My guess is that Chelsea will have an important shoot and for whatever reason her hair stylist cant make it and Eva will step in to save the day. I dont read spoilers and Im thinking thats the case. Leslie's story is full of holes, confusing and seemingly has contradictions which I feel are intentional. Its not clear what she expects Eva to be doing as Nicole's assistant. On the surface, the plan looks silly but Im sure Leslie has a deeper motive that she is no letting on just yet
