One Life to Live Tribute Thread
Yeah, I've seen the House That Cried Murder/The Bride and her appearance in Hollywood Wives (I think it was that one). I've also seen her appearances on Knots Landing, Murphy Brown, Coach, some early Another World... I've never seen her in 2000 Malibu Road and I heard she was quite in that, a jailed prostitute.

ALL: Temporary Replacements
No, but if you ever go to the Paley Center, don't make the mistake of selecting the episode of DOOL she's credited in. I was curious to see her Vivian too upon one visit but she isn't in the actual episode, her name just appears in the closing credits.

I'd love to see that Merv Griffin episode and hear that album track. LOL, that remark about the gangly girls in high school still looking gangly no matter how far they've come is kinda bitchy. Was Susan a Mean Girl? Well, she did say in an interview that she was haughty and self-centered in her youth.

Once upon a time, years before YouTube, ABC Daytime had a great AOL site and this was one of the many avi. files available to download. The show seemed so classy then, just like the 25th anniversary montage Erika narrates. Her voice and speech just ooze class and elegance, gives me chills: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Onw1Hrg3soc Just 12 years short of that next 25.

One Life to Live Tribute Thread
I was doing a play in college and our guest director was giving us an opening night prep talk when he relayed an anecdote saying, "While doing a play in Washington, an actor who you all really should know, by the name of Al Freeman, Jr." and in my head I was like, "Oh my GOD, of COURSE I know him..." I later went up to our director and said that I of course knew AFJ and asked if he knew Ellen Holly, and he said that he did indeed, he'd been in a production of The Scottish Play where she'd played Lady M.... I swear to you, stuff like that for me is like Deniro and Streep for others...
