesn't care and warns Brad to keep away from Katie. His presence in her life is only going to make her more determine to fulfill her fantasy of having a baby. Kim comes downstairs and finds Bob watching TV. Kim tells Bob that Lisa's decided not to press charges; he should be thankful. Bob tells Kim that he's sick and tired of everyone treating him like a child. His son betrayed him and almost killed him; it's only human to feel the way he does. Kim tries to persuade Bob once again to go to counseling, but her efforts are ill-fated. Bob goes out for a walk and runs across Susan in Java. The two strike up a conversation, just as Kim rounds the corner and spies the two talking. At Memorial, the doctor tells Aaron that he can go home and to watch out next time he decides to do home improvements next to an old, decaying tree. Alison laughs inside a little at the lame excuse Aaron gave them and apologizes once again to Aaron for knocking him out like she did. Aaron promises Alison that he thinks nothing of it, but sulls up when Alison asks why he followed her. Alison realizes that Aaron must have seen her run from the man and thought something was wrong. Aaron says something was wrong or else she wouldn't've ran the way she did. Aaron asks Alison if she thought the man knew her from her movie and was trying to make a pass at her. Alison nods yes, while Aaron promises Alison is safe with him. Vienna runs into Katie's office at WOAK and pries her away from her paperwork, telling her that Henry almost found out the truth last night. During their lovemaking, he saw the stipulation in the trash and almost read it. Katie tells Vienna that she has enough problems of her own to deal with and to just tell Henry. Vienna talks about how Henry thought he was doing the right thing by giving her a promise ring and tells Katie that she almost left town, until Henry made a scene at the airport and whisked her away. Katie tells Vienna that if Henry was willing to do that, then he's willing to marry her. Vienna seems hesitant, but Katie tells her to make a go for it. Carly dashes past Jack to avoid questions stemming from last night and goes by Rosanna's per her request. Upon arrival, Carly overhears a message Dr. Gibson leaves for Rosanna on the machine and panics until Rosanna comes in and relieves Carly's fears, saying that the doctor's call has nothing to do with her perfectly healthy condition. Carly asks Rosanna what she called her over for and Rosanna reveals that she had no idea about Sam being killed and the maniac he really was. Carly apologizes for not telling her but Rosanna's obviously still worried. Carly confides in Rosanna that while she hopes that Parker will come through, his life has been nothing short of chaotic, and she has misgivings about what the future holds for him psychologically. When Rosanna asks about her and Jack, Carly confides that while she's hopeful something has changed, she knows that Jack's willingness to make love last night was just a bad mix of pain pills and alcohol. Rosanna offers to pay for extensive counseling for Carly, Parker, and Jack and a reluctant Carly eventually agrees.
  8. Valentine's Day is upon Oakdale in this special episode, where the last comes first. Bob storms out of Mona Lisa as a bartender lies on the floor and Lisa sits in dismay. Someone asks Mrs. Grimaldi if she wants the cops called, but Lisa refuses. Paul finally gives into Meg's pleadings to make love. He tries to back out, saying he doesn't have a condom, but Meg assures him it's alright because she's already pregnant...remember? Alison crouches beside a dumpster and grabs a limb. As she hears fooststeps approaching, she pops up and knocks a hooded figure to the ground. Alison hesitantly removes the hood, revealing Aaron...knocked out cold. Vienna reveals her naked body to a pleasantly surprised Henry. As Henry moves towards Vienna, he lets go of the paper he was holding. Jack rolls over and finds Carly in the bed beside him. He looks under the covers and sees that he's naked. Then he remembers... Jack becomes stricken with unbearable pain. Carly gives him a pill, unaware that he just had a beer. When Jack starts talking about almost losing her, Carly realizes he must have had alcohol. Carly tries to warn him that he might become out of it, but Jack pulls her into a kiss. Unable to get away, she gives in. Just as Jack strips naked and goes to undo Carly's bra, he passes out. As Carly thanks her stars they didn't have sex for fear of getting her hopes up about getting back together, she falls asleep beside him. Lisa greets Bob and Kim as they enter Mona Lisa. Bob sulls up when Lisa asks to speak with him. She tells him that he's never been one to act this way. She realizes that he thought of Chris as a saint, but everyone makes mistakes. He needs to forgive Chris and start healing. Bob sneaks off to the bar and orders a drink, but the bartender says they were given strict orders by Ms. Grimaldi not to serve him. As Lisa approaches, Bob grabs the bartender and punches him cold. Alison checks the mail and gets Valentine's cards from Larry and Ellen. As she continues flipping through the mail, a man approaches and tells Alison that she dropped something. Aaron sees all this happen and takes off after Alison as she flees from the man. Crouching behind a dumpster, Alison swings...but instead of knocking out the man (who wasn't chasing her), she knocks out Aaron. As Aaron comes to, Alison apologizes over and over and gets the giggles when she realizes what just happened. Aaron pulls her into a kiss, and vows that nothing can hurt her ever again....as someone watches. Henry and Vienna exchange a romantic banter as the two head home from a candlelight dinner. The two head for the bedroom. Afterward, Henry rummages through the kitchen while Vienna lays in bed. Vienna remembers throwing her copy of the stipulation in the trash and runs to grab it. When she sees Henry has it in his hands, she calls for his attention and drops her bedsheet. Henry lets go of the paper and the two make love once more. As Paul opens the door, Meg starts crying. Paul asks her what's wrong, but Meg remains tight-lipped, telling Paul that she's not his problem anymore. He's with Rosanna. Paul denies that he's with anyone. Meg talks about how she's now pregnant, so Paul doesn't want anything to do with her. Paul insists that it isn't true, and Meg tells him to prove it. Paul finally gives into Meg's pleadings to make love.
  9. I knew you'd like the Lily/Katie scene. There'll be alot more of those. Actually, in the coming weeks, Katie is going to feel like the whole world has turned its back on her. Of course, I'm sure, you'll eat it all up. LOL!! RE: CarJack, I got the idea from a good friend of mine that knows alot about what a true soap-mance entails.
  10. Nancy tells Bob that the worst thing that he can do right now is to turn his back on Chris. Bob yells that Chris drugged his own father to further his reign of power at Memorial. Kim takes a step back and sees that maybe the only way for Bob to come to peace with it all and to forgive Chris is to let it happen on its own. Nancy doesn't like the idea and scolds Kim for giving up so quickly. Later, Lisa turns the corner at Fashions and finds Nancy waiting on her. Nancy explains that she, Kim, Tom, and Susan have all tried to get Bob to come to grips with the whole Chris drama. Nancy pleads with Lisa that she is the family's last hope. "Do what?" Casey stutters as he exchanges questioning glances between Sofie and Will and Gwen. Will explains that Sofie was in an abusive relationship with Gwen's older brother. He got her pregnant, and as soon as he ditched her, Sofie came to them knowing that they could provide a better home for Hallie than she could by herself. Gwen tells Casey that the story's a bit more complicated than Will makes it out to be, but basically, Will's right. Casey ragefully asks Sofie why he didn't bother to tell her about this. Will and Gwen stand in shock at Casey's behavior and Sofie tells him that she didn't think he should know because they're not dating. They're simply friends. She also calls him out on keeping his prison stay a secret from her. Casey blows up and leaves while Sofie confides in Will and Gwen that she's scared about Casey. Lyla yells at Katie that just because her brother has died and her mother is almost there does not facilitate the need for a baby to be brought into the already chaotic and tense air in the family. Katie tells Lyla that the only reason things are tense and chaotic is because of her mother's decision to stop taking her medicine. Brad stands back and watches the ladies squabble until Lyla finally leaves in a huff and Katie dashes to her office in a puddle of tears. Later, Lily knocks on the door and tells her that she was informed of the disturbance on set and warns her to leave family matters at home. Katie rails back at her that Lily has a habit of doing the same and an embarassed and furious Lily tells Katie, "You are fired!" Rosanna arrives at Paul and Meg's suite, much to Meg's dismay. Rosanna asks for Meg's help with some paperwork. Cabot Motors is planning to donate a large sum of money to a smiliar foundation as the one that Meg planned to orchestrate at Montgomery Enterprises. Knowing that Meg did some business with them when she first started at M.E., Rosanna asks Meg to look over some paperwork and confirm that they are a reliable, trustworthy foundation. As Meg finishes looking at the paperwork, Rosanna yanks the paper away, giving Meg a papercut. Rosanna apologizes and grabs a tissue and hands it to Meg to help stop the bleeding. Paul comes home and questions Rosanna why she's there. Rosanna takes her cue and rushes out the door. Outside, she proudly displays the bloody tissue she sneaked into her purse and heads home. Hysterical, Sage cries that Parker won't give back a movie that he took from her. Jack tries to referee the altercation from the couch while Carly's out but has no luck. As he stands up to stumble upstairs, Carly comes in and scolds Jack to sit right back down. Carly takes care of the fight and tells Parker that just because he shot Sam doesn't make him a killer. Parker snaps that it must run in the family, referring to his half-brother Will. Carly warns Parker not to put his foot in his mouth and returns downstairs. Carly tells Jack that she's worried about Parker. As she changes Jack's bandages, Carly and Jack share an intense exhange of eye contact and almost kiss. Carly steps outside and scolds herself for doing it again. "Nothing's changed," Carly anxiously mumbles, almost trying to convince herself. "Nothing has changed between us. We're two adults that had something very special one time and that share three amazing children. That's it. That's all. Nothing's changed."
  11. You're good as dead then. Give me a few weeks.
  12. Casey shows up at Lucinda's as Sofie gets off work. Sofie again shuns Casey, but he eventually entices her to go grab some apple cider with him at Java. Once there, Casey talks about finally having some time off now that Emma's back. Sofie finally gets up the courage to tell Casey off, but Will and Gwen interrupt her. Casey unknowingly introduces them to Sofie, and Gwen tells Casey that they're quite familiar with Sofie. She's Hallie's mother. Katie tries her best to fake a smile while doing a promo for Oakdale Now. Brad catches on to Katie's lack of enthusiasm and asks her what's been with her lately. Katie finally reveals that Lyla has quit taking her medicine. Brad quickly realizes why Katie pounced on him last night. Brad brags that Katie finally has agreed to Brad's plea to make a grandchild for Lyla before she dies. Katie tells Brad that she needs to get pregnant soon so she can have the baby before Lyla dies. Lyla marches into the studio and tells Katie that a grandchild from Katie is the last thing she wants before she dies!! Vienna packs her bags and heads to the airport to return to her native Leonia. Henry, who learned of Vienna's travel plans from a note at the house, rushes into the airport terminal and begs her not to go. Henry tells her that all of his life, he's been scheming and manipulating to get what he wants. But for the first time, he has exactly what he wants and now, she's leaving. Vienna cries that she can't do this anymore and begs Henry to just let her go. Henry picks up a screaming Vienna and dashes through the airport with her in his arms. He flings her into his limo and tells her that she's not leaving him. She left him once at the altar and it nearly ruined him. If she leaves now, he'll be a shell of the man he once was. Finally, Vienna looks back on her happy memories with Henry and realizes that love is more important that money. Vienna agrees to stay and later, throws her copy of her uncle's stipulation in the trash. Kim comes home and finds Bob sulking in the parlor, caressing the rim of his beer. Kim tries to talk about Bob's drinking, but Bob tells her to carry her preaching somewhere else. Nancy comes downstairs and asks Kim how the talk with Lily went. Kim tells Nancy that everything is set. Lily's going to assume her duties at WOAK for a while and she's pressured Lucinda to talk the board into giving Bob a brief leave of grievance. Nancy assures Kim that by staying home with Bob, they'll be able to help him cope with it all. Bob comes in and tells the two that he's late for his shift at Memorial. Nancy stops him and tells him that they've made some travel plans. They're going to see Chris...to give Bob some closure and to help him understand that Chris meant no harm, he was simply engulfed by a thrist for power that was only fuled by Evan. Bob snaps that he never wants to see Chris again. He's not going.
  13. Sofie starts her first day of work as one of Lucinda's maids. Luke comes in and asks to speak with Luke and becomes acquainted with Will and Gwen's daughter's birth mother, Sofie. Luke asks Sofie why she's working as a maid. Sofie replies that she has never had a very glamorous life. Luicnda barks at Sofie to get to work as she invites Luke into her parlor. Luke takes a seat and the two discuss Noah and Luke's new apartment and how much they enjoy it. Luke apologizes for Noah making their business her business and Lucinda tells Luke not to apologize. Her grandson's happiness is her business. Luke asks Lucinda why she and Lily are on bad terms and Lucinda simply replies that Lily will never understand the foul man Craig really was...and because of that, she's upset that Lucinda told the world just that at his memorial. Margo stops by Lyla's on her way to work and finds Lyla practicing some new songs. Margo comments how beautiful her voice is and how she wishes she had one like it. Lyla blushes and tells her about her tiff with Katie last night. She tells Margo that she's stopped taking her medicine. After 6 months, it hasn't done any good. Why should it start working now? And besides, Lyla points out, she'll get called by the Lord when He's ready for her. Katie bursts through the door and asks Margo if Lyla's told her about her suicide plans. Margo tells Katie that she's being a bit dramatic about it all and understands where Lyla's coming from. A stunned Katie stands in shock as Margo leaves for work and Lyla continues practicing. Brad stops by Carly's after hearing about Jack being in a shooting at Metro. Jack laughs off Brad's tales of making a baby with Katie until Brad accuses Jack of being jealous. Carly comes in the room and hears Brad's argument with Jack. Spitting mad, she scolds Brad for not giving a damn about his brother or nephew, but instead, coming to brag about making a baby with Jack's needy ex. Emma brings Sage and J.J. back from their friend's house, halting further talk of Brad and Katie's baby-making mission. Emma asks Jack if she can do anything for him, but when Jack refuses, Emma announces she's going out of town for a few days. Baffled, Carly asks Emma where she's been so much lately. Emma explains that she's been busy. Cradled in his arms, Lily watches a movie with Holden. Ethan starts to cry and Lily offers to take care of him. Holden's surprised when Kim shows up and asks to speak with Lily. Lily comes downstairs and talks with Kim while Holden gives Ethan his bottle. Later, Lily announces to Holden that she's going back to work. Holden groans that every time Lily makes her mind to start back to work, something bad happens. Lily laughs it off and says that Kim has decided to take time off to tend to some family issues and Lily will be stepping in for Kim at WOAK. Holden, though excited, tells Lily that he wishes she had talked with him first. Lily seems delighted, but Natalie, Faith, and Ethan soon overwhelm Holden, making Lily wonder if Holden will be able to handle it all alone. Aaron and Alison go to grab a bite to eat at the newly re-opened Mabel's. Aaron notices a man staring at Alison, but doesn't tell Alison. When Alison spills hot sauces on her skirt and goes to clean up, Aaron confronts the man. Aaron blasts him for staring at Alison the way that he was and says that she has changed alot since delving into the porn industry in Las Vegas. The man, baffled, tells Aaron that he just noticed how much Alison and Susan resemble each other. Peter introduces himself as one of Susan's old patients and leaves the akward tension brewing between he and Aaron. Ashamed that he still has problems accepting Alison's past, Aaron bows out of dinner with Alison. Later, Alison logs into her Myspace and gets another creepy message from the same person.

Madison, who was recently fired from the NBC soap "Days of Our Lives", is first expected to air sometime in March.
  15. Lyla leaves Katie behind at the suite and goes to talk with Tom at the Lakeview in order to set up her last will and testament. Lyla asks about Casey and Tom confirms her suspicions that he's not doing well. Katie comes down and angrily confronts her mother, asking why she refuses to take her medicine. Lyla scolds Katie to keep her voice down before Tom (who's in the men's room) barges in and overhears. Lyla tells Katie that she's ready to see Katie's father Casey and now, Craig, again. Later, Katie vows to hold on to what little family she has. An idea pops in her mind and she sets off to Brad's. At Brad's door, she tells him that he's right...Lyla needs a grandchild. "Let's get to work," she says before shoving Brad into the bedroom. Margo drops by Carly and Jack's. As the three discuss the events of the past week, Kit talks to Parker. Kit tells Parker that what he did was very selfless, heroic, and brave. Parker snaps that killing someone isn't exactly selfless and heroic. Kit explains that Parker did what he had to do to ensure that his mother and father were safe. Thanks to him, they're all alive. Back downstairs, Margo tells them the bad news about Craig. Carly wonders how Rosanna's handling it. Margo volunteers to stay with Jack and keep him company while Carly checks on her sister. Will and Gwen return from Hallie's doctor's appointment with a clean bill of health. Barbara greets them at the door with an obvious change in her speech. Will comforts his mother, knowing that today was her first day of treatment. Gwen decides to go outside for some fresh air, but once outside, sheds tears. Will talks about how Iris might have been all that they could handle, but in some twisted way, after everything she's put Gwen through, Gwen misses her. Barbara tells Will that it's perfectly normal. Mothers hold a special place in your heart for your whole life, whether you like it or not. Casey stops by Sofie's room at the Wagon Wheel and finds it completely empty. Disheartened, Casey turns around until a tenant tells him that Sofie has gone to live with Ms. Walsh. Stunned, he meets Sofie at Lucinda's guest house. Sofie becomes understandably distant from Casey, which leads Casey to apologize for the other night. Lucinda comes in and tells Sofie that she starts tomorrow. Casey asks what Sofie's doing working for Ms. Walsh. Sofie beats around the bush and says that she'll be helping at Worldwide. After Casey leaves, Sofie pulls out her maid outfit and groans, regretting that she has to take up such a line of work. Rosanna hangs up the phone after telling someone to find a Dr. Harvey Gibson for her and have him call her immediately. Carly overhears the phone calls and panics, worries Rosanna might relapse. Rosanna hushes Carly's fears and tells her that she'll be staying in Oakdale for a very long time. Carly asks Rosanna how she's dealing with Craig's death. Rosanna openly mourns for the tender, funny man she once knew. Rosanna says that it all changed after Craig slept with Jennifer. He became overly obsessive and even more manipulative. Rosanna tells Carly that Paul has been the perfect shoulder for her to cry on when he's not dealing with Meg. Carly says goodbye as Dr. Gibson phones Rosanna. Rosanna tells Dr. Gibson that she has a friend that thinks she might be pregnant and offers the doctor ten thousand dollars to fly to Oakdale and diagnose her friend correctly. Rosanna hangs up the phone with a smirk and a gleam in her eye.
  16. RE: Kit... Take it how you want to. She leaves next week, so I don't think it matters. (For the record...in some twisted way, I tried to write it as if she was working for the FBI....) Lily's always been the one to see the good in people before she sees the bad. She always likes to give someone the benefit of a doubt. I think that in the coming weeks, Holden will help Lily realize that Craig wasn't nearly as good of a man as Lily tries to think he was. I think in the back of her mind, she knows he did her wrong after the baby food crisis. But I think she's covering that up with a chunk of good memories (and perhaps excusing his actions because of his sudden obsession with power) and hoping she'll always remember him as a good man....and I think she hopes that by doing that...maybe others will too. But like I said, she's in for a rude awakening soon.
  17. Vienna rushes into WOAK and cries that Katie only made matters worse. Henry gave her a promise ring instead of an engagement ring. Katie tells Vienna that she was certain Henry would propose and promises to talk to Henry again. Vienna tells her not to bother...she's destined to never be a bride. Later, Katie drops by Lyla's and finds Lyla has stopped taking her medicine and pleads with her not to give up. Tom stops by the hospital and asks Bob what the hell is wrong with him. Tom explains that Bob's guilt and anger over Chris's actions shouldn't be taken out on hospital employees or his family. Bob turns the other way and ignores Tom's request that he seek some sort of counseling. Susan chases after Tom in the hallway to discuss picking up Daniel while Emily is tied up with the paper. Tom mentions Bob, but remembers Kim's warning for Susan to butt out and doesn't say anything to Tom about Bob's drinking. Carly breathes a sigh of relief that Parker wasn't charged with anything and that Jack is going to be alright. Emma apologizes for not being able to accomodate Jack at the farm, but she's redecorating and needed the space. Emma volunteers to take J.J. and Sage to a friend's house, but Parker declines the invitation. Carly thanks Kit for all she's done and announces to everyone that she sold Metro...to Kit. She explains that Kit bought her out and will now be running Metro all by herself so she can spend more time with Parker and Jack and J.J. and Sage. Parker, upon hearing the news, runs up the stairs. Kit offers to go talk with him. Lily and Holden are sitting down for a quiet night alone when a kock comes at the door. Lily answers it and sees that it's Lucinda. Lucinda goes about her business like nothing is wrong, but eventually catches on to the fact that Lily is upset with her. Lucinda mentions how wonderful they got along when they gave Luke and Noah the keys to their new apartment, but Lily claims it was only for Luke...he's had enough stress in his life recently. He doesn't need his mother and grandmother bickering. Lily cries that Craig was always so good to her, and yes, he made mistakes but he always carried that burden in his heart. Lily says that Craig was a good man, and Lucinda ruined his memory by the way she acted at the memorial. An upset Lily slams the door in Lucinda's face as Lucinda begins to rethink her actions.
  18. It's not an engagement. That's the thing. Vienna wanted Henry to propose to her, but he didn't. Henry talked to Katie, who told him Vienna was very much in love with him, and he decided to give her a promise ring, symbolizing that one day he will propose to her. It's not an engagement, though. That's why Vienna's so upset.
  19. Sofie inadvertently runs into Casey while out shopping. Casey makes mention that Sofie has had little to no contact with him lately and calls her out on it. Sofie explains that she's been busy, but Casey doesn't buy it. Sofie finally reveals that Aaron told her that he was in prison. Casey says that he likes to forget all about that place, saying the only reason he went was because he took the wrap for his brother. Sofie understands and Casey offers to drive her home. Later, Casey pulls off on the side of the road and starts forcing himself on Sofie. Sofie tells him to stop and he does. Immediately, Casey feels remorse but a rattled Sofie tells him to take her back to the Wagon Wheel. Paul and Meg enter the clinic. While Paul waits outside, Meg once again tells the doctor that she will pay him his money if he tells Paul that everything is fine, but her stress level needs to be reduced. Outside, the doctor tells Paul just that. Rosanna walks up and introduces herself as Paul's wife. Rosanna subtley threatens the doctor that if Ms. Snyder is not given the utmost attention, she will hold him fully responsible and go after him with her legal team. As Meg readies to go, the doctor tells her that his part in this is up. When Meg discovers that Rosanna bullied him, she makes a vow to herself that Rosanna will stay away from Paul one way or another. Vienna stands in awe as Henry kneels on one knee in front of her. Henry's not even able to produce any words before Vienna screams "yes". Vienna gushes that she knew Henry would come around and pop the question, Henry stands confused. Henry explains that he's giving her a promise ring. He goes on to say that he's still shy of marriage thanks to her first bolt at the altar, but he's working on getting up the courage again. Devastated that Henry gave her a promise ring rather than an engagement ring, Vienna dashes out the door crying. Taking food to her mother at the hospital, Alison is delighted to see that Susan is happpier than ever. Susan gushes about her daughters finally being happy and how happy it makes her. Susan admits that she's still worried about Bob though. Alison becomes depressed, knowing that her porn star past might just haunt her forever. Outside Lyla's suite, Katie starts to go in before she's startled by Brad's presence in the hallway. Brad cracks that they need to get back to baby making, but Lyla appears and shouts that none of that will be happening. Later, Margo runs into Lucinda who gives her condolences and apologizes for the way she acted. Margo snaps that Lucinda can take her insincere apology and shove it.
  20. Rosanna and Paul enjoy a nice dinner at Al's. Rosanna compliments Vienna on the muffins as Paul fidgets in his chair. Rosanna comments about how nice it is that Henry has finally found love and comments that maybe she and Paul can start on the right track now. Paul brings up Craig's memorial, but Rosanna's teary eyes make Paul second guess mentioning the service. Later, Paul gets a call from Meg. Seemingly unconvinced, Rosanna decides to follow Paul. Meg arrives at Rosanna's suite at the Lakeview. Barbara comes from behind her and says that Rosanna and Paul have gone out and barks that Meg needs to leave them alone. Meg apologizes and scurries off. Once back at the farm, she calls Paul and fakes tears, saying that something's wrong with the baby. Vienna clocks out at Al's and returns to her new house with Henry. She stares at the red shutters she had custom made and seeing red, remembers that Valentine's Day is almost a week away. She gets giggly for a second, wondering what special plans Henry has planned, until she recalls that she also has to marry Henry by the end of February...and things aren't looking good. As she walks in the door, Vienna's startled to discover Henry down on one knee in front of her. Lily finds Luke sitting in Java and asks him to follow her. Outside, he finds Noah and Lucinda gathered around. Asking what's going on, Lucinda hands Luke the key to his and Noah's own apartment. Noah's ecstatic, but Luke knows deep down that it all came about because Noah privately asked Lucinda to take care of it. Luke fakes a smile, remembering what Lily told him about keeping his mouth shut in regards to the reason they were denied an apartment the first time...because Noah's father was a killer. Later, Noah and Luke christen their new apartment.
  21. At Memorial, the doctor gives Jack the good news that he can go home tomorrow after they keep him for an additional 24 hours for monitoring. Jack insists that Carly and Parker get checked out by Dr. Michaels, but Carly protests that she and Parker are just fine. Jack applauds Parker for his heroic efforts, saying that if it had not have been for him, bad things might have happened. Carly goes to answer a knock at the door and reveals Kit standing on the other side. Kit issues her apologies for leaving them high and dry. She explains that she had been tailing Sam for months, well aware of his troubled wrap sheet. She was waiting for him to make his next move when Silas and Ava kidnapped J.J. She did all she could to help, even phoning in anonymous tips to the FBI, but she couldn't do that much so as not to blow her cover with Sam. When Sam got a mysterious letter mailed to him and immediately wanted to go to Oakdale, she went with the flow. However, her boss pulled her out right before the grand opening of Metro, fearing that Sam was finally catching on. Then, last night, just as they were going to make their move, Jack called the FBI and told of his plans to take down Leonard Samuels. Upon hearing the name, the FBI knew Jack was onto Sam now too and they hurried to help Jack, but by the time they got to Metro, Parker had already crippled Sam with the bullet. Now, Sam is on his way to a federal penetentiary. Carly asks Jack if he knew about all this, but Jack denies he did. Carly thanks Kit for all her help, but seems bitter at Kit for not helping them enough in Idaho and for waiting too long in the shadows for Sam to make a move. Kit apologizes and says that she has a baby girl of her own and she knows she'd be mad if she were in Carly's shoes, but Kit defends her actions, saying she was just doing her job. At Luthers Corners, friends and family gather to remember the tortured soul that was Craig Montgomery. The man lived a troubled life, fueled by his intense longing for some sort of acceptance from his family and his agonizing search to fulfill the hole in his heart that was widened by Bryant's early demise and Lucy and Johnny's absence. Lyla cries as she watches her baby boy be remembered. Margo speaks first. She talks of a brother that was hardly understood. Everyone took him for a man that wanted nothing but to disrupt lives and families. But Margo remembers the good times. She remembers a man that would have done anything for his family. Katie's next. She cries that Craig was only her half-brother, but she loved him with a whole heart. She remembers how she neglected him, joining the rest of the world in turning their back on him. She didn't realize just how good of a brother he was. She often harped on the bad things that he said or did, but she never took time to appreciate him for the kind soul he really was. Lily gets up next to speak. She flashes back to some times that she shared with Craig in the past. Just as she chokes back the tears to speak, Lucinda bursts through the doors. Lucinda asks them all if they've not forgotten the man that Craig really was. The man that did everything in his power to sabatoge this town and everyone in it. Do they not remember the man that would smile at them one second and stab them in the back the next, she protests. Lucinda angrily screams that they might all be remembering a kind man who got the short end of the stick, but he was the devil and they all know it. Lily and Margo are finally able to grab Lucinda and force her out. As the tense air returns to normal, a musical montage of happy Craig memories plays. As the montage starts to end, we see people laying white roses at the altar, consoling Lyla, Margo, and Katie, and then leaving. Meg scurries out wiping away tears. Later, she spies Paul and Rosanna being more cuddly than ever. To herself, Meg vows that Rosanna will regret ever spending time with Paul.
  22. *discontent sigh* You've got to be more open-minded in order to see where I'm going with Katie. A different writer means different characterization of sometime one-note characters that have been made that way by a previous writer's monotonous pen strokes. I'm taking Katie back to the mischevious, loveable woman that I've always seen her as...but this time, I'm throwing in some maturity and some depth. Just please free all those HateKatie vibes and work with me on this!! I hope when all is said and done, you can say that I've made Katie into a loveable character worth rooting for!!!!
  23. P.J. Yjay's not what I was trying to do. I was trying to show Katie in a vulnerable state. Her big brother just died. She treated him like trash. Her mother is dying. She's had so much grief lately that when she sees Henry, she welcomes the chance to take a quick break from grief. You see what I'm saying?
  24. Susan runs outside and finds Bob trying to crank his car. Susan offers to take him home, and he eventually, although reluctant, accepts her offer. As soon as Bob enters the house with Susan, Kim begins to drill Susan for information and gets catty until Susan reveals that she just drove a drunk Bob home. Kim thanks the Lord aloud for letting Nancy be asleep and asks Bob what the hell he was thinking. Bob staggers up the stairs to his bed, and Susan tells Kim that Bob needs serious help. Kim fires that Susan needs to mind her own damn business and shooes her out before unenthusiastically thanking her for driving Bob. Later, Kim melts down at the kitchen table. Nancy comes down from bed and offers her shoulder for Kim to cry on, insistently whispering "Everything will be alright, dear." Emma comes in the house at the Snyder farm and finds it a total wreck. Emma mutters that she's tired of her home being the Oakdale Inn. Meg comes down, not able to sleep, and asks Emma if she's heard the news. Emma says she hasn't and Meg tells her that Craig is dead. Emma comforts her daughter as Meg cries that she treated him so horribly. Emma tells Meg that Craig did some pretty rotten things in life that put Meg in not so great situations at times. Meg talks about how Paul must be ecstatic, but Emma hushes her and tells her that she's pregnant. She doesn't need all this extra stress. Meg remembers going to the doctor's office and how her plan fell through because of the news about Craig. Then, she flashes to her time with Craig and her turbulent relationship with Paul through it all. After Emma's gone, Meg re-thinks her plan, wondering if it's even worth it anymore. Lily goes by Lucinda's to grieve and to lean on her for support, but instead, finds Lucinda nowhere in sight. At the Lakeview, Lucinda and Dusty toast to Craig's demise. Henry runs into Katie at the park. Katie claims she needed some fresh air and Henry offers his condolences. Henry talks about Vienna acting very distant since news of her uncle came through. Welcoming a break from grief, Katie takes the time to focus herself on Henry for a moment. She tells Henry that he's her best friend and she wants to see him happy. Henry appreciates her compliments, but asks Katie where she's going with all of this. Katie tells Henry that what they had might have burnt him from marriage, but what they had wasn't real. He and Vienna have something real. They deserve happiness. Henry asks Katie to cut the the chase and Katie reveals that she thinks he should ask Vienna to marry him again. Citing the sour attempt the first time, Henry throws up excuses for a potential second dump at the altar, but Katie shoots them all down. After Katie leaves, Henry decides to make a move. Leonard stares down at an agonizing Jack and laughs at Carly that her G-Man won't be saving her today. He comments that Starziak should have finished Jack off when he had the chance. Jack, hearing this, goes to pounce at Leonard, but Leonard shoots him in the shoulder. Leonard promises Jack (as Carly cries) that the next time he tries to lunge at him, he'll shoot him right in the heart. Carly screams at Leonard to let her go as Jack eyeballs Parker. "Hey Lenny! Forgettin' somethin'?" Parker shouts. Leonard turns around and stops dead in his tracks as he watches Parker dangle Cowboy Jack near a candle on the bar. Leonard goes for Parker, but Carly's bite forces him to let go of his gun. Jack lies unconcious now, bleeding profusely. Carly finally breaks free from Leonard's clutch and rushes to Jack and Parker. Parker, guarding his mother and father, grabs the gun and fires two shots into an approaching Leonard. Carly stares in horror as Leonard's lifeloss body crumples to the floor and Parker holds the gun in shock.
  25. Susan yells at Bob to get a grip of himself, but Bob shooes her away. Later, Bob leaves his shift surprisingly early and Susan, just off the clock, follows him to Yo's and watches him down three shots of alcohol before finally confronting him at the bar. Bob breaks down in Susan's arms and cries that his life is crumbling before him. His baby boy, the one that he just knew would follow in his footsteps, drugged him in order to become interim chief and give the go ahead for the biogenetics lab. And now, his grandson has returned home from prison, issuing another hurtful reminder of his hopes of a better life for his family being crushed. Susan comforts Bob and tells him that he can come back from this. Bob breaks away from her hand and staggers out of Yo's as Susan watches with tears in her eyes. At Lyla's suite, Margo and Katie rally around Lyla. Meg comes in and issues her condolences to the family. Margo barks that Meg never cared for Craig at all. The only reason she married him was to, in some twisted way, prove herself to Paul...to prove that she could control Craig to the point where he would hand her the company and then hand it to Lucinda, thereby clearing Paul's conscience and completing his goal to help Lucinda. Katie tries to calm everyone down, but the damage is done and Meg flees. Downstairs, she runs into Paul who asks her why she wasn't at the doctor's office. Meg screams that Craig is dead...and it's all her fault. Meanwhile, Luke answers the door to find Lily on the other side, here to question why he never told her about the apartment. Luke acts confused, but eventually gives into Lily's assault of questions. Luke claims he didn't tell her because he knew she would throw a fit just like she's doing. Lily explains that she wants the best for her son, that's all she's ever wanted. His father turned his back on him, but Lily remains adamant that she'll always be there and she just wanted to prove that to him. Luke makes a comment about not being allowed the apartment because he and Noah are gay, but Lily corrects him and tells him it's because Noah's father is a killer. Lily asks Luke not to say anything or he might upset Noah. Luke agrees. As Lily leaves, Lucinda calls her with the news about Craig. Aaron runs into Sofie at Java and asks where she's been. Sofie gushes about meeting a new guy and Aaron, part relieved, makes certain that this guy will be different from Cole. Sofie promises that he's nothing like that. Aaron asks his name and Sofie tells him that the guy's name is Casey Hughes. Aaron tells Sofie that she deserves better than him and Sofie asks why. Aaron then informs Sofie that Casey was just released from prison. On his way home (to learn about Craig's death from his father), Casey meets Will. There's a sense of akwardness when the two come face to face. Casey starts off by apologizing, saying that he never meant to hurt Will. He was just protecting his brother. Will shockingly understands, citing that he's done things before for his brother and he knows how it is. Will gushes about his new daughter and Casey forces a smile and congratulates him. Gwen comes along with Hallie and they all get reacquainted. Gwen confronts Casey about why he dumped Maddie, and Casey shuts down. Later, Will and Gwen both share the same sentiment...Casey was acting rather strange. Again, Jack yells out Sam's real name, Leonard. Carly confronts Jack and asks what the hell's going on. Jack explains that Leonard here might want to tell it all himself. Sam admits that Jack's right. His name is Leonard. As he paces the floor acting creepier than ever, he explains that Jack and Parker had it right from the start. He had hopes that the fire would scare Carly into abandoning Metro and let him retrieve what he came for. He reveals that a member of Starziak's mob owed him some money and hid it in the walls of Metro when they kidnapped Molly. He was waiting for the right moment to punce, but a suspicious Jack and a rebellious Parker and a horny Carly never made it easy for him. Upon hearing the insults, Carly lunges at Leonard, who grabs Carly. Jack runs after Carly and tries to pull her out of Leonard's grasp. Instead, Leonard shoots him in the foot twice. Carly lets out a blood curdling scream as Parker stands horrified.
