I asked @JAS0N47 about that and apparently it only aired on select stations, so it wasn't nationwide. I assume it's the same deal as with those telenovela-ish shows they had in the mid-90s like Acapulco Bay - it was sold to Fox stations, but no fixed or recommended timeslot deal.
I know they had a kids block, so that's why I wondered if they attempted any blocks (even rerun ones to prepare for eventual daytime programming) outside of it. I know Aaron Spelling shows like Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place and Models Inc got second runs on E! rather than Fox stations in the 90s.
This is what I had compiled from Wiki and the Daytime TV Encyclopedia, but I know I've seen more on the Nielsen lists then these. Based on Wiki, it looks like FOX ceased Monday-Friday daytime programming as of December 2001:
We can get more specific dates on these as the Nielsen lists are checked.
FOX MONDAY-FRIDAYS: (ENDS AS OF DECEMBER 2001)
"Animaniacs" (FOX, 9/20/93-9/18/95)"Batman" (aka The Advenutes of Batman and Robin) (FOX, 9/7/92-Summer 1997)
"Beast Wars: Transformers" (Fall 1999-Spring 2000)
"Beetleborgs Metallix" (1997-1998)
"Cartoon Cabana" (Summer 1998)
"Cubhouse" (FOX, 10/3/94-Summer 1996)
"Eek! The Cat" (FOX, 1/29/96-Summer 1997)
"FOX After Breakfast" (Fall 1996-Summer 1997)
"Goosebumps" (FOX, Fridays only, 11/3/95-Summer 1996)
"The Magic School Bus" (1998-1999)
"The New Addams Family" (Summer 1999)
"Peter Pan & the Pirates" (FOX, 9/8/90-9/11/92)

Faraway Hill 1946
A Woman to Remember 1949
The O'Neills 1949-50
While I hate to use Wiki as a source, it was quick to check. Those other two soaps you mentioned were actually once-a-week primetime soaps:
From Wiki:
Faraway Hill was the first soap opera broadcast on an American television network, airing on the DuMont Television Network[1] on Wednesday nights at 9:00 PM[2] between October 2 and December 18, 1946. (Jason47 note- 12 episodes at most)
New cast member Janice Gilbert remained with the series (The O'Neills) when it was telecast on DuMont Tuesdays at 9pm ET from September 6, 1949, until January 10, 1950.[4] (Jason47 note- 19 episodes at most)
So DuMont actually only had one daytime soap, A Woman to Remember, and even that was just for a few months until it moved to primetime:
From Wiki:
A Woman to Remember is a soap opera which ran on the DuMont Television Network from February 21 to July 15, 1949.[1] The show began on February 21 as a daytime series at 3 pm ET. However, starting May 2, the show aired Monday through Friday from 7:30 to 7:45 pm ET.[citation needed]

DuMont was a little too confusing to figure out which series were actually on the DuMont network, or just locally on the main DuMont affiliate. But, from what I can surmise, along with the series in the Daytime TV Encyclopedia, there's a chance many of the shows listed on the bottom list were possibly also network shows as well. So, here's the two lists, but these are too hard to verify even with the numerous books & sources I used!

Good deal! Here, for your ref.
Schemering, C. (1987). The Soap Opera Encyclopedia. Ballantine Books.
p. 156 Lovers and Friends Jan. 3, 1977 to May 6, 1977 NBC
... writer Harding Lemay & producer Paul Rauch ... new serial ... 2 families, the Cushings & the Saxons, suburb of Chicago. Class conflict & psychological themes. Unsuccessful. Put on hold. Tweaked. revamped & back on the air as For Richer, For Poorer. Dec. 6, 1977 to Sept. 29, 1978 NBC.
Thanks. I see you had a Tuesday start date listed for it in the Schemering book (which I do have). I checked the Nielsen list, and an NBC Special Treat aired at 4PM on 12/5/77, causing the local programming in the For Richer time slot, so that's why it didn't air until 12/6/77. So, I have updated its return date from 12/5/77 to 12/6/77.

Yes, it's like that. Oddly I find some people hated one but liked the other. It is the soap that Paul Rauch & Pete Lemay did together while they were doing AW. It was on hiatus for a number of months so they did do some fiddling with it & not just the title change, but still, they go together.
Ok, I updated that and the network series totals at the top.

Glad to help! You kept me on my toes. Couldn't find THE CITY. There it was hiding beside LOVING. But when I got to FOR RICHER, FOR POORER, no sign of LOVERS & FRIENDS!
Here at the end, your mind works like mine does. One thing makes me think of another thing.
I'll defer to you on that then...I think those two (FRFP/LF) shows were sometimes split in sources I checked. But is For Richer For Poorer/Lovers and Friends pretty much the same thing as Loving/The City. Is it pretty much the same cast and such, was it just a retitiling? If so, then I will combine those two like I did for Loving/The City.

Fairmeadows USA NBC 1951-52 but you may have excluded it intentionally as it began on Sunday afternoons & then moved to M-F daily but as part of the Kate Smith Hour. I checked against a list of soaps I have & was left with only the 3 on Dumont & this. So, probably 100% accuracy for US daytime soaps.
I hadn't heard of that happening, so I didn't intentionally exclude it, but checking online, I found this: "The sponsor of Fairmeadows, USA announced in March 1952 that it was cancelling the show, but it reappeared in September 1952 as a daily 15-minute segment titled “The House in the Garden” on The Kate Smith Hour."
So, being as I compiled a list of Nielsen-rated series, since this was a part of The Kate Smith Hour, it wouldn't make my list anyway. Thanks for comparing your soaps list to confirm none of those were missing!
UPDATE: You did remind me, however, that I forgot to put in the summer breaks of The Garry Moore Show and The Kate Smith Hour, so I have updated the list above to note the dates they were off for their summer replacement series.

With the Nielsen ratings eventually expected to be posted for the 1950s-Present, I thought it would be a good time to compile the best list I could of every series ever aired Mondays-Fridays between 10AM-6PM on ABC, CBS and NBC. Various sources were checked, and hopefully all series were found. If you find any errors or omissions, please let me know!

FROM THE VAULT: JESSICA RAINS GUESTS ON "DAYS"...Another message board was asking about Ruthie, the role Jessica Rains played on "Days" for 6 episodes in 1972. I ended up having 5 of Ruthie's 6 episodes in my files. Only her last episode, 5/29/72, is not available. Rains is the daughter of actor Claude Rains, who acted from the 1920s to 1960s.

PEGGIE REYNA NEWS...Having Steve mention the sign language storyline recently made me check to see how Peggie Reyna (Peggy, Kayla's sign language teacher) was doing, and I was surprised to learn two things I had not known before: She became hard of hearing because of domestic violence, and ABC actually made a TV movie based on her life in 1996 ("Breaking Through" with Kellie Martin and JoBeth Williams). Here's her current bio with more info: https://www.calcasa.org/wp-content/uploads/files/peggie-reyna-bio.pdf0

Was this the last airdate of Pete? Also, wasn't he and Melissa married earlier that same year?
Yes, 12/23/86 was Pete's last appearance.

@JAS0N47Thanks for that! Very Cool!
Does anyone know if you can actually see Lynn Herring in the background at the Roman/Marlena's wedding or reception? I had no idea she was an extra.
I had no idea any of those family members were extras in the episode, so that was fun to find out! I was cleaning out a cabinet yesterday and found some fun Days things to post, so look for more during the week.
BILL HAYES LETTER, 2008...
Here's a letter Bill Hayes sent me, talking about the first script of Doug from 1970, and sending thanks for the 40th anniversary tribute I had posted for Susan back in 2008.

Thank you for all your hard work @JAS0N47
I am so fascinated by all the ratings and the demos. Are you still going to work on the 1970s too?
I think 1976/1977 might be coming in the next few months, so let's hope that is the case!

WEEKLY CHARTS: WEEK OF 12/27/93-1/2/940

Thank you for your continued work
I looked at these and am surprised the numbers for male watchers weren't higher, particularly for Y&R, whom I had once heard had around 1 million male viewers during their heydays such as this time period.
You're welcome! As others have discussed here in the past, we are still confused by what the demos actually mean. Don't really know how to interpret them. If you base it on demos like you do the other numbers, then it looks like lower-rated shows are performing much better than higher-rated shows at times, so it's all confusing, to me at least.

Sigh... always love seeing that last week of the year when everyone's off work/school.
Here's the demos for that week to hold you over until 1994 is ready!
Days holding strong (for the season) at # 1 in VCR share, with a 1.1, just beating AMC & YR's 1.0.
