It seems Grand Phoenix and Society replaced Genoa City Athletic Club.

EB anniversary episodes were set at Top of the Tower, but I can't remember seeing that set afterwards.

Colonnade Room made it to the 2000s, with Victor/Nikki 2002 wedding and Michael/Lauren 2005 wedding, but again I can't remember the last time it was used.

I forgot about the Athletic Club rooftop pool.

They used the colonade room last in 2008 for a Victor and Sabrina thing, I think it was Grifiths last das as EP or shortly after MAB took over

All of these returns are fantastic, but I never thought I’d see Veronica Redd as Mamie again so that is stunning! I hope and pray we get a scene with Jill! The only thing is that I wish they’d finally buckle down and bring back Dru or at least Olivia.

With all the media stories, Leanna should’ve been a regular pop up here and there. It’ll be nice to see Gina back with Danny and I’ll always root for Nina, one of the greatest Y&R characters of all time. She deserves a contract!

Leanna should have been the one the trifecta hired to investigate Diane instead of that women from the talk.

This one is Elena/Nate/Victoria ... I think Nate tries to remain faithful to Elena but someone (Audra or Tucker) tries to push Nate toward Victoria.

Fyi ...  in the Fri Feb 3 US (Thurs Feb 2 CDN) Victoria kisses Nate, and then she pulls away.

No doubt Audra is gonna stoke the fire where Nate & Victoria are concerned.

    I really like her.

Sally and Nick's episode long phone call had Sally in LA and must have been taped in a CBS office/reception space.

On the one hand, I thought it was clever and nice to see a different 'set' but at the same tine it gave me late GL vibes where they'll start taping in producer's offices dressed up as beauty salons etc.

How about for a 50th birthday present the purse strings are loosened?

James Hyde was filming the other day (he said this was YR) and I don't think we've seen this set before?

I started watching Y&R again for Danny and Daniel's return and it always shocks me when I tune in these past couple years and everybody is running around town so tense and there's always this sense of dread like something big is about to happen, but it never does. It's such an odd way of telling a story. They often set up the right types of stories that could have big dramatic pay offs, but the pay off is either off camera or just doesn't happen.

Alot of the stories end with a big moral decision and the characters decide to be the bigger better person instead of doing the dramatic messy thing now, for whatever reason. Devon could have a custody battle over Dominic but they decide to be friends instead, Nate could have taken over Chancellor‐ Winters but he told the truth instead. Etc etc.
