  1. It's an awesome picture. ❤️❤️
  2. I'm curious. What would make you say something like that?
  3. LOL!!! Good one!
  4. Right!! I truly hate to be cynical, but this administration is a complete mess.
  5. Wouldn't Katelynn MacMullen be considered supporting actress? My prediction is Tamara Tunie is going to win Lead Actress.
  6. He's such a lying sack of ****. I wouldn't be surprised if this was staged. I believe NOTHING from this WH.
  7. You're welcome. I have my fingers crossed that this cotillion we be nice and dramatic and soapy.
  8. I try to sit through this show, but I can't 95% of the time. Ugh! With that being said, they must be doing something people love. Congrats to B&B hitting #1 in the demo.
  9. I didn't avoid your question. I actually thought it was rhetorical. In any case, people say “it’s just a movie” or “it’s just TV” all the time—especially after my co-workers and I chuckle about the Real Housewives. And people say “it’s just a Broadway play” too… right before spending an absurd amount of money, crying in public, and clapping like they personally funded the production. I live in New York City. I see this up close and personal. The funny thing is, “just” only comes out when something clearly wasn’t just anything. It’s less a real point and more a way of pretending we’re not as invested as we obviously are. When someone says it's it just a soap, I don't have a care in the world. Let me tell you, The Edge of Night used to come on at 4:00pm in the 70's and early 80's you best believe after school my was butt perched in front of the TV. My friends used to say, "you watch soap operas" and didn't stop me from saying I'm coming outside at 4:30 see you then. Sheesh, I've never written this much on this site, ever.
  10. For me, different expectations aren’t about lowering the bar—they’re about recognizing different production realities. Soaps tell a marathon‑length story under constraints most other formats don’t, and acknowledging that is context, not an excuse. I will agree to disagree.
  11. When people say “it’s just a soap,” they may simply be expressing an understanding of the format, not a lack of respect for the genre.
  12. This is one of the things I love about this soap. They reference the real world.
  13. I've liked Portia from the beginning and as I've stated before TPTB treat her like crap when everyone else gets away with everything. The least they can do is give her a healthy baby. Unfortunately, the father is Curtis. He has become someone I just can't root for.
  14. It would be really nice to have a plethora of sets, but what you said!
  15. This, right there.
  16. Completely inept, but it's kind of comical.
  17. Funny, but Haley is not as revolting as this Erika chick is.
  18. He'd rather go to the Mariana Trench. 😅
  19. How awful. May he sleep in peace.
  20. The internet never fails. 😅
