  1. i seen an episode a few months ago that was so full of such different female characters. Amanda and Olivia were arguing, Paulina Marley and Viki all had scenes with eachother, Donna and Rachel both had great scenes with the men in their lives, Iris too. I was likw wow, in that one episode there are more interesting female characters than in all of daytime. And the writing wasnt even THAT great!
  2. This Procter and Gamble soap opera, broadcast on the CBS network, was based on the radio soap opera of the same name. Don McLaughlin and Virginia Dwyer played the same roles on the television version that they had played on the radio version. Virginia Dwyer, lead actress on this series, and Walter Gorman, one of the directors, were married to each other in real life. -from imdb http://www.classicthemes.com/50sTVThemes/themePages/roadOfLife.html
  3. 5. DC sucks. It is very boring and they all seem like NYC and OC rejects. Atlanta is the best, i cant wait for bev hills, and of course the return of jersey should be interesting.
  6. Mia & Darcy are the only people who kept me interested after Paige left. I am glad SG & ND have done well.
  7. Awe, i like Riley and found his in.out of the closet story very true to life. He never really came out, until the dance, but wanted too but didnt for various reasons. It wasnt the best told story tho. I like the new faces, a lot. But i see what you mean. See, i love Holly J & Sav because its so.. casual. Its just fun, flirty, light. Its so rare on tv, yet so common in life.
  8. At the time i found it lame and didnt enjoy it at all, until the season finale when Ashley took X and tried to eff sean. LOL. I remmeber watching it with my friend and when it ended it was like, yeah, this [!@#$%^&*] just got good. then season 2 brought craigs issues, paiges rape, and i was addicted. Also, i believe they are dropping TNG from the title and its just Degrassi now.
  9. season 1 is hard to watch, but 2-5 are great, 6-7 are good, 8 was bad, 9 was ok, 10 became good again and it looks like its going to get great. the-n use to run the best taglines too, my fave was... if your life was a tv show, this would be it.
  10. DC is awful. I cant stand NYC or OC either. However, ATL and NJ are non stop amazingness. OMG yes! Fantastic. Theresa is a scary ass beast. Did u read that what D was talking about was Joe (T's hubby) had an affair and has a baby with another woman?
  11. Oh, how funny... The Real Housewives of Bev Hills premiers on my birthday! (Oct 14th) and damn, i loved lisa.
  12. It wasnt intense, however it was a def game changer and sets up next season. Did anyone see the promo. <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ycy6NUKjakg?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ycy6NUKjakg?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ycy6NUKjakg?fs=1&amp;hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>
  13. Declin is at that high class boarding school to get into Yale.
  14. the entire fiona story should have been a supporting story along w/ the riley/zane and claire/eli&drew/alli storylines while building up to the dance and then wed eppy shoulda been the start of the dance and tonights shoulda been all explosions and revelations, leading to a cliffhanger. i am kinda sad at the way its ending, very lackluster so far imho but the overall season was great.
  15. I find that claire/allie/jenna are very believable teenage girls in their relationships with eachother. i like it.
  16. The jenna thing was well done, IMHO. I like that shes so late in her pregnance and cant really get an abortion, taking that option away. because their was really no logical reasoning for her not to have one. But this creates long term drama. I hope she gives it up tho, because i hate kids on soaps. But i thought KC might hit her there for a moment, maybe he will get crazy and she will lose it.
  17. So Jenna is prego... the rest of the episodes look good, i am not looking forward to more Fiona episodes, i would say im over her but i never cared enough in the first place. but the finale of the boiling point? OMG...
  18. I am sure this has been mentioned, but Thomas Gibson was Sam on AW for about 15 episodes or so in 1990, was he temp or a recast they didnt like?
  19. I never thought i would, however i enjoy how it is being done. They are not in love and not trying to be. I love it when shoiws just let people date, it seems to rare now.
  20. Not really, girls can get abortions into, what is it.. 22 weeks? thats 5 and a half months, a girl built like jenna could easily have a bump by then. but i dount they will go there, i am sure they will keep the baby and show that struggle. I still say doing it with Holly J & Sav would have been better, and actually would work in temrs of keeping them past this school year. They could get a lot of play out of it, because of his parents being so religious and then anya and holly j being broke. i just dont see a baby for jenna/kc being that great of a story. but who knows. also, i seen part 2 of the adam story, it was very well done. lov eli/claire/adam's friendship. i hope they keep it up. i could also see eli/adam happening at some point. adam dating should be very interesting. another thing i love about degrassi? they are not scared to let the fans hate a character. i think most fans will hate that new bad girl after this, and the show is fine with that.
  21. Abortion was like, season 3. So it is not out of the question. Holly J would have been better, imho, but they have years left in jenna, holly j is coming to an end.
  22. Is jenna prego? the adam drama was good stuff. The thing with Degrassi is, its writing isnt brilliant. the acting is ok. but it has this overall feel and tone of realism that it gets because it does take on stuff no other show of its kind would.
  23. Loving Alli/Drew & Holly J/Sav/Anya looks great!
  24. Dude, me too. exactly.
  25. I have never even heard of this! Speakinf of fifteen, i just bought it. the entire run. $9 on ioffer. after i get it i will let yall know, that way of any of u want it u will know someone who bought it and got it. I was torn between that and swans crossing, because ioffer has the entire run of that for $15, i will get it next. I choose 15 because i remember watching it and hey dude, and already got hey dude.
