there is one thing I will always hold against her. she gave out police evidence in the Night Stalker case, which allowed the killer to walk onto the Golden Gate Bridge and throw that evidence into the Frisco bay. she graduated with Moses so why does she think she should have another term? she is part and parcel of why there should be term limits.0 -

Richard Barnett, 60, of Gravette, Arkansas, was taken into custody in his home state on charges of entering and remaining on restricted grounds, violent entry and theft of public property. Further details were not immediately available.
Apparent images of Barnett were splashed across social media as the deadly mayhem unfolded in the nation's capital on Wednesday, just as Democratic and Republican lawmakers convened to count the Electoral College votes. Members of Congress condemned the violence and rioting, which was preceded by a rally led by President Donald Trump who told his supporters to swarm the Capitol in defiance of the election results.
A New York Times reporter tweeted that he spoke with Barnett after his stunt in Pelosi's office. In a video, he boasts that he took a personalized envelope, but insisted he didn't steal it.
"I left a quarter on her desk," he said.

As an outsider, without real knowledge on politics in the US, I think that Nancy Pelosi is doing exactly what needs to be done. It really doesn't matter if an impeachment is successful or not, she has to do this. It would set a very dangerous precedent if they didn't demonstrate in every way that what happened is completely unacceptable and that they will do everything they can to make sure that the guilty ones will suffer the consequences. It doesn't matter that Trump "only" has two weeks left.
agreed. screw political outcomes.....this man and his flock got people killed. a police officer was beaten to later die, and a woman was trampled to death. how many times have people in this very forum say that one day someone would get killed because of this creature? and here we are. he must be removed and locked up.0

my deepest thanks for explaining this. I didn't go off, but people still openly using that word.....
what he said yesterday sealed his fate. his business, what remains of it, is in shambles. his name is now forever toxic. his children followed him down into oblivion....
and I just read where a GOP senator who backed the "stolen election" stuff is now giving up his honorary degree from a college after they received 2500 signatures calling for it to be taken away from him. it took 51 years of my life....but these republicans are finally where they should be.
