  1. Thanks for the updates guys, I fixed the date :)

I've never actually seen that B&B Christmas episode unfortunately, I definitely missed it when it was uploaded. I think the only other Christmas episodes I have are more recent ones, in 2005 and 2006. I don't even remember if they celebrated it on the show in 2005, I just remember Lauren and Sheila being trapped in the bomb shelter, and John shooting Tom Fisher.

  2. I don't know if it's just in my region that it's unavailable or that it's been removed entirely, but just in case I managed to save this. I think this is all of the Lauren and Sheila scenes from that particular episode.

  3. I know some of the aftermath of the whirlpool fight was posted where we see Lauren tell James about Sheila and then Sheila starts her plan to kidnap James.....I'm sure most of the other stuff has been on youtube at some point...

I do have an episode from May 24, 1995, where James just escaped the dungeon and is with Eric Stephanie and the police trying to find Sheila who James trapped in the basement but then "disappeared" using one of Houdini's old magic trick books....haha.

I will re-upload that episode soon.....:)

Oh, you are an absolute legend! I have a great many B&B episodes on DVD that I've been meaning to share for quite sometime, they're on the 'Best of' DVDs that were released here in Australia and some of them also in Europe, and some also in the U.S I believe. Only one of them features any episodes before 2003 though.

  4. haha Oh, my sentiments exactly, I would love to see this storyline in its entirety. I'm trying to find the B&B clips of Sheila and James in the basement but I seem to have lost most of them. I have the kidnapping but I think that's still uploaded. James' escape is also here but anything in between such as Sheila taunting James with the breakfast tray and water's gone sadly.

  5. Thanks, YRBB!

Do they really get lifted? I wonder if that's new? It's been well over six months for me, but like I said, I never touched the account again, haha. I'm afraid even uploading a promo or something will get me found and deleted (my GL and ATWT is still up there).

haha I was just as surprised, it must be new. Oh well, I mean there's no point in me continuing to upload on that account if it's that at risk of being terminated. I wanted to upload a whole bunch of full B&B episodes I have on DVD anyway, I was about to upload Sheila shooting Taylor and Brooke, plus Sly burning down the bikini bar so I'll just start a new channel.

  6. That sucks. I think I saved most of the stuff from Extreme Close Up if anyone needs it (I just don't know which dates are their videos).

When my account got two strikes I never touched it again lol. I made another account with like two public videos, which got terminated, so now I have an account where I ONLY upload videos unlisted.

I'm actually shocked that the stuff from B&B 1987 is still up.

Just invite all the uploaders here. :D I'm so much happier here sharing with people and not dealing with youtube drama.

haha Oh, needlessly said, I think I may as well just create a new channel and upload all my Y&R/B&B stuff there. I'd love to be able to say I have the patience to wait six months until the strikes are lifted, but nope, not in this life.

I was disappointed to see Extreme Close Up had his videos taken down. Like you though I managed to save them too thankfully. I'm holding out we get the resolution to the fashion show in the near future!

  7. Yes that was it! haha smile.png

Boldrestless I believe is going to upload that episode at some point...I know she saved it from another user....

haha Thank you for the info smile.png I managed to salvage some clips of the hungry trash compactor from YouTube but that's about it. I'm excited to see what goes down between David and Diane with the gun.

  8. There is no end to the saga......I hate to say I start to resent how the other soaps are left alone with old clips and Y&R/B&B always suffer....sad.png

Again, the tittles need to go, or else the videos are history!

It's absolutely pathetic. Most of them are over 20 years old, I don't see the big deal in having them up online. I can't see them going to air again anytime soon. I'll just keep them privatised for now, I tried to make them unlisted but the copyright claim gave me two strikes against my channel so i can only make them private. I think the full Y&R are still unlisted though, hopefully.

  9. That pretty much describes LML, MAB, and JFP's reigns.

That article about Kay Alden really drives home how different it was when the soaps tried to hire educated people who cared passionately for the genre and took it seriously.

I've practically already erased all that MAB did while she was on the show from my mind. The only thing I can acknowledge I truly loved from that era is Patty Williams. Even then that didn't come without a price, I still miss Colleen.

  10. I could buy Kimberlin Brown as Sugar but I would just much rather see her as Sheila, you know?

The Daisy/Daniel storyline was... ugh... she basically raped him when he was drunk (or maybe she drugged him, I don't remember). Phyllis forced them to get married. He clearly didn't want the child or her. He delivered the baby in the back of the car and Daisy conked him on the head, abandoned the baby and ran away to Canada. Billy bought the baby and he and Victoria "adopted" her. Daniel was having memories and drawing the baby and then he realized that was his daughter. He didn't really want her and it seemed like he was going to let them keep her, which was nice, for a soap not to reunite the child with its biological parents at any cost, for once. But then Phyllis found out and went batshit (the end of Michelle Stafford's run, she was insufferable), and found Daisy and got Avery to get some kind of deal so she could get out of jail to raise the kid, and then she turned around and helped Daniel sue for custody... or something. It was so convoluted and made no sense, but was all about Phyllis being a bitch and making people do things they didn't want to do and then everyone thanking her for it. And then of course, Daniel ended up loving being a parent and went off with Heather. It was so random.

The Ricky storyline never really blossomed. The idea of Isabella's son being crazy and harboring resentment for Paul leaving him was solid, but then they introduced all this previous offscreen stuff about him killing his girlfriend before he came on the show and it went nowhere.

Yeah, I mean I guess since Sugar's already gone off the deep end and tried to kill once before, there's nothing to say she couldn't potentially try again. Having said that though, I'd just resent it, it'd make me miss Sheila even more.

Oh, good god. That sounds absolutely freaking horrible! Sounds as if they couldn't make up their minds about where they wanted that storyline to go, they were just pumping out ideas as they went along. No wonder I stopped watching, doesn't sound like I missed much.

Ricky just sounds like an absolutely wasted character. Which is sad, I liked Isabella's character, another long-term nut job in the form of her son would have been great. Same with Ian Ward, I thought all hell was going to break loose when he arrived on the scene last year.

  11. I still want that chained up woman in prison (think that was shown on B&B though) that's supposed to be Sugar with Kimberlin Brown's face to actually be Sheila... I like the idea of Sheila still being out there, in case competent writers ever return to the show and can make something of it, and then they can say that Daisy and Ryder weren't really her children.

If they are her children though, then they really missed an opportunity to make Daniel's daughter the bad seed... her bloodline included Phyllis as paternal grandmother, Tom Fisher as maternal grandfather, Kevin as an uncle, Sheila as maternal grandmother (plus the Sarah, Ryder, Daisy crew)... they should have had Daniel leave her with Billy and Victoria because he didn't want to raise a kid, and then when the kid turned out evil and no one could figure out why, he'd have been forced to confess it was his child. That would've been fun.

Honestly, by this point I'd probably accept any excuse to have Kimberlin back on the show. After the hell Sheila raised in 2005 alone, the payoff with Pheila the subsequent year, I just cannot for the life of me accept that's where Sheila ends. I could easily buy that Sugar would go after Lauren, didn't she blame them for what Sheila did to her?

I don't remember anything of Daniel and Daisy together to tell you the truth, I don't think I'd watched it. I see what you mean though, there's a storyline with potential should they choose to return to it in the future. Speaking of bad seeds, I wish I'd been there to see Ricky Williams and his storyline. I only found out about it when I got a whole bunch of 2013 episodes, they had an interview with Doug Davidson at the beginning of one of them to commemorate the 40th anniversary and I saw a snippet of Ricky getting shot and flying out of a building.
