I would have Tabby be a mental Patient who had recovered hence ending Passions. All of the characters would turn out to be patients and staff.

-Luis marries Fancy, only on their honeymoon it turns out that Beth was disguised as Fancy the whole time. Luis finds out, and goes back to Sheridan. They marry, then it turns out that the real Sheridan has been kidnapped and has Precious the monkey has been impersonating her.

-Simone returns and she can't decide between 7 lesbians she's in love with (all played by the actresses who've played Kay).

-At the DILF awards, Ivy is expossed shortly after Sam wins best DILF. He then hooks up with Pilar because she really needs to get laid.

-Aunt Irma reminds the entire town that Eve Russell was once a drug addict, as prostitute and a whore. Julian marries Eve anyways, as he's no stranger to booze and skankery.

-Fox and Chad come back from the dead. This serves no plot purpose, whatsoever.

-Gwen finally snaps and is sent to a mental ward. Strangely, this makes Ethan want her and he follows her to the mental ward to win her back.
