    Episode#95

    -Nicholas ALAMAIN and Willow continue to fight!

    -Belle finally manages to say goodbye to Shawn, and she tearfully leaves the Morgue, heartbroken.

    -Max tells Lilly he doesn’t love Erin and they’re just friends, Lilly tells him EVERYONE in Salem says that! She storms out. Erin apologizes to Max for what happened but he tells her it’s okay.

    -Dorian calls the Llavniew PD to Llanfair. They arrive and Dorian claims someone broke in! Kayla hears about it on the news and rushes to Llanfair!

    -John comforts Cassie and they share a father/daughter moment.

    -Eric and Greta share a kiss!

    -Abby wonders of ways to get a man, Nick suggests the internet. Abby is interested.

    -Willow finally gets sick of argueing and slaps Nicholas, she tells him their over, and they were never really a couple in the first place. Rex awakens, and sees Nicholas out with Willow. He wonders what is going on.

    -Belle tries to accept Shawn’s death but she can’t yet.

    -Kayla arrives at Llanfair and sees Dorian telling the police about the break in and describes Steve! Kayla hides and says “Oh Steve, what have you gotten yourself into?” She decides to sneak into the mansion as well, to save Steve before he gets arrested! She barely manages to get in, and she walks through Llanfair searching for Steve. She stumbles upon the secret area!

    -Erin leaves to go back to the Salem Inn and Max searches for Lilly.

    -Sami and Lucas kiss and bond.

    -Greta pushes Eric off of her and forces him to leave, he sadly does. After he leaves Greta remembers the kiss and how she felt when it happened, she wonders if she still has feelings for Eric!

    -Kayla sneaks through the secret area, confused. She is not spotted by the guards, and she hears a groan while walking through a hallway. She looks through the slot in the door to see Steve waking up! She struggles to get the locked door open!

    -John vows to stand by Cassie, no matter what happens.

    -Kayla finally manages to find a way to break the lock, but the guards are coming! She quickly opens the door and hides inside, and the guards pass not knowing she was there. Steve awakens and asks her what she’s doing there, and she explains she heard that someone had broken into Llanfair and it was him. She says he was locked in this room. He gets up and tells them they have to get out of here and find out who faked his death! Kayla tells him there’s no time and the police are right outside in the main mansion. He tells her he has to, so she reluctantly agrees. They leave the cell and head down the hall…

    Episode#96

    -Nicholas finally leaves, he curses as he does. He says he Willow hasn’t seen the last of him!

    -Rex asks Willow who that was, and she just says it was an old pain. She tells Rex what they need to talk about is what happened earlier!

    -Steve and Kayla run down the hall of the secret area in Llanfair! They get to a door at the end of the hall and find that it’s locked! Steve tries to break it open but to no avail! Suddenly several guards come down the hall!

    -Abby decides to try the internet to get her a man! Nick assures her that it will work!

    -Steve is forced to fight the guards, they barely manage to overpower him but Kayla quickly helps by knocking one of them unconscious with a vase. Then Steve punches the other one to the ground. He finds keys on them and quickly grabs them. He uses them to open the door!

    -Max cannot find Lilly! He sighs in defeat as he returns to the Brady Pub.

    -EJ vows to take care of Lucas once and for all…..he pulls a gun out of a drawer in his room!

    -Rex tries to apologize, but Willow tells him there’s nothing for him to apologize for! Rex is confused and Willow tells him she was perfectly fine with what happened earlier that night! Rex decides to leave, but Willow asks to go with him.

    -Steve and Kayla manage to get inside the secret room. They see files everywhere, they search high and low but cannot find anything! However Kayla finds a hidden vault in the wall! She asks Steve if the key to it is on the set they stole from the guards! Steve says he thinks so, they try them all and finally get it open! They pull out several files……on STEVE! They look through them and find several reports on where he was taken and such. They read that Paige Miller was the one who helped make sure he stayed alive! They continue to search and see that all the places he was delivered to were Lord estates……they assume Victor Lord was behind it all but Steve says “No…..there’s something more to this.” Then, on the final file they find a tape recorder. They play it and hear a voice say “The boss wants to make sure you know this was all you….and he’s only assisting.” then the other voice says “Yes…..I take full responsibility for planning and pulling off this whole plot. I know this was my plan and I faked his death.” then the voice that said they faked Steve’s death is revealed to be…….VICTOR KIRIAKIS! Kayla is shocked when she realizes VICTOR KIRIAKIS faked Steve’s death!

    Episode#97

    -Kayla is shocked when she learns Victor Kiriakis faked Steve’s death!

    -Rex is confused by Willow’s sudden change in heart, and wants to come live with him! He asks why, and she says she just doesn’t think it’s safe living in this area anymore. She thinks to herself that she can use Rex, and she has to get out of here before Nicholas comes around again!

    -Helena tells EJ they have a powerful ally…..that being TRACY QUARTERMAINE!

    -Faux Roman and Abe begin to investigate Shawn’s death!

    -Philip and Victor plot on how to take Claire from Belle! They decide they have to make Belle look like a bad mother!

    -Maggie is worried when she cannot find Jeremy!

    -EJ tells Helena she needs to deal with this Tracy Quartermaine, because he had something else to work on…

    -Lilly arrives back at the Spears Mansion, and is holding a bottle of wine in her hands! She throws it across the room and screams as she realizes Max could be falling for Erin!

    -Erin returns to the Salem Inn and dreams about Max….as does Max about her! Little does she know a person is watching her from the window!

    -Victor asks Philip how, and Philip responds that they have to frame her for Shawn’s murder!

    -Maggie turns to Abby and Nick and ask if they have seen Jeremy. Abby says she hasn’t seen him since early in the day, and suddenly Billie knocks on the door and once Maggie answers it Billie asks if Chelsea is there! Maggie says no….and Billie worries!

    -Steve tells Kayla that name….Victor Kiriakis, sounds familiar! Kayla tells him they have to get Kim and Stephanie and get back to Salem fast! She says she’ll explain on the way! They quickly try to find a way to leave without the police or the goons finding them!

    -Rex tells Willow okay, and asks if she needs to pack. Willow tells him all she has to do is get some extra clothes and they can come back for the rest later. She hurries to gather her clothes.

    -Victor tells Philip the Salem PD can be easily fooled so he thinks they have got an excellent plan ready!

    -Helena decides to call Port Charles and get Tracy to Salem!!!!!!!!

    -Steve and Kayla find a back way out of the Secret Room and it seems to be a hidden escape route out of Llanfair! Steve and Kayla quickly use it to get off the Llanfair grounds! They head back to the hotel to get Stephanie and Kim. However, the goons they encountered in the secret area of Llanfair quickly go after them and say to each other that Steve and Kayla must die tonight!

    Episode#98

    -The goons assemble all of their forces, and say Steve and Kayla Johnson must die!

    -In the DiMera Mansion, Stefano is in the study, and Colleen McHenry (Amanda Tepe) walks in. She begs Stefano for forgiveness! Stefano asks Colleen what she means, and Colleen says Helena has escaped from the castle Stefano ordered her to lock Helena in!!!!!!!!!! Stefano is enraged!

    -Willow is ready, so her and Rex head off to the loft.

    -Cassie’s doctor walks in and says he has news on her condition.

    -Nicholas walks through the door at the Alamain Mansion! Vivian is shocked to see him!

    -Victor says to Philip that he has noticed that suddenly he only wants Claire, he asks if Philip is over Belle for good.

    -Billie and Maggie continue to worry about Jeremy and Chelsea!

    -Greta thinks about forgiving Eric, and she feels like she should. She wonders if she still has feelings for him!

    -The person who watches Erin steps inside her room through the window and puts a knife to Erin’s neck!

    -Abby suddenly falls down and has memory flashes of in the secret room inside the Spears Mansion!

    -Lilly says the only bright side to all of this is that Abby doesn’t remember what she discovered that day in the secret room!

    -Steve and Kayla hurry to get to the small hotel they were staying in, however as Kayla is driving they hear a gun shot and go off the street!

    -Colleen begs Stefano to forgive her! Stefano asks how she could have been so foolish! He says Colleen’s personnal feelings got in the way! He says he cannot rely on her anymore so he grabs and prepares to kill Colleen! Colleen tells Stefano she can kill Helena for him! She says she’ll find her and kill her! Stefano gives her one last chance and tells Colleen to do so!

    -Willow and Rex arrive at the loft. Rex asks Willow how it is, and Willow says it’s ok and then thinks to herself it’s better than living where Nicholas can find her!

    -Vivian is shocked to see Nicholas! Nicholas tells Vivian he has come home to Salem!

    -Cassie’s doctor says that when she went out the window, she took major injuries to the legs. He says she could be crippled! Cassie is horrified!

    -Philip tells Victor he’s realized Belle was never the right woman, and he can’t have her now, but he can have Claire!

    -Steve and Kayla manage to survive their car going off the street, but Steve quickly says to Kayla that they will have to hide, or they will die. Kayla agrees and they find a warehouse. Steve thinks to himself that he doesn’t know if they will escape this one…

    Episode#99

    -It’s days later, Steve and Kayla are still hiding in the warehouse. Kayla worries for Kim and Stephanie. Steve tries to reassure her everything will be fine.

    -Nicole is walking around in her room at the Salem Inn, suddenly the door opens and Nicole screams when she sees CRYSTAL GALORE!

    -The doctors run a few more diagnostics on Cassie, and come back with good news saying her legs are fine! Cassie is overjoyed!

    -Erin wakes up and gets dressed, someone watches her from outside the window!

    -Someone knocks on the door at EJ’s room in the Salem Inn, he opens it to see Colleen holding a gun!

    -Faux Roman and Abe consider all the suspects for the murder of Shawn! However, Hattie bursts in and tells Faux Roman she needs to talk to him!

    -Sam is seen, opening the door to a dungeon…and inside is KRISTEN!

    -Megan visits Lexie again! She tells her to not worry and soon she’ll be out of there!

    -Celeste receives troubling visions…she says Alexandra is in great danger!

    -Steve and Kayla suddenly hear something, and see that the thugs they encountered on New Years Eve are lurking around! The thugs break into the warehouse and see Steve and Kayla! They fire their guns at them!

    -Nicole asks Crystal what she’s doing back in town! Crystal says she got called back! Nicole asks by who, and Crusyal says that doesn’t matter. Nicole tells Crystal to get out of Salem!

    -Faux Roman tells Hattie now is not the time, so Hattie has to be removed from the room, but before she does she tells Faux Roman she knows his name!

    -EJ smirks at Colleen, he tells her she can’t possibly think she could kill him or Helena! She says he thinks wrong! Colleen tells EJ it’s time for his mother to DIE!

    -The person that watches Erin leaves a letter at her window!

    -Lexie is confused by Megan. She asks Megan if her father sent her to free her!

    -Kristen is confused after being in the dark for so long. She sees Sam and screams “IT’S YOU!!!!!! MARLENA! I’LL KILL YOU!” Sam tells her to not worry, and soon the shrink will get what she deserves. She walks over to Kristen and begins to un-do her cuffs…..

    Next on Life in Salem:

    Hattie(to Faux Roman): Your name is Allan and you have a family.
    Faux Roman: Hattie, how do you know all this.

    John(to Marlena): I’m not going after Stefano, Doc!
    Marlena: Then I will!

    Steve(while standing in the line of gunfire as he pushes Kayla aside): I REMEMBER!

    Episodes 39 & 40

    Note: To catch up, I have posted two episodes, which are Wednesday's and today's.

    Episode#39

    -The Mysterious Woman is revealed to be Vivian Alamain!

    -Megan locks the door sneaks up behind John, and he all of a sudden turns and asks “Who are you and what are you doing here?”

    -Sam slowly walks back toward the bridal room, hoping she is in there. When she busts in, the room is empty. Sam says “She must be ready to walk down the aisle.” and leaves the bridal room.

    -Marlena is ready to walk down the aisle, but before she can, Abe tells her they cannot find John. Marlena begins to worry.

    -Megan answers that she does not know him, but that she has something very crucial to his life to tell him. John asks what could be so important that a total stranger would walk up to him, Megan says it involves the DiMera’s.

    -Kate asks Vivian “What are you doing here?!?” and Vivian replies “I have come for my revenge Kate. You honestly did not think I was gone for good did you? I have been here for months, watching you, your children, amongst others.” and Kate says “What?!” and Vivian smiles “Kate, dear, I think our time for talk is over, and it is time for me to finally take revenge on my ultimate enemy and finish off my goal…. By killing you.”

    -Sam watches Marlena as she talks to Abe and others about John, she points her gun at Marlena and prepares to fire!

    -Nikki hears a voice in the confessional say “Hello my child.”, she is startled and realizes where she is! She says “Oh great.”

    -Steve decides to leave the Church and investigate who could have faked his death.

    -Bonnie grieves for Patrick, she contemplates leaving Salem after his funeral.

    -Sami, noticing Lucas’s odd behavior, asks him what is wrong, he says he just has a headache is all, and Sami wonders if he has been drinking.

    -Marlena and Eric have a nice reunion, but Sam says that their reunion will be short lived.

    -Austin and Carrie consider announcing to everyone that they are back together, sort of. But they decide to wait until after the ceremony and funerals.

    -Lilly just says she had something stuck in her throat and coughed, Max and Erin are suspicious but just leave it at that. Lilly then begins to wonder if Erin has fallen for Max.

    -Billie arrives at the Church and hears her mother screaming, so she tries to find the source of them.

    -Bo and Hope comfort each other over Shawn Sr.’s and Patrick’s deaths. They begin to draw closer to reuniting.

    -Steve, while walking around town, runs into his daughter, Stephanie(Shayna Rose)!

    -John is confused by what Megan is saying, he tells her that he has a wedding to get to and walks towards the door but Megan grabs his arm and says “This is very important John Black, listen to me and you will not regret it!” The screen slowly fades to black as John reluctantly turns to listen to what Megan has to say.

    Episode#40

    -John is stunned by what Megan has told him. He says “That can’t be true! It’s impossible!!!! You liar!” and she says “It is the truth John, you must face it!” and he asks in anger “Who are you?!”

    -As Billie is trying to find her mother, she sees Sam holding a gun and aiming it at Marlena! She quickly runs over there and twists Sam around, she asks “What do you think your doing?” and she replies “Oh just be quiet!” and pushes Billie down, Billie then says “I thought you were sane when you almost die, from what I hear! What are you trying to do? Kill someone?” then Sam finally lets it all out and says “Yes!!!! I am getting my revenge on my goody good twin sister once and for all!” Billie is shocked, she hops on Sam and they get into a nasty struggle.

    -Stefano watches as the hunt goes on for John, he says “It appears Megan has done her part. Excellent work golden girl.” then he watches as Celeste and Lexie arrive, he says “Soon you will be just like Megan Alexandra, you will be a true DiMera yet again!”

    -Abe and Roman search for John, they try to open the door Megan and John are in but it is locked. They yell in there but get no response, they wonder what is going on.

    -Stephanie is shocked to see her father, Steve, standing before her!

    -Vivian says to Kate “Bye bye dear!” and charges towards her. Kate screams in fear.

    -Bonnie decides against leaving Salem, she thinks to herself that she still has to get this Mimi mess straightened out.

    -The man in the confessional asks Nikki what she needs to confess, Nikki groans and says “Nothin’, I accidentally walked in here and am leaving right now.” but before Nikki can go the man asks “Are you sure there is nothing inside of you you need to confess? A sin? A deep dark secret that haunts you? You can tell me my child, you are in the home of our Lord God after all.”

    -Sam and Billie continue to struggle, Sam drops the gun and they both fall and roll across the floor, Sam yells “I will kill Marlena! You cannot stop me!” and they continue to catfight.

    -Abe and Roman break the lock on the door and burst into the room to see John sitting in a chair alone in the room, he is in disbelief. Abe asks him what he is doing and Marlena is waiting for him, and that they need to start the wedding. John sits in pure silence.

    -Megan climbed out the window of the room John was in, she walks back into St.Luke’s and sits down with Stefano, she says “The deed is done, and I have a feeling there will be no wedding today.” Stefano says “Excellent.”

    -Nikki exclaims “I have nothing to confess! If I did, I certainly wouldn’t tell it to some stranger!” and the man asks “Are you sure?”

    -John gets up, and walks out of the room, Abe and Roman follow in confusion, he walks through the halls and into the main room of the Church, Marlena sees him and says “John there you are! I have been looking for you!” and he says “Everyone, I have a very….” and he pauses, then he continues “A very important announcement to make that will change half of the people in this room lives.”

    -Sami is shocked by the Mysterious Woman’s order, the Mysterious Woman tells Sami that she will leave a bottle of poison by her door so she can do the dastardly deed, Sami then shouts out “No!” and then the Mysterious Woman says that if Sami does not do as she says, she will reveal her secret to Austin, Sami ponders about what she should do and then after a few minutes, Sami yells to the Mysterious Woman that she is done with her and hangs up the phone, after that Sami thinks to herself that it is time for her to grow up and then she decides that she will admit to Austin what she did, she then thinks that she has to do this be cause if she doesn’t, the Mysterious Woman will.

    -Billie continues to try to get to the police station, however she is interrupted by a call that says in a mechanical voice “Don’t do it Billie”, then Billie immediately replies “What the-” but the voice interrupts her and says “I know who attacked your daughter in the alleyway that night, meet me at the warehouse on the Salem Docks this evening at five a clock, if you go to the police with what you know, I will make sure your daughter is dead by sunset” and then the voice hangs up, while Billie ponders what to do.

    -Victor throws Nikki off of him and says to her angrily to never do that again, he then yells for her to leave and never come anywhere near Salem again! Nikki ask Victor what is wrong and that he is not himself, he just ignores her and throws her out the door.

    -At the Deveraux house, Jack wakes up in his bed and thinks to himself that he feels stronger, so he tries to get up and walk, as he is slowly walking toward the door Jennifer walks in and trips on something, causing her to fall right into Jack’s arms.

    -At the Brady Pub, Kayla continues to try to jog Steve’s memory, she tells him about all of their adventures together , Steve says to Kayla that he is sorry, but he does not remember any of those times, Kayla then sighs and goes off to get smething to drink, mean while outside the door the Mysterious Woman walks up and watches Steve, she then says “Welll, well, you finally made it back to Salem Steve… I could use you to my advantage…. Since you don’t remember me.” The Mysterious Woman then sneaks around to the back dor, she grabs the poison she has in her pocket and she says “Be ready to say goodbye to life Caroline” then she walks into the back of the Pub!

    -At Marlena’s penthouse, John prepares to go to the Dimera Mansion and find out what is going on in there, meanwhile, Stefano makes sure all of his guards are at the ready when John arrives!

    -Sami prepares to tell Austin the truth about what she did, she begins to wonder if she should do this, and Austin might hate her for it, however then she thinks that it would be way worse if someone else revealed it to him, she also remembers how all of her other relationships ended because of her scheming and lying, she thinks to herself that this is for the best, tears begin to shed from her eyes as she walks out of her rom to go find Austin.

    -Jack laughs and says “Well good morning Miss Horton, great day today isn’t it?” and then Jennifer gives Jack a playful slap on the hands after she gets up and tells him that he should be in bed, resting, and regaining his strength, Jack then replies that he feels good enough to go jump off of a building, then he tells Jennifer that however he got cured, it helped him a lot and cured him fast, Jennifer then groans and tells him that they need to talk.

    -Billie decides what she will do, her descision is that she is going to the docks tonight to meet with that voice, she says to herself that she has to do this, for her daughter’s sake. Then Billie thinks that the voice never said she couldn’t bring a weapon though, and then she heads back to her house to ready herself for tonight.

    -Victor signals his butler, Henderson, and orders him to make sure that the woman that was just there, Nikki Smith, she never gets on the premesis of the Kirakis mansion again, then he walks over to his desk and opens a drawer, he pulls out a file and says to himself that no one can ever find this file, because that file and Nikki are the only things that could blow a secret that he has out of the water.

    -As Caroline gets her and Kayla some tea, she gets called away by one of the waitresses, then the Mysterious Woman sees that the drinks are out of site from everyone out in the Pub, so she quickly runs over there and pours the poison in Caroline’s glass and runs off to watch what happens, when Caroline comes back she picks up her and Kayla’s glass and goes to the bar there she gives Kayla the glass in the poison in it, the Mysterious Woman whispers loudly “No!” and then Kayla drinks the tea and aa few seconds later, she begins to hld her neck and fall over unconscious, Steve all of a sudden jumps out of his chair and runs over to her, he examines her and then after a minute or two he subconsciously yells “No Sweetness!!!!”

    Next on Life in Salem:
    BONNIE: *with tears in her eyes at Alice’s Bar, she then turns around and looks at Nikki who is sitting there and then all of a sudden her voice perks up a bit* Hey I know you! You are Victoria Lord!
    SAMI: *standing with Austin in Lucas and Carrie’s room, she is crying and Carrie and Lucas watch from behind* I have something to admit to you all. And it will change all of our lives, forever.
    JOHN: *jumps into Stefano’s office at the Dimera Mansion, fleeing from the guard, then turns around to see Stefano* No! It’s you! I should have known you were involved in all of this! How are you alive?
    BILLIE:**leaveing her house with a gun in her hand* Don’t worry Chelsea, whoever did this to you, I will make sure they pay.
    STEVE:*watches with tears in his eyes as Kayla is put onto the ambulance by the paramedics* I was a doctor before I cam here to Salem a few months ago, and any doctor could tell that this was a cause of poison.
    CAROLINE:*standing with Steve* From what?
    STEVE: That tea you gave her, I can tell by just looking at it, someone purposely poisoned it.
    CAROLINE:*gasps* But who would do such a thing?!

    Episode#14

    -Bo and Patrick are shocked that Hope is having twins and then Lexie says that while she was looking over Hope’s pregnancy she discovered that Hope was having twins and that this could mean that Bo is the father of one and Patrick is the father of one.

    -Shawn and Bonnie are shocked to see Rex and Cassie and Bonnie asks what in the world are they doing there and Rex says that they came back for Carrie’s wedding.

    -As Sami is leaving her apartment the woman that stabbed Chelsea grabs her!

    -Jan watches through the window at the Brady Pub as Mimi starts to wake up.

    -As Lilly is walking through Salem she sees Max Brady.

    -Jennifer and Frankie tell Jack that they have bad news about his condition.

    -Hope says that she wants to do the paternity test RIGHT NOW so Lexie takes her away to do the test and the gloved hand watches.

    -When Sami turns around she sees the woman that stabbed Chelsea and screams “WHAT ARE YOU DOING BACK IN TOWN?!!!???!!”

    -Mimi sees Rex and she says that it is good to see him again and he says that it is good to see her again too and then Bonnie worries that with Rex back in town it will cause Mimi to run back into Rex’s arms and Cassie worries the same thing although she doesn’t know Shawn and Mimi are married.

    -Someone knocks on Austin’s door and when he opens it he sees… NICOLE WALKER!

    -As Lilly is walking she runs into Max and he says that he is sorry and Lilly says its okay and then asks who he is.

    -Tears come to Jennifer’s eyes as she tells Jack that Kayla says that his condition has gotten worse so….. he only has a week left.

    -Bonnie goes outside of the Pub to think and once she does she sees Jan watching through the window ands walks over and grabs her by the arm and tells her to stay away from Shawn and Mimi.

    -Hope comes out into the aiting room after the test with Lexie and Lexie says that they should have the results by tomorrow.

    -Jack says that he never should’ve come back because it is causing Jennifer so much pain when Jennifer breaks down in tears in Frankie’s arms.

    -The woman that stabs Chelsea tells Sami to shut her mouth and that she is back for revenge and Sami will help her get her revenge on everyone that she hates.

    (This episode was supposed to *air* on Friday but something came up so I couldn't but here it is now.)

    Episode#15

    -Sami says that she will never help the mysterious woman get her revenge and then the mysterious woman says that if she doesn’t then she will tell Austin about what Sami did and then Sami asks how she knows about that and then the mysterious woman plays the tape that has Sami telling Lexie what she did!

    -Bonnie says that she is going to call the police right now so they can come and arrest Jan but Jan says that they couldn’t arrest her even if they wanted to.

    -Frankie gets Jennifer into the hallway and he says that they are going to find a cure for Jack.

    -Austin asks Nicole what she is doing here and that he thought that she moved away and joined up with a different company but Nicole says that she wants to work for him again and that she is back in town for good.

    -As Marlena is planning out her and John’s vow renewel ceremony at her office in the hospital she calls Kate and asks her to be her maid of honour.

    -Tek comes into Lexie’s office at the hospital and Lexie tels him to get out and he says that he wants to know if she will go out with him sometime and then Lexie pulls out a gun and tells him to get away from her or she will shoot him.

    -Max says that he is Max Brady and Lilly says that she has heard if him and how he is a racecar driver and then Max asks her if she would like to go out to dinner sometime.

    -Shawn and Rex talk about how each other have been doing and then Cassie walks over to Mimi and whispers that she won’t get Rex back no matter what.

    -Bonnie tells Jan that she tried to kill Victor and kidnapped Shawn so she is going to spend years and years in jail but Jan says that she has proof that clears her for those crimes that the police could not ignore.

    -Sami tries to take the tape from the mysterious woman but she won’t let her have it and then Sami finally says that she will help her.

    -Jennifer tries to remain hopeful and thanks Frankie for being so supportive.

    -Lilly says that of course and she would go out with him tonight if he would like and then he says that he will meet her at Chez Rouge tonight.

    -Sami returns to her apartment and faints when she sees Nicole.

    -Tek tries to take the gun from Lexie and as thet struggle for it a gunshot goes off!

    -Kate agrees to be Marlena’s maid of honour and she hears a knock on her office door so she goes over there to open it and when she does she sees….. Samantha Evans!

    HUNT BLOCK JOINS LIS!

    Rumours recently popped up that Hunt Block, ex-ATWT star, would be joining Life in Salem as Daphne DiMera's long lost son. Now, LIS has confirmed it! Block will join LIS on contract and will have a love interest, yet at the same time issues with Tony and others. "I'm very happy to have someone of Hunt's calibar on the cast and I know he will do well in this story." the headwriter said when asked about his opinion on Block being hired

    Block is on contract. LIS would like to SON member King for the suggestion of Hunt, because he wouldn't be here if it weren't for him!

    And, remember casting calls are still going out for Will and Jeremy recasts, and for the love interest of Abby(Ashley Benson).

    LIS did not make it's May Sweeps return as planned, and has been on hiatus all through Summer. "I have been writing episodes, but I got busy. However, I am working to get it back up, and hopefully it will be back soon. In the meantime, here is an interview to just let you know LIS lives."

    Interviewer: LIS has been on hiatus since the end of Winter, and right on the verge of a brand new story and Alice Horton's death. When do you expect it to return?
    HW: No exact date, just when I can get other daily things situated. Alot has come up lately, and it has distracted me from LIS heavily. I have not forgotten the blog however, and am working on stories. "The War" is huge, and I have been organizing what I am going to do in the story. It has all characters involved, and people of old and new will play roles.

    Interviewer: We do know that old characters are possibly returning, such as Melissa and Carrie, but you mentioned new? Mind giving us a sample on what you mean?
    HW: I will not dump a batch of new people on the show. I have some, but none of them are major. Kimberlin[brown, ex-Sheila, Y&R/B&B] has a character on the show that will be Stefano's new henchwoman, and will be in-between minor and major. Erin and her new freind Simone(Tanisha Lynn) are also in the story, but I won't reveal their roles or anyone else's.

    Interviewer: We noticed that this story is not the usual Bradys vs. DiMeras, and instead Cassadines vs. DiMeras. Will the Brady's play much of a role?
    HW: Of course they will, but I can't reveal much. I wanted a new angle, powerful family vs. powerful family. Both are more lethal than what is injected into prisoners at executions. Bradys play a huge role, but alot of the focus will be on Helena and Stefano, with them caught in the middle. Of course, the Salem PD has to try to keep this under control, which means Bo, Abe, and Faux Roman/Allan. Also John, the real Roman. Meanwhile we have Gina Von Amberg on the loose, so as you can see the Salem PD is very busy, therefore will be frontburner.

    Interviewer: Ah yes, the royal Princess. Can you tell us how she is alive, and how she plays into all of this?
    HW: Oh you will have to watch for that, I can barely reveal anything, except two key words: Major drama. We haven't forgotten Shawn Douglas's murder, and is still something huge on LIS.

    Interviewer: So many Hortons have died....are you going to kill anymore?
    HW: Absolutely not. I promise you, no more Hortons are dying for a very long time. Three major family members are enough.

    Interviewer: That also brings an interesting question many fans probably are wanting to ask, what prompted you to kill off Alice Horton, the matriarch of the Horton family?
    HW: It was the Christmas episode on the real "Days of Our Lives" that brought it too mind. It wasn't a story point, it was to give this character and actress an exit she deserved, and the one I wrote wasn't even enough. Poor Frances Reid is so frail, and even though she was on "Days" last month and seemed well, still I feel she might not have much time left, unfortunately. I didn't want to do what was done with Tom, though they couldn't do anything else. I apologize to people who are upset or insulted by this, but it was to give this woman an exit she deserved, and she deserves much, much more, but this is the best I could do on such short notice, because I only had a bit less than two months to plan this out. And I hope all understand that, because many seemed to. I consulted one of my consultants about this a month and a half before I did it, and he said it sounded fantastic. So I went with it, and again hope all understand.

    Interviewer: Now what do you have for the reactions of Salem, especially the Hortons?”
    HW: All will be crushed, no one will be happy. This is a death that will rock all of Salem, and one that no one caused. Just one of age. The main person who I want to really make great drama for is Hope. All Hortons are close with Alice, but they have an unbreakable bond. So if anyone’s reaction that we will focus on the most, it will be Hope.

    Interviewer: It should be a big funeral, mind telling us what you have in mind?
    HW: Emotional drama. Many, many people of Salem will attend, and every single Horton will be back for it. All to pay their respects to a pillar of strength in Salem. So many tears will be shed, and I even want fans to cry. I am aiming for powerful, rich, emotional drama.

    Interviewer: So Alice’s death is a pure, old age death, correct?
    HW: Absolutely. I promise you this is for real, not some murder, and is just a peaceful death caused by old age. It has no ties whatsoever to “The War”, and is not a plot device.

    Interviewer: Just what the fans would want.
    HW: Exactly.

    Interviewer: Now, can you tell us what the relationship between Helena and Stefano will be like?
    HW: Well, Helena wants to take Stefano and the DiMeras down…mainly for her son. She believes he should control the DiMera empire, and Stefano is not ready to give up the throne. So there is tension, but deep down in Helena’s cold heart there is another reason, but that will be revealed in the story. But take note there are certain hints in my response to this question.

    Interviewer: Interesting. Now how will the heir be portrayed?
    HW: I am aiming for very dark. He is shown to have a heart where Sami is concerned…but a question is how long? He is after her, and the DiMera throne. I am trying to make sure I don’t make him get cocky, but a subtle man who wants everything. He has schemes already in motion. And also we will go into how EJ grew up, and also reveal more about him than fans know.

    Interviewer: Well, this was a very interesting and intriguing conversation. Thank you for giving fans some insights.
    HW: Anytime. Though I tried not to reveal too much, and this is only a sample of what’s to come. So keep tuning into “Life in Salem” when it returns.

    Though LIS is still on official hiatus, there has been released from LIS an EXCLUSIVE preview on what is to come for The Cassadines vs. DiMera's!

    "The War": "The War" is the official name for this brand new LIS story, though it is not exactly a war with guns. It will be a journey and an all out battle with all of Salem involved. Every single character on LIS and possibly MORE! This story will feature returns, exits, and excitement. Currently alot of stories on LIS have reached or are soon to reach the climax/turning point. And no matter what it is THEY ALL will be involved with this story. Basically, the chandelier incident at Chez Rouge and the death of Alice Horton has sparked everything. The death of Alice was natural but it will cause quite a bit of stir in Salem. Alice also saved the Horton's lives at Chez Rouge. Meanwhile Stefano has three goals in this war: Eliminate Helena Cassadine, destroy the whole Brady and Horton families. Helena wants EJ to overthrow Stefano and take the DiMera throne. Helena believes he is the rightful DiMera heir and because of Nikolas's rejection to be the Cassadine heir now believes that is EJ's place as well. Also during this storyline why Stefano and Helena had a child but are enemies will be revealed. But how does the rest of Salem get drawn in? It's simple! Stefano sees his chance to destroy all his enemies. It eventually leads to all of Salem fighting against each other. Just about all of Salem has a tie to Stefano so it will be huge.

    LIS comes back just as Fall approaches! And it is going to be full of action, mystery, adventure, romance, and VETS! "Veterans are going to be front and center, the young ones will be involved but taking a back seat."

    However in the meantime, many stories are in a tumble. Take a sneak peek at what will happen:

    Nikki/Victor/Viki/Clint/Steve/Kayla/Greta/Nicole/Kim/Belle/Philip/Jan/Rex/Cassie/Hope/Bo/Megan/Billie/Christopher/Gina: Viki has finally re-emerged and broken free of Nikki's control, and has gotten Clint to come to Salem! Victor will find himself facing off against the Buchanon, but in the meantime Steve and Kayla plan to bring down Victor but other things come up for them! Philip is forced by Victor to continue in hiding, so he takes a back seat to the drama. Jan has her own problems when Rex tries to find the real culprit of who pushed Cassie, but she has other problems! Greta continues to struggle to get her life back on track and tries to reveal that her father is Steve, and Nicole is determined to find out Greta's secret! Megan continues to want Bo and plans to steal their daughters, but finds her attempt torn down by Billie! While Bo teams up with John to help bring down Stefano and his family, Gina is still on the loose, and this also brings Bo, Hope, Steve, Kayla, Greta, Belle, and Jan all together against her!!!!!!! In the middle of all this, they are all drawn into The War!

    John/Marlena/EJ/Sami/Lucas/Alexis/Kate/Helena/Vivian/Forrest/Nicholas/Stefano/Tony/Anna/Abe/Lexie/Faux Roman/Hattie: John is going to be helping the Bradys through all of this drama, and wants to take Stefano down, but has to take a subtle approach at it, and he wants ALL the DiMera secrets to be revealed before Stefano is put away for good. As you can see he is accepting his identity, and will be right with his family this whole time. Marlena will try to be by John's side, but will continue to be angered at his slow approach to get Stefano, but eventually John gives in and decides to take on Stefano the good ole' fashion way. Marlena plans to take Stefano and Helena head on!. Lucas and Sami continue their romance, but EJ uses Alexis to try to break them apart! EJ is held back by Helena, but Helena goes to extreme measures to keep EJ and Sami apart, even by planning Sami's death! She teams up with Kate to do it!! Forrest and Kate also continue to try to defeat Vivian, all while Nicholas is split in who to side with! Stefano and Helena begin The War, and draw all of Salem in the fray! Expect MUCH focus to be put on Helena and Stefano in this huge umbrella story! Tony and Anna's backburning has come to an end! Tony and Anna will be front and center, as they embark to investigate the connection between Stefano and Helena, and bring Stefano down! Tony knows he can find his child with Renee through Stefano, however someone will put a HUGE thorn through their plans! Abe and Faux Roman must lead the Salem PD, who will be the ones to try to control all this madness in The War! Hattie is at Faux Roman's side all through this, and slowly they discover who he is! Lexie has her own plans for Stefano, and will be a major player in this huge umbrella story!

    Max/Erin: Erin has revealed to apparently be setting Max up for something, while Max tries to protect her from a "threat". Expect this story to take a shocking twist, especially when Max is a suprising target of the DiMeras!

    Other: Jeremy, Abby, and Nick will all be backburned. They have stories, just not that are upcoming. There will be huge drama with discovering Alice and her funeral/. Expect these characters to have small roles.

    KIMBERLIN BROWN JOINS LIS! CONSTANCE TOWERS RETURNS! MIRANDA WILSON OUT! NEW LIS OPENING DEBUTS!

    As the huge event for LIS, the "Secret Storm", continues huge changes hit Life in Salem! In yesterday's episode, a NEW OPENING debuted! LIS has always used the regular "Days of Our Lives" opening until this, but LIS has always wanted its very own custom opening! "I give all the credits to ML," Tara Smith says "I tried to make an opening once but was unsuccessful, and he has even been working on this for awhile now. But it turned out great, probably one of the best custom openings I've seen made for a blog."

    In other news, huge, and very famed, soap star Kimberlin Brown joins LIS, replacing Miranda Wilson as Megan DiMera. Miranda played the role in 1984 until 1985 on Days, and reprised the role on LIS in October 2006. "Miranda is great, but both ML and I think we need someone stronger for the role of Megan. And we think Kimberlin fits the role great." Tara commented. Brown will replace Wilson immediately.

    Also, Constance Towers has finally returned to the show as evil villian Helena Cassadine! Helena was a huge villian on "General Hospital" for years, and crossed over to LIS in December 2006 and was here until late November of 2007, and in her time became the central villianess of the show, causing much havoc for many characters during the huge umbrella story "The War". In the finale she vanished after Marlena attacked her, but the show always said she would be back. Now she is, and is out for revenge on Steve and Kayla for murdering her precious son, EJ!

    Yes that is right, Farah Fath who plays Mimi Lockhart Brady has been let go from Days and the new headwriter says that he feels that the way her character exit is a bit "cruel".

    "Mimi will probably stay on screen for the next month or two but rest assured she is out, I almost feel bad about the way Mimi will exit Days but it must be done, I have been making a lot of cast cuts ever since my arrival and I had hers planned out from the beginning." the head writer tells us

    It has also been reported that Bonnie Lockhart will be exiting Days as well and is expected to leave around the same time as Mimi.

    "Feburary Sweeps has just begun in the last couple eps....I know this year, due to the digital switch, Feburary isn't a Sweeps month...but here at LIS, we're treating it like one! Feburary and March will be jam-packed. December and Janurary had alot of happenings but was sort of slower, we're speeding it up this Feburary. Last year, Feburary Sweeps featured the "Secret Storm", this one will be just as big!" Tara Smith said

    The DiMera's/Marlena's Death: "This is probably the biggest story on LIS right now, ever since May Sweeps when Stefano awoke, the DiMera's have been on the fast track for domination. Especially Stefano, who even married Vivian to get her help, but now she's beginning to turn on Stefano to proceed with her own plans. She and Sami are teaming up to do it, Sami is really in a desperate state right now, she'll do anything to get out of jail...even if it means actually killing someone! But, the thing is, Sami does have a conscience, and also Stefano is already on the fast track to figuring out Vivian set up Peter to die. This story is going to dominate the show this Feburary, and will Stefano really die at Sami's hands? We'll see that play out. Carrie and Brandon will also tie into Sami's part of the story, as they finally believe she didn't kill Marlena. We'll see that story sorta come back to the frontburner."

    Kristen/Bo/Megan/Jill/Hope: "This story ties into the DiMera story....Kristen finds herself mourning Peter, and Bo is there to comfort her....they've been friends and off/on growing close for awhile, that will really come full circle this month. But there's Megan, who finally put her plan into action: Drugged Bo and slept with him! But why? That will be revealed this month, there's ALOT more to this story, and thats where Jill comes in. Hope finally comes back into things and LIS in a main role in a SHOCKING way!"

    The Secret Room: "This story was slow last month, and it will get some movement this month, but not a ton, however it will be featured more! Jan's pregnant, Greta is trying to take care of the baby by hiring some nurse, who will be introduced this month too....in the middle of it all is Nicole, Greta's true rival, who's locked down there. Lucas also is still trying to find Jan, but also, he finds himself oddly bonding with a pregnant Eugenia...this story will REALLY pick up during March."

    Custody Battle: "Crystal killed Peter and is trying to hide it...this story was on ALOT last month with Crystal trying to kill Tony in exchange for Stefano to influence the court in her and Benard's favor, so it may take a bit of a downtime this month, but the custody battle WILL start soon...Will and Destiny are very close and ready to fight, and they will come front and center eventually."

    Steve/Kayla: "Someone tried to kill Kayla, but who? Then someone came along and injected some weird syrum into her and dragged her off! This is the start of a *HUGE* umbrella story, and will be on this month, and will connect with some other characters in due time. Steve and Kayla will be re-integrated into the cast soon."

    Alamain's: "This family is literally in the gutter...they finally lost their business last month, and this is really going to affect Forrest and Billie's relationship because of how he's treating her. Nicholas, now that Alamain is gone, is free to reunite with Belle, but Valentine is in some trouble now that her husband, Andre DiMera, is back in town!"

    Jeremy/Alexis/Mike/Robin/Laura: "This story was on a well amount last month with Alexis being stabbed, so like a few other stories, it may not be on as much...we'll just see, but the drama is *FAR* from over with these people!"

    Abe/Maggie: "Their relationship is headed for trouble after some good happiness...lets just say....Hurricane Faye is coming to these two lives!!!!"

    Marlena/John/Kristen/Sam: Feburary Sweeps will be explosive for these four! John will continue to struggle with finally accepting his identity, and will realize if there is any time the Brady family needs it's eldest child, it's now! He will start referring them all to as his family. He will also get concerned about Caroline's relationship with Victor....and to make things even worse Kristen's back! Whether Kristen wants John or not will not be revealed, but they will have some interesting interaction! These four will also be involved with Susan's mysterious death....but who killed her? Kristen and Sam are going to go at Marlena and try to get revenge on what she's done to both of them, but will they succeed?! Sam has a new man in store for her.....but who? Marlena will be helping John and also trying to keep her marriage alive through this troubled time with Kristen and Sam.

    Victor/Nikki/Viki/Caroline/Steve/Kayla/Philip/Belle/Jan: This group is going to be in store for BIG things in Sweeps! They have all been drawn together through one man: Victor Kiriakis. Steve and Kayla have discovered Victor (Kiriakis) was behind Steve's death and Victor Lord of Llanview helped him! Well, Victor Lord is still dead and has been since 2003, but he left orders for if Steve and Kayla ever somehow find out about the whole sceheme to kill them! The goons will come to Salem after the two and team up with Victor Kiriakis to kill them, as Victor wants them dead as much as the other Victor of Llanview did. Nikki knew about this, and this is the secret that has kept her "alive" all this time! Victor wants Viki back and will try to get her back now that the last secret Nikki has up her sleeve is out....but he still is attracted to Caroline and they will bond! Meanwhile, Victor is still plotting with Philip to frame Belle for Shawn's murder, but can they succeed? But, Belle has another problem: Jan Spears is back after fleeing Salem just a month earlier and she is BENT on destroying Belle because she thinks Belle killed Shawn!! But, who killed Shawn? It will be revealed at the end of Sweeps!

    Bo/Hope/Megan: Bo and Hope will comfort each other over Shawn's death....but Megan wants them apart! She will seek the aid of Stefano in doing it and plans on stealing Bo and Hope's two daughters, Pamela and Addie!!!!!!!!!

    Tony/Anna: They will try to find Tony's child, which happens to be Jan, during Sweeps! Not much can be revealed by this story though!

    Lucas/Sami/EJ/Helena: This triangle between Lucas, Sami, and EJ will continue during Sweeps....but Helena plans on doing whatever it takes to stop Sami from getting with EJ! She will do whatever it takes to make sure EJ and Sami never end up together....and she teams up with Kate Roberts to make sure Sami ends up cold and alone! But, EJ has is own plans! He plans on breaking up Sami and Lucas forever by destroying Lucas! However, a bew woman comes to town and distracts Lucas from Sami....

    Kate/Forrest/Vivian: The business war will begin during sweeps! Kate and Forrest will wage war on Vivian and plan on making sure she ends up poor and without any Alamain rights whatsoever! But will they succeed????????

    Lilly/Max/Erin: This story has been really one of the most dragging stories on LIS! But, it's gonna finally heat up! Erin will find herself in grave danger and Max will protect her! They will find love in the process. As for Lilly, things are looking grim for her!

    Greta/Eric/Nicole: This story has bene dragging and all around boring as well! But, not for long! No gurantees, but the goal is to END this boring triangle during Sweeps. the headwriter has said he has realized it was a mistake to rejuvinate this triangle because frankly it was not that much in the beginning! Nicole is gonna have big trouble during Sweeps, and Greta will forgive Eric. However, her paternity will be explored!

    Abe/Lexie: This story has been backburned, but not anymore! During Sweeps we will see Lexie much more than we have, as she will begin to get despondant, but then suddenly Stefano comes to the rescue and she begins to aid him in something HUGE! However, what about Abe? He will get concerned for Lexie....but things are getting to look pretty bleak for him....

    Rex/Willow/Nicholas/Cassie: This story will come to a close, in a way, during Sweeps. Rex and Willow will probably be a couple by the time Sweeps begins, but it won't last for long! Eventually, towards the end of Sweeps, Willow will realize Rex was only using her as something to get over Mimi with! She will get ENRAGED and lay down the LAW to Rex! She will tell him NO ONE, and she means NO ONE, uses Willow Stark! Meanwhile, she has her own problems with Nicholas, and he finds himself begging for a woman all over again like with Kate, but Willow refuses and ends things with him. Annie Burgstede has taped her last scenes and Willow will leave Salem during Sweeps which will make Cassie rejoice that she's gone! But....alot of rumours are spreading that Willow's gonna be back come Summer! Cassie in the meantime will finally get her own story and stop being used as a prop for Rex's stories. A storyline has been hinted at in the past few weeks with her legs....however a similar storyline is happening so it's not gonna go far!

    Cast Cuts: Probably more cast cuts will come Feburary. But who? Stay tuned to find out!

    Big storyline: A huge storyline is being planned to kick off, or at least form, during Sweeps! Even though alot of the new stories are just beginning with LIS excluding a few, there will be a HUGE storyline coming Spring that will involve just about every single character on LIS! It's going to be HUGE and lately, all the couples or triangles have been seperated and there are no things connecting them to other stories. Well, NOW that is happening! This story will probably be the hugest story LIS has done so far!

    First cut revealed!

    Well, as fans who read the New Years Eve episode know, Brandon Beemer(Shawn Douglas Brady) has been fired from Life in Salem when his character Shawn was killed off, just after joining the show several months ago.

    "I hate having to fire Brandon....especially after just starting to work here. I love his acting, and really wanted to keep him here. Mabye he can return someday, but the reason to killing off Shawn is because, even though there were many loose ends to tie up with the character, after that there would be nothing left to tell with the character. A new love interest was an option, but almost all the women on the show are either Brady's or Horton's. I wouldv'e tried Willow but she's here for Rex, he would never get involved with Jan, Lilly and Erin were in the Max story, so what would we have left? Nothing. And we do not need anymore newbies on the show right now. So, he had to be killed off. The story will make a big impace on Bo and Hope, since they have lost a third child and the night Shawn died was the one year anniversery of Zack's death. As well as Belle. Also, it will make a big whodunnit story. We have many suspects for this murder. So I think this will be an excellent story." the headwriter said when asked about the death

    So, Shawn Douglas Brady has been murdered, but who was the person wearing the ski mask that strapped the bomb to his car? Jan, scared Shawn would take her baby, or the old "If I can't have you, no one can!"? Philip, getting rid of the "father" of Claire and the man who has been a thorn in his marriage for two years? Victor, doing whatever it takes to ensure his son's happiness? Kate, same motive as Victor? Belle, in a panic mode because she has felt romantically drawn to Shawn? Stefano, wreaking more havoc on the Brady's, or destroy the genetic link between the Horton's and Brady's?

    So, WHO KILLED SHAWN DOUGLAS BRADY?

    LAUREN KOSLOW RETURNS TO LIS AS KATE!!!!!! STEVIE BROCK JOINS AOTH AS WILL!!!!!

    As revealed in the latest episode of LIS, Kate Roberts, last seen when killed by Tony DiMera/Vince in October 2007, is alive and well! Lauren Koslow returns to the role, one that she played from LIS's premiere, and is back on contract status! "ML and I planned it almost immediately when he came on, and we always had a set time period for when she'd return, and she's finally back. This will cause things to heat up even more wih this business war that has been going on the past couple of months, and Vivian's not going to be happy about this one bit! And this time, Kate's back and here to stay." Co-EP/HW Tara Smith promises

    Also, on AOTH, Will Roberts has suddenly returned, and his actor has finally been revealed: Stevie Brock! "I give ML credit for this, he thought of it, arranged it, casted Will, and there is a huge and great story in store for the teenager. Just like with Samantha Evans coming back from the dead, three crossovers within the two years LIS has been running, Shawn Douglas Brady being blown up in a car, and Hope killing Gina and smoking *crack*, this will be something that breaks some boundaries, and Days nor any of the other blogs out there have done this! So be sure to stay tuned!" Tara Smith advises

    Both actors are already airing on their shows, and are on contract.

    Rumours have been going around ever since EJ Wells (James Scott) was revealed to not only be a DiMera, but also a Cassadine, that Constance Towers would be bringing her character Helena Cassadine, the main villaness of GH and the thorn in everyone's side, to Salem. Well not it's confirmed! A source from Life in Salem has confirmed she will be joining the Life in Salem cast. This has not been confirmed, but there are rumours that this is a permanant or at least long term gig.

    "We are thrilled to have Constance and Helena here," the headwriter said "Also, I am quite excited to try two crossovers at once. Since last we saw of Helena on GH, she was being held captive by psycho nanny Colleen. EJ was informed of this a few episodes back and went crazy because of this. He and Helena have been planning secretly for months on how they are going to wreak havoc on the DiMera's and people of Salem so EJ can take his rightful place at the DiMera throne. However, Colleen kidnapped Helena for her own personnal intentions, and also, when Laura Spencer cam out of her catatonic state Helena got occupied with that, so their plans went on a hiatus for a bit. But, once EJ rescues Helena we plan on having a HUGE storyline of a war between the Cassadines and DiMera's. Expect Stefano/Helena to be further delved into as well...."

    Towers is on recurring for now, and is not expected to appear immediately, but could appear before 2007.

    Life in Salem is looking to cast two roles, and they need the fans help on who to choose!

    The firt one is a man in his late thirties to early fourties, he is expected to react heavily with John and Marlena, amongst others. It is a contract role.

    The second is a man in his mid to late thirties, he will be heavily interacting with Stefano, Tony, and several other people. The role is contract.

    Suggestions are needed fast! These two men are not expected to come on the campas until December or January, but we need options quickly so decisions can be made!

    Life in Salem, which has been slowly searching for a Co-Head Writer/Executive Producer for months and months, is proud to announce that it has finally found one! One who will greatly help, and Daysfan is assured he shall write fantastic stories. Now without further adeu, devoted SON member and once a writer of his own SONBC soap Jay will be joining the Life in Salem staff as Co-Head Writer/EP.

    "I am so excited, I knew he read Life in Salem and he was interested in writing but not his own soap, and he is an avid OLTL fan so I just thought he was perfect for the job." Daysfan commented "I just really feel he and I will work good together because we were already good freinds, so it is just all great."

    "I never saw myself returning to writing, but after being a fan of Life in Salem and being absolutely in love with it's HW and EP, I couldn't resist returning. I am honored to be apart of this show." Jay commented

    HUGE NEWS! VET OUT!

    HUGE LIS NEWS! LIS MAKES BOLD MOVE! FRANCES REID, 41YEAR VET OUT!

    No readers, your eyes do not decieve or trick you. Frances Reid(Alice Horton), who has been here since Days started airing on November 8, 1965, has been FIRED when her character Alice died on Friday's episode! It was a mutual decision with LIS and Frances. The headwriter has a message to all fans he would like to tell them:

    "I love Frances, and it pained me to do this. I cried writing the episode and even thought of not doing it but I did. It was not for ratings, because it was sweeps, or anything like that but it was because I wanted to give Alice Horton, the matriach of the show the ending she deserved. I was watching an episode of the real Days and it was the Christmas episode of 2006. She seemed like she was getting weaker and weaker and I wanted to do this now so when she does pass we know we were able to give Alice the send off she deserves and not suddenly have one of the characters tearfully say 'Alice died last night....' the character deserved a send off and I wanted to do this now before it was too late. I just hope I did it how it should be done...." the headwriter says "Frances took the news better than I expected, she said she would stick with Days forever but it was getting harder to act so she was okay with this all."

    Frances's last airdate has not been verified at this time. This marks another cut for the Casting Bloodbath on LIS.

    HUGE STAR AXED!

    LONGTIME VET, JOSEPH MASCOLO, FIRED AS MARCH SWEEPS GOES ON!

    Its now official: Joseph Mascolo, who has played Stefano DiMera off and on since the 80's, has been cut from LIS! Mascolo last aired on March 10th when his car, in a huge rainstorm, went flying off a cliff, after he was nearly killed by Sami Brady(Alison Sweeney) and his wife Vivian Alamain(Louise Sorel)...however before his death, he also nearly killed Will Roberts(Stevie Brock) and Destiny Stokes(Ambyr Childers) in the process! Stefano was presumed dead after his car fell off the cliff.

    "LIS loves Joe and all the years he has given to it, but for now he needs to exit...we had an open ended death, so he could be back someday if need be, but right now there are no plans to bring him back. Stefano has always been a major player on LIS, especially these past few months, but with the constant returns and comings someone needed to be cut...and I feel more oppurtunities with the DiMera's right now can be played out if he's gone. Fans may remember when he was dropped to recurring and barely seen in late 2007 until May 2008, and his death was faked while he was in a coma...well, this is different. He's been cut all the way this time." Tara Smith explained

    Mascolo has had numerous stints on Days, and on LIS, he has been a presence ever since 2006...despite(as mentioned above) being dropped to recurring in late 2007 and early 2008.

    Also, Andrew Hyatt Massey(Larry Welch), who returned in early Feburary, last aired after jumping into the Salem River. "He was always intended to be just a brief stint...mainly, I just used him as a catalyst in Stefano's death. After that, he didn't have much of a point, so he just ran into enemies Bo and Hope before exiting. Much like Stefano's exit, it was open ended...no one even knows if Larry actually died or not. That was intentional, so someday Larry very well could be back."

    CASTING NEWS, ANNIVERSERY NEWS, AND MORE ANNOUNCED ON LIFE IN SALEM!

    Lots of announcements regarding LIS have finally arrived! First off, shockingly, Thaao Penghlis and LeAnn Hunley have been fired in their roles of Tony DiMera and Anna DiMera, respectively...the supercouple flew out of Salem after reuniting last week! The two have been on LIS, in contract roles, since 2006.

    "I know this is very startling...especially considering how much airtime Tony and Anna have always gotten on LIS! They've been huge players, and I honestly don't think we've seen the last of either of them...but LIS really needs to trim down on its cast, and at this moment in time, with Kate being exposed for setting Tony up to die(putting a hault to the Anna/Tony/Kate triangle), I saw them as the easiest to cut...more cuts are on the way, and I want to explore that triangle more some day...so believe me, we may not have seen the last of them! And, Thaao shall continue to make occassional appearances as Andre DiMera." Tara Smith told curious fans

    Now, not-so-shocking news: Sarah Buxton(Crystal Galore) and Ben Masters(Benard Galore) last aired nearly two weeks ago once Crystal was exposed for killing Peter Blake and carted off to jail as Will FINALLY obtained custody of his infant daughter Arianna! "The Galore's were a really nice addition to LIS...although Benard wasn't seen as much as Crystal, I enjoyed having them here, and Crystal played a HUGE role in LIS in these past six months...but it was their time to go!" Tara said

    ALSO: Life in Salem turns 3 years old THIS very Friday!!!! "Its hard to believe its been three years since the first episode aired, where Hope found out she was pregnant!" Tara chuckled "We have some big things planned...the 400th episode, in an odd twist of fate, actually airs Friday as well...I find it funny that it falls on that day, with such little pre-emptions these past few months so that it could happen...but that episode shall be HUGE...a long episode, and alot of stories will have CRITICAL movement...be sure to tune in!!"
