Both are very attractive, but it's quite the transition from Brenda's tone to Jess' voice. Either way, I adore them both equally, and I get a kick out of all those parodies of Brenda on YouTube. She set herself up for those and I highly doubt she even realizes it. I wonder though, was there a big outcry when Jess took over?
