Michael Ontkean is looking for Sheriff Truman's jacket. Wonder why.
That's weird that he only needs it for three weeks though? Lol

(I posted that on page 11.)
oh the video? Sorry boo, I was out of town for so long.

Also this was a response to one of my tweets. I think this means Sherilyn, Everett, Wendy and James Marshall are in?

Peggy Lipton hints/confirms Everett McGill's return and teases Nadine (in second tweet)

This guy who met with Michael Horse (Hawk) says Lynch called Michael the day before and confirmed he will be on the new show! Yay!

I was wondering how they would do new characters myself. I don't think they're all going to be series regulars.
Here are tweets about Sherilyn:

I do wonder what's going on there, I don't know how much of an online presence she has these days. I'm a little surprised no one's leaked anything out from her. I have to believe she'll be there unless she's in rough shape again. I know Lynch has been a good friend to her in recent years. It also makes zero sense for her not to be there, really, if Richard Beymer is.
Actually, I am seeing some twitter talk from the fest right now claiming she is at least being 'teased'. Step up your stalker game, alexisfan, all I did was search 'Sherilyn Fenn'!
OMG I see the tweets! PRAISE. That's basically everyone in the main cast (not supporting) "confirmed" outside of Piper, Joan, Lara, James (though he had been teased), and Warren.

All I need now is Sherilyn

Kyle officially confirmed as well

I am not a fan of their nonsense.
From the UK fest on Dana Ashbrook and Sheryl Lee
@MissSpecialman: @vicksvapor77 Yep, both confirmed that they will be in the new show but they don't know for how many episodes

They better not be trolling or assuming.

Since she is the character that said "see you in 25 years," it seems impossible to believe she wouldn't be in the show. Happy to see she confirmed!
We will know more about Dana Ashbrook this weekend from the Twin Peaks UK Festival reports.

Yes, please!
Back in the day I thought the Enquirer was pretty well-insulated from libel on celeb gossip (as opposed to their stories about UFOs or Bat Baby) by virtue of a lot of their [!@#$%^&*] being true, but that may have changed.
They responded saying they're assuming Wendy is in because of Everett. Strange but it is what it is.

I wonder if there's any truth to it. I do feel bad for her in a way, she is definitely mentally ill.
In other news:

I wonder if this is confirmation Wendy Robie (Nadine) will be back, Twin Peaks Archive is very reliable and hasn't trolled anyone on cast member involvement yet.

My beloved Peggy Lipton makes it pretty much official on Twitter:
Fantastic! I think it's fair to assume Everett McGill is in too.
So far, we've got Cooper, Truman, Hawk, The Log Lady, Leland, Ben, Ed & Norma, Shelly, Lucy (and maybe Andy) and likely James.
Interesting grouping so far!

Is this what you wrote or what they tweeted?
Sorry, this is all me

Update: Just got this as a response so maybe the interviews don't mean anything after all haha.

@vicksvapor77 I honestly have no info in that regard, but the story will still be a good read!

Yeah, I saw that pic (and you on Twitter, you sneak!). I've heard before that she and the production are not close today, but maybe they did patch it up, who knows. She does look even worse than that now, and her acting has collapsed worse than her face.
I have seen Piper Laurie since and while she is definitely old, she is still Piper Laurie. Catherine was one of my favorites as a kid and I'd be happy to see her no matter what.
I do hope they confirm Peggy Lipton. And I know Amber Tamblyn has been present in a lot of TP extras and events with her dad in the past, and she's grown into a great adult actress in a lot of films (as well as entering the Quentin Tarantino stable, though her role in his next film was recast with Jennifer Jason Leigh). I would love to see her on the show.
I am not advocating for her return at all, I don't think I could deal with the second hand embarrassment of watching Lara's face in all honesty.
That's true, she's still a spitfire. I'm not sure why, it just feels wrong to me. I would be more than happy to be proven incorrect though.
I think Peggy Lipton is all but confirmed, between her tweets and the (unconfirmed) assertions that Everett McGill was indeed tracked down and is in. I think Amber would work. I know a lot of people are petitioning that Alicia Witt (who played Donna's piano-playing younger sister Gersten in one episode) should "replace Donna." I believe David has used her in at least one other project of his. Mark Frost also recently followed her on Twitter and if Mr. and Mrs. Hayward are going to make appearances? It could be possible.
Other than characters whose actors have died, I expect that some other characters have also died in the last 25 years. I'm afraid for Bobby.

I do hope if they must have Donna (which they mustn't) they'll use Kelly, who I always preferred. I'm not sure Lara Flynn Boyle is still on good terms with anyone at the show (or in Hollywood), honestly. I know Lynch was very put out when she, Sherilyn Fenn and MacLachlan opted or mostly opted out of FWWM. He patched things up with the latter two long ago but apparently this is not the case with Boyle. At the same time, I can frankly see Lynch being fascinated with what's become of LFB and her face as sort of a tragic creature. I saw something terrible she was in not long ago and she can barely speak, let alone act. She looks like Swamp Thing. It's difficult to watch - makes Jackie Zeman on GH look like a minor touch-up.
I found the recent picture of Lara Flynn Boyle and David Lynch. This was taken on May 17, 2013.
Filmmaker David Lynch was the man of the hour at the Orange County Museum of Art’s annual gala, Art of Dining, held at the Balboa Bay Resort. The multi-hyphenate creative who trained as a painter and is also a musician was joined at the fundraiser by Twin Peaks cast members Mädchen Amick, Lara Flynn Boyle and Ray Wise. One almost expected to see stacks of donuts spaced two inches apart on a dessert table, in a nod to the famed spreads created by the police dispatcher on the television show known for its cult following.
A quote from someone that attended. Sounds like she still speaks highly of her time on the show when asked:
I enjoyed meeting two of Lynch’s Twin Peaks cast members at the party – Ray Wise and Lara Flynn Boyle, with Wise saying the experience “was the high point of my career,” and Boyle beaming, “It was pretty cool to be on the cover of Rolling Stone.”

The WTTP twitter continues to bubble with rumors:
Personally, Frost following Goaz on Twitter(?) was enough for me, but we shall see.
That tweet was sent to me. I'm glad to see they are in.
Check out these other tweets from Kenny Herzog, writer for Rolling Stone, Vulture, SPIN, A.V. Club:
October 15:
It could be coincidence that I've spoken with Piper Laurie, Mary Jo Deschanel, Kimmy Robertson and Michael Horse today. Or it could not be.
(Am I the only one that, despite my deep love and adoration for her, doesn't want Piper Laurie back? I don't want to see an older Catherine, possibly defeated and not in her prime. That is one character that age would be hard to work with IMO.)
October 16:
It could be a coincidence that I spoke with Warren Frost, Carel Struycken and James Marshall today. Or it could not be.
October 20:
Believe it or not, when you chat with Catherine Coulson, who played The Log Lady, you do spend a lot of time talking about wood.
October 21 (today):
Just about rounded out a recent slate of interviews by chatting Laura Palmer with Sheryl Lee. Looking forward to sharing the results soon.
To me, excluding Harry Goaz, the biggest question marks are:
Sherilyn Fenn
The biggest question mark but she would seem like the easiest to nab, giving her a chance to reunite Audrey and Cooper, plus she is on Showtime now in "Ray Donovan" and had her own Showtime show back in the day.
Dana Ashbrook
How weird would it be to have Shelly back without Bobby?
Lara Flynn Boyle (or Moira Kelly)
Will Donna make an appearance?
Wendy Robie
Big Ed and Norma without Nadine?!
Russ Tamblyn
He had a bit of a health scare but was at the blu-ray premiere event and is close with David.
Miguel Ferrer
How do you not bring Albert back?

I do wonder what Moira Kelly is doing these days. She was big for a bit in the '90s too, then she quietly left The West Wing when the role didn't pan out. That's the last I've heard of her. She was wonderful in FWWM, not that I need Donna back.
Did you miss all her years on "One Tree Hill"?
I do hope if they must have Donna (which they mustn't) they'll use Kelly, who I always preferred. I swear I saw a picture on Twitter of her with David Lynch from a few years back but now I can't find it

I'm so excited about the new book! I wish it would cover the series as well, what a cool time capsule piece that would be.

Looks like James Hurley is back! Not sure how I feel about this one LOL.

The show was an all-around good mix of present and former cast members, sketch recreations/new spins on previous sketches, and montages. The things I didn't like:
1) Kanye West doing some weird ass [!@#$%^&*] for far too long. Go away!
2) Taylor Swift attempting to act. She was so painful. They couldn't have had her sing at least?
3) "The Californians" sketch was so painfully long. Could've fit two more sketches in!
4) Most importantly, I needed more sketches in general. I loved the ones we had but more sketch recreations/revisits would have made it so much better. Really bummed I didn't get a new Debbie Downer one (though I appreciated her cameo).
