They did a minor remodel not that long ago. They put in a lovely glass pastry display case at the cash register and got rid of the cringey fringe-edged table tops. But that jukebox, creepy eyeballs and puppet dude need to be put into storage pronto. I still can't figure why Mishael Morgan is coming back for her short stint. Will she be here to assist Sharon in legal dealings? Certainly Amanda isn't going to interact with Devon and Abby at CW, is she? Will she come back to help her friend Phyllis? I just don't get why they would bring her back at all.

Just a legal tactic that most people would take. Evidence is going to kill her. She's effing lucky to be alive and not facing a vehicular homicide charge. Good God, did you see those cars? Wrong way on the 134. Jesus. And that lounge owner is in BIG trouble now too. If they have pics of her drinking with him and partying while she was hosting, and I think they do, that bar will now be liable for a whole 'nother set of charges. Side note: she looks weird as a blonde.

Right. The ADA does not preclude someone for not getting their contract renewed due to other reasons. That's preposterous to think they could NEVER terminate KS or anyone for that matter, for some other just cause or purely for other perfectly legal reasons. She would not win a lawsuit for those reasons. However, I could see her psyche being bent for not getting renewed and I wouldn't want that for her.

What exactly would KStorms sue anyone for if her contract was up and they didn't renew? I don't get it. Threat of a lawsuit? They wouldn't flat-out fire her for being a less-than actor in her role or for gaining weight. And are they kidding me with this ridiculously childish turtle doves with Trina and Spencer? Good lord, the Phoenix and the dragon all over again. I hate that crap. @ranger1rg Thank you so much for that clip. I missed those years completely. I love Maxie so much, I wish she could turn a corner on her problems.

Why are there so many posters who still think that the Billy/Summer one-time sex event is relevant to anything on this show anymore? It wouldn't change a damn thing with anyone. Sure, Nick would be a little mad and Victor already hates BillyBoy. Yet I still see this brought up all the time like if it was "revealed" that it would shake up a bunch of characters. It wouldn't. They put this to rest on that plane ride to LA when Kyle, Summer, Billy and Lily were all on board. No one else would ever care to find out that Billy had sex with Supergirl. It was years ago. I wish someone would tell those on other boards to just let this one drop.

While I don't want to be rude and say "duh", yes I know that young people can and do drink at any age. But you'd think this show would have made it a point to mention all these college kids actually hitting the age of 21. No one mentioned a thing. There should have been a party. They haven't shown any of them drinking at a bar anywhere until now. We are all able to assume, but it is a milestone in the young peoples' lives that I thought they might mention on the show. They went to great lengths with that old-timey crap to show Joss turning 18 and being able to vote.

Did I miss Joss and Trina turning 21 and they are now of legal age to drink? At Trina's party, Joss was clearly walking around with a glass of white wine. Then they all toasted with champagne. There were no bottles of non-alcoholic "sparkling" anything. The gals were drinking. And no one thought anything off it. Did I miss their 21st birthdays? Seems like the show would have addressed it in some way.

R.I.P.: Alec Musser (ex-Del Henry, AMC) Dies at Age 50
@Liberty City: I certainly didn't say that in ALL cases someone knew. Suicide is such a lonely thing. No one knows why people feel the way they do. Then with a lot of these celebrity deaths, they are often self-medicating with all different kinds of drugs. People on drugs show certain behaviors which I am very well aware of having many addicts in my early life. That was more the behavior I was talking about which other people around them would know to be out of character for these individuals. But of course, someone else can't make a drug user quit. Still, doesn't matter if you know someone is using, or if someone is depressed, or if someone is just such an angry person that you are not surprised when the do something horrific. Mental health in this country has been lacking for a long, long time. It should be a priority, but it is NOT.

That's exactly why I have never liked Jack Abbott. As an AMC lifetimer, I could NOT stand Dr. Cliff Warner. Hated him with Nina, hated how he would grit his teeth unnaturally when in scenes with his son Bobby Warner, disliked everything about him. Then I heard about this guy, Jack Abbott on Y&R which I never watched until 2011. All I could say was UGH when I saw it was PB playing Jack Abbott. I'm glad he has so many fans, but this character has always been a sappy bust in my eyes.

While I realize all of that, it seems to me there is always someone who "knew" this or that about a person with suicidal tendencies. And I also know that the person has to get the help for themselves, and often times no one can do anything to help them. But still, these celebrity types are around a LOT of people and I believe someone close to most of them knows they are going through something. For example, I personally knew the shooter (and his mother) of the Borderline murders that happened in Thousand Oaks, CA back in 2018. That man was a peer of my sons, they played baseball together as young teens and throughout high school. I often gave that kid a ride to and from baseball practice in Orange Co., CA. He was a very angry young man which I (and everyone around him) could see when he was a pre-teen. His mother could do nothing about her son's physically violent tendencies. He scared many grown adults with his outbursts on the baseball diamond. That said, none of us who knew him were the LEAST bit surprised when it turned out he was the shooter in a mass shooting. As sad as that sounds, you are absolutely right that when there is mental illness, it cannot be addressed solely by other people. It's a very, very troubling and sad situation.

Has there been shots of them actually supposedly in Paris? I would think they wouldn't show any scenes of them being there. I kinda thought this would be the easy out for Spencer (sorry, I don't know the actor's name. Chavez?). I mean, they could easily show scenes of Trina being on the phone from Paris talking with Portia or something. But I don't expect big scenes like those fakey Greenland scenes. Unless there has been talk of pics of them being shown there.

Carly owning Kelly's/Bobbie's is one thing. She's a great owner of the business. But for them to waste Carly slinging coffee and burgers was just too much. Sure, it was a transition for her to switch from hotel owner to cafe owner when she was in trouble. But she's a force in this town whether we like it or not. Send her up the scale again to running Crimson. Hopefully it will be part of Drew being ran out of town for Jason's return. So who do we know is probably leaving? CamMat/Drew? Spencer for sure. I'm sure Nina's not going anywhere.

What are they doing with Ashley? Good grief, she looked like a fool today just standing there staring off into space at the Abbott manse. Then blubbering to Jack about Tucker. Then the idiocy of searching out Tucker at the AC to talk to him once again. Tucker says (over and over) that she cannot commit to a relationship because of her family. WE KNOW! End them now please. It's so dumb. Is ED about to leave again? It would be better than witnessing this drivel week after week. And now next week Tracy gets in on the Ashley/Tucker argument. To what end? Going to Paris and checking the restaurant video footage? (if there even is any) Why does this show beat a dead horse so often? Move on with the storyline.

Most soap fans know the real reason why they had the Many Molly recasts. It's been explained to those who don't get it. Anyone here post on the other common soap boards? I know I (for one) went over it about 100 times on those other boards. My privileges have been suspended in some places.

I drove those LA/OC freeways for over 30 years. It's a complete miracle that she nor anyone else wasn't killed in that wreck. She won't do any jail time. I'm sure all it will be for her is rehab and counseling. But the other claimant will probably win big $$$ from her and/or her insurance. And he deserves it.

I don't think for a second that Eden should have withdrawn at all. She submitted and she won. I'd even go so far as to say she earned it. It's such a lopsided category. Little kids should not be up against a late-teen who is having sex on screen. And talk about distancing the real actor from their character...nothing stands out more than the accident report on HaleyP. I know she was also drunk, but boy what a diva and what a mouth on her.

I don't like Seth. Something about him is irritating. Maybe it's his constant smiling while talking. He seems so pushy with Nikki, and his first meeting with Victor was non-stop talking by Seth. Where are they going with this guy? I've seen talk of him being part of the Crazy Jordan s/l, but that doesn't seem feasible. He ain't no Bobby Warner anymore. lol

Thank you Donna. I did feel exactly the same when I saw Eden win and those two adorable little boys were left with nothing. That category is messed up. They can easily fix it so that this won't happen again. I mean, 12 and under should be a category, and teens+ a separate one. Eden looked like she thought she was Marilyn Monroe in that dress. Yowza.

Yes, that was the second mention of Audra's father. Many have wanted Audra to get a backstory, so I wonder if they are toying with the idea of bringing on some family for her. Roger Howarth would be old enough to be her father. They haven't made it clear if her father is alive or not, just that he was an alcoholic throughout her childhood. I think her words were something like "he lost his battle" with alcohol. Man, that backless dress was something, eh? As we all posted back then, Jack shouldn't even really be partaking in alcohol. That romp in the sack with Gloria was totally bourbon-induced. LOL

Ya, to say it's covid-related is straight-up propaganda. I am so sick of that. What is with all of these suicides? Are the decedents all really hiding their despair from everyone around them? NO ONE knew they needed help? This is just so awful. It's like when they say the dead celebrity was clean and sober, only to find out from the coroner's report that their systems were filled with drugs. And the people around them (on the daily) knew they were using.
