  1. They have a lot of overly restrictive rules on the boards. Sometimes to the point of ridiculousness! But I still would hate to see it go it’s been around a long time!!
  2. That’s not what you appeared to be saying previously. “Some people get cockeyed looks when they're over 15 and call the man who raised them daddy, “
  3. I just felt it necessary to say calling one’s father Daddy is completely normal to me. I called my father “Daddy” until the day he died. He was in his 80’s and I was in in my 40’s. I never knew his father, he died before I was born. But when my father referred to his father he always called him “Daddy”! People calling their father daddy throughout their lives is normal! I never thought of “Daddy” being a sexual term until fairly recently from people on the internet!
  4. I thought I was the only one who hated Skye on GH. I usually see such praise of her. I was only half watching when she first showed up in PC. But she seemed totally out of place. It didn’t fit with her long established backstory on AMC. Nor did it work with Q history on GH.
  5. Alan and Charity didn’t ever have sex. She turned him down. Alan and Rhonda kissed a couple of times but never actually had sex. They had what would probably be called an emotional affair. He never had sex with Tammy either. But not from lack of trying. His drug use made him impotent. Also Alan didn’t have an affair with Amy. Monica accused him of having one because she misinterpreted some situations that she caught them in. Amy knew about his drug use and covered for him several times. He kept promising her he would get help.
  6. I wonder if they were confusing Alan’s friendship with Tammy the prostitute. Which did take place during and really because of his drug addiction.
  7. Portia and Curtis are not only boring but are just plain silly. Their conversation about children sounded like one a couple in their 20’s would have.
  8. Yes, they said it was a photo of them in about 1999.
  9. If what I saw somewhere is accurate that it was a picture of Rebecca Herbst with her real life sister. So they probably aren’t planning to recast.
  10. This short film is 12 years old. So some of you may have heard about it before. But I just ran across it. Chris Robinson’s real life sounds like it has been a bit of a soap opera!
  11. They appear even more “delete happy” than usual over at SoapCental. It’s so annoying. I don’t why I keep going back there. Force of habit, I guess! Sorry just had to vent a little bit somewhere!
  12. Chrissy81730 started following Kristin
  13. I’m out of the loop. What was the Monavie scheme?
  14. Does anybody know if Leslie Charleson is okay?
  15. Yes, she does mention that in the book. She says very little else about him or their relationship. Which is fine. But if you are going to write a book… She’s has an interesting life, and has achieved so much after very humble beginnings. I just wanted more. For instance, she writes very little about her time on soaps or how or why she decided to go into real estate. It felt incomplete is what I guess I’m trying to say.
  16. I just finished reading Chrishell Stause’s book, Under Construction. It was okay. But I had only very casually followed her over the years and I learned almost nothing new from it. Had anyone else read it?
