I have watched soaps my whole life and I've never had to make it a full time job to get a crumb of my favorite couple like I do for Young and The Restless' Nick and Phyllis. It seems the more we fans fight, write, campaign, call or vote in the polls, the more of Sharon we get on screen. It is beyond ridiculous. I don't believe it is asking too much to get Phick back together. We never got to see Nick fight for his family with Phyllis or really get a feel for how much this marriage means to him. Phyllis has been jealous of Sharon for three mind-numbing years now. It is just insane. That's our reward for being Phick fans? Thanks a lot Y&R!

I don't know where you come up with this so called "campaign", but the letter does not say the writer wants Sharon Case fired or less air time for Sharon Collins Newman Abbott. Any RATIONAL person would read the letter and say "Phick fans want Sharon removed from the Phick relationship and into a storyline that does not include Nick and Phyllis". I am sorry that your "passion" for Joshua Morrow and who he is paired with on screen has clouded your judgement, but calling out a fanbase and saying they are campaigning to get Sharon (the character) less screen time is deluded, irrational and slander. The Phick fanbase prides itself on CHARITY campaigns to Homeless Shelters, Women's shelters and Food Banks in the Greater Los Angeles area, not causing and wanting a hard working actor to lose their job.

Marla, thanks for being the voice of reason!! Less sharon in the Phick s/l is exactly what the letter refers to, it says nothing in reference to the actress, SC!! This is how nasty rumors are started and I'm thankful you have the facts. The charities benefit greatly from all the wonderful donations we make in the name of Phick, they are made from good, charitable fans that support their couple. Many, many fanbases do the same and it is a good thing.

Really, you are the last person to be criticizing someone about spewing hate or being rational, it's not as though what she's saying is unfounded, when it's plastered on the message boards about wanting the actress off the show.

Sharon Case just gave an interview on Soaps.com and said that Sharon would be going off the deep end and doing crazy things.

Sharon: Well, Sharon starts having a really hard time in life, with all the bad things that are going to start happening. Her reaction to things? She does a lot of really horrible things coming up in the future. She has a lot of fights with people - you see a really dark side to Sharon coming around the corner.

Soaps.com: That sounds exciting. It's interesting because everyone is expecting that Phyllis will be the one going off the deep end!

Sharon: Yes! That's a good way of putting it - Sharon does go off the deep end!

Looks like Hogan Sheffer is going to do a 360 on Sharon just like he did with Barbara from ATWT.

I'm really interested in seeing this play out, it sounds like SC is getting some good material to play.
