    90's STAR RETURNS!


    As readers now know, the blog has recently lured one of DAYS' breakout stars from the 1990's - Jason Brooks - back to the blog! "I'm ECSTATIC!"...says the writer. "Peter Blake is a character I grew up watching, and I am a big fan of Jason Brooks. He's very talented."...says the headwriter. "Peter is going to be interacting very heavily with Sami this time around. There is one year story arc for him, and it's going to be very exciting! There is definitely some potential for more story. He and Jack (Matt Ashford), Stefano (Joe Mascolo), and Kristen (Eileen Davidson) will also be having some great scenes together, as well. His return was top secret, and so is his story, but things are heating up for the spring on the blog! Fans should definitely stay tuned!"

    Episode #300 Part 2 - Friday February 2nd, 2007: Marlena lashes out at John after Greta tells her that John knew he is her father! Bo sits at Carrie and Austin’s side as they have just collapsed! He screams out for help! Kayla rushes to their sides and tries to bring them back from the depths of death! Kate screams out for Austin with a blood curdling scream. Maggie and Alice hold onto little baby Roman and rock him with tears in their eyes. Kate asks Kayla what’s wrong with them. Bo tells Kate that is was the Fury! Bo announces that the Fury poisoned Austin and Carrie! Melissa manages to get a few minutes alone with Frankie, and she tells him she’ll never stop loving him…ever! She says he’s made a horrible mistake by taking his relationship with Greta to the next level. Belle, Shawn, Philip, Jan, Jeremy, Abby, Cassie, and Max quickly flee Salem in order to get to Philadelphia and find Willow! Belle vows to get Claire and Trey back at any cost! Austin and Carrie are rushed to the hospital! Bo calls a lockdown on Chez Rouge and demands everyone in the restaurant be interrogated! Meanwhile, Andy finds something he feels is a clue to the Fury’s motives for these crimes. Hope figures out that Megan Spears…is actually Megan Hathaway, the daughter of Stefano! She says it’s the only thing that makes sense…first, Bo and Hope recognize something familiar about Megan Spears, and then Megan kidnaps her, and now, her guard has a Phoenix tattoo…it can all only mean one thing! John begs Marlena to let him explain, but she says she cannot! She feels so betrayed by him! Marlena breaks down and says she can’t believe John has kept something ELSE from her! Tears stream down her face. Tears begin to form in John’s eyes as he realizes how deeply he has hurt Marlena. Bo is enraged when he cannot find any clues once again. He lets everyone in the restaurant go when it appears everyone has an alibi for the night. Bo tells Steve he feels Stefano is behind these crimes. At the hospital, Andy arrives to see Bo. Andy reveals to Bo that in Greek Mythology, there were three sisters called the Furies, who called themselves the Goddesses of Vengeance. Andy explains to them that the Fury must be doing these things out of revenge for some reason. Kayla fights to save Austin and Carrie’s lives. She confirms to the family that Carrie and Austin have been poisoned. Hope cannot wait to get back to town where she plans to expose Megan for her lies and reunite with Bo, Shawn, Zach, and J.T.! At the hospital, Georgia discovers that Will has her pills she’s taking to lose weight! She snatches them out of her hand, and she reprimands Will for taking them from her! A drunk Will asks Georgia what they are for, and she quickly realizes he’s drunk. Just then, Will begins to convulse. His eyes roll back into his head and he begins to shake. He falls to the floor, where he continues to have a seizure. Georgia screams. Bo, Andy, and Steve try to brainstorm who would want revenge on Alice, Greta, Austin, and Carrie. Kate and Billie come to Georgia’s aid. They are shocked to see Will convulsing on the ground. Kate screams. Georgia is crying. Billie runs to Will and tries to stop him from shaking. Before she can, he suddenly stops moving. Kate asks what’s happening…Billie says Will has stopped breathing! Bo vows to find the Fury and make him pay for what he’s done to his family and friends! Kayla cannot detect the type of poison used in the attack. As a result, she fears she is going to have a hard time saving Austin and Carrie. John tells Marlena that he did this to protect her and that he was trying to find the right time to tell her. Marlena angrily fires back that he said the same things when he arranged for Kristen to get immunity when she kidnapped their child. Marlena storms back into Chez Rouge, and John runs after her. On the way, he sees Greta. John lashes out at Greta for telling Marlena when she knew he wanted to be the one to do it! In front of everyone in the middle of Chez Rouge, John catches up to Marlena, and they have a big, scandalous fight in front of all of Salem. Caroline interrupts them and tells them about Carrie. They immediately rush off to be by her side…separately! Georgia realizes Will must have taken some of her pills with alcohol! Greta runs out to the terrace where she sees Kristen with Eric. Greta screams at Kristen and says she knows she’s Stefano’s daughter, and therefore sick and evil, but she didn’t think she’d go as far as to use her in one of her plots to ruin Marlena’s life! Eric asks Greta what is going on, and Greta explains that Kristen told her Marlena knew John was her father, so she began to talk to Marlena about it not knowing she really didn’t know! Greta says now John hates her for telling Marlena the truth! Will is rushed into the E.R. Billie and Kate ask Georgia what happened! Georgia lies and says she doesn’t know anything except that Will was drunk! Billie, Kate, and Georgia stay by Will and Austin’s sides and pray for their recoveries. Kate is unsure how much more of this she can take. Austin and Carrie both flatline as the poison seeps into their blood streams. Rae and Kayla struggle to save them. Marlena tells John they’re over forever. She says she’ll never stop loving him, but she’ll never trust him again! John breaks down and falls to his knees. He begs Marlena to forgive him and says he is nothing without her. Kate, Billie, and Georgia look on in shock as Austin, Will, and Carrie all fight for their lives. Sami Brady sits in her cold, dark jail cell as she flashes back to all of the horrible things Roman, Marlena, Eric, Caroline, Austin, Carrie, Will, and Lucas said to her at her trial when they discovered she stole Austin and Carrie’s baby. She also flashes back to Lucas leaving town and saying he will never return to Salem and how she has no one to blame for this but herself. She cries. She says she has no one now. She recalls never seeing her father or mother so angry ever in her entire life. She realizes she really is truly alone now. Just then, a police officer enters the jail. He tells Sami a new prisoner is being transferred into the cell next to Sami’s. Sami asked who it is. But the officer says he’s never heard of him, but she better get used to him because they’re both going to be spending a lot of time together. The man’s footsteps enter the room. They’re shackled together. The man is in a blue jumpsuit. Moving upwards, one can also see his wrists are handcuffed. Sami stands in shock. She stares at his face with her mouth open. Sami screams out in anger...“What is this? Some kind of sick joke!” And the man replies..."Well, hello, Samantha." *FREEZE FRAME.*

    EPISODE #300!!!!!!

    Episode #300 - PART 1 - Friday, February 2: Everyone continues to have a great time at Chez Rouge during Marlena’s retirement party. Carrie and Austin shock everyone when they enter Chez Rouge with their baby! Everyone is moved to tears at the sight of Carrie and Austin having their baby - a baby they once thought was dead - back in their arms and healthy. Eric tries to get Marlena alone so he can tell her he slept with Kristen. John also tries to tell Marlena he is Greta’s father, but neither are able to get a second alone with her. Will blames himself for what has happened to Sami and Lucas. He continues to drink himself into a stupor and finds Georgia’s amphetamines. He knocks back one of the pills not knowing exactly what they are. Victor manages to get a lead on Willow. Andy confides in his uncle Bo that he would like to get a job on the Salem P.D. eventually. Bo says he is has been very helpful so far in the case with The Fury. Andy says he is going to skip out on Marlena’s party and do some more research on the Fury. Hope struggles with the guard. She flips him over her shoulder. The two engage in a heated battle as he lands a few hits to her face, but she shakes them off and fights back twice as hard. Max and Cassie grow closer than ever as he falls further into her lies. Abby is disgusted by the sight of them both! Jeremy and Jan share a sexy dance on the dance floor. Sarah, Melissa, Alice, and Maggie are all ashamed of Jeremy and worried about his involvement with Jan Spears. Victor, Vivian, and Kate sign the papers that officially merge Alamain and Titan! Frankie tells them one of the terms of the deal is that an outside party must be brought in as V.P. of Operations. The deal stimulates Victor and Vivian are Co-CEO’s and Co-Presidents of the newly merged companies. Georgia worries when she can’t find her pills! The Fury lurks outside of the restaurant and stares at Austin and Carrie. Victor informs Bo, Shawn, Belle, Jan, Jeremy, and Philip that Willow’s rental car can be traced to downtown Philadelphia. Hope manages to knock the guard unconscious. John asks Marlena when they can re-unite and be together again. But she tells him she is not ready to forgive him for what he did - granting Kristen immunity in order for her returning their baby whom she had kidnapped. John says it was the only way to get their baby back! But Marlena says there’s always another way! Jack agrees to be Billie’s man of honor at her wedding! Bo is taken aback by the news. Stefano and Kristen plot and scheme to ruin Marlena’s party and expose a secret - but the question remains….whose secret? John’s….or Eric’s? John overhears Jan and Jeremy discussing how they heard screams and moans in the basement of the Dimera Mansion. Shawn, Belle, Philip, and Jan decide to go to Philly and track down Willow! Abby tells them she wants to come and help! Belle explains that Rex and Mimi live in Philly now and would be happy to put them up for a few days…except Jan. Jeremy comes to her defense and says he’s going too! Max wants to help his nephew, Shawn, and Cassie is afraid to let Jan and Jeremy go on a trip alone, considering Jan knows he was the real father of her baby! Max and Cassie agree to go to Philly, as well. Carrie and Austin share a dance on the back patio of Chez Rouge. They discuss their time in Salem and how they finally feel they have closure on everything that has happened in their relationship. During their kiss, the Fury drugs their champagne glasses! Bo asks Jack flat out if he has feelings for Billie! Hope ties up the guard and stops to think. She tries to catch her breathe as she tries to figure out how this guard with a Phoenix tattoo who obviously works for Stefano has to do with Megan Spears, who kidnapped her! Jack lies and tells Bo he does not have any romantic feelings for Billie. Kristen arrives at the party and goes incognito so she doesn’t get thrown out. She sees Greta and realizes she is the key to her and Stefano’s plan. Kristen lies to Greta and tells her she cannot believe how well Marlena took the news that John was Greta’s father! Shawn, Belle, Philip, Jan, Jeremy, Max, Cassie, and Abby set out on an incredible road trip to Philadelphia in order to find Claire and Trey and make Willow pay for stealing their babies! Kristen drugs Marlena’s glass with the pills that are driving her crazy. Andy hits pay dirt when he uncovers a clue about the Fury! Bo receives a call from the Fury who warns him someone is going to die at the party! Bo begins to look around in terror as he calls the Fury a coward and demands he come forward! Carrie and Austin drink their champagne unaware that it has been poisoned by the Fury! Eric is shocked to see Kristen at the party. Eric asks her what she is doing there! Kristen is about to seen by Maggie, so Kristen pulls Eric into a kiss to make sure she doesn’t see her face! Hope tries to find a connection between Megan Spears and Stefano. She says there was always something weird and familiar about Jan’s mother. As she says the name over and over in her head, Hope realizes….”Megan Spears…and Stefano Dimera. Stefano…and Megan? Holy mother of God......No…But it’s the only thing that makes sense! Megan Spears must really be...MEGAN HATHAWAY!" Carrie and Austin collapse as the Fury laughs maniacally into the phone. Bo drops it and runs to their side. He screams out for an ambulance! Kate sees Austin on the ground and begins screaming out for him. Her screams culminate in one, huge shriek! Meanwhile, outside, Greta runs into Marlena and congratulates her. Greta tells Marlena she is so grateful that John told her and everything is out in the open now! Marlena is confused. Greta says the reason she returned to Salem in the first place was to tell John the truth, but she couldn’t because Marlena was in the middle of a very delicate and difficult pregnancy. Marlena asks Greta what she is talking about. Greta says she thought she knew…Marlena demands Greta tell her right now what is going on. Greta confesses to Marlena that John is her father! John interrupts them. Greta apologizes to John. John is devastated that he wasn’t the first person to tell her. Marlena lashes out at John for keeping another secret from her! She slaps him across the face. *FREEZE FRAME*

    Episode # 299 - Thursday, February 1, 2007:
    Hope continues to try and escape the cell to which she is confined. She sees a man in the near distance. He is her guard. She is determined to get out and make Megan Spears pay for this! Shawn, Belle, Philip, Jan, and Jeremy try to formulate a plan to find Willow. Bo urges them to wait and let the police handle it, but Belle tells them she refuses to do that! She says she can’t just sit around and wait for Willow to make her ransom call. Marlena’s retirement party begins, and she tells John she should have postponed it until this mess with Claire has blown over, but John says Belle insisted this not ruin her party. Marlena still says she should be with Belle, but Belle calls her and absolutely insists Marlena have this party. Belle says Willow wants money…not the children, and she’ll be making a ransom call at any moment! Willow pulls into Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and arrives at a hotel. Bo reveals to Shawn, Belle, Philip, Jan, and Jeremy that Willow has been traced to renting a car the night she took the babies! Billie plans her wedding with Kate, Carrie, and Georgia. Meanwhile, Julie and Megan realize time to stop the wedding is running out! Everyone arrives at Chez Rouge for Marlena’s retirement party. The Horton woman - Sarah, Melissa, Maggie, and Alice - invite everyone into the restaurant to try and have a good time, despite all of the pain going on all over Salem. Eric struggles with how to tell his mother, Marlena, that he slept with Kristen! Meanwhile, John keeps trying to get Marlena alone to tell her he discovered he is Greta’s father! Bo, Shawn, Belle, and Philip wait impatiently for word on Willow and the babies, Claire and Trey. Philip informs Victor of the situation regarding Claire. He asks Victor to pull some strings. Victor is OUTRAGED! He vows to do everything he can to track Willow down and make the b!tch pay. Victor lashes out at Philip when he learns Philip slept with Willow and invited her into their home - making Claire a ripe picking to be her victim. Kate, Vivian, and Victor discuss the merger of Titan and Alamain International with Frankie. Frankie is confused as to why they want to do this…legally. All three flashback to how Vivian and Victor both have big secrets that can destroy the other’s company - Victor knows that Kate gave birth to Stefano Dimera’s twins over thirty five years ago and Vivian knows Victor started the fire that almost killed Caroline! Will blames himself for what has happened to his parents. He thinks if he did not come out of the closet and if he didn’t fall for Alan's lies, his parents would still be together and Lucas would still be in town. He begins drinking heavily. Meanwhile, Georgia flashes back to her modeling coach giving her a bottle of amphetamines to help her lose weight. Victor and Kate share a dance at the party. Later, outside, they share an unexpected kiss! Simone says a tearful and emotional goodbye with baby Roman. Carrie and Austin are moved to tears. They thank her for raising their son all this time and apologize that she is one of many victims of Sami. Simone says goodbye to the baby she has raised and wishes him the best of luck. Dr. Rae Choi tells Austin and Carrie she has big news regarding baby Roman’s health. Jack and Billie share awkwardness at the party. Jack tells Billie that he absolutely CANNOT continue this! He says they kissed, and it was stupid and no big deal. He apologizes, but he says they can’t let this ruin their friendship! He says he is grieving Jennifer’s death, and he needs his best friend, Billie, now more than ever! Kayla refuses to even look at Steve for what he has done! He tries to apologize, but she tells him to get out of her life…forever. Billie hugs Jack and accepts his apology. She then stuns him by asking a shocking question! Billie asks Jack to be her….MAN OF HONOR! Megan and Julie are mad to see Jack and Billie acting normal. They thought the awkwardness around Jack was the key to stopping the wedding! Julie says there is only one person who can stop Bo and Billie’s wedding - HOPE! Hope finally manages to escape her cell! She taps into her skills as a former police officer and manages to knock her guard unconscious! She searches for his keys in his pockets. She is shocked when she sees a tattoo of the Phoenix on the guard. “STEFANO!” Stefano and Kristen sip on red wine and talk about Marlena’s retirement party. Stefano tells her she has to set into motion a plan so Marlena learns either Eric or John’s secrets! He says this will continue Marlena on her downward spiral into insanity. Will sees Georgia’s pills pop out of her purse and fall to the ground. Will, who is blaming himself for everything that has happened to his parents, is drunk. He blurrily sees the label. Not knowing what they are, Will pops one of the pills and knocks it down with his glass of champagne that he has stolen and is secretly drinking. Carrie and Austin shock everyone when they enter Chez Rouge with their baby! Everyone is moved to tears at the sight of Carrie and Austin having their baby - a baby they once thought was dead - back in their arms and healthy. But unfortunately for them, the Fury is plotting the deaths of Austin and Carrie while he/she holds a bottle of pills and plans to poison them both! Hope finds the keys in the pocket of the guard. She is furious when she sees the tattoo and realizes she has been kidnapped by Stefano once more! She is confused as to why Megan Spears would kidnap her on Stefano’s behalf, but she says she’ll figure all of that out when she returns to Salem and reunites with Bo, Shawn, J.T., and Zach! Just then, the guard grabs Hope from behind. *FREEZE FRAME.* DO NOT MISS TOMORROW'S EPISODE! THE 300th EPISODE OF KING'S DAYS THAT WILL CHANGE EVERY STORY ON THE CANVAS! INCLUDING A SURPRISE RETURN IN THE LAST FIVE MINUTES!

    DEVASTATION IN SALEM!

    Episode #298 - Wednesday, January 31, 2007:
    Shawn and Belle are shocked beyond words when they hear what Jan has to say - that Trey’s biological mother has kidnapped Trey! Frankie and Greta continue to be the new, young lovers of Salem. Austin and Carrie finally are able to see their baby as he is given a clean bill of health. Carrie and Austin are moved to tears during their reunion with their son. Shawn and Belle tell Jan this is why they wanted the mother’s identity so they could acquire legal custody of Trey! Shawn screams at her and says what Willow did was probably legal because Jan probably stole the baby from her first! Jan says that’s not how it is! Melissa is disgusted at how Frankie and Greta can carry on like this when Greta essentially stole Frankie from her. Eric cannot help but replay over and over in his head what he can only imagine Frankie and Greta’s sex life to be. Austin and Carrie kiss as they bond with their son. They cannot believe the moment that is happening right now. Julie and Megan wonder how they can stop Bo and Billie’s wedding, and they realize their choices are limited. Billie and Jack continue to have the awkwardness from New Year’s Eve. The Fury tears up a picture of Austin and Carrie. Meanwhile, Hope tries and tries in vain to break out of her cell in London. Jeremy arrives as Shawn and Belle yell at Jan, and she is pleasantly surprised when he comes to her defense. Jan explains she did not steal Trey from Willow - she bought him! She says Willow is a dangerous person and makes Jan look like a Saint! Jan says she was trying to protect Shawn, Belle, and Trey. Jan explains Willow only came to town because she ran out of money and wanted more! Kristen approaches Eric, and she puts the pressure on for him to confess to Marlena that they slept together. She is, of course, just plotting and scheming to ruin Marlena’s life. Eric, meanwhile, is so depressed over Greta, he actually does not have it in him to battle it out with Kristen today. Will, Billie, and Kate arrive at the fashion show to see Georgia in her first runway show. Felicia screams at Georgia for not losing the weight they agreed upon. The Fury holds a bottle of pills and apparently plans to poison Austin and Carrie. Philip awakens after his sex romp with Willow to find she is not there. He walks downstairs to find the babysitter knocked unconscious. He searches for Claire, and she is gone! Philip panics! He calls his brother, Bo, and he reports Claire has been kidnapped! Bo is floored. Bo tells John, Marlena, Shawn, and Belle that he doesn’t know how to say this but…Shawn and Belle just tell him to tell them! Belle says she’s lost Claire to Philip and she’s lost Trey to some kidnapper, and nothing can be worse now. Bo says not so fast…Bo tells her, as gently as he can, that Philip has reported that Claire has been kidnapped! Belle lets out a guttural moan that reverberates throughout the apartment building. Kristen goes against hers and Stefano’s plan and actually lets down her guard around Eric who is depressed over Greta. She takes Eric to lunch at Chez Rouge as she asks him for a chance to prove to him that she isn’t as evil as her mother and everyone in Salem has painted her to be. Belle is inconsolable. Philip arrives, and Belle lashes out at him asking him he could have let this happen! Philip lashes back saying she should know considering her and Shawn’s other baby was also kidnapped! Bo says this cannot be a coincidence and suspects the same person has kidnapped the babies. Bo asks Philip to tell him everything. Philip explains he met a woman, a mother, and they brought their babies back to the mansion, and then, they went out for drinks. They came back, things got hot and heavy, and then he woke up and both babies were gone. Belle lashes out at him and slaps him across the face for being so careless and letting this madwoman come into his home! Georgia is so upset about Felicia yelling at her, and some of the other models notice it. The models tell Roo, Georgia’s modeling couch, that the girl is not ready. Roo is concerned because she believes in Georgia. Roo decides to give Georgia some pills that might help her along in her journey to be the best model she can be. Roo gives Georgia a bottle of amphetamines. Georgia is taken aback at first, but Roo tells her it will help her lose that weight, and she’ll keep it off if she uses these pills. But she warns Georgia to use them in moderation. The Fury realizes Marlena’s Retirement Party is the perfect place to attack Austin and Carrie. Eric is freaked out when he finds himself somewhat sympathizing with Kristen as she tells him all about her descent into the scheming and the lying. Philip begins describing the woman, and Jan says THAT is Willow! Philip says the woman called herself Kara, but he says it must have been an alias. Bo discovers Willow has a record, and he pulls up her mug shot. Philip and Jan both confirm this is the woman! They realize Willow has kidnapped both Trey AND Claire!

    WILLOW'S SCHEME!

    Episode # 297 - Tuesday, January 30, 2007:
    Shawn and Belle ask their babysitter how in the hell this could have happened! She swears she has no idea and claims she only took her eyes off the baby for a second! Willow and Philip drop their babies off at the Kiriakis Mansion where Philip’s babysitter is, and they decide to go out for that drink. Willow realizes Shawn and Belle are going to realize Trey has been kidnapped soon, and Jan is sure to put two and two together and realize Willow is behind it! She realizes she must act quickly! Marlena asks John to help her plan her retirement party. Kristen and Stefano plot to drive Marlena insane. Eric struggles with how to tell his mother that he accidentally slept with her arch-rival, Kristen. Greta and Frankie have a glorious day of lovemaking. Hope remains imprisoned. She flashes back to the day in November when Jan Spears’ mother, Megan, kidnapped her and locked her in here. Hope is baffled as to why Jan’s mother would want her kidnapped. Willow and Philip head to the Cheatin’ Heart where she begins to subtlety poke and prod him about his lifestyle. The drunker he gets the more he opens up about how wealthy he is, and Willow sees dollar signs. Shawn, Belle, and Bo formulate a plan to find baby Trey, but Belle realizes who must have kidnapped Trey! Stefano reveals to Kristen that John is keeping a huge secret from Marlena - he is Greta’s father! Hope tries to get to know the man Megan has assigned to watch her as part of her plan to escape. Belle says since Trey was the baby Jan tried to pass off as hers and Shawn’s, then Jan must have kidnapped the baby! A drunk Philip begins to tell Willow about how he just got custody of his baby from his ex-wife, Belle Black. Willow is shocked. She says she read something about her and asks if she is with someone else or if she has another baby or something. Willow apologizes, but she says she doesn’t remember the details of the story she had heard. Philip explains the long story about his history with Shawn and Belle and how they have another child now named Trey. Willow, who has kidnapped baby Trey in an effort to get more money out of Jan and Shawn and Belle, realizes there is another opportunity staring her in the face. Kristen and Stefano realize once Marlena learns John is keeping another secret from her, she is going to end their relationship forever. But Stefano warns Kristen that John is going to tell Marlena very shortly so they need to out this secret and out it fast! Hope daydreams of Bo and fantasizes about the day she will return to Salem and declare her love for him. Her guard is unaware, but she is secretly plotting her escape! Willow and Philip appear to have an attraction to each other. But he does not know she is conning him. Philip makes it very aware that he is attracted to her. Willow realizes she is under pressure and her time is almost up. Hope is almost successful in picking the lock on her cage. She asks her guard why Megan has kidnapped her. But he refuses to say. Kristen and Stefano wonder what secret they should reveal first - her sleeping with Eric or John being Greta’s father. They decide which, off-screen, and then plot to out the secret at Marlena’s retirement party. John and Marlena arrive to comfort Shawn and Belle. Willow and Philip head back to the Kiriakis Mansion where Philip drunkenly stumbles into the house. He and Willow begin to kiss passionately. They make their way up the steps where they begin to tear each other’s clothes off. Once in the bedroom, Willow and Philip have a passionate sex session. Shawn, Belle, and Bo arrive to question Jan about the kidnapping! Jan is terrified and thinks Bo is talking about Hope’s kidnapping! Belle says she knew Jan knew something about Trey! Jan is relieved in one sense they don’t know her mother is behind Hope’s kidnapping, but concerned in another because she knows what this means - Willow kidnapped Trey! Jan screams at Belle and tells her she had nothing to do with this! But she says she has a feeling she knows who did - WILLOW ESPINOZA! Belle and Shawn are confused, and she says this is the woman who is Trey’s biological mother! Willow and Philip continue their hot sex. When done, a drunk Philip passes out. Willow makes her way down the stairs where the babysitter is watching Claire and Trey. Willow sneaks up behind the babysitter and knocks her unconscious. Willow snatches up both babies and leaves the Mansion. She steals a car seat from Philip’s car and straps both babies into their respective seats. She gets in her car and drives off…out of Salem.

    Kelly McGarry, who joined the show in the summertime in the newly created role of Ivan Marais' niece, Simone Marais, has been let go from the blog. The headwriter weighs in on why! "McGarry is a true talent. She's amazing. As soon as her run ended on 'I Wanna Be a Soap Star 3,' I knew I had to snatch her up. She was perfect for the role of Vivian's kooky sidekick. But the character only had about a ten month story arc, and it's now over. The character has been a ball to write for. I've had a lot of fun. I hope to bring her back in the future, but I know right now there are no plans to do so."

    McGarry will last air on the blog this week.

    In other news, there is a big rumor coming from the set that two other actresses will last air in February, and two more will be gone in March!

    Episode #296 - Monday, January 29, 2007:
    The Brady’s celebrate in the waiting room of the hospital as they have just learned baby Roman is going to be all right! Marlena reveals to everyone that with everything that happened with Sami, Roman could not take it and had to leave town as soon as he as he could have. Carrie and Austin share a tender kiss as they celebrate the news. Marlena, Caroline, Maggie, Cassie, and Jack all remain terrified at the gifts that have received from The Fury. (See Last Episode.) The gifts remind them of their gruesome attacks by the Salem Serial Killer. Phillip, Kate, and Victor bond with baby Claire whom they have now acquired temporary custody of from the courts. Will opens up to Georgia about his father, Lucas, leaving Salem forever because of what his mother has done. Shawn and Belle continue to grieve the court’s decision. Meanwhile, Willow has managed to kidnap Shawn and Belle’s other baby, Trey, right out of their apartment while the babysitter was not paying attention! John struggles with telling Marlena the truth about his being Greta’s father. Sarah and Jack clash over the Sami story once again, and Jack is fired from the Spectator! Jan finds Jeremy who has drank himself into a stupor because of the issues he has with this father. Austin asks Carrie if she asked Mike to leave Salem so she can try to fix her relationship with him, and she says wholeheartedly yes. Marlena, Caroline, Cassie, and Jack demand Bo find the Fury for doing this to them. Bo says he will. But later, when alone with John, Bo tells him that he can’t put his finger on it, but something is going on with Marlena, and John agrees. The babysitter realizes baby Trey is missing! She calls Shawn and Belle and tells them to get home immediately. Jeremy and Jan share a sexy kiss in his drunken state. Will notices Georgia hasn’t been eating the last few times they have gone out to lunch. Will asks her if she’s starving herself for this modeling career. Georgia flashes back to her agent telling her she had to lose ten pounds by the end of the month. Sarah Horton’s boss informs her that the Spectator’s sales have almost tripled since she came on board. Marlena announces her retirement to the Brady’s and Horton’s and informs them of her party. Rae asks Marlena if she still wants to retire if her hallucinations have stopped, but Marlena says that it’s time. The Fury holds a picture….of Austin and Carrie. The Fury takes a knife to it and cuts it in half. Cassie continues to ensnare Max in her web of guilt and obligation. Dr. Rae reveals things will still be a little touch and go with the baby, but she can say without any uncertainty that he will make a full recovery. Willow runs into a man, who just so happens to be Philip. They each have their respective babies. They begin sharing info about their babies. Philip says her son looks familiar, but since he just got back to town, he doesn’t know baby Trey very well. Meanwhile, Philip unknowingly tells Willow that he is Philip Kiriakis of THE Kiriakis’, and Willow sees dollar signs. Roo and Felicia tell Georgia they booked her first big gig as a runaway model! Georgia is ecstatic! Will fakes excitement, but really, he worries for his cousin/best friend. Carrie and Austin thank Simone for coming forward with the news. Simone cries. She tells them how much she will miss Keith…or baby Roman, she means. They tell her they are eternally grateful to her for everything she has done. The Fury continues to stab the picture of Carrie and Austin. Willow asks Philip if he would like to get a drink with her. Shawn and Belle arrive home, and they are shocked to see Bo is there with the babysitter. Belle freaks out, and already being in a fragile state because of Claire, asks Bo what the hell is going on. Bo breaks Shawn and Belle’s hearts when he tells them that baby Trey is missing and was kidnapping right out of the loft. Belle breaks down and falls to her knees in exhaustion. She screams out “Noooo!”, and her scream is deafening. Jan and Megan talk about Jeremy and then Megan’s plight to try and land Bo. Megan says Doug and Julie cannot find Hope. Thank goodness, Megan explains, as Hope is being held hostage by her in London. Megan also explains she and Julie have had little luck in trying to stop Bo and Billie’s wedding which is fast approaching. Meanwhile, in a dark desolate prison, a woman sits in near-darkness. A pipe’s constant water drip is the only comforting sound she hears. She looks and sees a guard not far away. The woman is Hope Brady. She vows to break free from the prison…and get revenge on the woman behind her captor!

    The blog can now reveal the name of the big name who has recently been let go! The star is Bryan Dattilo who has played Lucas Roberts since 1993 with the exception of a brief period from 2001-2002. There's one question on everyone's mind - Why Dattilo? The headwriter dishes on why. "Well, it actually has nothing to do with Dattillo, and everything to do with Sami and Lucas. They are a big couple, but when it comes down to it, as Lucas said in his goodbye speech to Sami, he'll never be able to love the real Sami, and she might mature, but she's never going to be a saint. At the core of who each is, they're just not right for each other. Lucas and Sami will always have a connection, but Sami will be getting a new love interest. It is definitely a person who can love her for who she is WITHOUT changing her. And that is something no man in Sami's life has ever been able to do."

    Josh Taylor (Roman Brady) has also last aired. Although no exit has been penned for him, his exit will be explained this week. "Josh was recurring and brought back Roman to tie up some loose ends. The run was always supposed to be limited. When Roman came back to Salem, he came from Europe where he was trying to start a life with Anna, Carrie's mother. He needs to get back to that."

    It's official! As previously reported, the blog has been trying to tap Noah Segan as Connor Lockhart for the past few weeks! Segan will first be debuting as Connor this February! But the role is short-term. An insider reveals that Connor and Segan will both be seen for only about twenty episodes. Although he won't be spending a lot of time on the canvas, he is going to have a big impact on the younger set. He is set to debut in Mid-February which, not coincidentally, is also the first airdates for the brief returns of Connor's sister, Mimi (Farah Fath) and Rex Dimera (Eric Winter.)

    Episode #295 - Friday, January 26, 2007:
    Austin, Carrie, and the rest of the Brady’s and Horton’s remain vigil by baby Roman’s side. Simone and Vivian recap the crazy last few days. Simone breaks down at the thought of losing the baby. Vivian tells Simone that she knows the baby is going to make it! And Simone says she can’t bear to lose the baby to Austin and Carrie either! Sami sits alone in her cold, dark jail cell and cries herself to sleep. Shawn and Philip continue to argue and fist fight! Belle arrives with Claire. Philip demands Belle give him the baby! Vivian and Kate clash. Vivian says she is going to expose Victor’s secret to Caroline if he doesn’t give her majority shares of Titan! But Kate informs Vivian she cannot do that because Victor will then expose a huge secret about Kate which will hurt Alamain International as a result, since Kate is the V.P. of Alamain! Rae comes into the waiting room, and it looks like she has some bad news for the Brady’s. The Fury hides out in his or her lair and prepares boxes for mailing. Belle refuses to hand over Claire to Philip, but Philip reminds her of the court documents that say he has temporary custody until the permanent custody trial can take place. Kate, Vivian, and Victor realize they have to do something because they each have secrets on each other, and they’re caught in a stalemate. Lucas and Will have an emotional conversation about Sami. Will says he sees how much Sami has hurt his father. Will can’t even recognize his father anymore he’s been so hurt by Sami. Max and Cassie grow closer than ever as they bond of their baby, but she secretly plots and schemes to make sure no one ever finds out that Jeremy was the real father. Meanwhile, Jeremy flashes back to when Jan asked him on a date, and he said no. Then he remembers how his father, Mike, skipped town without a word. Jeremy drinks himself into oblivion. Rae does not have bad news for Austin, Carrie, and the Brady’s! In fact, she has excellent news. Rae reveals that Austin and Carrie’s bone marrow donations worked wonders, and they were both matches for the baby. Carrie and Austin are overjoyed. They hug in the moment of happiness, and they share a tender peck on the lips. They watch intently as Rae checks all of baby Roman’s vitals. Lucas asks Will if he’d understand if he left town for a while. Will tells his father that he needs to do whatever is best for him right now. A bunch of packages arrive at the hospital…a nurse explains to Bo and the rest of the Brady’s that these packages appeared outside suddenly. Bo fears the packages might be from the Fury. Belle lashes out at Philip, telling him she can’t believe how evil has become! Philip explains he isn’t evil, but Claire is all he has! An emotional Philip tells Belle and Shawn if he is going to lose Belle, then he won’t lose Claire too! Victor says all he wants is for Alamain to stop their tricks and deceitful attempts to one up Titian…and Vivian says all she wants is to reap some of Titan’s benefits! Kate comes up with the perfect solution! There is a package for Marlena, Cassie, Jack, Caroline, Maggie, and Roman! Bo says what is on everyone’s mind…these people were all victims of the Salem Serial Killer! Lucas says a touching goodbye to his son, Will. Lucas sheds tears and tells Will that he knows Will is going to find love in Salem very soon. The two men break down and touch foreheads. Lucas tells his son he doesn’t want to leave him. Will understands and tells his father to go. Lucas breaks down and says goodbye to his son. Kate suggests merging Alamain and Titan! That way, everyone will get what they want, and NO ONE’S secrets will be revealed! Vivian and Victor refuse, at first, but when Kate argues her case, they realize it makes the most sense. Belle tells Philip she refuses to sympathize with him! Shawn asks Phil if he paid off a judge. Philip swears he hasn’t. But Belle chimes in that it must have been Victor then because no judge would ever take Claire away from his parents and give her to Philip! Marlena opens her package and finds a bloody, orange jumpsuit - the same one she was wearing when she was shot and “killed” in prison after she was arrested for the serial killings. Roman’s present is a mini groom that rests on top of a wedding cake - similar to the one that was shoved down his throat when he was “murdered.” Jack’s present is a bloody brick. Maggie’s is a bloody bottle of wine. Cassie is given a dead turkey, reminding her of the piñata was stuffed in. Victor and Vivian agree to sit down with Frankie and map out a legal plan to merge the two companies. Caroline receives Irish Soda Bread, which was what poisoned her when she was "killed." Jan realizes that Willow can never learn Shawn and Belle are raising baby Trey now, or she’ll go after the family Shawn and Belle have now created with Trey and Belle. Jan says to her mother she does care about that baby, and she knows she was not what is best for the baby, and neither is Willow! Jan tells Megan that Willow can never know Shawn and Belle are raising that baby, or she’ll use him as a means to shake Shawn and Belle down for money. Unfortunately for them all…Willow is listening! Lucas shares a touching goodbye with Austin, Kate, and Billie. Kate is devastated to see him leave town over the likes of Sami Brady. Lucas tells them it has to happen…Lucas and Kate say goodbye. The police officer takes Claire from Belle’s arms and hands her over to Philip. Belle breaks down in Shawn’s arms. They both fall to the ground as Philip and the police officer leave with Claire. Shawn and Belle are grief-stricken as baby Claire is snatched from their arms, but little do they know that, at this very second, Willow is kidnapping baby Trey right from their loft while the babysitter is distracted! Everyone is devastated and blown away by their gifts from The Fury. Bo and Roman wonder if since Marlena received a gift, if she is off the suspect list. Bo tells Roman he can’t shake the feeling that something weird is going on with Marlena. Meanwhile, Kristen drugs Marlena’s coffee when no one is looking with the same drug she’s been drugging Marlena with for weeks. Kristen is determined to make sure Marlena loses her mind. Sami awakens in her jail cell to Lucas. Sami is happy because she thinks Lucas has come to show his support for her. Lucas tells Sami to shut up. Sami is confused. Lucas explains to Sami that he has come to say goodbye to her…forever. Sami cries and says “No” over and over. Lucas tells her that it’s over for them forever. He says he has heard about her sentence of twenty-five years to life, and he is happy. Sami is appalled. Lucas says she deserves everything, EVERYTHING she gets for what she has done to Austin and Carrie over the years. He cannot believe how many times she has hurt her parents, her son, and him over and over and over again! Lucas tells her she’ll never know the pain of having a soul mate who is one constant disappointment…a person who is constantly keeping a secret from him. Lucas says its exhausting. He says the last fourteen years…and his love her has drained him of every ounce of energy, and it’s not worth it to him anymore. Lucas claims that at his core, he is a good, decent person, looking for a good, decent person to share his life with. And he says at Sami’s core, she is a liar and always manipulating life. Lucas tearfully says they will never mesh, and they will never be together again. Sami tries to argue, but he angrily lashes out and tells her shut up! Lucas informs Sami he is leaving town…and leaving her behind forever. Lucas walks out. Sami’s screams, and her yells echo throughout all of the jail cell.

    Sami is sentenced to twenty five years to life in prison. She is carried away by the bailiff, screaming, thrashing, and crying. Simone, Austin, and Carrie hurry to the hospital, and Dr. Rae says there isn’t much time to save baby Keith’s life. OPENING Shawn and Belle are floored when they are served with papers from the courts declaring Philip get custody of baby Claire. Sarah is ready to run the story on Sami, but Jack intervenes and tells her that he won’t do this to the Brady’s. Alice and Maggie inform Jeremy that his father, Mike, has left town. Jeremy is pissed! Willow and Claire continue to fight. Jan says she’ll never tell Willow where baby Trey is! Frankie is there to take Greta home from the hospital after her attack. On the way out, Greta runs into Eric, and things remain awkward between them. Sami is taken to her cold, dark cell and thrown in by the guards. Sami Brady has hit the absolute lowest point in her life. Eric, Roman, Austin, Carrie, Kate, Philip, Will, Bo, Kayla, and Caroline all give bone marrow donations at the hospital in order to save baby Roman. Marlena and Carrie bond while they see if the baby can be saved. Marlena says she wishes Carrie was her daughter so that she could donate to help save the baby. Carrie tells Marlena she will always be a mother figure to her. Billie and Jack refuse to acknowledge each other, and they co-exist in their awkwardness from New Year’s Eve. Marlena picks up on a weird tension between Greta and John! John fears Marlena might figure out that he is Greta’s father. Jeremy lashes out telling Alice and Maggie that his father has put him last once again, not even giving him the common decency of a goodbye! Sarah and Jack continue to clash over the stories at the paper. Sarah and Jack take their cases to their boss at the Spectator, and he sides with….SARAH! The boss man tells Jack he needs to stop it with the family politics and start covering the stories Salem wants to read or he’ll be out on his butt! Austin and Carrie finally manage to get two minutes alone. Their intense stares turn into slight smiles of relief. They both quickly run to each other, and he sweeps her up into his strong arms. They embrace. Willow and Jan get into a shoving match. They struggle until they get near the door where Jan throws Willow out! Jan tells her to go to hell! And to stay the hell out! Shawn and Belle cannot believe their eyes! Philip arrives with a police officer to take Claire. Sami flashes back to all of the harsh words her family had to say to her, casting her out of the Brady Family. Austin and Carrie cannot believe their baby is alive! Austin apologizes to her and regrets not believing her when she said the baby was alive. Carrie tells Austin it isn’t important now. The only thing that’s important now is saving little Roman. Austin says maybe Mike can help Dr. Choi. Carrie informs Austin that she asked Mike to leave town...telling him that Austin is the only man for her, and if she can't be with Austin, then she'd rather be alone. Eric comforts Roman over his devastation in regard to Sami. Eric is taken aback to see Roman break down into tears as he stares at his grandson, fighting for his life. Shawn and Philip begin to rough each other up. Shawn tells Philip that he isn’t even Claire’s father so why should he have any rights to raise her! Philip claims he is the only father Claire knew for the first year of her life and that she wants her back! Rae tells Austin, Carrie, and Simone the baby survived the surgery, and now, they just need to wait and see if the surgery took to his body. Austin and Carrie remain vigil at the baby’s side as they watch his little body hooked up to all of these tubes. Carrie and Austin break down in each other’s arms as they look on at their baby boy, fighting to save his life. Meanwhile…..The Fury sits in a dark, desolated, warehouse. Classical music plays faintly. The Fury places something into a big box on the desk. The box sits among other boxes on the desk. The Fury puts a label sticker on each box to address it. The Fury laughs maniacally. *FREEZE FRAME* TOMORROW ON DAYS:

    Episode #293 - Wednesday, January 24, 2007:
    Sami sits on the ground - blooded by Carrie’s slaps and punches, crying from the words of Roman, Lucas, and Austin, and having been spit on by her mother. Sami Brady was just told by both of her parents that she is dead to them and that she has no one left in her life. OPENING. Eric, Caroline, and Belle each take their turn telling Sami how disappointed they are in her and how they can’t believe she has stooped to his level. Caroline tells Sami she is a widow because she has lost her husband to death. She says if you lose your parents to death, you’re an orphan. But Caroline says losing a child is so damn awful, there isn’t even a word for the parent that is left behind! Caroline cannot believe Sami has inflicted this type of pain on Sami! Caroline gives Sami a stern licking. Eric and Belle wash their hands of Sami. Sami asks Caroline to forgive her and help her with that discipline she always give her when she messes up. Caroline tells Sami to go to hell and asks if she can’t stop manipulating…even now! Carrie approaches Sami and rips into her again, telling her she is the most awful person the face of the earth and that she hopes Lucas has the good sense to take Will and get far away from her because SHE is the one who deserves to have her child ripped away from her! Since this is a sensitive issue for Sami, she stands and faces Carrie. She tells her Will is 18 now and he can do whatever the hell he wants! Sami says Will loves her, regardless of all the terrible things she does, and HE will stand by her, even if no one else will! Will enters the conversation and informs Sami in no uncertain terms that he is done with her forever! Sami has a breakdown. Carrie approaches Sami with tears streaming down her face. She explains she doesn’t have the energy to throw another punch or be angry anymore. Carrie wants to know why she would stoop to this level. Sami explains the evolution of her plan. She recalls how in the springtime, she and Carrie teamed up to rid Austin’s life of Nicole, and in order to do this, Carrie had to talk to Victor to get the goods on Nicole. Sami recounts how they successfully blackmailed Nicole into leaving town. Sami flashes back to how she framed Carrie for being the one to blackmail her out of town, even thought it was really both of their idea, but Sami made sure all the evidence like Victor would be traced back to Carrie. Sami reveals how in May (during episode #200) Carrie and her mother, Anna, exposed Sami for being the one to orchestrate the plan to get Nicole out of Austin’s life. Sami remembers how Anna, Roman, and Carrie took a strong stance against her, and Sami says if SHE couldn’t have the family she always wanted with Roman, Eric, and Marlena, then she would be DAMNED if she saw Carrie have her parents together, Austin, and a baby to boot! Sami says she felt her father slowly slipping away from her and into the web of Carrie and Anna, and she confesses she wanted to make Carrie pay for taking Austin and Roman from her life. She also explains how when she went to Sunset Beach in May to bring runaway Will back home to Salem, she met Annie who revealed experience with baby snatching. Sami explains she always had reservations about doing it. She says she really solidified the deal when Carrie bonded with Will after he came out of the closet when all she (Sami) could do is push him away. Carrie, Austin, Lucas, Will, Roman, and Marlena confess they don’t know why they are shocked…but they are. They all cast her out of the Brady Family. Willow and Jan continue to fight and struggle. Jan tells Willow to go to hell and that she won’t tell her where baby Trey is! When Shawn and Belle leave the courtroom, they are served with papers informing them that temporary custody of Claire is going to Philip! Simone begs Austin and Carrie to leave Sami, the b!tch, alone and focus on what is important! THE BABY! Simone explains if baby Keith….she corrects herself….baby Roman does not get a bone marrow transplant from direct kin immediately, he will not make it through the night! Austin, Carrie, Lucas, Will, Bo, Hope, Roman, and the rest of the Brady’s rush to the hospital to see the baby and get tested to be matches for the baby. Sami is left alone and crying in the courtroom. Kate approaches her. Kate tells Sami that after fourteen long, long years, Sami is finally done for. Kate reveals to Sami that if she weren’t going to prison for the rest of her life, she’d be calculating revenge right now. Sami tries to grab Kate, but she is held back by the prison guards. Kate is the sole remaining person in court, and she now leaves. The judge asks Sami how she pleads to the kidnapping of Roman Roberts Reed. Sami says “Guilty.” The jury asks the judge for a brief recess to intake this recent information. When they return, Sami, who now sits alone, hears the verdict. The judge explains that since Sami confessed to the murder of Alan, but her defense was justifiable homicide, her case hinged on the fact that she is a good person and Alan was too evil to live. The judge says in light of all of this, however, the jury is not convinced Sami is a good person. The judge reveals Sami has been found guilty of 1st Degree Murder and Kidnapping. He sentences Sami to Twenty-Five Years to Life in prison. Sami collapses to her knees, crying.

    Episode #287 - Wednesday, January 17th, 2007:
    Simone warns Sami she’s going to PAY for what she‘s done! Austin and Sami get ready for her second day of trial. John reels from the revelation that he is Greta’s father! Frankie stays by Greta’s side as she is rushed to the hospital. Bo and Roman realize there are no clues at the site where Greta was almost strangled to death. Bo and Roman both have no idea on how to handle The Fury. Sarah overhears Frankie and John talking about how John is Greta’s father, and no one can find out! Sarah, meanwhile, records the conversation while neither of them can see her! Frankie says that Greta came to Salem to tell him, but she backed out because of Marlena’s delicate pregnancy. John is reminded of Marlena and tells Frankie that no one can hear about this! OPENING Simone and Vivian begin plotting and scheming as to how they can figure out exactly how Sami got baby Keith. Lucas predicts to Sami that she is going to be get acquitted and will live happily ever after with her and Will. Carrie and Mike meet in the park, and Mike tells Carrie he wants to be with her no matter what. Carrie breaks his heart, however, when she tells him that she must try and work things out with Austin. He reminds her she showed Austin the door when he started talking over Sami’s defense for her trial. She tells him they’ve both made mistakes, and they need to start the healing process together. Austin reminds Sami how she needs to be on her best behavior in court because they need to be convinced she is a good person and that Alan ruined her life. He says she can get acquitted if they prove justifiable homicide. Rae tells Simone that time is running out for baby Keith. Kate is jealous as Victor and Caroline bond, but Kate secretly wonders what Caroline would be feeling if she knew he was responsible for the fire that almost killed her. Shawn and Belle worry about Philip spending that time with Claire. Mike tells Carrie when she realizes Austin isn’t the one for her, he’ll be waiting there for her. Simone and Vivian decide to break into the hospital computer records and do a cross reference between Keith’s DNA and find his true parents. And Simone says if that doesn’t work, they can find out who the anonymous donor was and find the real parents that way. Carrie informs Mike that even if she and Austin don’t make it…they will always be each other’s soul mate…and everyone else will just be a runner up. She says even if she and Austin don’t end up together physically, their connection goes beyond. Mike asks her if she thinks that is why things didn’t work out when she left Salem to go Israel with Mike. And Carrie thinks it is. Mike agrees. Simone and Vivian break into the hospital labs and try to find the name of the donor who was a match for baby Keith. Bo and Roman continue to search for clues on the pier. They find nothing. Shane, John, and Steve join them, and they also find nothing. Austin hit’s a home run once again when it comes to painting Sami as a good person whose life was sent array by Alan Harris. Marlena tells Austin and Sami she’s sat in on many trials in her day as a psychiatrist, and Austin is doing in excellent job in proving that Sami killed Alan due to justifiable homicide. Sarah struggles with whether or not to run the story about Greta being John’s daughter. Cassie and Max grieve their baby as Abby grieves her relationship with Max. Jack bumps into Abby who confides in her father about what has happened. Jack tells Abby that she is not to blame for what happened to Cassie’s baby and that she shouldn’t feel guilty. Cassie and Max stumble across them, and Cassie lashes out at Abby for being a baby killer! Abby tells Max if she takes Cassie’s side over hers, then she is done with him forever! Max says he saw Abby fight with Cassie and yell and stress her out! Abby says when Max finds out what a manipulative b!tch Cassie is not to come back to Abby because she is not going to take him back after this. Abby storms off leaving Max with a secretly delighted Cassie. Jan asks her mother, Megan, what is in the Dimera Basement or better yet…who! Megan is confused and knows nothing about this. Jan explains to her how she and Jeremy heard screams coming from the catacombs of the Dimera basement. Vivian and Simone hit pay dirt when they find Keith’s donor’s name - Georgia Brady! Mike and Carrie share a dance to “How Do I Live” by Leanne Rimes. It is heartbreaking as Mike shares his last dance with the woman he loves. Mike says he will always love Carrie. Carrie says there is a woman out there for him, and he is going to find her! Mike and Carrie finish their dance, and he tells her that she deserves to be happy…and she better fight for Austin with everything she’s got! And he jokes, through the tears, that Austin better not be foolish enough to keep pushing her away. Carrie breaks Mike’s heart as she says goodbye to him for the final time.

    Episode #285 - Friday, January 12th, 2007:
    Bo speaks to the copycat attacker who has called Bo. The person is talking to him through a voice distorter so he cannot recognize the voice. Bo asks the monster to tell him his identity. The deep, dark, distorted voice replies… “For your purposes, Detective Brady, you can call me ‘The Fury.’” OPENING! Andy tells Roman and Shane that if the copycat is following a pattern then the next victim is going to die of strangulation because the Salem Strangler is next on the list of Salem’s famous serial attackers. Max and Abby are shocked to learn that Cassie’s baby has died while Cassie is devastated beyond words. She breaks down and screams and cries as she grieves her baby. Simone realizes that Sami must have gotten baby Keith illegally or there would be no secrecy about the family. Simone flashes back to when Keith’s health was failing, and Sami would not have been so secretive about helping her find a bone marrow donor if she had gotten the baby through legitimate channels. Philip (Jay Kenneth Johnson) has a touching reunion with Kate and Victor. Victor surprises him with an unexpected visit from Claire! He explains that he asked Belle if he could spend some time with her, but he didn’t mention anything about Philip’s return. Kate, Victor, Philip, and Claire bond. Bo screams at the Fury and tells him/her that he knows he/she is working for Stefano! Bo says he knows Stefano is back in Salem and is behind these attacks. The Fury lets out a deep, dark, guttural laugh that chills Bo to his core. The Fury tells Bo that he could not be any more off the mark if he tried. When Max removes Abby from Cassie's hospital room, he tells her that he blames her for this because of her relentless harassment of Cassie. Abby wipes tears away and says that, although she did lash out at Cassie, she had reason to, claiming the only time Cassie ever cried “Wolf,” and meant it, was this time. Simone sits by baby Keith’s side after his surgery and prays. Rae tells her it appears the surgery is working, and Keith’s vitals are improving slightly. When Bo asks the Fury about the attack on Alice Horton, he/she responds that everyone in Salem is going to feel the pain and misery, and NO ONE will be spared! Philip asks Victor what the family emergency was that he asked him to come home for. Philip asks if all of his brothers and sisters are all right. Victor confesses to Philip that he lied about the family emergency just to get him back to town! Philip is confused, but Victor and Kate tell him that they want…and need him back in Salem where he belongs! Dr. Rae tells Cassie she lost her baby because of a very stressful pregnancy. Rae tells Cassie that she should have been warned by her first doctor that she needed to have a very delicate pregnancy. Cassie says she was warned and tried her best to have a stress-free pregnancy, but Abby ruined it by lashing out at her today. Rae corrects Cassie by telling her, although Abby’s outburst did not help, the baby died because of months upon months of stress not because of this single argument. Cassie recalls how she’s been scheming and plotting for months to break up Abby and Max and keep Jeremy from learning that he is father of the baby. Melissa cannot get over Frankie. The fact that he told her he is going to be with Greta romantically kills her inside. She replays him telling her in her head over and over and over again. Not being able to take it anymore, Melissa calls her sister, Sarah, and asks her to come home to Salem. Vivian arrives to be with Simone and the baby. A rare, motherly side of Vivian comes out as she comforts Ivan’s niece and her baby. Vivian asks Simone how she even got baby Keith and where she’s been all this time. Simone and Vivian go to the Hospital Cafeteria while Rae checks out the baby. Simone tells Vivian all about how she got the baby from two of her friends in Salem. But now, she is thinking that her the transaction might not have been legal. Simone breaks down in Vivian’s arms and tells her that she can’t lose Keith….she can’t lose the baby! Bo arrives at the Police Station while talking on the cell phone to the Fury. He motions for Roman and Shane to put a tap on his cell phone. The Fury tells him that if he keeps working on trying to trace the phone call, he’ll never be able to save the next victim, whom the Fury is looking at right now. Bo is terrified. Philip tells his parents that he will stay in Salem until Bo’s wedding in February, but after that, he won’t be making any more promises. Vivian asks Simone to tell her the name of these friends who gave her the baby. Vivian tells Simone that Salem is not that big so she might know the person, or the person’s family, anyway. Simone tells Vivian Annie Douglas’ name. Vivian says she does not know her. Simone then tells her the second name of the “friend” who gave her the baby. When Simone tells her it’s Sami Brady, Vivian’s eyes and mouth open wide. Andy arrives at the hospital to spend time with his grandmother Caroline as he has been doing every day since he came to Salem. He sits and prays at her side. Suddenly….Caroline wakes up! The Fury ask Bo why he is not curious as to who the next victim is. Bo calls the person a sick bastard and tells The Fury to stop teasing him. The Fury tells him it is another good person of Salem. Bo demands the Fury tell him right now. The Fury informs Bo that it is Salem’s Pretty Little Princess. The line goes dead. Bo calls out to Roman and Shane, asking them for where the call was traced. They realize the call was made from the payphone at the pier. When Shane and Roman ask Bo what the caller said, Bo says that The Fury warned he is about to attack Salem’s Princess! The three man speculate as to who this could be. After a few seconds, Bo realizes who the next victim is. Bo storms out of the police station trying to save her! Meanwhile, at the pier, The Fury dressed in all black stalks the next victim......GRETA! She stares out onto the open waters, daydreaming of Frankie no doubt. She turns around suddenly when she hears someone sneaking up behind her. The Fury, dressed all in black, comes face to face with Greta who lets out a blood curdling scream. Her eyes grow big as they meet the eyes of the Fury. The fury wraps its hands around Greta’s neck and begins squeezing the life out of Greta!

    Episode #292 - Tuesday, January 23, 2007:
    Carrie attacks Sami and jumps on top of her, hitting, slapping, punching, and scratching her. Austin and Lucas grab Carrie and lift her off of Sami. Sami’s face is bloodied, and she is crying. Carrie screams….“You b!tch! Sami! You lying, evil, backstabbing wh0re! How could you do this to me? You stole my baby! A baby! An innocent, little baby! You b!tch” Carrie approaches her and punches her in the face once more. The judge asks for order in the court and demands a ten minute recess in order to deal with all of this, but he wants the district attorney to stay privy to this conversation since it pertains to the law. Austin, Carrie, and Lucas corner Sami. Austin says: “Say it, Sami! Say it! I want to hear it!”…he says as he grabs Sami with anger. He grinds his teeth and continues: “I want to hear it from your dirty, disgusting mouth!” Sami is taken aback by Austin’s rage. OPENING. Carrie continues screaming at Sami telling her that her evil is astounding! Carrie says she thought Sami would have learned her lessons about stealing babies when she stole Belle. Belle is outraged at Sami, as are Marlena, John, Roman, and Eric. Simone explains to everyone in the room that her baby, Keith….Carrie and Austin’s baby is very sick and in need of a transplant, and that is the reason all of this transpired! Lucas and Will approach Sami. Will demands his mother admit it. Will breaks down in tears and tells his mother to stop lying! “Stop it, mom! Stop!”…he exclaims. “We all know it’s true! Aunt Carrie has the proof in her hands! That’s why you wanted Georgia and I to donate that bone marrow to the hospital the other day! You’re nothing but a liar, mom! Admit it!”…he says as he breaks down in tears, and Austin and Carrie comfort him. Lucas walks to Sami and tells her to admit it. He grabs her and shakes her. He says if she’s ever loved him or Will, then admit it! Sami finally confesses that everything Simone and Vivian has said is true! Lucas is APPAULLED! Lucas points to Eric, as he cries. “We knew it! Eric and I knew it, didn’t we? We knew you and that Annie were keeping a secret! But this? This, Sami? Dear God! There is no end to your evil! What? You thought the only way to top being a terrorist was to kidnap your sister? Steal her baby? Make her grieve her baby? You’re a beast, Sami. You’re a demon. You’re evil!” Sami breaks down in tears and asks Lucas for another chance. Lucas laughs through his tears. “Never, Sami! NEVER! This face? You’ll never see it again!”…he says as he turns his back on her, but she runs to him and grabs him, screaming crying. “No, Sami! These lips? Never! Never! Your lips will never touch these again!”….he says as he leaves her, falling to her knees, sobbing. Eric and Caroline tell Sami that they have never been more disappointed in a person in all of their lives. Eric informs Sami that he is done being there for her. Caroline casts Sami out of the Brady Family! Roman walks to Sami and lifts her off the ground. He grabs her and shakes her. “How the hell could you do this? To your own sister? Your own sister, Sami? My flesh and blood? You stole…my grandson. My daughter’s baby. You are…you’re a monster, Sami. You’re a monster. “…he says in a shocked voice as if he is still in denial. Sami says… “Daddy, you’re the only person who has always been able to forgive me. Please, daddy, just listen to what I have to say.” And Roman replies “Sami…I am not your daddy.” And she asks...“What?” He replies… “I am not your Father. You are not my daughter. As of this day, my beautiful daughter - Samantha Jean - is dead to me. Dead.”…he says as he walks away. Sami falls to her knees after him. She screams and cries and lets out guttural moans. Marlena approaches her. Marlena pushes Sami to the ground when she tries to get up. Sami is floored. “Shocked, Sami? WELL YOU SHOULD BE!”…Marlena yells. “I have been so patient with you! Over and over and over and over and over and OVER AGAIN! I will be patient NO LONGER! The excuses I have heard come out of your mouth! Stefano! My not being there for you! My affair with John! Blah! Blah! Blah! Accountability, Samantha! ACCOUNTABILITY! No more excuses! This is your fault!”….Marlena yells. Sami tries to reply saying how Marlena not being there and Stefano kidnapping Marlena when she was young really affected her. “NO! Don’t pull that! What did I just say to you!? I said NO MORE! My not being there for you when you were younger doesn’t make you STEAL YOUR SISTER’S BABY! WAKE UP, SAMI! WAKE UP AND SEE THE TRUTH! You are heinous! Heinous! You did to Carrie the same thing Kristen did to me just a short few months ago, and I will not, I WILL NOT stand for this any longer!”…Marlena cries as her voice has now faded and become a faint whisper. “I am done with you, Sami. I am with Roman. You’re dead to me. You’re no better than Kristen or any other of those Dimera’s!”…Marlena exclaims as she spits on Sami who rests on the ground. Sami lies on the ground, crying and sobbing with scratches and blood on her face from Carrie, having just been spit on by her mother. She sits and sobs. Her sobs grow louder and louder and louder. It turns into an all out shriek. Close up on Sami’s screaming, spitty, bloody face. *FREEZE FRAME.*

    Episode #291 - Monday, January 22, 2007:
    Austin, Sami, Will, Carrie, Lucas, Marlena, Andy, John, Belle, Shawn, Bo, Billie, Caroline, Eric, Roman, Alice, Maggie, Sarah, Melissa, Frankie, Kayla, Steve, Georgia, Max, Cassie, Jack, Abby, Philip, Victor, and Kate all gather at the court house to hear the verdict in Sami’s trial for Alan’s murder. Vivian bursts into the courtroom and screams: "STOP! Your honor, STOP! Sami has committed her worst crime yet! She kidnapped her own sister’s baby boy and made her think he was dead!” Sami’s mouth drops open, as do the mouths of Marlena, Carrie, Austin, Lucas, Kate, and Will. Sami’s eyes bug out and her mouth hangs open. *FREEZE FRAME.* OPENING. The judge calls for order as everybody is in shock and whispering and talking to one another. Carrie stands and approaches Vivian and asks her what she means. Austin’s face still screams shock and awe. Vivian lashes out at Sami calling her a b!tch, a liar, and manipulative witch who has sunk to a new low by stealing Carrie’s baby and making her think it was dead! Carrie approaches Sami, grabs her, and lifts her out of her chair, asking her what the hell Vivian is talking about. Carrie shakes Sami. Sarah realizes she has a great story on her hands, and Jack warns her not to dare report on this, for the sake of the Brady’s. Jan asks Willow what the hell she wants. Willow tells Jan she (Willow) gave her baby Trey for a huge amount of money - and now she wants even more! Willow says Jan better pay up, or she’s going to tell Jan’s man everything! Sami shouts that Vivian is lying and shoves Carrie off of her. Sami sheds some tears and says she can’t believe Carrie would believe such horrible accusations about her! Sami points out that Vivian has a long history of lies and deceit. Lucas stands and jumps to Sami’s defense saying this can’t be true because the day Carrie gave birth was the same day of Will’s 18th birthday party, and he spent every second of the day with Sami on that day! Sami chimes in saying that is exactly true! Carrie realizes Lucas and Sami are right and turns to Vivian. Carrie accuses Vivian of being up to her old tricks. And Victor asks Vivian what the hell she is up to. Vivian says she swears on it! The Brady’s and the judge tell Vivian to get the hell out of the courtroom. Sami is relieved that she has gotten away with her scheme once again. Lucas kisses Sami. And they both sit. Austin and Carrie are both in shock, having just heard their son was alive. Marlena and Roman are relieved to hear this was all a lie. An officer approaches Vivian about removing her from the courtroom. Jan informs Willow that she doesn’t have the baby anymore because her little lie and their little deal was found out! Willow asks Jan who has the baby, and Jan refuses to say. Willow grabs Jan and demands she tell her. They begin struggling. Philip quickly leaves the courtroom and meets with another judge secretly. Philip offers the man a payment in exchange for his services. As the bailiff is removing Vivian from the courtroom, Simone bursts into the door, telling him to stop! Simone says everything Vivian has told them is true! Carrie asks who Simone is. Victor says it’s Ivan’s niece, Vivian’s assistant! Marlena says not to believe her because she is probably full of lies like Vivian and Ivan, and Sami concurs! Simone says: “I am more just Ivan’s niece or Vivian’s assistant!“…Simone says as she approaches Carrie and Austin. “I am the woman who has been raising YOUR child as my own! Because this B!TCH told me he was unwanted! It was all a god damn lie!”…Simone screams as she lunges at Sami. “UGH!!!! YOU B!TCH! I’M GONNA MAKE YOU PAY FOR THIS!”….she yells as she reaches for Sami with her hands out in claw formation trying to scratch Sami or grab her hair. Sami backs off, and Lucas steps in between the two women and holds Simone back. “Listen, Lady.”…Lucas says. “I don’t know who the hell you are, but we already have been through this! Sami has an alibi for this day! She was at her son’s birthday party with ME!” Simone laughs. “How does this whore have you all so blinded? Sami had help! She had an accomplice!”…Simone declares. The courtroom gasps. “A woman named….Annie Douglas!” Eric is taken aback at the mention of his ex-girlfriend’s name. “Annie must have been the one to steal the baby!”…Simone exclaims. Lucas, Austin, Carrie, Marlena, and Roman refuses to believe it and stand by Sami saying Simone and Vivian are a bunch of liars. “Here! See for yourself!”…Simone yells as she throws papers at Carrie, and they land at her feet. She picks them up and begins reading. Austin and Lucas ask what she is reading. Sami fears for her life. The look of worry and panic on her face is nothing like anyone has ever seen on her face before. She is petrified like never before. Marlena, Roman, and John look at her face and look at each other…they know the truth. Simone says… “It’s the proof you morons need to see Sami Brady is a lying, manipulative, kidnapping, evil b!tch! It’s my son’s…your son’s medical file. And Carrie’s. It’s proof that I am raising your son!” Carrie reads the paper. Austin and Lucas look on. A tear hits the paper. It’s Carrie’s. Carrie wipes away the tear. She turns around to face Sami. Sami says: “Carrie, look. She’s a liar. The papers can be faked. I-”…Sami is interrupted as Carrie screams and takes a step towards Sami and CLOCKS Sami across the face with her fist. Sami falls to the ground. She touches her face where Carrie has hit her. She looks up. Carrie screams… “I’M GONNA KILL YOU!”…Carrie leaps onto Sami. *FREEZE FRAME.*

    FEBRUARY SWEEPS PREVIEW!


    February Sweeps is going to begin a week early on Monday, January 22nd, and it is going to be nonstop action and drama for the next five weeks. Absolutely NO storyline will be the same at the beginning of Sweeps as it is at the end of Sweeps. January was a month to build, and February is a month of action and drama!


    The Fury: The storyline revolving around the Fury is going to intensify. He or she is going to use Bo and Billie’s wedding as a big source of vengeance and drama. All of Salem and, hopefully, the readers will be asking themselves who this terrible person is. We’re building up to the big reveal in March. No one is safe from the wrath of the Fury.


    John/Marlena/Kristen/Eric/Greta/Frankie/Melissa: Marlena is going to delve further into insanity thanks to Kristen. Marlena’s retirement party is going to be a big event. Eric will try desperately to keep his mother from learning he slept with Kristen. And John is going to try to tell Marlena, on his own terms, that he is Greta’s father. And at the party, one of the secrets is going to come out! And it won’t be pretty. This is going to be one of the biggest storylines of February. Every week, the ante is going to be upped, and it will end with a huge climax the last week of February.


    Philip/Belle/Shawn/Jan/Jeremy/Cassie/Max/Abby/Andy/Willow: These are nine people who should NOT be in close quarters with each other, but thanks to Willow, they will be! They are all going on a February Sweeps Adventure. Jan and Jeremy will be gettin’ busy, Shelle are going to fall deeper in love, Philip will become further immersed in the new faces of Salem, and Abby is going to realize Max might not be worth her time. We’re building to a huge exit in the spring for one of these characters.


    Jack/Billie/Bo/Hope/Megan/Julie: Bo and Billie’s wedding is coming up on Valentine’s Day. The Fury, Hope, Jack, and Julie are all going to be trying to stop it, each for different reasons. Hope is going to break free from that warehouse in London in very early February, and Kristian Alfonso (Hope) will be back! Billie will make a huge, huge, huge decision, and she will get devastating news that is going to change her life forever. Someone in this storyline is going to be leaving the show.


    Carrie/Austin/Simone/Keith: This week, Carrie and Austin learn their baby is alive, and it is going to be a race to save baby Keith, or as Carrie and Austin know him, Roman Roberts. The couple will be leaving the show this month, but if they are going to leave town as a couple, they have a lot of healing to do.


    Georgia: Georgia is going to delve further and further into the fashion and modeling industry. She’s going to see just how ugly and horrible it can be. She’s still going to be isolated on a storyline island of her own for February, but in the Spring, she is going to collide with another storyline in a huge way.


    Sami: Sami will be headed to prison where she belongs, and she won’t be forgiven for any of her latest crimes. As far as the Brady’s are concerned, Sami is dead. But for her, life has to go on. Ms. Brady has never truly had a man love her. Brandon, Austin, and Lucas were all in love with a Sami that never existed. In February, she is going to find a man who can relate to her and that, in time, can grow to love her very much. Readers are going to have to pick their jaws up from their computer desks when they see who it is! Fans should keep their eye on Sami. This is the beginning of big things for her. But the storyline is top secret.


    Vivian/Kate/Victor/Caroline: This is going to be a huge month for this storyline. Everything we’ve been building up to for ten months is going to come to a climax. The Alamain vs. Titan rivalry is going to end at the beginning of the month, and then all hell is going to break loose. All of Kate’s secrets will be coming out. The identity of her other twin child is going to be revealed. Caroline is going to learn the truth about Victor. By the end of the month, there will be no more secrets in this storyline!


    Steve/Kayla: Just like on the real show, Steve is going to be having some intense flashbacks about his life before after he “died” and before he woke up and began his life as an amnesiac. Only differently from the show, Kayla will not be there to support him. She is not going to forgive him for what he has done to her.


    Comings and Goings: Thaao Penglis and Ari Zuker will finally be back. Each will be back in a very shocking way. A mystery person is going to be returning, but that is going to be a surprise until the day he or she returns. As far as exits, there will be a few big ones.

    Vivian and Simone realize Sami must have stolen CARRIE’S baby! Austin, Sami, Will, Carrie, Lucas, Marlena, Andy, John, Belle, Shawn, Bo, Billie, Caroline, Eric, Roman, Alice, Maggie, Sarah, Melissa, Frankie, Kayla, Steve, Georgia, Max, Cassie, Jack, Abby, Philip, Victor, and Kate all gather at the court house to hear the verdict in Sami’s trial for Alan’s murder. Simone is devastated and horrified to learn that baby Keith comes from a good home and decent parents, who deserve to have him back in their lives. Rae tries desperately to save Keith, but his health continues to fail because he hasn’t received a bone marrow donation from a direct kin. OPENING. Shawn and Billie have another confrontation in which he tells her she isn’t good enough for her father. Julie and Megan continue to try and plot to stop Bo and Billie’s wedding. Austin thanks Sami for behaving the way she did, saying it was her good demeanor and peaceful manner that allowed them to convince the jury she is a good person who did this because of justifiable homicide. Shawn and Belle have an awkward moment with Philip when they bump into him in the park. Philip realizes he misses Claire more than he realized! Kate and Victor push Philip to lay down some roots in Salem and go after Claire! Willow (Bree Williamson) arrives in Salem and is hell bent on finding Jan in order to blackmail her for more money. Sami says if Will keeps his cool and sits through the trial today and lets her take the not-guilty Jack and Sarah clash when he rips her apart for her story about Greta that left nothing up to the imagination. Jack lashes out at Sarah, saying she is nothing like a true Horton. He says anyone with a heart would never do this to a family friend. Lucas tells Sami the local papers are predicting she will get off for the murder based on how well Austin has defended Sami. Lucas thanks Austin for everything he has done for Sami. The two brothers have a touching moment. Jan and Jeremy flashback to the guttural moans and screams they heard in the Dimera basement. Cassie asks Max what is next for them. Max is hesitant to answer, but Cassie has delusions of grandeur in her head. Kate, Victor, Philip, and Billie make sure Lucas know they want him and Will to be happy, and although they do not want him with Sami, they know he will not find happiness if she is found guilty today so they tell him he is in their prayers. Kate says she must agree with Sami for once - Alan deserved to die for what he did to Will. Jan asks Jeremy if he would like to spend some time with her. He realizes that she is asking him on a date in her stand-offish way, but he says the only way he would do this if she tells Shawn and Belle where she found baby Trey so they can acquire custody. She refuses saying Shawn and Belle are better off not knowing. Sarah fires back to Jack saying she is more of a Horton than he knows. She flashes back to overhearing Frankie tell John he is Greta’s father. She gets teary and tells Jack he knows nothing about her and that he should check his facts before he makes such big statements. Sarah tells Jack that their relationship is purely professional and that she doesn’t consider him a Horton anymore either! Jack realizes he must have struck a chord deep in Sarah when he said something about her not really being a Horton. Lucas and Sami map out their future for when she is acquitted for the murder. Vivian and Simone search the computer files and try to find the files they need to prove their theory that Keith is the daughter of Carrie and Austin. Vivian realizes her theory is right! Vivian says they need to tell Austin and Carrie immediately so that they can get to the hospital and donate their bone marrow in order to save baby Keith. The Brady’s, the Horton’s, the Robert’s, and the Reed’s all sit down and await Sami’s verdict. Jan is floored when she opens the door and sees Willow standing in front of her! She faints. Rae informs Simone and Vivian that Keith will not survive the day without his transplant. They scurry to find Austin and Carrie! The jury announces to the court that they’ve made their decision. Vivian and Simone frantically search all over Salem for Austin and Carrie, but they cannot find them anywhere. The judge is told by the bailiff that there is an urgent call for the judge. So, the judge dismisses the court for a ten minute recess. Simone realizes Sami’s verdict is being read today! Simone and Vivian rush to the courthouse. The judge reveals the jury has come to a decision regarding Sami’s fight. Sami clutches Lucas’ hand as she realizes her fate is seconds away from being announced. Vivian and Simone find that the police will not let them into the court room. The judge says the Sami has been found….. Vivian and Simone burst through the doors of the court. “Stop! You can’t do this!”….Vivian yells. Everyone is baffled by Vivian’s outburst. “She's not the person you think she is! You can’t announce the verdict yet! Sami….Samantha Brady isn’t even on trial for her most dastardly…most evil crime yet! She’s sunk to a new low…even for her!” Sami is shocked and confused. She and Lucas shares looks with one another. Kate is intrigued. The judge asks Vivian what crime she is taking about. “Kidnapping, your honor! Sami kidnapped a baby and made the mother and father think the baby was dead!.....................Sami Brady kidnapped her own sister’s baby!” The faces of Marlena, Carrie, Austin, Lucas, Kate, and Will change from confusion to shock. Sami’s eyes bug out and her mouth hangs open. *FREEZE FRAME.*

    The blog is very excited to announce that a popular character will be returning to the canvas in February! The rumor is the actor is going to have a contract and a promise of a long-term storyline! The name of the character and the actor is being kept under wraps for a surprise debut on Friday, February 2nd. "I am SO excited about this return! Nicole (Ari) and Tony (Thaao) will both be returning to the show, but this is the biggie. I'm excited about all of the returns, but this is the one that is going to have the most longevity of story."

    "Kristian Alfonso will first air on Wednesday, February 7th, and she will be back from her leave. Hope is going to be back and feistier than ever! Farah Fath (Mimi Lockhart) and Eric Winter (Rex Dimera) will begin their two week stints on February 16th. For the returns of Nicole and Tony, I can't say because the way each of them return is going to be a surprise!"

    Sami returns to her cell where she finds Simone. Sarah wonders if she should run the story about John being Greta’s father. Greta wakes up in the hospital and comes faces to face with Frankie. The two kiss, and he fills her in on everything that happened. Marlena plans her retirement party. Simone tells Sami she has one final chance to tell her where she got the baby from. Sami refuses. Simone calls Sami a callous, heartless [!@#$%^&*] and tells Sami she is going to see her pay and suffer more than she has before - ever! OPENING! Caroline and Victor bond. Georgia weighs herself constantly, and she decides to join the gym at Titan. Shane has a touching goodbye with Andy, and he asks Kayla to take good care of his son for her. John tries to grapple with the news that he is Greta’s father. Greta tells Bo and Roman everything she remembers…which isn’t much! She explains that someone dressed all in black attacked her on the pier and strangled the life out of her. Marlena and Rae have a session in which Marlena explains she hasn’t had any hallucinations lately. And Rae asks Marlena if she still wants to retire, and she says she does. Sami fires back at Simone and tells her not to make any threats she can’t keep! Simone reaches into the cell and grabs Sami’s shirt. She pulls Sami towards the bars and smashes Sami’s face against the bars. Simone warns Sami that she isn’t saying anything that she can’t follow through on. Frankie shocks Greta when he tells her that John knows he is her father! Frankie reveals he told John when it appeared Greta was not going to be waking up. Sarah decides the best thing to do would be to cover the story on Greta’s attack and leave everything out about John being her father. Georgia keeps replaying Felicia’s words in her mind about how she needs to lose 5 pounds by the end of the month. Caroline is honest with Victor and says she will never fully be over Shawn who was the love of her life. Victor understands, but she says she does want to find a way to be with Victor. Simone meets with Vivian back at the hospital where they plot and scheme to find out how Georgia and Keith could be related. Shawn and Belle worry Philip could try to make a move to steal Claire from them. Vivian and Simone break into the computers and get a computer read out of everyone in Salem that Georgia is related to. Victor and Caroline bond and share a sweet kiss. Roo and Felicia inform Georgia that she is going to be doing a runway show next week! Roo, her trainer, assigns her to keep practicing her walk for the show. John enters Greta’s room, and they both look at each other in shock and awe. John takes Greta into his arms and hugs her. Sarah’s story on Greta’s attack sends a chilling brush through Salem. Vivian tells Simone she is very intimate with Georgia Brady’s parents, Billie and Bo, so she knows she ca Austin and Sami celebrate in her jail cell as they celebrate hern find out who Keith’s mother is by looking at the list. Simone says it can’t be that hard! Simone asks Vivian who in the family was pregnant last year! Vivian says he just got home to Salem recently and doesn’t know! Vivian wracks her brain and realizes Marlena and Carrie were both pregnant…then, it comes to Vivian….”It’s her sister!”…Vivian exclaims. “It’s Sami’s sister! Carrie! SAMI STOLE HER SISTER’S BABY!”

    Frankie, Bo, and John continue to try and save Greta while Jack, Melissa, and Sarah look on, helplessly. Rae tries desperately to save baby Keith’s life. Vivian and Simone make a pact never to tell anyone about how Simone shadily got the baby from Sami. Jan and Jeremy remember when they were locked in the basement and the guttural moans they heard coming from the depths of the catacombs beneath the Dimera Mansion. Eric, Andy, and Kayla gather by Caroline’s side as she comes to! Caroline asks Kayla to call Victor, and she reluctantly agrees. Philip, Kate, and Victor’s family bonding is interrupted by a call from Kayla, telling Victor that Caroline is awake! Rae informs Simone and Vivian that the bone marrow transplant apparently did not work and baby Keith is going to die unless he receives another from a donor who is a better match. Simone breaks down in Vivian’s arms. OPENING! Georgia arrives at Felicia’s Modeling Agency for more lessons with Roo on how to perfect her Runway Walk, how to embrace her look, and how to give a photographer what he is looking for in a shoot. Sarah starts to take notes on Greta’s attack and begins piecing together a P.O.V. for the article, but Jack stops her saying that Greta is his friend, and he won’t write an article that ruins any privacy or confidentiality for Greta. He says he is going to wait and see if she is all right until he begins writing and that Sarah to do the same. Sarah tells Jack she is a reporter and her #1 priority is informing the public not protecting the woman who broke her sister’s heart. Jack is shocked, as is Melissa. Vivian tells Simone she might have to give up Keith in order to save his life…and Simone realizes she has a big decision to make. Belle and Shawn go to Victor’s to pick up Claire, and both of them are shocked beyond words to see Philip answer the door…with Claire in his hands! Roo tells Felicia she has never worked with such a naturally gifted and such a quick study as Georgia is. Felicia says she is hard on her, but she agrees that Georgia is going to be an amazing model one day, and Roo says she already is! Melissa tells Sarah she should respect Greta and the situation, but Sarah tells Melissa that she is going ahead with the story because that is her job. Vivian convinces Simone that she must find Keith’s real parents in order to save his life and that is more important than Simone raising him. Victor has a touching reunion with Caroline. Belle reaches out and grabs Claire from Philip. Belle asks if this was some plan in order to get Philip to spend more time with Claire, but Philip simply says he happened to come home to Salem for Bo’s wedding early…during Victor’s visit with Claire. Abby is horribly devastated over her break up with Max. Max and Cassie have a small ceremony to bury their baby. The only people in attendance are Cassie’s mother, Marlena, and Jan. The four share a touching goodbye with the baby as Cassie recalls to herself that Jeremy is really the baby’s father. Bo and John tell Frankie to give up trying to bring Greta back to life, but he refuses. John grabs Frankie and tries to pull him back from Greta, and Frankie blurts out that John is Greta’s father! John is shocked, and he is the only one to hear it. Frankie tells John not to give up on his daughter! Frankie finally succeeds in breathing life back into Greta! Greta awakens with a big puff and gasps for breath. Everyone is shocked at the miracle that has just occurred. Felicia scolds Georgia and demands she lose five pounds by the end of the month. Belle and Shawn refuse to believe Philip and tell him to stay away from their daughter. Shawn informs Philip that the days of him spending time with Claire are over. When alone, Philip tells Kate that he did not like the way Belle and Shawn treated him, considering he raised Claire for the first year of his life. Kate eggs her son on…asking him if he is going to sit and talk about it….or do something about it! Philip looks like a Kiriakis for the first time ever and gives her a very aggressive look. John is FLOORED by Frankie’s confession about how John is Greta’s father! Max and Cassie grieve their baby and grow closer than ever over the circumstances. Simone goes to Sami’s jail cell and demands Sami tell her every detail as to where and how Sami got baby Keith. Simone informs Sami that Keith is dying…and he is going to lose his life unless he receives the bone marrow from a direct kin, which in this case can only be his parents! Sami is devastated, but she tells Simone she is not going to tell her the identities! Simone asks Sami if she stole the baby, and Sami says no. Simone calls Sami a liar! Simone gives her one more chance to tell her. Sami says no. Simone tells Sami she is going to make Sami pay for putting Keith’s life in danger. Simone says she has heard Sami is the badass of Salem…the resident witch, but Simone tells Sami that she has just f*cked with the WRONG person, and she is going to PAY!

    Episode #286 - Monday, January 15th, 2007:
    The Fury continues strangling the life out of Greta on the pier while Bo, Roman, Shane, and John begin an intense search to find her. Sarah Horton (Susan Ward) returns to Salem and has a touching reunion with Maggie and Melissa. Maggie and Sarah try to comfort Melissa over Frankie breaking her heart. Jack gets a call from an old friend - the owner and editor of The Salem Spectator! Jack’s old friend calls him in for a meeting and asks Jack if he would like to come back to the newspaper so he can takeover the reporting on the copycat assailant terrorizing Salem. Jack quickly agrees, recalling all of the amazing times he had at the paper with Jennifer. Vivian is shocked when Simone tells her that Sami Brady helped her get baby Keith. Simone realizes Vivian must know Sami and begins asking Vivian about her. Vivian informs Simone that Sami is one of the most evil people on the face of the earth and definitely the most evil person in Salem. Simone is floored. OPENING. Max tells Abby that he will never be able to forgive her for causing the death of his and Cassie’s baby. A tearful Abby explains that she didn’t mean to hurt Cassie or the baby and says she thought Cassie was faking her ailment and pains in order to keep them from telling her that they’ve gotten back together like she has been doing for months! Jan and Jeremy continue to bond in the basement of the Dimera Mansion, but Jan is beginning to worry because it’s been hours since the time she and Cassie had decided on letting them out of the basement. The Fury leaves Greta’s lifeless body on the pier. Seconds later, Bo, John, Roman, and Shane stumble across it. Bo and John scream out for her and rush to her side. Bo and John begin CPR in order to breathe life back into Greta. Shane and Roman call an ambulance for help. Vivian convinces Simone that Sami is always up to no good and if she gave her a baby…it would be for one reason only….that she didn’t want someone ELSE to have that baby! Sarah, Melissa, and Maggie visit a comatose Mickey, and his frail state brings Sarah to tears. The three Horton women stand by his side and pray for his recovery. Max tells Abby that they are through…for good! Cassie is secretly eavesdropping and is very happy about this latest development. Kristen and Eric face off as he lashes out at her for being a terrible person for everything she has done to his mother and his step-father. She says it’s only just begun, recalling the night of sex she tricked him into. Kristen informs Eric of her plan to expose their affair to Marlena. Eric grabs Kristen and demands she never breathe a word of this to Marlena. Simone breaks down and tells Vivian she can’t lose baby Keith. Simone says they must keep Sami’s connection to Keith a secret because if Sami stole this baby, then the real mother is going to take Keith from Simone, and Simone says she can’t deal with that. Vivian promises to keep Simone’s baby secret. Jan and Jeremy manage to escape from the basement…but Jan and Jeremy hear a deep scream from the bowels of the Dimera Mansion that makes them think someone else is down there with them. Panicking, Jan and Jeremy continue their escape and emerge from the basement where they find the light of day. Sarah reveals to Maggie and Melissa that she’s already found a job in Salem. They are curious and ask where she’ll be working. She says she is about to meet her co-worker in a few minutes at Salem Place. Melissa, Sarah, and Maggie arrive at Salem Place where Sarah comes face to face with her new co-worker - Jack! Kristen pulls Eric into a kiss, and he throws her off of him. Eric tells her that she’s insane and has lost her mind, but Kristen informs him that happened years ago…his mother saw to that! Vivian and Simone vow to keep baby Keith in Simone’s custody no matter what. Meanwhile, Dr. Rae Choi is called to the post-operation room of baby Keith whose condition worsens. Jan and Jeremy wonder if they should tell anyone about what they heard in the basement of the Dimera Mansion. Jan recalls her mother confessing to her that she is the daughter of Stefano Dimera and that means Jan is the grand-daughter of Stefano. Jan’s wheels start turning, and she realizes that she should probably help keep whatever Dimera secret is in the basement, and so she does…Jan convinces Jeremy that they should keep what they heard in the basement a secret! Jack is shocked that Sarah Horton is the new up and coming, edgey, talented writer the owner of the Spectator told him about! When they hear sirens, they realize the Fury may have struck again. Frankie arrives at the pier where John and Bo try to save Greta’s life. Frankie tells Bo he was supposed to meet Greta here. He asks Bo what happened, and who they are trying to save. Bo tells Frankie to stay back and stay away from the victim. Frankie cannot and approaches the body. Frankie screams and cries out as he sees Greta’s face! Rae calls for a crash cart as she realizes that baby Keith’s vitals are dropping…and fast! Frankie falls to his knees and begins breathing life into Greta. Meanwhile, Jack, Sarah, and Melissa arrive on the scene. Melissa is terrified to see the love of her life, Frankie, trying to bring her arch-nemesis, Greta, back from the brink of death. Jack informs Sarah that the woman is Greta. Sarah turns to Melissa and asks her if this is the same Greta who took Frankie from her. Melissa says yes. Jack, Sarah, and Melissa look on in horror as they see Frankie attempt to bring Greta back from the dead.

    "Sunset Beach" Alum and movie actress, Susan Ward, has landed the role of Sarah Horton! Sarah is the only biological child of Maggie Horton and adopted daughter of Mickey. She will be coming home to Salem due to the recent incidents with Alice and Mickey Horton. Sarah moved to Nashville, Tennessee in the early nineties to be with her adopted sister, Melissa, with whom she will also be interacting very heavily upon her arrival! It is unknown at the moment whether the actress is going to be given a contract. "I am a huge, huge, HUGE Susan Ward fan, and I am very excited to be writing for her."...says the headwriter. "Sarah is a Horton, and she is very needed in Salem, especially considering the incidents with Mickey, Alice, and Jennifer. She is going to be all grown up. She's a beautiful, sexy, twenty-five year old woman who is going to be turning some heads. Sarah never really had an opportunity to grow and shine, but she will now." She will first air on Monday, January 15.

    Farah Fath and Eric Winter will reprise their roles of Mimi Lockhart and Rex Dimera next month! The stint is only slated for February Sweeps and not long after. Their returns will be for a top secret storyline having to do with Shawn, Belle, Philip, Max, and Cassie to name a few. The couple was last seen in May when they both left town together and will be seen again in early February!
