  1. And now, the remainder of 1992-1993. Some weeks are still missing the Nielsen book averages, so those will be subbed, in the meantime, with the Soap Weekly ratings.

    Hahaha he did that today too

    The writing was done more in advance than the producing & directing, so if he happened to be the head writer at the time of his firing, then that would include most of the February & March episodes.

    @JAS0N47 Hey, I've got a question. So, Janet Spellman-Drucker showed up yesterday first time as new co-EP in closing credits. Why then is Alarr still credited as the director of the day both yesterday & today? Janet wasn't promoted until the week after Alarr was fired. So, I am confused. Can you help me out? Thanks!

    He must have taped 50 percent or more of those two episodes on the last day he worked (since he directs on Fridays) which is the last day he worked in July. So Janet must have been promoted at that point and was Co-EP when the remaining scenes of those two episodes were taped in August.

    Came across a reel that Paul Tinder had posted on Vimeo.  There is a scene at the beginning with Neil and Liz regarding their daughter Noelle's diabetes.  The last scene appears to be from 1977 or 1978, when skeevy Neil was coming on to his receptionist, Betty Worth (Jenny Sherman), in her apartment.  That scene starts around 12:05.

    Thanks for letting me know! I checked the cast charts, and this is his U/5 role from 10/11/77.

    I was discussing Fired Guy still being in the closing credits with someone & trying to compute. Alarr was fired on Aug. 4th & they keep 6 months of show in the can, so, counting on my fingers, that comes to Feb. 4th. @JAS0N47 does that sound right?

    It varies throughout the year. Lia Maiuri was just removed from the credits yesterday, and her farewell party was the week of June 12. After that week, they only taped one more week (July 10 to July 14) before he was fired. So, yes, based on those estimates, it would look like around the week of 1/29 or 2/5 could be it. Of course, they tape things way out of order, so it depends on how far ahead they may have taped some February scenes.

    @Donna L. Bridges

    You get to love them both (oocities.org)

    I can find the transcript of the scene, but not that actual scene.  I know it's on you tube I just don't want to go through full episodes lol.

    Abe only had these 3 episodes from 11/12/91 to 1/27/92. So if it's something around the Mexico storyline, it would be one of these. This was when Jim was first brought back after Generations was cancelled, and he was just recurring and not appearing much.
