The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
Yes, the rings were back on after they got out of disguise - hers anyway. I didn't notice his. (She was playing with hers like she always does.) Yes, Edward was shown talking to Laura. We just saw Laura hanging up.

Today's Recaps (Friday, Oct. 31st) STATS Vets: Everyone - too many to count (except Lesley, who's not on today) Kisses: None, [!@#$%^&*]... Stories:Robin in labour; Claudia and AZ; Screamers on their way to LA; Spin remembers Maxie's birthday; explosion on doc where Sam and Jaons are; Sonny stabbed by Zarpov after he realizes Zarpov didn't do it. Line of the Day: Robin goes into labour and the priest says 'Is there a Doctor in the house' - 2/3 of the congregation stands up. (You knew they had to do this at some point - this joke was just asking to be told) Sc. 1 - Tracy and Luke continue checking in and he's thrilled that their reservations were there. Tracy keeps her head down. He's using Scott's credit card and the hotel clerk says the credit card he's using is registered with someone else in the hotel. Dr. Sckemerman is very surprised. Sc. 2 - Clerk says it's Scott's card. Luke is annoyed, saying Sckemerman/Baldwin used same card because they used to be in business together and he's suing Baldwin for everything. Clerk says it doesn't matter, they need to use another card. Luke speaks to Tracy in Dutch, which she doesn't understand, and she says they will use hers. The clerk looks at the card and says he doesn't understand - the card is registered to a 'Tracy Quartermaine' and she checked in under the name of Frau Sckemerman. Tracy looks at Luke then looks at the clerk. (I'm not seeing wedding rings on either of them.) Sc. 3 - no LuNacy; Anna driving the limo with Robin in the back - they are being tossed around; Screamers are reading the scrapbook from Scott & Laura's honeymoon, then Scott and Laura are remembering as they walk through it. It's quite nicely done, actually Sc. 4 - Tracy argues that she is TQ and she's having an affair with the good doctor so charge the damn card. The clerk, suitably chastised, does so. Luke says she was hardly subtle, but she argues it worked. Luke agrees and says now they have to find out where Baldwin is. Tracy is pretty fed up with all of this, but she's going along with it for now. Meanwhile Laura tells Scott she's married to Luke, she's his wife. Then Scott says no, Luke is married to Tracy. Sc. 5 - Luke and Tracy out of costume, and Tracy is asking for his plan. Luke says he's going to break in to Scott's room. She says if he want a masseuse or chamber maid then he's on his own. He asks if she can call if she sees them return. She says she can, but why would she? Luke asks if she's bailing on him. If this is what he considers bailing, then she guesses she is, in fact she thinks she should go home and he can rescue his 'damsel in distress' himself. Tracy gets up and walks away, Luke sighs heavily then stands and follows her. Meanwhile Laura tells Scott he's lying and Scott assures her he's telling the truth, that the minister was an actor. Scott is actually quite balanced in his telling Laura about LuNacy, and challenges her to pick up the phone to call anyone in Port Charles and they will tell her that Tracy is Mrs. Luke Spencer. Sc. 6 - no LuNacy; Laura calls Edward and he tells her that Luke and Tracy have been married for three years. Scott says he's sorry but Laura says he's not, that he's got proof Luke wasn't worthy of her. Scott says he doesn't blame Luke for marrying Tracy, he blames him for lying to Laura and letting her make vows for nothing. Sc. 7 - Tracy walks out of the hotel with Luke right behind her. There is a cab behind her but I'm not sure if she's planning to get in it or not. Tracy says she has to leave, she doesn't bow out graciously. Luke says he doesn't want to bow out at all. Tracy says you don't get it, this isn't going to end well for them. Then she walks away and Luke is frustrated and sad. Scott and Laura drive up and she tells him just because Luke is married doesn't mean she will change her feelings for Scott. Luke looks over at the car and sees Laura. They just stare at each other in disbelief.

If this is really the truth then I am severely pissed off. I've got three years of story in my head for him without even blinking. They could write for him, the choose not to. And then they create this vicious circle, he's gone so they write him badly so the viewers notice, so the stop asking that he have story, so he's written badly... And what is Tracy supposed to do, have yet another marriage end because they man really didn't love her enough?

Anything for sure says she isn't? Even if she isn't, tomorrow will be good - Scott tells Laura about LuNacy... hee, hee, hee...

Hey guys, just so I don't look like a total loser - could those of you with SOC membership go and write in the Tracy Q Fan Club social club I just started. The forum is on a Tracy high right now (hopefully due in some part to my constantly bringing her in to everything) and someone wanted to know if there was a love-in somewhere. Some of these 'new' Tracy converts like ewcbo, so I'm not sure they would... appreciate... everything we write here. Here's the link: http://boards.soapcentral.com/group.php?gr...8#gmessage72158

That's too funny. But I always suspected with children the ages that she had, she would be pulled into the technological revolution whether she wanted to be or not.

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
Today's Recaps (Thursday, Oct. 30th) STATS Vets: Anna, Mac, Bobbie, Tracy, Luke, Laura, Scott, Edward, Monica, Mike, Lesley Kisses:none Stories: Robins' wedding, Patrick in surgery; Johnny/Claudia talking about AZ's death; Laura/Scott in LA; Sason bonding; LuNacy going after Laura Sc. 1 - LuNacy at SB; they landed in a soft cornfield. Luke says it was a rush on the way down. Tracy complains she doesn't like adventure but Luke smiles, saying she takes to it like a duck to water. Tracy doesn't respond to that but she does say at least he cleans up and doesn't look like he was scraped off a bar room floor. With her able assistance, he notes. The doctor comes by and said Mrs. Spencer, Mrs. Spencer, he's so sorry but they can't find her. They don't understand what is happening to Lulu and he says no, it's Laura who is missing. Sc. 2 - Luke can't understand what the doctor is talking about and says they have to talk to Lulu. The doctor says Lulu is missing also, she stole a facility van and escaped not long after Laura did. Nicholas Cassidine called numerous times, and Lulu is with him. They are following Lulu's story that Laura is awake - which Tracy fills Luke in on. Then the doctor says considering Lulu is a patient her story must be taken with a great deal of suspicion. Luke wonders what kind of 'funny farm' they are running, and Tracy's mouth is hung open in surprise at Lulu's disappearance and the idea that Laura might actually be awake. Sc. 3 - Doctor tells them Scott took Laura and the sign in sheet shows Scott was here. Tracy threatens the hospital if anything happens to Lulu or her mother. She takes the doctor on as Luke slips into Laura's room and makes a phone call. Then Luke tells Tracy to back off the doctor, as he defends himself saying it was a big institution (as if that were an acceptable excuse). Tracy wonders what Luke's careless attitude was all about and Luke explains that he knows where they are, he knows how Scotty's snake brain works - he's take Laura to LA which is where they had their honeymoon, so that's where they are going. Luke takes Tracy's arm gently and ushers her down the hall (and out of the scene; she's going willingly and not even suggesting that she wouldn't help him with Laura). Sc. 4 - Luke appreciates the jet, and Tracy says it's better than the last one. Luke says it got the job done and Tracy reminds him he crashed. Then she asks him how he's convinced Scott took Laura to LA, and Luke says that is where their honeymoon was and he's probably taking Laura back to remember. Tracy then says what is she doing here? What is she doing on a romantic escapade to help him get his ex-wife back? When they find Laura he better damn well tell her that he's married to Tracy now, not Laura. Luke looks at her indulgently. Sc. 5 - Serena mention; Spencer screamers get the history lesson from Grandma; Luke saying to Tracy that he hasn't had time to think about this, and Tracy says hmm, translation he's going to say nothing. Luke says no, he just doesn't know how fragile she is. Tracy challenges him, saying what happens when they find Laura, then what? Luke says he'll figure it out when they get there. Tracy points out that the last time Laura awoke he did that phony wedding and she ended up the other woman in her own marriage. Luke says that isn't going to happen again because she is second to no one. He loves her and he's married to her, and he's told her that often even in Mexico. Oh, Tracy says, drunk and with the police, that's convincing. Luke tries to assure her but he doesn't promise outright that he will tell Laura the truth, they don't even know how long she will be out of her catatonic state, he reminds her. Tracy challenges him that Laura's condition seems to be in remission, so when they get to LA he has to make a decision, it's either Laura or her. Sc. 6 - More history with the screamers; Tracy notices they are getting to LA, so asks him what his 'Spencer Intuition' is telling him. He's guessing the Truman hotel because that's where Scott took Laura for their honeymoon, and then he 'slithered' her down the stars (Canada's is Walk of Fame - what's the one in LA again?). As Luke adjusts his watch for the time difference, Tracy asks what he's hiding. Nothing, he assures her, would he lie to his wife? Then she hears beeping and pulls the phone out of his pocket. Can't he have any secrets? he pouts. Turns out he's tapped into Scott's credit card information which shows the last purchase was Truman's hotel. 'Spencer Intuition' my ass, Tracy says. Why didn't he tell her? Luke didn't want His Popsicle getting tired out. She doesn't buy it and asks what his plan is. Luke asks her how her Dutch is. Sc. 7 - Luke is dressed as Dr. Shkemerman and Tracy has a book in front of her face. She says it isn't going to work but he assures her it will. Tracy lowers the book and she's dressed as a dowdy shrew. Luke starts talking in Dutch to the hotel clerk at the Truman Hotel and tells Tracy to say hello. She says auf Wiedersehen, and the clerk says isn't that goodbye. Yes, in German, Luke says. Meanwhile Scott takes Laura out the front door and the two couples don't notice each other.

It's my Royal Family - I will do LuNacy and the Commonwealth proud! Actually, Diana was never loved by Charles - she was just the 'acceptable' bearer of the next air. AND she was as mentally unbalanced as, well.... lets just say I can do A LOT with that particular comparison.
-
The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
No, I'm not holding you back. You take that blond twit to the mat. I'll support you.

Thanks Nex. BTW, I've been meaning to ask you - is there any way to lighten the clips or do they darken in the uploading process that's beyond your control?

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
^^^ Well... again Guza is a whole lot of nothing. I wonder if he's one of those guys who stands in front of the mirror every morning practicing his facial expressions, while stickies around the rim have words of motivation and self-love... EDIT VETS: Robin's wedding - Mac, Bobbie (Ruah wondered who that was, how sad is that; looks very plastic unfortunately); Edward and Monica are there (Edward still has that stupid hat, reminds more of the OD on sunglasses at Emily's wedding); Mike is there. Filomena and Georgie reference.

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
Okay, my thoughts in no particular order... - I agree Nex, that quote does get old (although the Punic War part was funny), but is it any more annoying than "30 million people"? Think about it. Or 'what is it like working with GF'. That's the same quote too. - So, I'm reading that TG isn't about to give up Jane or LuNacy. Anyone else sense that? - If 'Laura' was the answer, TG would have spoiled that. 'Laura' ISN'T the answer.... which works. - Asked what makes 'Tracy and Luke' work... I like that. Not 'what makes LnL work' - And he's 'honest with the woman/women he loves'..... well, we all know he's been brutally honest with Tracy... When are the spoilers for, Hooked?

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
From Serial Drama's latest bit... (this is the link) This Show Really Makes Me Inquisitive I feel like a toddler sometimes when I watch General Hospital, and not solely because early childhood television programming shares GH's fondness for simplistic dialogue and repetition. Granted, that is a large part of it, but...have you ever spent time with a toddler who is just filled with wonder and asks all sorts of questions about what things are, why they are that way, and how they came to be? That is me during General Hospital. "But...why? How did that...what is...????" I have either regressed to the mentality of a nursery schooler (possible), or suffered a traumatic brain injury from when I walked into a branch (more likely; hey, it was a really big branch), or nothing about General Hospital makes any sense at all (most likely). Jane Elliot and Tony Geary have, like, 147 Emmys between the two of them and THIS is the kind of story you write for them? For Luke Spencer and Tracy Quartermaine? Really? Really? The word "hack" doesn't do it justice.

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
Wow... let me see how that breaks down... LnL - 26 years; LuNacy - 3 years LnL - huge PR; LuNacy - little PR LnL - huge story; LuNacy - little story LnL - on regularly; LuNacy - on realtively little with large breaks every 3-6 months ... and LnL can STILL only pull of a 2:1 over LuNacy (when their diehard fans don't even KNOW about the poll). Yeah... I think we're okay.

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
I suspected as much. I'm choosing to believe it's $$ related - a huge plane crash for just two characters probably wouldn't fit the cost/benefit analysis. Even Sason has more people involved when they have something exploding. . So, do we just have Luke onscreen searching for Laura in LA on Friday while Tracy is hiding out in a hotel room or something??? Strange. Remember, we didn't have her listed for Friday but there she was in all her glory. I think we will see her. But even if we don't we have Laura confronting Luke about lying to her and staying with Tracy. And then Monday we get to see Laura confront Tracy - that I can't wait to see. I really hope ewcbo remembers Tracy saying she loves Lulu. That will carry drag if nothing else does.

Okay gang... I fixed it... Confessions - the twenty-second...
-
The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
SFD, it's a new day in Port Charles so we won't see any crash. We're back to General Mobular. On the bright side it's Robyn's wedding day and we're seeing Anna and Mac. I'll fix the oversight later... EDIT Maxie just made a reference to Felicia's affair with Luke Spencer.... Someone obviously opened the history books for October. With the exception of the whole RW re-write crapola, the writers have been pretty dead-on. EDIT TWO Claudia and AZ might have hinted at Eds Meds, but it certainly wasn't a copy-cat scene. Just thought you'd like to know... And honestly, I don't think many would have made that connection if Daytime Confidential hadn't said anything first.

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
Some things are really standing out for me in this one. They've written Scott well. It looks like they are doing alright for Genie. Luke is back in full form. I just hope Tracy gets to kick some serious ass in this story. She deserves to 'win' for a change. And I hope to hell Luke has a backbone when he tells Laura he chooses Tracy - and that he shows the same backbone when he tells Tracy she's staying Mrs. Luke L. Spencer. Hey MF... nice to see your name below. You've been missed.
-
The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
I intend to hope. I want to see Scott tell Laura the truth anyway - you know he's going to make it sound as bad as possible . I'm actually quite glad Scott drops the bomb, because everyone else would soft-peddle it. Hee, hee, hee....

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
I thought we had confirmation of her Thursday and Friday this week, and she was already on Monday. I'm still watching today. She wasn't expected last Friday and it was a pleasant surprise. Perhaps they have more scenes that this insider doesn't know about. I'm watching throughout the week to be sure.

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
You are so welcome. I was only too happy to do this today. They were fine, heartfelt actually - but if I didn't know better I would say GF has been to visit the surgeons. Her face is a little too tight for someone a few years older then I am. PERFECT!!! And JMB will share around that it was delivered and will probably wait there while Jane opens it! Yes... I want to see that. I hope so BTW, would you posts Frons' number again? I've got SOC calling in today.

Today's Recaps (October 27th) STATS Vets: Laura, Scott, Luke, Tracy, Mac Kisses: almost as Luke pulls her in for a kiss (then the plane went out of control) Stories: It's all Scrubs and the Spencer family (Lulu's story, Laura's, Lucky's and Nic's); Scott goes through the entire history of Laura and the various murders she was part of that Scott covered up for her. He doesn't get to tell her about LuNacy yet, but hints that Luke has hurt her more than she realizes but she doesn't know what Scott means. Sc. 1 - Lulu in straight jacket in padded cell; Scott and Laura in jet; Luke knocked drug smugglers out with heavy wrench Sc. 2 - Tracy rushing in after Luke, saying she either understands how his pickled brain works or he's more predictable than he thought. She keeps getting angry saying he ditched her in a Mexican bar while she was trying to blackmail her father for him. Luke yells at her to find the keys, as he continues searching the man he knocked out, sure that he was the pilot. Tracy pulls the keys out of the man's pocket and asks if this is what he's looking for. Just then the other man returns and starts shooting. Luke pulls out a gun, pushes Tracy behind him as he covers them and tells her to get to the plane. Tracy rushes towards the plane as Luke backs up following her. (Action isn't bad, actually) Sc. 3 - Lulu escapes SB and hot wires a van - the Spencer is coming out in her ; LuNacy in plane and Tracy pulls out drugs and is shocked, not happy that he took a drug smuggler's plane. Luke says to look at it as them doing the community a service. Besides, they have to get to Lulu. Tracy says if he had stuck around he would know that Daddy got the charges dropped. Luke asks if the border patrol got the memo, and besides they are 10,000 feet in the air and it's no place to argue. Tracy agrees saying she's actually rather impressed that he knows how to fly a plane. Luke says it's like riding a bike, some things you never forget. Then the plane starts plunging. Sc. 4 - Tracy whimpering as they go down, Luke pulls it out. Luke wonders what all these do and Tracy says that's the least funny thing he's ever done. Luke says he's flying. Tracy says they're hurdling through air. They bicker about flying and Tracy holds the airsick bag. Luke says he's been in far worse situations and come out spelling like a rose - with just a hint of Tequila. Tracy says if they live through this she's going to kill him. Then Luke turns the plane and she screams again. Sc. 5 - no LuNacy Sc. 6 - Luke rights the plane and laughs at his success. Tracy still has the barf bag. Luke says she is enjoying this and she asks if she looks like she's having fun. Tracy says he overestimates is effect on her. Luke says she likes to rough it and he makes her life more interesting. Tracy says her idea of roughing it is trying to hail a cab in Manhattan. Luke says she won't even admit it now. Admit what, she asks. "That you missed me. That you came looking for me for Lulu, yeah, but you wanted me too." So what, Tracy asks. "Ah, you've finally admitted it" Luke says as he lets go of the controls and reaches over for her face to pull her in for a kiss. The plane goes out of control again and Luke fights to control it while Tracy screams again. Sc. 7 - Tracy is looking awful. Tracy sees they are out of gas and Luke says there are no parachutes. Luke asks Tracy what she sees out her window and she says she sees nothing. He takes them down for a crash land, saying he hopes they are overland and nothing is in the way "'cause he we go", and he noses the plane down. Tracy hangs on for dear life. My thoughts: TG is much better today - he must be feeling better. Actually it was pretty fun. And no mob in sight!

The Tracy Quartermaine Lovefest
Morning all. On SOC I've made quite a few friends (even on good terms with the LnLers I fight with). Anyway, one invited me to a game based on Amazing Race with the couples of GH and NSII. This morning I had the pleasure of removing the Scott & Laura team from the game (the LuNacy team is always at the top, btw - our friends are everywhere). It was a fun start to the morning. I'm primed for the show this afternoon. Even if the plane hijacking is ridiculous, it's still LuNacy together and they are finally out of that Cantina. Considering how little they give any other vet (and how bad the stuff is for the Sason group as well), our couple is getting on fairly well. I'm thinking the lack-luster portrayal by TG this far is probably having more to do with his being sick than anything else. Perhaps that's why he hasn't kissed Tracy yet (mind you they haven't been in that emotional place yet), because TG doesn't want to make JE sick. And I imagine if one's throat is aching, giving them a drinking scene is a good way to keep his throat working.

LOL I love it! Even if we think the Mexican adventure is a little lame - they are together and alone, and that means something. Hopefully she will get a laugh out of it and know her fans are paying attention. Need your snail mail addy, Hooked - it got lost in the first 'puter crash.

Where's Lainey, she'll have a field day with those 'spoilers'.
