SNL is doing an AMC sketch.

Ellen talked to Kathy Bates today on her show about her brief time on AMC. They even showed a short clip.

Olivia and Stabler were the lead detectives on just about every case so, yes it made them the stars of the show.

I was watching TV last night and saw a commerical for FitRX, a wright loss retreat place and I swear the one "trainers" looked like Beth Ehlers.

I don't think the Jennifer Love Hewitt thing is final. This is the last Law & Order series isn't? Criminal Intent is ending this summer.

Mariska's deal involves her scaling back her episodes next year as well.

They left you hanging. Penelope seemed to be leaning towards taking a job elsewhere because she was sick of the nasty things she had to see. At the end we saw Rossi talking to JJ and her telling him that she is coming back.

JJ is back tonight! Paget's pilot wasn't picked up by NBC which could mean her return next season!

I have noticed the feel of the show is different. They introduce us to the "unsub" very early in the episode. This is the first season I have actually watched every week because I discovered it on one of the many reruns on A&E and ION, so I didn't necessarily always see it in order. I don't remember the reveal always being early on every single episode.

EEEEK!!! I hope they work this out and A.J. Cook comes back:

I watched 2 episodes and quit. There was nothing special about it and it was very boring. One Criminal Minds is enough for me.
I agree. I didn't like the backdoor pilot last year and I tried to watch the first episode and was bored. I don't feel connected to any of the characters at all.

They cut her episodes back. I guess they had actually asked her to stay through the rest of the season's episodes but she decided to try her hand at pilot season. She did book a pilot. Someone pointed out that Ashley is a combination of Emily and JJ, and they can pay her way less than the other two.
Has anyone been able to get into the spinoff yet?

The World Championships are in Tokoyo, Japan this year. The venue didn't experience any damage due to the earthquake/tsunami.

A.J. Cook is back for one episode that will exit Paget Brewster.

I was hoping that Mirai would win and go to worlds but it was not to happen. I know most think Alissa's no longer the choker she was but I think she'll bomb at worlds. At least her nationals win was deserved this time. It's sad about Caroline Zhang. She was suppose to be the heir apparent to American ladies skating.
I laughed when the announcer was all Alissa is here to stay. She has been so back and forth that one good season doesn't mean she will be good next year. Especially when some of the top skaters didn't compete in the ISU Grand Prix series. I hope she does well at world's but I'm not holding my breath.

I saw a few primetime mentions in the original post so I thought I would include these:
Ryan Gosling told Entertainment Weekly that he audtioned numerous times for Dawson's Creek but was always turned down. He didn't mention specifically what roles. I also remember reading that Josh Harnett had audtion for Dawson's Creek.
