  1. Weren't there rumors Daisy was going to be Diana Carter?

That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm amazed it's been this long since Daisy last disappeared with barely any mention. Not that I really care about her, but I'm amazed Lauren didn't have a complete meltdown once mention was made of Daisy's 'mother' signing her out. However, I did like the little reference Lauren made about keeping a gun in the apartment because of Sheila right after Carmine tried to kill her.

It's sad how they just can't re-air all that good stuff on a retro soap channel or something....but I guess they are not that nice....LOL....

There is certainly enough room on the B&B canvas for Sheila's kids......Diana would probably at least be R.J's age about now (in SORASed form LOL), and as or Daisy being Diana, I'm not sure how true that is, but it would have made more sense then the horrible Sarah Smythe mess.....

I'm surprised B&B hasn't at least done that with Sheila's kids. But then I guess crazy Quinn's enough for them for the time being.

I think the only thing worse than that Sarah Smythe thing was Pheila. It's debatable I guess, both just made zero f*cking sense at all.

  2.

Oh Believe me, I would love to get more early/mid 80's episodes too someday......especially after seeing those compilation clips that came with my latest dvds....the late 80's/90's stuff is easier to get , but I'm sure someone out there recorded and saved full episodes from 1980-1985?

Yeah it all went by so fast the time from when Kimberlin left Y&R.....I still feel that the only way to salvage the Sheila stuff that happen the last couple of years is to have her go back to B&B, which makes sense as next year it will be the 30th anniversary.....I've sort of mapped out a great story if she would return that would eventually get Y&R involved too......Kind of like an ultimate make or break story for Sheila....LOL

I am surprised at what we're able to salvage from YT from time to time, particularly the 70s/early 80s episodes. It is nice being able to get a glimpse of that era in some form.

I have to agree with you there. I'd love to see her attempt to track down James and Mary. Plus, was her supposed child with Massimo ever followed up on?

  3. Your welcome! :) sadly no Sheila Present, which is always kind of a bummer but still a rare find, as I said I didn't realize the full episode was actually available....

I still want those May-July 1990 episodes with Sheila too....they have to be out there LOL

ugh those episodes might be depressing to watch :(  I can't believe it's now been 10 years.....that's gotta mean something now right?

Still holding out for those 1990 episodes too. Although, I'm pretty intrigued by Shawn and Lauren's storyline now. I know I've seen a clip of her being abducted in a cab, but that's about it.

Oh, I know what you mean. Certainly doesn't feel like ten years. I was holding out that some of those rumours of Kimberlin's return may have been true, I was hoping around Michael and Lauren's ten year anniversary in December they may start alluding to her return with flashbacks like in 2005. Can you imagine them trying to explain that Pheila thing? I hope to god GT isn't subjected to having to recreate any of those scenes.

  4. Here's an episode I never posted yet from September 20,1990

I don't know if some of you guys remember, but I had only the first few seconds of this episode that came on after the 9/19/90 episode, but it turns out the full episode was available after all which I was happy to get!

Oh, thanks for this! I have some more 2006 to post later, it's just the last of Kimberlin's reign of terror pretty much.

  5.

I honestly feel guilty cause I promise myself I would try to get some B&B episodes, especially 1992-1993 episodes, but I haven't taken action with that promise yet LOL.....the B&B episodes I do have came from some of the Y&R dvds I have......I think sometimes  watching some of the 1992-1993 Y&R episodes having to do with Sheila, then being able to watch that same day's B&B episode right after, would make it feel more complete.....I have seen a little of the episodes from 91-94 dubbed in German, but I also wish the English ones were available.

I do agree about getting to see the other core characters finally react to Sheila during the Pheila thing, but the thing is that as much as it would've been cool if the entire Y&R cast  was under Sheila's thumb like almost everyone was on B&B, it would probably make it less interesting, and the fact not everyone in town knew of her and interacted with her gave it more of a mysterious aura of that made sense.....you kind of see that more whenever she crosses back over from B&B to Y&R, I guess cause though Sheila had grown very popular of course during her original 1990-1992 run, the farmhouse then crossing over to B&B IMO is what put her on Iconic Villainess status which seemed to be proven how quickly the core B&B people got involved with her (and I know smaller cast was a factor but still) so it just becomes more interesting that after months of settling at B&B while causing chaos, she crosses back over to Y&R where other then Lauren, all the other characters are just minding their own business totally unaware of the great evil that has surfaced again........haha I know this all sounds a little bizarre, but I hope I made a point LOL....

I think Peter Barton/Scott was written out, I read that Bell thought that Sheila/Lauren had gotten so popular that Scott dying wouldn't hurt them......I agree that it would've been nice if he stuck around and after divorcing Lauren got with another woman on the show......I always thought Scott/Ashley would have been a nice pairing as they are both scientists in some regards, plus on the July 4th 1993 Abbott Pool Party episode I just got, in one scene you see Scott and Ashley playing with Scotty in the background so I think she would have been a good stepmother for him (especially with Brenda Epperson still in the role) .

Oh yeah, don't get me wrong, as I said one thing I loved about Sheila was she wasn't at the core of Y&R's realm. I loved that mysterious factor about her. I think it would have annoyed me to no end though after Lauren's supposed death on that yacht brought the whole town together that they wouldn't be aware of the woman responsible for it to an extent. Good god, I'm actually admitting I enjoyed something LML did, I take it back :3

No. No, it wasn't. Stop it. Stop. :P That's like saying, "the good thing about that cancer is..." Pheila was and is one of THE worst, most disgusting, things the show has ever done (and it has A LOT of competition) and nothing connected to or about it is good.

Not to mention, it REALLY wasn't needed for all of Genoa City to know about her.

hahaha Yes, yes it was pretty awful and embarrassing to watch, I wouldn't dare disagree on that one :P

  6.

haha as much as I have enjoyed collecting Y&R episodes with Sheila that have been exclusive, most of my wish list of full Sheila/Lauren episodes are the ones that have been posted on youtube for years, like Aliehslive's clips.....I'm glad I was able to get all those February 1993 episodes with Sheila revealing herself to Lauren, as well as other dates I've had for a while now that  have clips of Sheila from Aliehslive, like her hiding in the closet and listening to Lauren and Scott arguing......I still want the lab fight and yes the full episodes of Sheila kidnapping Lauren....also the ones where she came back to G.C before Catalina to reveal to Scott she was alive....LOL Aliehs does such a great job of editing out the other character's scenes in her clips that you just become so curious as to what everyone else was doing that day.......it's still kind of fun how oblivious the other G.C residents were of Sheila back in those days....haha

I think the full catalina clips with Scott dying use to be on here, but it's been a while, and I don't think I ever really saw Scott dying to be honest......I have episodes from November 1993 where Lauren and Cricket are mourning him with Paul there for comfort......The show never really made a big thing out of Scott's death and I think Lauren got over it rather quickly......

haha I do wish more B&B from 1992-1998 was available. Oh well, maybe one day. It is consolation enough to find a lot of them on YT even if they aren't in English.

I do love the storylines that tend to lean more towards the outside of the traditional Y&R realm. That was one of the pros of that whole Pheila thing, getting to hear everybody from Victor to Katherine mention Sheila by name.

Was it Peter Barton's decision to depart the role of Scott, or just a creative decision from the writers? His death didn't bother me until re-watching the 2005 episodes and seeing all the flashbacks, I do wish he was around to see all the anarchy that Sheila caused.

  7. Here's 4/28/1992. I'm glad I saved this one, Jack's comment to Ashley about Victor not feeling well has to be one of my favourite lines of the series.

    Thanks! :)

It still bothers me that this episode aired exactly 1 week after the full episode of the lab catfight!....that's just the one Sheila/Lauren full episode I've wanted to see for ages...haha

I know what you mean. Still, it was nice to finally see everything in between the call and the fight at last. I think the only other Sheila/Lauren full episodes I want to see are the Jacuzzi fight/Scott's death on B&B and Sheila taking Lauren hostage at the apartment.

  8. I watched 9-30-96

I admit, I actually prefer episodes  from 1989-1995, but that being said I did enjoy this episode!

What was the story with Clarke and these hit men? I thought all those scenes, were very action packed, which is something that B&B needs today (and don't get be started on all the cheesy stuff with Aly and now Ivy) and what a scary situation for C.J to be in.....It was kind of funny how easily he beat 2 armed hitmen, yet IRL no one would survive a fall like that...

I'm actually not too sure how this storyline came about to be honest. I've always been curious about it though ever since I saw flashbacks in the 10-16-1996 episode when Sly burned the bar down.

I'm so disappointed in how that Aly storyline turned out. The final confrontation between her and Steffy was probably my favourite moment of the year (which is really not saying a lot actually). And as for Ivy and Steffy...the electrocution scene speaks for itself :D

Oh, I know what you mean, to me Stephanie has always been the female equivalent of Victor Newman. She drove me nuts far less than he does however. I have to admit, I did get a bit mushy when they showed flashbacks of her during the Christmas Eve episode.

  9. If I knew that LML was gonna kill her with the whole Pheila  thing, I think it would've just been best she went back to B&B at that time.....again not that much would have come out of it anyways.....Brad Bell could never write for complex female characters like Sally, Sheila etc....

I think Sheila would have just been better off last left on B&B in 1998 when she escaped from L.A. with Mary to be honest. Everything since then was the beginning of a horrible end. I'd be very surprised if Pratt doesn't try to bring her back though.

  10. haha this might be depressing to watch when I get to it, knowing that we are near the last we saw of THE Sheila....:( lord I can't believe it's really been 10 years already....

It's certainly depressing. But I'm always curious as to what they had in store for Kimberlin after this storyline before Jack Smith and Kay Alden were out and Kimberlin had her accident. She was reportedly meant to be around for a few more years yet wasn't she? LML's handling of the character almost seemed like she couldn't get rid of Sheila fast enough.

  11. Hey, I wanted to let you know I did watch a couple more of the 2005 shows.....I can't say enough how bad I feel that I'm not fully caught up since I only just finished 9/15/05 and 9/16/05, but I will get to the rest slowly but surely, haha! I still appreciate the hard work you've done! :)

I forgot how fun those Sheila scenes are while she is posing as the waitress......I really miss Gina. For some reason Patty Weaver looks very unhappy,so I wonder if whatever health issues she already has was overcoming her then.....

I always wonder if Sheila and Gina had scenes during her original run, I feel like they had to have known each other cause Gina was always one of those characters that seemed to know everybody when the main characters didn't that well, haha...the ending scene of her rescuing Gloria from joking and John and Michael just yelling at her was hysterical....

were they trying to hint at a J.T/Nikki pairing? I think that would have been an interesting idea, then waste Boretoria on him (though I guess they were pretty popular if I recall) I really could care less about Kevin/Mac and the coffee house....

I never really liked Brad, but it's funny how much I prefer him on these episodes then the arrogant ass Don Diamont portrays with Bill Spencer....he surprisingly seems to have decent chemistry with Heinle....

I'm sorry but I would never buy Yolanda hooking up with old Tucker......yes most of that stuff with YoHARMONY and Tucker was retcon after retcon, but like I said why didn't they just put her with Malcolm.....

haha You're welcome. I'm glad to hear some people are enjoying them, I actually went through the archives on here recently and discovered that this wasn't exactly a very popular era to say the very least, especially Sheila's whole return. I couldn't help as I was browsing through the comments but think to myself 'if only you all knew what was to come.' :D

I don't know what it is about J.T, but for as long as I can remember, I have absolutely hated the character. Could never work out why exactly. Oh, I gave up on Mac when Ashley Bashioum left. The only time I seem to be invested in the teen scene on Y&R in general is looking at the 1994-2002-ish years. And as for Brad, he's a character that I wouldn't say I disliked, but I never really paid much attention to. He was just sort of there. I agree 100% however, he and Heinle strangely had some damn good chemistry together. I liked those two together far more than when she was paired with Billy Miller. Speaking of Brad, I went back recently and watched his final episodes back in 2009. I had totally wiped that scene where they find him from my mind, that image of him frozen under the ice will forever be burned into my mind.

  12. Yeah, I luckily went back and now saved some clips I thought were gone, that you had saved like the full lab fight scenes and the Y&R 1995 Sheila and Lauren scenes before the Jacuzzi fight........

I know someone out there has those full episodes......LOL I mean we did wait forever it seemed just to even get early 90's episodes on here, so I'm sure one day we will hit the jackpot and get earlier dates too, at least I hope..

you have to remember that in 2003 when they had Victor dream of meeting his father before George Kennedy played him, it was Braeden playing Victor's father which is the closest to a Braeden giving Braeden hell scene that we had.....I'm sure if they ever did the clone thing it would be more fun watching the REAL Victor give the false Victor hell, especially if they had the real Victor speak for the audience in a sense and blast the clone for all the "non-Victor" things he's done the last few years...haha

The jacuzzi did actually end up resurfacing on YT recently, but the exchanges between Lauren and Sheila both before and after the fight have been cut out completely. I went looking for HT's final scene as Victoria just before, that's gone unfortunately. And I'm still waiting for the clip where Sheila nearly drowns Stephanie in the pool to resurface too.

I would buy an EB double just to see what hell Victor could be put through. It'd be the best kind of karma too for the guy that's unleashed three doubles on GC in the last six years.

  13. Yeah that channel mostly provides scenes with Brenda Dickson as Jill, as well as Sheila clips from Y&R/B&B....I hope most of them are still on there as some could have been deleted....

I'm glad I was able to share those montages of scenes from the early/mid 80's It's really cool to see all of that stuff, but I just wish there were more consecutive full episodes around from that time, instead of just the edits we get, though they are better then nothing...haha

in regards to Victor in that one clip, if they decided to tell one more evil clone story with Victor this time, I will probably buy it if that would explain the reason he's so unsufferable now.....that's just not Victor we are watching now, compared to 1984...

A lot of the Sheila clips seem to come and go. I'm guessing they privatise them every now and again just to be safe. I thought those dungeon clips had been deleted.

haha One day maybe. I'm not holding my breath though. Even if they had a 'Best of' release, I can just see them pulling the same trick they did with B&B and releasing nothing below like 2006.

I have to admit, seeing EB giving EB hell somehow seems more tolerable than that Marco crap. I have to give CP credit, I didn't think anybody could make me hate a doppelgänger storyline more than LML did with Sheila, but he pulled it off.

  14. Thank you both for the uploads. Such rare material from the early 80s and such fun with 2005 episodes from the same month as now!

You're very welcome :) Hard to believe these episodes are a decade old. I hardly remember anything since then nowadays.

I believe that was Christmas 1984! That's how xmas on a soap should be done!

Merry Christmas and thanks for all the constant uploads! :)

Merry Christmas to you too :) I'm glad I found that channel actually, they post a lot of Brenda Dickson clips on there. Speaking of that, I have to thank you again for all the effort, it's great being able to see anything Y&R-related before 1987. I'm glad to finally be able to see some more of Deborah Adair as Jill.

  15.

It's funny cause that seems to be the case with several scenes back then, where I'm sure MAB had to watch some episodes back of her late father in law's work, and I feel like she just got her ideas from things bought up in the dialogue that were innocent and unintentional....on a 1992 show, Sheila joked to Scott when he refused her martini's because they already had Scotty because of that, she always "wanted twins".....and BAM! years later we are led to believe she had Ryder and Daisy with Terrible Tom....

Twins with Terrible Tom...I still can't believe that happened. I never bought that storyline to begin with, I can't buy Sheila shooting Stephanie and fleeing L.A. with Mary, only to give birth to a further two children years later and give them up on the spot just to pursue a vendetta against Lauren.

Having said that, the one thing I'm still in disbelief about is the Sharon/Victor pairing. I didn't see this with my own eyes until recently, but...wow is all I can say. Granted, Sharon's rushed funeral for Victor/wedding to Tucker made me laugh until I cried, but that's all I got out of that whole storyline, courtesy of SC.

  16.

-Attempt to milk the most out of Pheila.

I had to laugh reading this. Going over the July of '91 episodes today, one line stuck out: Molly's line to Sheila about her always wanting a sister as a child, and eventually making her understand that 'that was never going to happen.'

Leave it to good ol' MAB to put the kibosh on that one. I have to hand it to her though, I rejoiced when she reversed the decision to have Katherine and Jill as mother and daughter.
