It just struck me by surprise since I just read about it. I have no inside knowledge, nor do I search out spoilers so it's nice to be surprised every once in a while by an unexpected casting. It rarely happens anymore. Everyone knows everything before it even happens. My earlier wish was when Eva appeared on Y&R a few years ago (as Lola's mother of course), that she would be paired with Jack Abbott. She would have been perfect for him to sail off with a lovely wife. Don't know what happened there (other than the demise of the Hispanic characters and/or covid), but Susan Walters is equally perfect for Jack to finally have a wife in his golden years. I love ELaR and will be very happy to see her here or anywhere.

Come on, you know what I meant. I've seen much worse posted here. Like I said, I have long hair too. FH's looks unnatural on her. It's the poor appearance I am commenting on. I'm sure your hair is lovely. Thank you! 😅🤣

Sorry, but I don't believe this for one minute. Finola DOES have extensions. I know you have your sources, but there is no way that long stringy hair is completely coming out of FH's head. I've known many a hairdresser and discussed this with them. That load of hair weighs her down. I doubt she even eats enough protein to establish that long hair's health. JMO Btw, I also have long hair that is usually in an up-do of some sort. As a child of the 60s, I know I'm a bit old for it, but it's my choice. And the hub prefers it. My problem with soap stars is never their age, but how the hairstyle works on them. Anna Devane looks worse with long hair.

Hey, these shows have been on a long time and most of us are old who are still around to watch them. It is what it is. Can someone tell me how today (US) Ashley went from pounding on Tucker's door of his suite (while he was on the couch with Audra), to them cutting to Ashley sitting alone downstairs in the GCAC lobby having a martini while Tucker and Audra are getting it on under the sheets? That was quite the jump.

Oh yes, I saw her in the 80s. FORTY years ago. She looks a lot better with shorter hair, imo. These long, wavy strands of hair hanging heavily all around her front look very silly on a person of her stature. I feel the same way about Genie/Laura's long hippie hair, but they keep Laura's flatly brushed and mostly pulled behind her head so it usually doesn't look so age-inappropriate.

I am so over Alley Mills as Heather. Just throw away the key again for a few years. Don't understand how she one the Emmy with that over-the-top crap. It's awful. And now that we finally got a cute, tight haircut on Jordan and even Willow has come back to a proper hairstyle (as a nurse and mother), please...for the love of God, will someone yank those extensions off of Finola's head! Those long, stringy strands look ridiculous on her. And now as Chief of Police (or Commissioner? which one is it?), her hairstyle needs to step up and become more professional than a 70s hippie. Unless of course she's really Alex. LOL!

Um, huh? I saw it posted by others on other sites. I wasn't citing sources or anything, just what I read with my own eyes. Of course it was just someone starting speculation which quickly changed into rumor. As you can see by the rest of my post that you didn't quote, this actress has been cast as another character that is NOT Nicole. Btw, loved Ari's statement at her press conference today.

It's being posted that Annalynne McCord is going to be the recast Nicole. But a quick google shows that she has been hired to play a character named Marin. She is gorgeous though and does have a "Nicole" look to her. No idea what is true or not. Ari IS Nicole. I've only been watching for about 12 years, but she has been one of my faves on this show. Hate to see her leave.

This week it seems they are all trying to be super business-y and it just rings dumb. I don't need to hear Adam and Nick discussing work details. Then there's Tucker and Audra talking business while having sex. Jack and Lauren, Devon and Abby, Victor, Sharon, etc. Freaking Abby wants to be back in corporate business? She's an airhead! Anyone being brought in to help Nikki is not going to make anyone think she shouldn't be in a locked-down rehab for a month. I want Ashley and her stupid memory of her fight with Tucker to end yesterday. It's funny when they show her having a flashback of Tucker's version. How would she have that memory? lol Tess? Why are they rolling her out of storage for this? Is she going to get more airtime now as the "day manager" at Society? Which probably means Mariah and the stroller kid will show up more. No thanks.

Does this mean we most likely won't be seeing her as Nicole ever again? Her contract "ran out", so she is in fact terminated. Or will they all make nice after the lawsuit is over? She will win, big time.

As I said before, once Chavez has played a Menendez brother and is given accolades for that (for which I have no doubt, the kid is a good actor), he will never be back on soaps. Think Justin Hartley. Besides, I think NAC is too big for his britches (literally, he's too tall for Trina! lol). His acting skills have already surpassed most young soap stars. He seems pretty full of himself so I don't see him coming back to soaps at all. Why would he? I also imagine the Esme has other offers with her exploding popularity. I wish them well elsewhere.

After the whole horrible situation with TylerC, there is no way ABC/Disney would ever bring back a convicted felon (once she's been convicted, of course). Sure, we will have to wait and see. But I bet you a million bucks HP will never be back as Molly. Make it two million. That is not the image this corporation wants to be associated with.

So glad this part is over and Chavez is gone. After playing a Menendez brother, this kid won't be back. Good ending scenes for the fans of Trina and Spencer, I guess. I'm not one, so I am glad for the quickness of their ending. Want to add that Genie knocked it out of the park as usual. Laura got me a couple of times with tears in my eyes. Then that cheesy freaking turtle dove already washes up on the shore of some beach near the English Channel? Good grief. Is it true that the Esme actress is off the show now too?

This Daniel/Heather/Lucy family is just too much. Glad to think Lily will get to distance herself from them (whenever she returns). They sure spent/wasted a lot of time on these three today. This Heather bugs the crap outta me. I liked that other Heather better, the one with the red hair that was around when Ricky died. Were they half-siblings? Anyway, I'm not familiar with this Heather. Between her baby voice and Daniel's gruff one, they are impossible to listen to. She really needs to have that cold sore removed. Sorry if that is harsh. And please, stop this Ashley/Paris crap. WTH? Is ED leaving again, or is she already gone? Why bring her down and make her so weak? Geez.

This has already been reported here. Nothing new. We had recently learned the victim was also suing the No Comment bar where HP was working as a hostess. There is most likely evidence to prove she was drinking with the owner while on the job and no one did anything to prevent her from driving home drunk. Everyone involved is in big trouble. I still believe she will get no jail time and will just have to pay a fine and complete some rehab stints. She'll never be back on GH, that's for sure. Where is your paragraph about DT/Curtis that has been mentioned? I don't know which one you are talking about and can't find a new one.

I'm a few days behind and haven't read this whole thread, but my God, Marlena looks SO thin in the face! What's going on with her? Anyone know? I hope she's okay and maybe it's just the Ozempic craze. She's very noticeably thin. Wow, Stephanie really spoke to me with her heartfelt explanation to Everett. I feel that way right now, exactly as she described.

I'm guessing Tracy dropped a big ol' Quartermaine dime into that account for the Muldoon kids. Just catching up, but noticed that even in Paris, the bars stock the world-famous Definit Vodka (as opposed to Absolut). Cracks me up as it's the same thing in the MC bar. Could they at least card Trina when she is served alcohol? I know it's France so that's not really a thing, but the girl looks about 16. Yet there she sits, deciding between rose' and blanc vino. Please ask for her ID. Had to laugh out loud at the Haunted Star set being dragged out and pretending to be on the Seine. Good lord. Then Curtis joins in the trip to Paris? My God, this guy has so many scenes and so much time devoted to him and his wheelchair and his recovery and his surgery and his therapy...you get the picture. Now on the Q jet to France. I give up. I used to love badass Curtis. He arguably had the very best facial hair in the business. But a couple of years ago I read that he had some rl tragedy. Since that time I noticed he was never the same on screen. Not sure what it was, but the man has lost the mojo and it was way before his paralysis. And StephenAS. Omg, my opinion of this man got me banned elsewhere. Soap fans don't seem to know how he is on his sports shows, and I will not elaborate here other than to say his kiss-ass persona is real. As a huge sports fan, let me just say I am NOT a fan of SAS. He's cute as Brick, but that's about it.

Regarding the GCAC suite set that is used for everyone: all they ever do is change the room number plate on the door. They do keep true to who is in what numbered room. It sort of makes me chuckle as to who is in charge of being sure the correct room number is on the door for filming that day. I agree that Sharon's zoom meeting on the patio at CL was beyond ridiculous. I seem to use that phrase all the time with this show. Why all the big talk back between Sharon, Nick and Adam when SNA was looking for and finalizing office space? Sharon made several points of saying she found the right place. I knew full-well that we would never see those offices, but now we get a zoom mtg. at CL? Good grief. And I am sick to my stomach at the lack of proper treatment for Nikki with her alcoholism. Everyone enabling her to roam around lying, sneaking her teeny flask in and out of her purse/desk, etc. Victor sitting there acting like there's nothing else to do but wait around watching Nikki for when she slips up. This multi-millionaire should have been checked into a rehab and we all know it. Just a 30-day stint would really clear her system. This is ridiculous (beyond, like I previously said). Maybe MTS is due for a vacay and she will indeed go to rehab soon. Sharon is getting that sweetsy sing-song voice again with Nick. They would be awful if they are put back together again romantically. Just no.
