Heads up... Andy (for whatever reason) is bringing Kelly (NYC) back to Bravo tonight on WWHL. I wonder what her delusional ass has to say...

^Really though, I think that's happening on all these RH shows. About half of the coordinated dinners or meetings are staged - production has to get permission from the restaurant owners to film in their restaurants, and the coordinate the timing with the ladies and the whole thing is just set up. However, I don't think the dialogue is fake - I think that all comes out on their own without scripts. Ouch to NJ's latest ratings... this episode pulled in just barely over 2 million viewers. They haven't pulled low numbers like this in a long time. They do have highly rated repeats though after WWHL - so I guess that's still a good sign for Bravo.

That Kim D. is SO thirsty for drama - she cracks me up with how thirsty she is. I like the light side of having Fern around... she makes Caroline laugh and it's something new with her family. She looks exactly like Caroline though - only with blond hair. Crazy! I can tell this will be a bad season for Melissa. She's starting to crack.

Exactly... The fact that production never stepped in was the problem. In those others cases, it seemed like production told the cast to vote. Here, it was as if they had to come to the decision to vote on their own. Didn't production step in during Denver with the Tyrie and Davis fight? Didn't they force one of them to get a hotel for the night? My mind is foggy on that, but I know something stopped them and broke them up.

I mostly agree with you. I don't know what changed this season, but MTV and the production team allowed violence and premeditated assault. That's wrong and so different from what's been allowed in the past. Makes me wonder how this Challenge will be handled - will they allow violence and let the 'house' decide when to vote for people to go home? To me though, I still feel like there was a lot of faking and acting from Nia and perhaps even this Dom character. MTV knew they needed to amp up the drama after a lackluster St. Thomas season and what they originally had with Portland. Using the term 'turd' is totally acceptable - haha - it's used more when there is one visible piece of poop - it's called a turd. People also call other people 'turds'. It's like the singular form of poop or [!@#$%^&*]. LOL - I can't believe this is being dissected.

Just caught up on the OC... Things are heating up! I really enjoyed the Mexico trip and next weeks episode look really good too! Heather just doesn't fit with these girls. I like her but after a second season I'm just not feeling a good gel here. She's sort of like the mom, but in a tightass way. She needs to loosed up with these girls or go to BH. I cannot believe that Vicki peed on Tamras bed. Omg!!! That [!@#$%^&*] was gross but hilarious. Loved tamras reaction!

Totally agree - I was Team Nia, but then she totally went off the deep end. If I were Avery, I would have beat the hell out of her too once she brought the blow dryer out! Production usually always stops fights and steps in, especially when there is that much of a lag time. I couldn't believe they allowed Nia to keep going. Either they have changed and the cast agreed to allow fighting... or they knew that Nia was the only one giving drama this year. The ratings were TERRIBLE for St. Thomas last year bc it was so boring (not the cast's fault - they just couldn't go anywhere). I think production must have known this season would be equally boring thanks to the cast... so they brought in actress Nia to make some trouble. There's no other explanation! haha, reminds me of Kenya from RHOA.

Just wait until you get to this week's episode... girl has some serious anger/violence issues, but she still brought the drama this season. If it hadn't been for Nia, this season would have been BORING as hell. And that's why I'm so confused as to why they chose to bring Anatasia and Jessica to the Rivals Challenge this season... why not Nia/Avery, or at least make up some rival excuse to bring in Johnny, Jordan, Nia, Avery. Jessica and Anastasia will be squashed like little bugs in that Challenge and will be gone in the beginning (prediction - I haven't seen spoilers). Nia/Avery could give at least some competition.

Yeah, if she didn't want to come back bc the nasty turn the franchise was taking... her return now is NOT the way to do it. She's basically making it even nastier!

I can't wait for next week's --- that Nia/Johnny/Avery fight was CRAZY. I wonder in a situation like that if they all have to go home... or if Nia has to go home for continuing the fight there at the very end by slapping Avery? Nia always likes to say that someone else started it (remember the weird fight with Jordan?).

I just caught up on the OC --- now THAT was a fun episode. Damn, I'm so surprised that Lauri is spilling all this dirt. They glossed over the finer details of what Vicki did to Lauri, but it obviously pissed her off so much that she is determined to bring out the dirt. I wonder if Bravo reached out to her since the Alexis/Heather's friend thing was so mis-managed... or if Lauri came to Bravo. If it's all true, which I have no reason to believe Lauri is lying, then Vicki is suuuuch a dirty hypocrite. But I still love my Vicki - she's just pure comedy to me. I think this reunion ought to be dynamite with Lauri vs. Vicki - and I wonder what Brianna has to say about all this.

Nia totally saved this season. She's bat-[!@#$%^&*] crazy. Had they kept with the original 7, it would have been a bore. Portland was much better than St. Thomas.

I agree --- there's something so classic about the OC and their behind the gates opening. Same with NJ - there is something darker and more classic about the opening. Atlanta and NYC never really had anything classic about their original openings... Showing a fake Peachtree St. sign doesn't count.

I'd LOVE to be in Kathy's kitchen... her [!@#$%^&*] looks so much better than Teresa's ANY day.

Speaking of the OC... no one has mentioned the fact that LAURI, an original S1 OG, was back this week! It looks like she's got beef with Vicki, so that should be interesting. She used to work for Vicki!

God, Mariah hasn't let us forget that she's the 'nucleus of the group' and 'brought everyone into the circle' - she says that sh!t every episode. I'm tired of it... so what, who cares? She's toxic. I much prefer Quad's hoodrat ass. Mariah's MOTHER brought the daughter secret onto the show for everyone to learn about. Toya telling the hairdresser wasn't aired, so it never would have made it to the show unless Mariah and her MOTHER said something about it... which they did. They have no one to blame but themselves if they didn't want everyone to know. They manufactured that crap. Dr. Simone is hilarious - she better stay on. I could take or leave this series... It had some ups and downs. I got so tired of the doctor/medicine cliched taglines.

Ah ok - thank you!!! Good point... and also you can't forget the way Luann shut Bethanny down when B introduced Luann to her driver by first name. That shiz was hilarious and really set the tone for her 'Countess' persona.

Did you happen to watch the After-Show? Right before WWHL ended, Andy mentioned what Nene said about the OC cast needing a recast... and Gretchen said she talked to Nene about that, and then Andy said they would talk about it on the After-Show. I'm dying to know what she said... I just haven't had time to find the After-Show online.

Interesting - I was wondering about a reunion. The ratings for this show have tanked. Without RHOA's lead-in, they have dropped 50% at least. We have a 2-hour season finale... I guess they wanted to finish this show fully before RHONJ starts.

LOL - Luann thinks she brought the franchise to what it is, so she expects to be treated with respect. You gotta love the delusional world she lives in.
