Britney and Alicia To Battle for #1

Barring any scheduling changes, Britney Spears' forthcoming CD will debut the same day as Alicia Keys' 3rd studio album on November 13. Now, I have a feeling that either Britney or Alicia's CD will be moved up to avoid a head-to-head battle. Say what you will about both singers, but they have had multiple albums debut at #1 (in fact, I believe Britney holds the record for most consecutive debuts at #1 for a female, and if Alicia scores her 4th consecutive #1 debut, she will tie Brit-Brit's record).

It's on!

I hope they do change there due dates so they don't coincide with one another. That would mean less sales all around.

Alicia Keys currently has 3 # 1 albums

Britney Spears currently has 4 # 1 albums

If they both change their dates they will probably both be number 1 albums. If Britney get's another number 1 album. She'll break the record again she'll be the first female artist to have all 5 of her studio albums go to number one their first week (consecutively).

I just checked Wikipedia and they're saying it's either Nov. 6th or Nov. 13th

I hope it's the 6th.

Some other artists releasing their albums the 6th and the 13th:

That lead singer from the !@#$%^&*] Cat Dolls is out the 6th

Celine Dion's album comes out Nov. 13th
