Members SFK Posted July 16, 2013 Members Share Posted July 16, 2013 I really don't know much about Johnny's discography beyond Chances Are and my favorite of his, the Family Ties theme, but imagining him singing Moonrakuh (thanks AMS, I particularly love Dymuns) seems a little too buttery and sweet in a dessert-like way, where Shirley is buttery and sweet in a cognac-like way. Years ago I read an interview where she spoke about not caring for the theme and one of her reasons was that it was "wet" (i.e., wimpy), which is also how she described Roger's Bond in the film.
