If one party is aware that the other is unaware and goes ahead anyhow, then it's not legal consent.  Without legal consent, it's rape.

The US House of Representatives has voted to impeach Alejandro Mayorkas, Joe Biden’s secretary of homeland security, on explicitly political charges related to conditions at the southern border as Republicans attempt to capitalize on the issue in an election year.

The evening roll call proved tight, with speaker Mike Johnson’s threadbare Republican majority and in the face of staunch Democratic opposition to impeaching Mayorkas, the first cabinet secretary facing charges in nearly 150 years.

In the historic rebuke, the House impeached Mayorkas 214-213.

Three Republicans voted against party lines. Mike Gallagher from Wisconsin, Ken Buck from Colorado, and Tom McClintock from California said the Mayorkas impeachment did not meet the bar laid out in the constitution.

kind of disappointing Deidra only read a poem and did not say nothing personal from her 45+ years of knowing bill. I think the audience was surprised she finished her eulogy so soon.. 

Deidre said Susan asked her to read that specific poem.  Deidre did that well and didn't overstep by saying anything else.   And the poem seems to have been chosen to stand by itself, as it was more of a spiritual/philosophical reading/metaphor about transitioning into the next life. 

There were other Days cast in attendance, but the cameras didn't show anyone in attendance regardless of whether they were coworkers, friends, or relatives. The only people shown on camera were people who were asked to speak or sing.  (A few cast mentioned on their own personal social media that they were there, but otherwise we wouldn't know, as attendees in the pews weren't shown.)

Bill Hayes was on Days for 54 years on and off, but that was only a small part of his 98 years alive.  Even when he was working, he did much after work, on weekends, and on vacations, that had nothing to do with the show.   And there were so many many many years he lived before he joined Days.

He did a lot in his long life and knew a LOT of people, went a lot of places, and made an impact on so many.  He helped people and spread joy everywhere.  A service lasting one hour and forty-five minutes was barely long enough to give glimpses into his life.  And this was for his family and closest friends,  many of whom spoke or sang at the service.  I enjoyed hearing all the stories about his life, and his long friendships.   Watching the service put things into a greater perspective for me. 

This is the poem that Deidre read aloud:

  A ship, at my side, spreads her white sails to the moving breeze and starts for the blue ocean. 
  She is an object of beauty and strength.
  I stand and watch her until, at length,
  she hangs like a speck of white cloud

The fire was written by firedguy.  Firedguy stuff was already written weeks in advance so will be airing for a while.

So I think that spoiled part will be produced by Janet and the writing will hopefully be transitioned into whoever is the nonunion writers during the writers strike after firedguy left.

The Champions League final aired on CBS-TV on Saturday May 28, 2022, so that's what they're basing this August 2022 article on.
So I guess based on that Saturday rating of the final, they decided to continue the annual Tuesday/Wednesday matches on CBS-TV.

The 2023 final aired on CBS-TV on Saturday June 10, 2023, and I don't know the numbers/ratings on that.
