Okay guys, as nervous as I am to do it, it's time. I have decided to bring back "Return to Santa Barbara" and finish what I started nearly 4 years ago. I know it's been a while and the interest may not still be there, but I'm gonna go for it anyway. For the next couple weeks, I'm going to re-read the blog from beginning to end to help refresh my memory about where I was in the storylines. I still have the same ideas in my head of how I want things to play out but I need to see how far I've gotten in each story. I took the liberty of deleting all of the entries post-July, as I did a flash forward that I never intended to do in the first place. The stories will go back to the regular pacing that I had originally mapped out. I am very excited to do this again & I hope that some of you will return to go along on this ride with me. To all who were hooked before- I sincerely apologize for leaving you all hanging and I hope this will make up for it. I hope to see all my girls (and guys) here again for all the fun. So Sherri, Shannon, Viktoria, Melissa, Teri, Nanc, Dawn, Roman, Amello, Wendy, and everyone I forgot to mention- I hope to see you back here. Spread the word you guys! "Return to Santa Barbara" is coming back with a vengeance! Expect to see new episodes beginning in late May/early June, though I'll be sure to keep you posted. In the meantime, how about you all join me in Re-Reading the old ones to get us all refreshed for the new ones??!? CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU ALL AGAIN......and re-launch the 2007 Best Drama Series SONBC Award-winning serial "Return to Santa Barbara!"

    OMG!!!!!!!!!!! You don't know how happy I am to hear that you're bringing this back! I have never forgotten what a great story you were weaving and the fun times we had on blog talk radio! I've often wondered how you were doing and where your career has taken you in the last 4 years. I'm looking forward to reconnecting with you and all my RTSB friends!

    OMG again!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so touched that you not only remembered me, but mentioned my name with the other SB superfans! LOL Having taken just over 2 years to my own fan fic, which ended up being 20 chapters, I understand how hard it is to pick it back up and how you need to reread it all and edit it, but that it's just something you can't let go of because there is a story that just has to be told! No matter how long it takes you to get the next chapter out, I will be here to read it!

    I just started reading this blog. Sounds like I picked a great time to start reading. I am so hooked on the Sophia storyline!!! I can't wait till Sophia is reuninted with CC. Oh yea, and Eden reunited with Cruz. Thank you so much for taking the time to write these wonderful stories.

    Thanks Tracy! Did you go back and start from the beginning? If you're hooked on the Sophia storyline, you really should. That storyline, along with the Mary/Mason/Julia saga, has been going on since Day 1 of the blog.

    I LOVE writing RTSB and that particular story. CC & Sophia were never my top favorite characters (I was always more of a Cruz & Eden, Mason & Julia, Keith & Gina, Augusta, and Kelly fan) but I find them so compelling to write for. I'm glad you're enjoying it!

    I absolutely went back to episode 1. I was hooked from the first moment!!! I have been reading this blog for three days straight. I have 2 teenage daughters who have begged me to share the computer, but I just couldnt!!! LOL. Can't wait for 99 to be posted.

    LOL, I was much the same way last weekend- I got hooked all over again and read it from beginning to end, which is what inspired me to start writing it again!

    Hope you enjoy the 99th episode! I think it's the most compelling one I've written since I started this up again!

    I enjoyed it very much!!! I think it is awesome that Augusta is trying to help Sophia. Just like she did when Sophia had breast cancer. Can't wait till the next one!!!
