Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Duly noted about the data. (I'm still going to stress internally if my RHONY and Potomac don't get a whole lot of ratings love, though. That's just me -- I need mass validation for my exquisite taste in RH franchises). Re: your last sentence. You shady!

I did too. Both Dorinda and Luann were there for her even during non filmed/used excursions. They want her to move on without that house weighing her down.

Sonja smashing that mirror with her feet was beyond reality tv. It was performance art. I can't help but enjoy what Leah is bringing to the show. Yes, she is thirsty and sloppy as hell, and I really did NOT need to see multiple closeups of her crotch rubbing up against Luann. However, she is unsettling Ramona and bringing drama. And for a party Ramona spent weeks planning and talking about, that was pretty cheap and basic-looking. When those old biddies all started dancing, though, I was ๐

I loved that moment of lightness. At first Sutton was taken aback, but then her eyes lit up and you could tell she was loving the back-and-forth and the teasing. Given that the coven drone on about each other's outfits ad nauseum, this must have been one conversation Sutton actually secretly enjoyed. After all, it was clear Garcelle was curious and wanted to get to know her better. And that's a compliment! It made me wish we had more Sutton footage on the show. I recall early on this season Sutton bursting into tears as they drive to Teddi's retreat (I feel ya Sutton), simply out of nervous tension. She was already picking up on the attack-dog energy of the group and it was making her anxious. It kind of endeared me to her.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
So, my question is, do you all believe Brandi's story? That is the crux of the issue. Is Brandi lying? Or is Denise covering? Having watched the scene, I was convinced by Brandi's story -- that she is bi, and that Denise and her had a fling -- because, as she put it, Denise and Aaron have an open arrangement where he doesn't mind if she goes with women. Where Brandi lost me is, as you said, when she tried to paint herself as victim. Suddenly Aaron at all costs must not know? But I thought Brandi said he was cool with Denise having ONS with women? Suddenly Brandi is feeling awful because her dealbreaker is cheating on somebody? Suddenly Denise is holding stuff over her to keep her in check? Surely Brandi has info to hold over Denise! Brandi also specified explicitly that they had sex. That kind of direct statement made me think, ok, they did. But now with the cease-and-desist, is Brandi backtracking and saying instead they just kissed? The fact that Kyle and Teddi hosted this at Kyle's house made this seem highly pre-scripted. At the same time, I felt Kim was legit supporting Brandi and really believed her story. I didn't think Kim was being phoney about her reactions to what Brandi was saying. There is also a nugget of truth in what Brandi is saying about Aaron. That he is controlling and Denise is desperate for him not to know. Aaron is not coming off great this season, and I have to wonder if Denise isn't a little afraid of him. So basically I don't know what to believe anymore, LOL. Other things: -WTF was Kyle's funky chicken dance and Brandi falling down drunk? MESS. -Brandi has literally morphed into Adrienne in her VTs. -Another nasty reference about how Denise's kids should be 'used to this' cuz Charlie Sheen is their dad! Please leave children out of this discussion. -Teddi is a bore desperate to stay in this circle? Erika has an ice-cold heart? Is any of this news to anybody? -Loved Sutton and Garcelle's chat. Is Sutton going to Rome with the other women? -Did Dorit and Erika even appear in this episode?

Why are these women so pressed if LVP gets a show on this Peacock platform? Did LVP steal their first borns? Is Rinna claiming she came up with a show called Rinna's Pet Shoppe and LVP stole the idea? Good luck paying those lawyers fees with your dwindling QVC money! Damn, Rinna is having a shitty week.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Thank you for clarifying. I totally read 'integrating' as 'consolidating.' IA it is long past due that the franchises mix it up racially and otherwise. I hope Rinna's fall from grace is televised on BH. She is the ultimate survivor, though, so don't feel too bad for her -- she has a way of bouncing back. Still, interesting how she has been burning a lot of bridges recently, including QVC. (Not that I blame her if QVC wanted to gag her politics). If she's not happy about LVP getting a Vanderpump Dogs show, then that is just too damn bad. Rinna wanted LVP off RHOBH so that she could rule the roost. The crown is heavy, darling! Bummed about Elyse -- when are they filming? There may still be time for Bravo to change its mind. Like I said, that Instastory was a game-changer, LOL!

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Both of these are worrying me with regards to RHONY's future. Elyse earned a spot at reunion for that Leah-assisted Insta story alone! And the word 'reckoning'... yikes. I read that NY's Halloween episode was the lowest rated since S6. I wonder how the Berkshires episodes did? Better, I hope. Jill Zarin gave an interview last week. First of all, she said that she would not even entertain an offer from Bravo about returning to RHONY which... LMAO. I don't believe that BS for one second. She also said that Bravo would be slashing RHONY salaries because now they cannot travel due to Covid, hence curtailed seasons. THAT I can see being true. It made me concerned for the future of these RH shows. Yes, I know they are extremely problematic, misogynistic and worse. However, in these pandemic times, these shows -- and this thread -- have helped me take my mind off things and represented some much-needed escape from grim news. I am not ready to let them go yet. I guess RHONY will get some jujjing after this season. I do like Leah as an addition. I feel like Dale Mercer should have replaced Tinsley mid-season. It would have been seamless. Party at Dale's Palm Beach house! And Elyse should have been incorporated better. But I'm not ready to see the existing cast completely decimated. JMO. As for integrating various series, do they mean like integrating BH with OC? Because that would be a nutty culture clash! I could actually see NY and NJ integrating better (Ramona loves Melissa and snubs Margaret and Dolores on the regular, so the drama is there. Dorinda is also pals with Margaret). It would still be a weird mix, though. How would Teresa fit into a RHONY vibe? LOL.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Katie was hard-done by both Ashley and production. Ashley always plays dirty, so I was so pleased when Karen stick up for Katie and told her that she belonged there just as much as anyone else. But for whatever reason, production wanted Katie out. Shame because I found her a bright spot last season. Yes, she is clearly going through some serious things. Yes, I did wonder if she had dependency issues. But there were other times when she was startlingly lucid and cut straight through the BS, especially with Ashley. It's hard to explain but, she fills a gap in RHOP. I would have loved to see her back this coming season.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Less than 2 weeks until August 2! I am really psyched for Potomac. I love Monique and her whole family. S4 she kind of had to sit stuff out because she was SO preggers, but she still made waves at Katie's hoedown. I'm thinking Candiace has not forgiven getting put in her place, hence why she started something with Monique this year. Candiace is a mess.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Not to sound overdramatic LOL, but Rinna has lost her humanity doing this show. Her scenes with Amelia this season --there was no mistaking her distraction and lack of empathy while her kid tried to talk about her issues. Rinna is more interested in planning her next outfit than any of that sh*t. That's why she and Erika are so tight. She leaped on Amelia's mental issues because she was being blamed for her daughter's struggle with anorexia. Pushing Amelia and the Slow One into being InstaModels prob did not help those body issues. When you are a failed InstaModel? That must do a number on your self-esteem. Designers will only invite the Hamlin girls to sit at their shows -- not to walk in them. Unlike her slow older sister, Amelia seems like she has a functioning braincell and would like to do more with her life. But Rinna stays pushing this InstaModel life. Rinna may be a hustler (so she says -- haven't seen her hustle for a part in a few seasons) but she has no vision for her daughters' future. She stays copying Yolanda Hadid and Kris Jenner but cannot imagine a life for them beyond that. Or for herself for that matter. She seems set on 'Beverly Hills maven' (again, like Kris Jenner or Kathy Hilton) but doesn't seem to have been permitted entry into that circle yet. Rinna's $5,000 bid at Kyle's charity event was meant to make her look boss, but Kris Jenner made a straight $25K donation (knowing that is what Kyle needed to break even) which overshadowed Rinna's. That BH social world is about maintaining relationships, not losing them. And Rinna is currently bashing Denise on Twitter, calling her phoney and narcissistic, so there's that. Keeping Up w the Kardashians has gotten stale, but I can't help but like Kris Jenner for some reason. She reinvented the reality TV game and is now a legit power player. Also, she has maintained the same close friendships for decades and I think that speaks somewhat highly of her. Rinna wishes so hard that she was part of that Faye/Kris/Kathy circle! Rinna is currently going apeshit on Denise on social media, calling her phoney, narcissistic, etc. I hope that means Denise told her a few home truths at reunion about how no one trusts Rinna farther than they can throw her. It's always good to catch up, even with some 'slower' seasons, because it lays a lot of the groundwork about what we are seeing now. Robyn actually liked Monique at first, until Gizelle let it be known that Monique was to be the target. Robyn is a henchwoman who follows orders. She also likes Candiace and Ashley but will go after them if Gizelle gives her the nudge. Weirdly -- and despite Gizelle not caring a fig about her -- Candiace also seems desperate to sell her buddy Monique out to the green-eyed goons. This is totally bewildering to me.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
@Soaplovers Yes I agree, Garcelle is showing us her WHOLE life. I loved seeing her in a meeting and standing her ground with regards to the film project. Also she hasn't sugar-coated anything with regards to her ex-marriage. I heard Sutton filmed a lot of home stuff, and I'm curious to know more because something about her i really like Camille is literally the Lone Ranger on Twitter right now! She also owned Rinna's ass in this week's episode. Rinna thought she could score an easy victory by forcing her 200th apology from Camille. She even had Eileen for backup, although Eileen wisely kept out of that fight. Camille sent Rinna slunking away 5 mins later with her tail between her legs. Rinna exudes such a slippery, shark-like energy, looking for any weakness she can exploit. How on earth does she have any friends left? Gaslighting Denise and basically throwing a 20 year friendship to the wolves. Her whole dynamic at Kyle's was exclusionary and mean girl, too. She had the coven gathered around her and when Denise came to sit, she was rolling her eyes like a high schooler. She seems like the 'brains' behind much of this takedown. But omg how glorious to see Kris Jenner overshadow Rinna's charity bid with a $25,000 donation? Rinna tries, but sheโs not running with the big dogs yet. And by big dogs, I mean the ones who give Kyle legitimate nervous anxiety: Faye, Kris and Kathy! The 'assault' accusation was such a low.. Brandi and Yolanda goading Ken in order to provoke an angry response. Yolanda "My husband would never be seen with the likes of you" and Brandi chiming in that David 'actually has a real job." I was especially shocked by Brandi turning on Ken because they legitimately had a sweet friendship. He stood up for her against his pal Mauricio and the Maloof's threatened lawsuit. He never trusted her again after that episode.

Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
@DRW50 The difference between S3 and this season is not only what Brandi said about Adrienne was true, but Bravo did not edit it from the show. They beeped Brandi saying it outright, but showed all the reaction, fallout and much discussion about the cease and desists. Adrienne had told her friend circle that she had her kids by surrogate; but she had done press talking about giving birth. On the day of S3 reunion, she released a press interview where she acknowledged the surrogacy, but then didn't show up at reunion. Bravo were DONE being sued by that point and fired her on-air. Even more interesting was that Brandi never once deviated from her initial assertion. Here on the other hand? Thirsty Chops has changed her story from a threesome, to a full blown affair between her and Denise, to a one night stand, to a simple kiss. I mean, RHONY's Leah and Sonja are making out with the other HWs at least once a week! When confronted with the legal specifics about when and where this affair happened, Brandi appears to have folded and is following production's lead in playing this down like it's no big deal. This is the second load of footage production may be forced to scrap this year (even though everyone is on social media and knows about 'the affair') -- Sutton's family stuff was the first. LA really does lawyer up at the drop of a hat! And now she's pretending she is on Denise's side in the pile up? Sounds to me like fear of having to pay damages and lawyer's fees. Because 2 weeks ago she was piling on Denise on Twitter with a 'kissing' photo which Camille quickly pointed out was an innocent screenshot taken from the previous season. She has been crudely attacking Denise on Twitter for months and now looks like a lying fool. Now that Big Mouth is in ass-covering mode, if I were Kyle, I wouldn't be sitting easy. I have a feeling she instigated this SL and promised Brandi it would help get her a spot on the show.

Wow. Coming from Rinna, that is saying something because we have had some bullshit BH reunions. S8 reunion was f***ing torture! So, what do you think happened? Did Bravo refuse to discuss certain things? Did Brandi show up and claim that it was all a giant mistake? If Bravo and NBC Universal are being cowed by a simple cease-and-desist from Denise Richards' lawyer, then DAMN. Denise's lawyer must be insanely scary! Bravo fired a Maloof back in the day and ignored most of her cease-and-desists! They routinely wave aside Vicki's multiple cease-and-desists on a regular basis! I do not understand what makes Denise more powerful in this instance. I know she is "F***ING DENISE RICHARDS, KYLE" ๐ฅฐ but I did not realise she wielded this level of influence. Or it could be that Rinna planned a sniper-from-the-side takedown and it backfired on all the Witches of Eastwick.

As soon as I watched Leah and Elyse likely secure themselves a spot next year with that STEAMING hot TEA, I knew one gif, and one gif only, could express my reaction. Notice how Alex's eyes bug out of her head at the end. God, I am really excited to watch this week's RHONY now. Ok now what H. Hamlin / Mauricio-is-high tea is this?? I did see the special. I thought it was great, especially the way she talked about meeting the Count and living in Switzerland. I believe Luann and the Count were really in love and it devastated her when he wanted to have a marriage in name only. While I don't think Luann is a personal fave of Andy's, I thought it was significant that Bravo decided to air that special, at a time when the other HWs made Luann the but of their jokes and kind of excluded her from stuff (side-eyeing Bethenny, Carole, Ramona). Smart move because as it turned out, Luann's story MADE season 10. Yep, she's dating her agent, Rich Super. I believe that's why she initially got a house upstate -- because he had one there. https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/10411014/real-housewives-luann-de-lesseps-dating-agent-richard-super/#:~:text=REAL%20Housewives%20of%20New%20York,a%20romantic%20relationship%20with%20Super. https://www.bravotv.com/the-daily-dish/luann-de-lesseps-new-boyfriend-dating-tour-agent-rich-super Why would they cut a fight between Dorinda and Leah?? SHOTS FIRED!!!! Um.... isn't Georgia one of those states with an upsurge in infections? As for the OC, WTF. The last few months have been Party Time for OC housewives boozing it up in the restaurants of Dana Point. Maskless, of course, because Fox News said this is all a hoax and anyway, we gotta THIN THE HERD (to quote Kelly Dodd). I know all this because they posted this bullshit on social media. And now SoCal is in deep crisis and running out of beds and ventilators.- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....

Thanks for that insider information! See? If we'd gotten a talking head with her discussing her tumultuous love & real estate history, that would have been pretty fascinating! Amd damn that photo! Her comment is perfect -- looky but no touchy! Suddenly I'm thinking Bravo (and I) may have been mistaken about Elyse. How dare you imply that Feeling Jovani didn't storm the charts?! ๐ (I actually really enjoy Lu's musical ลuvre. Most of her songs are very catchy).- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Villa Blanca takes me back to BH S1-2 in an instant. Always liked that airy space with the windows flung open for al fresco dining. But after the ruling on the sexual harassment lawsuit, the Todds have been keen to offload the space. The associations with the restaurant are now linked to that. I suspect that the Vanderpump-Todds are relieved that the lease could not be renewed and can now focus on their existing establishments in current pandemic times. If VPR gets officially cancelled, they may consider getting out of the restaurant biz for a while and embrace a semi-retirement/Vanderpump Dogs kid of life. I always believed a Vanderpump Dogs show was in the cards, hence production's insistence on puppygate during S9 as a way into the show. Vindictive and obsessed. She won't rest til she feels LVP is somehow punished and completely destroyed. Same with Kim Richards. Doesn't this kind of energy eventually backfire on you, karma-styles?- Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
Definitely 1980s Lu during her modeling days. I recall in one of the very early seasons, Luann talking about her pre-Countess model years and that very shot was one of a few which popped up on screen. The fact that she has positioned it just so makes me love this hoe all the more. Sage Lu dispensing wise advice to her GFs... and then we get 'I'm Fabulous, bitches!' self-involvement. Both of which were also neatly showcased on Thursday's episode. The latter... although the drunkenness did not really appear until the last 2 minutes of the episode. Most of the episode felt like a cosy slumber party in this big, beautiful house, and even the sight of Lu and others storming off was softened by the fact that everybody was storming off in fuzzy slippers. I enjoyed the episode: everybody got a little character study. Blue Stone Manor looks almost identical to pre-flooding BSM, but nevertheless, love a glimpse of the rooms and furnishings. Personally prefer seeing the houses more than the glam-squad stuff -- homes feel like a purer expression of their true personalities. Back to your point about day-to-day lives, it would enrich the show to see a little more of that. It would definitely enrich Elyse vis a vis the audience. She announced this episode that she has a husband? Wait, what?! Color me shocked. I never even realised. I would love to see some footage of her + hubby (+ Ramona flirting with him, let''s be real) in their UES apartment. I think it would help establish her on the show, even if it's just as a FOH. Similarly, Luann has been dating her talent manager for like 2 years, and she's about to sell the upstate NY house and get back to the Hamptons. Would love to see more of that and maybe a glimpse of him. Dorinda going Drunk Warrior and trying to turn Sonja against Lu revealed Dorinda's cruel pot-stirring side again. And all because Lu was trying to gently tell Dorinda about toning down the meanness when she gets drunk. Just when I was warming to D this week. Heather in the previews! ๐ฅฐA welcome sight for sore eyes. Having Heather return to the show would perhaps be a better fit than Jill Zarin. Maybe a combo of Heather and Carole, or Heather and Kristen. - Bravo's The Real Housewives of....
