  1. Sorry, if any of these are repeats.
  2. I found some webpage captures from Ryan's Bar Online.
  3. Anyone know when Ryan's Bar Online was removed? I would swear it was still up a couple months ago. I would have copied and transferred over some of the articles, interviews, and photos like I did before the Soapnet boards folded.
  4. Was Kate was the only actress to be pregnant and give birth in RL while on the show? I can't think of anyone else.
  5. Yes Kate did marvelous under such difficult circumstances of having to interact with a baby after giving up her own. While it was great that Claire saw that Kate didn't lose her job, I was disappointed that Mary also being pregnant was her idea, I never read that it was Claire's idea and all these years I thought it was the idea of some heartless ABC executive. I guess it is the show business mentality that regular folks don't have (Claire saying how great Mary also being pregnant would be for the show). Maybe some producer who didn't have a strong friendship with an actor, yes, but putting a close friend in that storyline to benefit the show seems cold.
  6. Here is the page that Daniel Goldfarb's message was on - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CJUINYoPPE
  7. This message was posted in the comments section of a Ryan's Hope YouTube episode. Looks like Nancy Addison's (Jill) husband has finally finished his book.
  8. Referring to people by first and last name was certainly something Ryan's Hope characters did all the time. And Kate called Nancy Addison “Nanny” ... I wonder if that is what everyone called her.
  9. Rosie O'Donnell hosted a conversation with Kate Mulgrew (Mary #1) promoting Kate's new book at the Vineyard Theatre in New York City last night.
  10. Ed Evanko (Dr. Alex McLean on Ryan's Hope), now a retired Ukrainian Catholic priest, holds chant workshops.
  11. I'm not sure if you had this one...Robert Finccoli's (Pat Ryan #3 on Ryan's Hope) credits, listed for an independent film he made called Molly's Girl, say he appeared on The Doctors. I don't have any idea who he was on that show. Under cast info -- he's the 5th actor down. http://www.mollysgirlthemovie.com/cast.html
  12. James Sloyan (Mitch) was in the October 13, 1984 episode of The Love Boat James had another appearance February 8, 1986 (an Egyptian cruise). Grant Show (Rick) also appeared in that episode. They fought over Valerie Harper (she chose Grant) It was a two parter. http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1r885j_the-love-boat-season-9-episode-14-full-part-1-of-2_shortfilms http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1rn801_the-love-boat-season-9-episode-15-full-part-2-of-2_shortfilms
  13. Flipping channels today and caught a glimpse of Leslie Easterbrooke (Devlin Kowalski) and Joan Fontaine (Paige Williams) on The Love Boat. The November 7, 1981 episode is on Daily Motion http://www.dailymotion.com/video/x1pqxjw_the-love-boat-season-5-episode-6-full-s05e06_tv Leslie was also in a December 1983 episode.
  14. Oh, how nice of them - I'll bet receiving your request made their day! That was a nice photo of Patrick (and the photos of Liz, too). I'm a little behind on my viewing of The Doctors and have not wanted to look at that thread until I catch up -- so thanks for the link where I could see the picture.
  15. I'm not sure if this has already been posted.
  16. I don't know if she did about her hair, it does seem quite possible she would have since she felt so strongly about how Siobahn should dress. The Memory Book webmaster used to post at the Soapnet forum and he said he was told that Sarah was “difficult” - whatever that means (and I doubt she was the only RH actor who was ever called that). He also said the show, cast, and crew didn't like how Sarah would speak negatively about the show (even going beyond her own character and storyline like when she complained in the press about the show dropping the Pat/Nancy interfaith relationship)
  17. A 1979 newspaper article where Sarah Felder said she almost quit the show over Siobhan's wardrobe. https://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1291&dat=19791012&id=zQxUAAAAIBAJ&sjid=tIwDAAAAIBAJ&pg=6010,1893805&hl=en I wonder at what point they told her no more jeans for Siobhan because Siobhan did wear them that first year.
  18. James Sloyan (Mitch) in a Maxwell House commercial from the 1970's. James can be seen beginning at approx. 2:10 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3Zc0YQ_6bY
  19. Sarah should have had a bigger career. It didn't sound like she had any serious career goals beyond RH at that point when the interview took place (at least none that she was willing to share with the writer and their readers). Did being fired from RH (and the backstage hassles) distinguish her fire? Hate to think that happened. Show biz is tough, though :-(
