Move the tournament up, not back. If they did that, the last week of the US Open would not compete against any NFL pre-season or regular season games. Yeah, the Men's final used to air at 4:30pm EST after the 1pm NFL games on CBS. I'm must saying you would probably get more viewers if you didn't compete with the NFL.

I would've liked to watch the Keyes/Sabalenka match but I forgot about it because of the NFL. Same situation on Sunday with the Men's final - going up against the first week of the NFL. If ESPN wants higher ratings, I don't understand why they don't push the USTA to move the tournament a week back so they don't compete against week 1 of the NFL.

So the US Open doesn’t close the roof and turn on the AC even if it’s super hot? He did make a good point though.

Three movies have moved out of that weekend now. LOL. Early projections have the concert film opening at 70 million for the weekend, but I think it could go higher than 100 million.

Nothing has changed with the Sheila situation, so it makes no sense for her to go back to Finn. When Steffy and Finn were fighting, they were actually interesting.

Ratings for the week August 7-11, 2023 B&B went up. Must be because viewers were happy to see Steffy move out, and they want her back with Liam. That's the only explanation. Am I right, guys? 🤣 😉

Cruel Summer reaches another peak and yet still nothing Taylor. Predictions for next week has some no-name person to go to #1 because of right-wing pundits pushing the song. Rolling Stone: Right-Wing Influencers Just Found Their Favorite New Country Song Billboard needs to change their rules and give purchasing songs less points. With that said, can Taylor just drop a remix or acoustic version of Cruel Summer to Swifties and the US can mass purchase it to block that dude, and finally push the Cruel Summer to #1? LOL

Blaming one character makes absolutely no sense when Shelia, Steffy and Finn are one just as much as Liam. You can't pick and choose who to blame for ratings going down. I've been posting ratings for almost 20 years and ratings don't work like that. LOL

But it mainly showcased Finn and Steffy. I'm not saying they're the reason the ratings went down, because always blaming certain characters for week-to-week fluctuations don't make a lot of sense. I'm just playing devils advocate here.

Agreed. I don't think Steffy is being too harsh on Finn. Her actions/reactions are justified. Having Finn want Sheila in his life, after all she's done to him and his family, should've been explored on a deeper level, but of course this is B&B and Bradley is incapable of doing that. I still enjoyed this week, but it could've been so much better.

Loving the Steffy/Finn fight but I wish it would slow down a bit. I didn't expect her to move out literally in the next scene after she said she was going to leave. LOL I would've liked to see Finn say something about Hayes staying with him. As a father, he has rights too.

Thanks for posting Janet's history at DAYS. What stood out to me is that she didn't get a promotion for almost 20 years. I'm happy she will be getting the chance to run the show now. Albert getting fired at the end of the week was an easy prediction to make. And Janet being promoted as the most logical choice.
