I begin in honor of:

MARGARET MASON (1940 - 1999)

She was one of earliest professional Soap Villains yet she got a charismatic aura that also made her a good heroine 

Her most important Characters might be:

Linda Patterson Anderson in Days of Our Lives (1970-71/75-80/82) an early villain of the show

Selena Cross Rossi in Return to Peyton Place (1972-74) 

Eve Howard in The Young and The Restless (1980-84/93) Victor's ex who almost poisoned him to death and almost killed Nikki on her and Victor's Wedding Day, in 1993 she came back as a sweeter version of Eve her Crimes Forgotten and battling for Victor to recognize her son Cole as his own until she died of a Mosquito bite 

I'm assuming this is the Young & Restless page i wanted to please ask if anyone has access to some of the early episodes and could send me a link, and i was wondering if ANYONE has ANYTHING at all of Bond Gideon, Deborah Adair or Melinda Fee in 1984 as Jill Foster Abbott as well as Judith Chapman brief tenure from 1994 i was trying to edit together some scenes of all of the actresses who played Jill but it's hard to find anything but Brenda Dickson or Jess Walton, i really wanted to honor their memories butthis has been quite a piece of work

PS: i already came across a little Deborah Adair but in really bad video and sound shape so if you have something in decent shape i would be very grateful

Yeah Angelique was a marvelous bitch i loved her and Laura their fights were really epic and adding to the boring ones Josette began getting on my nerves too after a time she was so boring

In a way yes but I remember that Dina had the opposite kind of behavior Alexis Had as her husband's new wife was the actual bitch, if so other Alexis kinds would be Daisy from AMC (just saw her introduction by YouTube so dramatic and great) and Victoria Principal's character in Titans

I also forgot Angelica Nero (DALLAS). In later years, Abby on KNOTS LANDING also had some Alexis-ish characteristics (I'm thinking in particular of becoming a tycoon, associating with dangerous men and remarrying about every other year).

How Angelica Nero resembled Alexis, all I know about her is that she was a big bitch during the dream season, in Dynasty Sable was indeed The Colbys Ripoff of Alexis but I actually think Francesca has more to do with Alexis than her (comes back for son, causes lots of trouble etc) I thought that Emily Fallmont has something to do with Alexis I guess I saw her as a mirror to what might have been if Blake never caught on Alexis cheating

There’s that great photo set of Robin Strasser and Phil Carey very obviously styled as daytime’s answers to Alexis and J.R.
Robin points out that Dorian predates Alexis, as did Robin’s ideas for Dorian … to be more lavish with her wealth, providing the audience with all of that eye candy and fantasy of the super rich.

I remember my mother saying that when Alexis started on Dynasty, she and her co-workers referred to her as, “another Erica”, not the other way around. It would be interesting to look back and examine the timeline of Erica, Dorian, and Alexis as they made their climbs into that glamorous ‘80s soap vixen archetype. I’m sure AMC and OLTL were looking hard at Dynasty, but it’s unfair to suggest that they weren’t way ahead in terms of their raven-haired vixens.

Sorry I don't remember knowing any of your examples would you mind telling me about them a little? But I remembered Iris Wheeler Cory had a lot of Alexis Vibes, is this Racine the one from Paper Dolls? It would make much sense she was originally played by Joan after all

Can't defend the rest but Nina's Hat is not favored by that photo nor Nina Herself is, her original hat was Beautiful but it worked far better with it's veil covering her face, the second one is chic and nice but black for a wedding?

By the way I understand your point about Sue Ellen, but she was pretty bitchy to Pam during early seasons just like Lucy, but the angle of bitchness I apply for her is that she got stronger and bitchier with the March of time she was bitch yes but mostly when it was necessary specially to defend herself and her best interests 

Oh I was so fascinated by this soap when I first read About it! I always wanted to see Some of the Delaney's plotline I loved Marie Wallace in Dark Shadows and has this Soap Opera worked I'm sure she would have been able to make a name for herself as one of Soap History's biggest bitches in the role of India Delaney I watched a clip with her and was hooked it's a pity I never found more

With A Dallas Reboot Behind, The Current Dynasty Reboot to have a 5th Season and Rumours that All My Children could have a Reboot called "Pine Valley" stays the question, Should the Classic Soaps be Rebooted??? I was Wondering about that after watching some of the early episodes of the New Dynasty and I really liked Nicollette Sheridan as Alexis she made a great lecture of The Character at it's worst and Wondered "Hey I think she really could pull out Angela Channing!" So I wanted to discuss this kind of possibility with other soap fans

As for the copies first comes Ava Marshall from Bare Essence (1983), another one is Dianna Brock from CPW (1995-96), then Cookie Lyon from Empire (2015-21) she certainly got a lot of Alexis in her.

A small discussion on the Great Bitch that Launched Dynasty to Worldwide Fame, So the discussion is Her Greatest Moments, The other Possible faces she could have had and of course her copies (quite a few) 

That ill fated try on having a new high profile soap on the life of the very rich, and the trials and intrigues of the Perfume Industry, What made me get hooked to the idea of watching it is the fact it got both Jennifer O'Neill an actress i adore and Jessica Walter as an Alexis type of character, since she was the "WOMAN they waited till the end to play Alexis" it would be very fun to see and have an idea on how she would have been in that role, 

As for the Pilot Miniseries it got some high ratings but i guess that's because it got one Hot cast, Lee Grant as Ava #1, Linda Evans (Krystle Carrington) having that time of her life playing a very Alexis kind of Mom: Lady Bobbi Rowan #1 and Donna Mills (ABBY Cunnigham) as Barbara originally a much more proeminent Character, now let's remember all of them went out when the series finally was picked up for a full season, all of them and some others were changed so i guess it contributed to the low ratings still i would Love to watch this so if anyone could help i would be very grateful

Another question on The Survivors I read Natalie Schafer joined the show near the ending as Baylor Carlyle's Widow but was she like Krystle (New Wife in Town) or Alexis (Bad Wife/Mom back in Town)
