  1. Thanks for sharing that. There's a bit of comfort there.
  2. Yes, and he would be stripped of the right to run for office again. He would also lose his post-presidential perks - his pension, Secret Service protection and so on.
  3. Amen. I know that the inaugural activities have already been significantly scaled back, but they need to swear Biden/Harris in at a secure, undisclosed location. It's too risky to do it in public. On another note, Powell and Giuliani need to be disbarred and criminally charged NOW.
  4. Check out what the mental health doctors are saying about T****: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-world-mental-health-coalition-25th-amendment-removal-1560008%3famp=1 I'm not surprised that the Arizona GOP has completely lost it. After all, SIX of Rep. Paul Gosar's siblings publicly endorsed his opponent - TWICE (in 2018 and 2020)!!!
  5. Ehhh, they look more like guys who were waiting for Maury to tell them whether or not they "ARE the father!" 😉😝😂
  6. YAY!!! 🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉🎊
  7. Bingo!!!
  8. Hey, if they can get a Supreme Court Justice installed in a week they can get an impeachment done in the same amount of time or less.
  9. Of course, the insurrection at the Capitol Building may end up being the biggest superspreader of all: https://www.google.com/amp/s/arstechnica.com/science/2021/01/capitol-insurrection-was-recipe-for-covid-superspreader-event/%3famp=1
  10. Yeah. Why should we do their work for them?
  11. @Khan, how much longer until 2022? 😝
  12. I get what you're saying. What I meant is to take him away from there before he becomes just like them. He's still a kid - maybe there is still time for the apple to fall far from the tree. Meanwhile, there are people in my neighborhood who STILL have T**** signs in their yards and T**** flags draped over their garages. After all this!!!!!
  13. She has no shame, just like the rest of them.
  14. Melania, if you care anything for your teenage son - you'll leave DC with him and go somewhere far away. There's still hope for him. The older kids are too far gone now.
  15. Hugs to you, @JaneAusten. I dearly love and miss my grandparents - all of them, who were part of the Greatest Generation. They would be absolutely heartbroken. My grandfather (my dad's dad) served in WWII and was a mailman. It's times like this that I'm glad they're not here anymore.
  16. It's closing the barn door after the horses have fled, but still.
  17. Thank goodness.
  18. Has anyone been triggered by all this? At home, there was a noise that freaked me out. Turned out one of the cats had knocked something over, but it just goes to show how much nerves are frayed.
  19. 45 is banned from posting on FB/Instagram for the next two weeks: https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.cnbc.com/amp/2021/01/07/facebook-will-block-trump-from-posting-for-the-remainder-of-his-term.html
  20. @janea4old, thanks for breaking it all down. Yesterday feels like 10 years ago!!!
  21. So did Rachel Maddow over at MSNBC. Then they cut from the Senate to the House.
  22. OK, senators, can we get back to business now???
  23. Coward.
  24. It looks like a scene from Independence Day. 😳
  25. He grew a tiny bit of a spine - when the horses escaped the barn. He can go home to "Mother" with a semi-clear conscience.
