Oh trust me-when you see the first and second week you will see that they are quite different. Expect some changes though-I am gonan change direction on the Chelsea story and I think you know KR what I might do .

Ok I changed it. I also changed Chelsea's last name to Brady now since that is what it should be in my mind. Thanks for reminding me to do that. I just typed the cast list and it was an oversight. Hope you keep reading since Monday all the action will start. Let me know if any other ideas, corrections, etc. that you may have. Enjoy!!

Thanks. I hope you continue to read as I will yours. Things will seem kinda chaotic to start as I am gonna be setting up my stories but after the first two weeks things will really slow down. Everything will be character driven-I will put alot of focus on character motivations and staying true to the characters and their histories. As for Jack, wait and see there is more to it then what you think.

IN Jeremy Sumpter (Will Roberts)-Sumpter takes over the role in the middle of chaos on January 3. The role is now contract. Mandy Musgrave (Chelsea Brady)-The originator of the role returns in early January. "It took alot to get her to return," says Executive Producer Ned Yadroc (Corday backwards LOL). The appearance change in Chelsea will be explained on the show. Mystery Actor or Actress-A fan fave returns on New Year's Eve and will show up with a beloved Salemite. "Its a real shocker out of left field," says Yadroc. Out Rachel Melvin (Chelsea Brady)-The actress exits in early January. Mandy Musgrave, the role's originator, will be returning to the canvas. Christopher Gerse (Will Roberts)- Gerse exits after almost 3 years in the role. The character is being aged and taken over by Jeremy Sumpter. Some Major characters-The New Year's Eve tragedy will cause Salem to lose some beloved citizens and some minor ones as well. Expect a joint funeral in early January that will bring some fan faves home for a quick visit and one home for good.

"A tremendous New Year's tragedy will affect everyone on the canvas," says new head writer Reilly James ( ). "Lives will be lost and many stories will take new and shocking turns. Expect some familiar faces from the past to start trickling in as some other beloved (and some not so beloved) check out of Salem. There will also be a miracle or two and a few weddings." Bo/Hope/Billie/Chelsea/Patrick- Chelsea's reckless behavior will have tragic consequences. Bo, Hope, and Billie all butt heads over how to take care of Chelsea. Patrick intervenes and attempts to get through to her by using her obsession for him to his advantage but he very well may end up doing more harm then good. Jack/Jen/Frankie- Jack resurfaces and we will learn a shocking truth about his accident and where he has been the last few weeks. It is quite unbelievable. Jen and Frankie grow closer in Jack's absence. Expect Jack to be gone awhile and to go on a long journey to find a cure. That journey may lead to the shocking reveal of a long buried secret. John/Marlena/Alex- The whole truth about Alex is revealed in a shocking way. Its a classic Days twist. Marlena begins to get her memory back on New Year's Eve and John will take action to make sure Alex doesn't impede on the progress Marlena is making or on his attempts to get her back. Belle/Shawn/Mimi/Phillip- Mimi receives shocking news that changes everything. Shawn learns the truth about Claire as her health continues to fail. Everyone holds out for a miracle but it may just come too late. The big paternity reveal will take Phillip down a shocking path and Belle may end up being the biggest loser in all this. Sami/Austin/Carrie/Lucas/Nicole- Nicole and Sami team up to keep Austin and Carrie apart, realizing that one of them has a better shot of landing him with Carrie out of the picture. Austin's takeover plot may cause a huge rift between him and Carrie. Austin may have to choose between his new business and the woman he has always loved. Lucas starts to feel like an outsider and unloved and may turn back to the bottle. Two shocking returns will heat up this story and may very well unite Sami and Carrie. Abe/Lexie/Tek/Celeste- Lexie's big secret comes out and it will change the course of the whole Carver family. Lexie's life spirals out of control and may lead her back to her roots. Abe's sight will start to return and he will find comfort from a shocking person....Celeste!!! Bonnie/Roman- Tragedy brings these two together and Roman may have finally found that special someone. He is definitely gonna get all he can handle from her. Something big will happen around February that will shake up Roman's life. Mickey/Maggie- Maggie is getting her own story that will begin on New Year's Eve. No one will beleive what it is-its a HUGE shocker. She will also be big in Lucas's story too as he is close to giving into temptation. Victor/Kate/Caroline/Shawn Sr.- Fate may bring Caroline and Victor together. A big secret about Victor and Caroline is revealed. Victor and Kate both reel from the consequences of the Calire situation. A down and out Kate will leave town for awhile and will come face to face with someone from the past. Abby/Max- The aftermath of tragedy brings these two closer. The past between his brother and her mother will play a part in their story. Will- Will is going to recast and will become a major part of the teen set. He will come to the aid of a young damsel in distress during the New Year's Eve tragedy. Tony- He will return and will be involved with 3 shockers that will shake up all of Salem. Not everything is as it seems with Tony....

This fan fiction is both a combination of what I would want Days of our Lives to be and what most fans would want it to be. While it is true that I approve of most of the stories on the air right now, I still feel like the show could be better and more pleasurable for the fans. I have read other fan fics and I have been very impressed with some of the ideas. I only hope I can be as creative. I have been a faithful watcher since 1990 but, thanks to my grandmother taping the show every day, I have seen every episode since 1981. I have researched the history of the show before then so my stories will in no way deviate from history. However, if I make a mistake or screw up the history or something please let me know and I will edit. You will find this to be easy reading-nothing too complex. The stories will be mainly traditional and realistic but you may see a return to the supernatural at some point. You will also see many cast changes including recasts of some characters and the return and exits of some beloved ones. Some things I do may stun you and anger you but I beleive that soap writing should involve taking risks. I am open to any imput and comments and I will also provide periodic cast list updates and little news pieces to keep you informed of cast changes. I hope you enjoy. I will post a winter(2006) preview later-like the ones in SOD. This will wet your appetite enough to make you read LOL. Starting Monday December 26, I will start daily episodes picking up right where this Friday's show leaves off. On holidays when the show is prempted, I will be prempted. I will have no problem over the next month updating this every day but once my vacation is over you may not see updates until later in the evening or may just post some episodes all at once to get ahead or catch up. They will pick up right where Friday's show left off. I figure since I love Days so much and its history and I have seen how much fun you and the other fan fic writers have had so I want to join in. Hope you all comment on mine and read regularly since I know I will be reading all of yours. Great work-hope I can do the same or close to it LOL.
