Y&R Questions

I last watched Y&R with my aunt in the 90s. There were so many good storylines then (at least it seemed to me!) and I love coming back to see so many of the same people! (I love that they use Katherine! And that Victor Newman is still a stubborn S.O.B.) I remember most of their backstory, but I have questions about more modern history:

Who is Ji Minn? How did he die? Why does anyone care?

What happened with Gloria and the face cream? Did Ashley take the fall for that and that's why she's gone?

Who is Heather? I get that she's Paul's daughter, but who's her mom? How did she come back into Paul's life?

What happened to Dru?

If someone can answer these or direct me to some place that I can find the answers, that would be great. And let me say how much I enjoy a show that doesn't have a creepy puppet. And characters who seem to be able to learn and grow from their mistakes. And I know not many people are fond of Gloria-- and I'm not either-- but I think she's funny! Especially with Sharon and Jack working against her. Her schemes are so much better than any lame nonsense Katie Paretti could come up with (Did I say that out loud? Good.). My one problem is I haven't found a couple to "root" for. No one who's chemistry grabs me. No CarJack (in case you haven't figured out my previous ATWT ties). Guess I'll have to keep watching and see!

When Jabot went under after Gloria causede that whole tainted skin cream fiasco, Katherine sold Jabot to an Asian company. However, it was really Jack who made up a phony company to gain control of Jabot again, since he was forced out by the cream scandal. Anyway, Jack made it look like Ji Min owned the company which bought Jabot, but he didn't. Eventually the truth came out and Jill and Ji Jim genuinely fell for one another and he continued to work with her at Jabot.

He was apparently murdered, though no one knows who did it yet.

Nobody cares!

She hasn't been caugh on that YET. Jeffrey is blackmailing her with it though and that's why they're married (he mainly wants her money). However we suspect it will out come out this year and Gloria's downfall will be painful...

No, Ashley left the show and crossed over to B&B because she couldn't deal with Jack's "lies" anymore. There's word she'll be back on Y&R full-time though and she crosses over every now and then.

Paul's daughter with his first wife April. She never knew Paul was her father until last year.

She came to Genoa City as a District Attorney and eventually got acquainted with Paul...

Dru fell over a cliff into horrible CGI water, but her body hasn't been found. There's word Victoria Rowell is having talks with TPTB at Y&R to come back as Dru this year.
