Wow I must have stopped watching Y&R before this 2004 episode. I thought I had watched this show until around 2005-6 but I dont remember any of this so I must have stopped watching maybe early 2004? I dont remember at all Danny and Christine getting back together. I dont recall her and Paul ever breaking up! What happened?

thank you SoapSud for posting the 96 episode. I didnt get to see the entire thing because of stupid mayor of Philadlephia and NJ Gov Murphy cutting it off. Honestly, though, Phyllis was beyond immature in that episode. How can a grown woman be that immature? That is like a prank that a 12 y/o would pull! But the rest of the episode was great. Nina how do you have a husband as hot and sweet as Ryan and NOT jump his bones as soon as you come home from a trip? I know he is cheating on you with Victoria but you dont know that! I would have been all over him as soon as I walked in the door.

Yes I loved him on Guiding Light! The name of his character is on the tip of my tongue but its not connecting to my brain at the moment but he and Harley were so hot! I never liked Harley enough with anyone else

yes I always got that vibe as well! Is this episode from 90? I think this may have been shortly before I started watching this show. I started watching Y&R in the summer of 90. I dont remember this Amy chic nor the Katherine look alike. Is this Marge woman Katherine's long lost twin?

Was Josh that good looking but very dullsville personality wise doctor? If I am remembering him correctly......god he was the pits! I did NOT like Brad and Nikki together at all! They were terrible!!!!

He does, it's a bad tan. Besides the terrible tan, I think he looks pretty good. I always hated Ryan and Victoria together. Never liked them the first time nor any other time after that. I only ever liked him with Nina. I didn't like Cole with Victoria, either. I think since I couldnt stand Heather Tom that it didn't matter who they paired her with, I didn't like Victoria/Heather so therefore I didn't like her with any man. No wait, correction, back then there was 1 man I did like her with. It was EXTREMELY short lived, but I remember she was with Neil for like 2 months or something like that. I actually REALLY liked her with Neil and I was disappointed that that didn't last long.

B&B doesnt seem to understand the concept of "vintage" episode. Episodes from just a few years ago are not vintage That's why soap fans need to write their own soaps to keep the genre going, if you have the talent and interest in writing one. I write my own original soap and I publish it in book series. More and more people will hopefully do this if soaps continue to go downhill or disappear all together Did Ron Moss leave on bad terms? I think that a week of the popular weddings would be GREAT!

OMG EVERYDAY the Philadelphia mayor with the NJ Governor cuts into Y&R halfway through and takes up the entire second half of the show EVERYDAY! Its so freaking annoying and unnecessary! GRRRRRRR!!!! Anyway, thanks soapsuds for posting the ep as I missed it today and my dvr did not record it. I dont understand why most of the couples did NOT have costumes that go together? That makes no sense! Paul's costume was the most annoying one. I completely FORGOT ABOUT LYNN! OMG she was in love with Paul for YEARS! They never did get together not even a fling, did they? Its weird I actually dont remember this ball AT ALL for some reason even though I watched Y&R back then regularly. Nate didn't die until 96? I thought he had died way before that. Did Olivia get together with Malcolm before he died, then? Cause I felt like Malcolm and Olivia were together way before 96 So happy to see Jess Walton now as Jill. She was back then and still is FABULOUS! The former Jill from that episode from the 80's where she gets shot was god awful I live outside Philadelphia. Its out of control with them coming on EVERYDAY! Once or twice a week TOPS is more than enough. The gov of NJ looks like he's a nice guy but honestly I hate him for doing this everyday. They should do it at least during the time the news is on, take up the whole news hour, not cut into other shows!

Ohhhhhhh I dont know why I dont remember him actually being killed. For some reason I was thinking that him and Nina left the show together. Thank you! All soaps have their psychos sometimes. I just hate that it seems like they are more often women who go crazy over not ending up with the man that they want. At least that was the typical in the 90's and early 2000's. Like Julia on ATWT. She was normal then went completely psycho over Jack, even raping him in order to get pregnant by him. UGH! I hated that story.

I couldnt remember who Tricia was until you said she shoots Ryan. I still can't picture what she looks like but I can kind of remember the character I remember Brock's daughter Mac!

I was just watching the remake of Overboard the other day and I noticed the girl who plays Faith was one of the daughters in the movie. She looked about 11 in the movie. So I guess in real life she really is now like 14 or 15

I could never stand Ashley with Victor, I never liked them together any of the times they were together and it didnt matter who was playing Ashley. I've actually quite liked every actress that played her (I think there were 3 different ones? If there were more I dont remember). I always liked Ashley with Brad. I forget who else she was also with over the years besides Brad and Victor. I know there were others. Yea, 2006 was around the time I started to slowly stop watching Y&R, I barely remember the first time Nick and Phyllis got together then I stopped watching the show for years so I never saw all the other times so them together now is new to me! lol. Yea so they aged her RIDICULOUSLY! So her and faith should be the same age....yet she is now like 10 years older. Oy vey! For as long as I've watched soaps (since the 80's) they've always SORAS'd kids. Its extremely rare that they don't do it. there may be the occasional kid that doesnt get aged or only a few years. I wish they didnt do that, it drives me crazy!

Yup! Billy should only be about 27 and instead he's like what, 40? I hate when they massively age kids. Like Summer. Shouldnt she be around the same age as Faith? It frustrates me because then you have these characters that are grown adults that really should be like 12 and their parents only look like they're about 5 years older than them Wow, i remember Victor and Nikki being off and on so many times but I dont recall them not being officially together at all for an entire decade! They must have had many brief flings during the decade then
