I think polling has become less and less accurate in this post landline age. Phone polls oversample the elderly and rural.

It's all they have left. Seriously these people are just so bitter about the Clinton's. Time after time they come after them, the Clinton's falter and then scratch their way back up. Frankly I prefer the Clinton's in that mode because they clearly know what to do to overcome it and I like seeing them in attack mode. That's actually the thing that I most admire about Hillary and is the reason I'm voting for her. No one on the face of the earth knows better what the GOP is capable of and how far they will sink. I love Obama but he wasted a lot of time and energy trying to reason with people who hated him from day one and were perfectly happy to watch the world burn if it meant they could injure him in the tiniest way. Clinton knows the score. She knows who the enemy is and she knows where a lot of bodies are buried. That's who I want in the White House.

I don't know why these folks think hearings are a good idea. She kicked their ass during the Benghazi hearings.

Unfortunately the proponents of austerity will never admit that their policies are a failure.

Just to clarify, some of us came from slaves. Immigration implies choice which a lot of our ancestors never had.

It's kind of hysterical to me that a country that colonized every piece of land it encountered for hundreds of years decided that it didn't like answering to people in Brussels.

Damn. I remember when CNN was a real news network.

Ah, now we've reached the part of the program where Donnie looks for other people to blame for his failures. It took longer than I thought.

I'm glad to hear it. I tend to stay away from political Twitter for my own sanity.

The fact that so few people are calling him out on his absence shows how irrelevant he's become.

Bernie is a no show Unbelievable. After being lectured by his supporters for the last year about how only Bernie cares about people and is able to bring about real change, he couldn't even be bothered to show up when the Democrats finally stand up on one of the most important issues facing us right now.

As he should. The shooter is dead and Trump's still alive.

Bernie's supporters can't seem to stop crowing about how eager they are to subject minorities to the tender mercies of a fascist white supremacist then they wonder why he performed so poorly with those groups. Every video on YouTube (yesterday's Bill Maher and this week's The View) and article online that doesn't agree with Bernie Sanders and talks about Hillary Clinton winning is being bombarded by dislikes and hateful comments from Bernie supporters. If you really want to see a Berniac freakout go to Elizabeth Warren's Facebook page. She's being "berned" at the stake. I've honestly never seen such irrationality in anything outside of a religion.

It's almost funny to see how Trump and Bernie have started running similar campaigns. Both of them have started disregarding their campaign staffs and making rash egocentric decisions. I'm trying to figure out if the DNC is going to cut him down or just let him flame out.

History will eviscerate the people who stood with Trump. From Benedict Arnold to George Wallace, history doesn't treat cowards and hatemongers kindly.

The Bernie or busters have become a sick joke. When you look at the trouble outside Trump's San Jose rally, that's what the revolution will look like. More and more I feel like we're dealing with too many people who simply think everything is a reality show.

The Bernie backlash has been swifter and more brutal than I would've imagined. How ironic that NV will very likely be where the Sanders campaign committed suicide.

I was too but then I decided that if my city burns, I don't want to be watching it on TV hundred of miles away. I want to be here to help make sure that we don't have a bunch of protesters being found dead in their jail cells or homeless people being beat up by Trump supporters. Fortunately my office decided to close for that week so I won't have to deal with what is certain to be a hellish commute.

I shudder to think of what the next few months are going to be like. 2012 was utter hell here not just because of the presidential election but also because the right poured eleventy kajillion dollars into this state in an attempt to oust Sherrod Brown. Now the left wing super PACs are going to do the same in order to unseat Rob Portman who, thankfully, is pretty vulnerable thanks to Trump. Then when you add in the RNC convention we're going to be awash in ads.

After her interview I expect the Daily News to endorse Hillary. I did not, however, expect them to go in on Bernie to the extent they did.
