SIX CHARACTERS GONE! As promised, the action-packed May Sweeps will have some casualties! Six characters will be leaving the show this May. We can't reveal much, but here is what we CAN reveal! - Everyone is leaving on very friendly terms, and those characters who leave Salem alive have a very good chance of returning. - One young actor will be leaving in a very dramatic and permanent fashion. - One of them is a vet of the show and is being killed off. - One of them is an actress the show hates to see go, unfortunately, the story necessitates it. - Two of them are a couple that the show does not have room for on the canvas. - One is rumored to be Wayne Northrop (Stefano). Is Stefano's reign of terror FINALLY over? Stay TUNED! Here are some more rumors: - The show is rumored to be doing three very daring stories - one is a breast cancer story, one is a story that DAYS has never decided to take on with one of its contract characters before, although, daytime has, and the third is a shocking twist that is very similiar to something contraversial being done on the *REAL* DAYS right now. - The crossover with "Passions" has been receiving acclaim. Do not be surprised to see another crossover. This time, a permanent one, and with a character/actress from NBC's "Sunset Beach." - The show is going to cut down on the casting for a while and focus on its current cast for July through the Fall, but the show wants to rake in at least TWO big returns for the fall. - As previously reported, an actress is being considered to return to the show in a different role than the one she used to play...who is now dead! According to a source, the current writer regrets killing the actress off, and she'll be back in a hot new storyline for the summer. This rumor is INDEED true!

Episode #91 - April 17, 2006: - Hope faints when Liam tells her who Mason is. - Bo finds Billie. Billie tells Bo about how Earlene let go of her hand and plunged to her death, but first Earlene told Billie that Stefano bought Georgia and gave her to a man with Maine license plates. Paige sets off to find Stefano and confront him. - Stefano reveals to Bart that his plan to erase John’s memory is only seconds away from being completed. - Bonnie mourns Patrick and recalls how Tony killed Patrick in the blast and how she had to make sure Tony suffered the same fate. - Ivy vows revenge on Kate Roberts! - John remembers all of his best and most romantic times with Marlena before the final procedure is done, and he forgets everything. - Hope awakens. Mason tells her he can’t believe that she’s alive after all these years. - Bo and Billie get caught up in the moment of receiving news on Georgia. They hug. As they pull away, their faces are close. They share an intense and passionate kiss. - Celeste recalls seeing Ivy Crane. She says that her worst nightmare has come back to haunt her. - Bonnie recalls arguing with Tony before pulling the plug on him and ending his life. - Marlena makes her escape. Guards catch her. She breaks free and runs from them. While she runs, she knocks over a candle, and a fire starts. - Stefano has Bart load an unconscious John into a van outside the mansion. The car waits to take him to the airport where a plan will take him to Europe. Stefano learns that there is a fire in the mansion. - Paige overhears Stefano mention a town called Salem near Chicago. She then confronts Stefano about he’s been lying about being her father for YEARS. Stefano denies it. Paige tells him to stop lying because she knows the truth. Paige demands to know who her parents are. Stefano refuses to tell her. She asks if her parents are in Salem. Stefano is taken aback, and Paige knows at that moment that she is correct and her parents are indeed from Salem! - Ivy swears revenge on that little slut, Kate Roberts! - Hope feels a connection to Mason. She hugs him and holds the teenager and while Liam recounts the details of his birth, Hope has flashes of giving birth to Mason. - Bo and Billie pull away from the kiss. They rebound from the moment by getting a move on, packing up, and heading to Maine. - Lexie tries in vain to get Abe to forgive her for her affair with Tek. - Tek gets delayed orders from Stefano to put the final nail in the coffin of Abe and Lexie's marriage. - Bonnie remembers breaking into the police station and falling into Abe and Roman’s trap and then narrowly escaping them. - Marlena searches for John in the mansion. She runs into Bart who captures Marlena. He tells her that John is no longer in the mansion. He shows her John’s cell for proof. He explains that he needs to get them both out of the mansion before the fire spreads to this wing. Marlena breaks free from Bart and escapes the mansion. - Hope makes contact with her old friend, Lily Faversham, while at Liam’s mansion and asks Lily if she knew about any of this. Lily regretfully informs Hope that what Liam is saying is true. Lily tells Hope that she’s always wanted to tell her about the man she fell in love with while she was Gina, but she didn’t want to ruin Hope’s happiness. Lily swears that she had no idea Hope gave birth during her time as Gina. - Marlena makes her way to the van and starts the engine. Stefano is horrified when Paige confesses that she let Marlena out of the cell! Stefano takes off after Marlena. Marlena has gotten into the van that Bart put John in. She has no idea! Marlena races off just as Stefano runs out of the mansion. Marlena races away. A few miles down the road, Marlena crashes the car and goes careening over the edge.

SPECIAL PRIMETIME EPISODE! On April 28th, the blog will feature a special primetime episode! The show kicked off its own special May Sweeps period on Friday, April 14th, but it is using the 28th as a kick-off to the official Sweeps period. The show will mark the milestone of episode #100 on April 28th with a special two-hour episode! One hour will debut in the day as normal, and the other will air at night. The show won’t reveal much but promises that the two hours will feature Lucas/Sami/Austin/Carrie and Billie/Bo/Hope/Liam heavily. “The focus of the episode will be these eight. There is a crazy combination of couples in both love quadrangles, and both storylines will come to a shocking climax. One DAYS supercouple will be re-united during the two hours, and one will be torn apart in a way like never before!”…says a source in the writing department. It is also the first of five episodes that Ari Zuker (Nicole) will be back for. “We’re excited to have Ari and Nicole back. She’s going to sweep through town and leave lives destroyed in her wake. Nicole left as a victim when we last saw her, but Nicole fans will get a more proper send-off this time. Nicole’s a strong character. And she’ll get a much more suitable write-off now. We were always intending for Nicole to come back for a short stint to wrap things up so it’s great it worked out.” The show also promises the shocking engagement of one couple during the two hours that will both shock all fans and upset most. “Fans are going to be P.O.-ed when they learn who gets engaged, but they shouldn’t be upset for too long because the dissolution of the engagement and the character’s comeuppance will also take place in Sweeps period only a few weeks later.” And lastly, some juicy secrets are going to be revealed to the audience! “By the time that episode roles around, fans will be chomping at the bit to find out how Ivy Crane and Kate Roberts know each other. That will be revealed in this episode to the fans only. And Ivy and Max have scenes that will be a delight. Episode #90 - April 14th 2006: - Roman, Jack, and Abe await Tony’s killer to take the bait. - Paige realizes that her father, Stefano, is an evil man and is terrorizing Marlena. - A beautiful blonde woman sits in a little bed and breakfast in a harbor town of Massachusetts. She stands. It is Ivy Winthrop, a striking and sophisticated woman from Harmony, Ma. She picks up the phone and books a room at the Salem Inn. She finishes packing and closes her bag. She goes to the airport and boards a plane for Salem. - Mimi is shocked and horrified to learn that Shawn and Jan are married. Mimi cannot believe that Shawn would dump her at the altar just to marry the likes of Jan Spears. - The police arrive on the scene and can clearly see that Abby killed her attempted-rapist in self-defense. They arrest Derek. - Kate and Bonnie face off and blame the other for killing Tony. When alone, Kate learns that she has one more secret that only one person knows. She is thankful that this person is far from Salem. - Hope tells Liam that she’s remembering or, at least, had a flash of the cabin. - Bo and Billie grill Earlene about Georgia, but she doesn’t budge. - Abby tells Austin, Carrie, Cassie, Lucas, and Max that she remembers standing over a dead Tony. Cassie accuses Abby of killing him. They need to be separated again. -Stefano takes much pleasure in the fact that John’s memory is fully erased. He plans on having John dropped off in the middle of Europe and watch him squirm and figure out his past like a lab rat. Stefano prepares Marlena for the memory-erasing surgery, as well. - Celeste goes to the Salem Inn to visit Lexie, who has been thrown out by Abe and has sought temporary refuge at the Inn with Jack and Maggie (before she “died.”) - Shawn presents Mimi with his son from Jan. Mimi is shocked to meet Trey Brady. - Ivy arrives in Salem. She explains to the cab driver that she’s here on business. He says he recognizes her as the former Mrs. Julian Crane. She says that she is done with that life and is now the proud owner of a bed and breakfast that she runs with her fiancé, Sam. She says that is the reason she is in Salem – to look into opening a bed and breakfast there, as well. - Max and Austin and Lucas agree that Abby must return home. So, Max, Cassie, and Abby board a plane for Salem. Jennifer meets them when they land. Jennifer takes Abby home. - Liam asks Hope very hard to remember what happened at the cabin the year they went into hiding from her boss, Stefano. She tries and tries. She can’t remember anything. - Earlene refuses to hand over any information. - Stefano talks to Bart about how Paige is not really his daughter, but how he loves her as if she was. Paige overhears. Stefano tells Bart that if Marlena knew the circumstances about how he found Paige, then she’d be able to figure out who Paige is. Paige leaves without being found. - Tony’s murderess dons a black suit and a black mask in order to steal the DNA evidence from the police station. - Rex comforts Mimi over Shawn. - Billie pulls a gun on Earlene. Bo begs Billie to put the gun down. She refuses. - A devastated and tearful Paige finds Marlena’s cell. Marlena begs her to let her free. Marlena tells her that she is not really Stefano’s daughter. Paige says that she knows. Marlena asks her if she knows where John is. Paige says she doesn’t. - The police station learns there has been a break-in in the lab. Just then, the power in the police station goes out. - Rex and Mimi share a kiss. - Earlene tells Billie that she sold her baby to someone. She doesn’t know who it was. Billie is angered and devastated, but agrees to let Earlene live. Earlene runs. Billie runs after her. Bo runs after them but loses them. They struggle by a cliff in the bayou. Earlene falls over the edge. - Ivy arrives at the Salem Inn. Celeste sees Ivy as she is leaving. Celeste panics as she realizes that she knows Ivy and her past has come back to haunt her. - Paige lets Marlena free. Marlena is paralyzed with joy. She begs, through tears, for Paige to help her find John. Paige says she can’t. Paige fears what Stefano will do to her. - Tony’s murderess gets to the DNA evidence and realizes that there is none, and all of this has been a trick. She runs to the window to escape. Roman, Abe, and Jack burst into the door with flashlights. They search the room. The woman is gone. - Billie holds Earlene with one hand and prays that she can keep her from falling off the cliff. Earlene says that this is her punishment from being such a bad person. Billie tells her that she’ll save her. Earlene says to let her go. She deserves to die. - Marlena begs Paige to come with her. Paige says that she can’t. She says that she has to stay and confront Stefano and figure out who she is and where comes from. - Stefano tells Bart that Paige cannot discover who her real parents are. He explains that he has kept her at this secluded mansion in Maine for one reason – in order to help torture his enemies in Salem. He explains that he loves her like a daughter and can never let her know where she comes from. - Earlene tells Billie that she knows exactly whom she sold Georgia to. She tells Billie that she sold Georgia to a man before Billie even gave birth. She says that she was hired to induce Billie’s pregnancy and steal the baby. She says that she sold it to a man named Stefano. Billie asks her where Stefano took Georgia. Earlene says she does not know, but the man to whom Stefano gave the baby got into a car with a Maine license plate. Earlene can’t keep herself up anymore. She lets go of Billie’s hand falls to her death. - Liam asks Hope to remember the year in the cabin before Stefano took her from him and “killed” her. She says she can’t. She asks what happened that year. Liam explains that their love was so strong it was able to do anything – even overcome her omnipotent and omniscient boss. He says it was the greatest thing he’s ever felt. And the greatest love he’s ever seen. He says that he is going to show her what happened that year. He leaves the room and comes back with a handsome, regal, sophisticated young man. The young teen, Mason, cannot believe his eyes. He steps back in shock. Liam tells Hope that this is Mason (Matt Czuchry), their son. - Celeste exits the Salem Inn quickly. Ivy swears that she just saw a woman from her past. A woman named Frankie. Ivy shrugs it off, saying that it can’t be true. She opens the Salem Spectator and is shocked to see Kate in the papers. Ivy drops her water glass. Ivy says… “Bitch!” - Tony’s murderess walks down an alleyway. She removes her black coat. She throws it in the garbage. She removes her black sweatpants. She throws them in the garbage. She faces the garbage. She takes off the mask. Blonde hair falls out. She throws it in the garbage. She turns. It’s Bonnie Lockhart.

Episode #89 - Thursday, April 13th, 2006: - Rex and Mimi return to Salem. - Bo and Billie almost kiss. - Hope tells Liam that she doesn’t remember anything from 1990 to 1995. Liam tells her that they were lovers…and husband and wife. - Cassie, Carrie, Austin, Lucas, and Max follow Derek. - Bonnie squares off with Melissa and wins when Mickey sides with Bonnie over Melissa. - Bo pulls away from Billie. - Liam tells Hope that they met while she was posing as Princess Gina and robbed Europe of its prized art. - The gang loses Derek and must find a way to pick up his trail once again. - Mimi is shocked to see that Bonnie seems to be making inroads with Mickey again. - Abby remembers standing over a dead Tony. Derek enters. When he sees that Abby killed her John, he slaps her and throws her to the ground. - Billie tells Bo that she’s never stopped loving him. - Liam continues to explain to Hope how they met – how she seduced him in order to steal one his paintings, a Renoir. But she ended up falling for him and confessing everything. He says he began to crack Gina’s cold exterior, and they fell deeply in love. - Mimi tells Bonnie that she thinks she may be falling for Rex again. - Max, Cassie, Carrie, Lucas, and Austin burst in on Derek and Abby. Austin, Lucas, and Max make Derek pay for what he has done to Abby. Carrie comforts Abby. - Bo tells Billie that he thinks he may have fallen back in love with her. - Liam says to Hope that he never met Gina’s boss, and he doesn’t know who it was, but he knows that she was very scared of him. He recalls how they went into hiding in 1994. And her boss began an intense search for her. And about a year later, Gina’s boss found them and had Gina killed. He can’t believe she is with him now. - Mimi leaves Bonnie behind for she has a chance to tell Mimi that Jan is back and married to Shawn! - Abby blurts out to Cassie and Carrie that he had to pay for what he did. Carrie tells Abby that no one will punish her for killing her rapist. She tells Abby that she can see Laura when they get back for any help she may need to help deal with this. Abby says that she isn’t talking about her attempted rapist. She says that she’ s tlking about TONY. - Bo and Billie almost kiss once again, but Earlene waking up interrupts them. - Hope tells Liam all about her story and about how she is really Hope Williams Brady from Salem, U.S.A. She explains how Stefano programmed her into thinking she was Princess Gina and forced her to steal paintings for him. She says that she had no idea she was in love with a man during her time as Gina until recently. - Shawn and Mimi come face to face. - Max must separate Cassie and Abby when Cassie attacks Abby and blames her for killing Tony. Lucas and Carrie tell their sister, Cassie, to calm down. They tell her that Abby did not confess to killing Tony. Cassie recalls how she is not really Kate or Roman’s child, but Tony and Marlena’s. She secretly vows revenge on the person who killed her father. Meanwhile, Carrie and Lucas discuss how Cassie could possibly be their sister. - Liam begins to show Hope pictures of their lives together. Hope doesn’t remember anything. Liam shows Hope pictures of where they stayed when they went into hiding to get away from her boss. Hope gets a flash off the cabin they stayed in. - Bo and Billie grill Earlene for details on Georgia and what happened to her all of those years ago after she was born.

Oliver was a character from season one who fell for Marissa. He was crazy. I think he was the first person to come between Ryan and her.

THREE ROLES CAST! Mysterious Mason! Matt Czuchry (above) has joined the show in a newly created role of Mason. Mason is going to have a shocking connection to someone on the canvas. He will begin airing on April 14th. Czuchry's previous credits include "Gilmore Girls" and "Young Americans" both of WB fame. The role is contract. When there's a WILL, there's a way! Taylor Handley (above) has been cast as the new Will Roberts! Will will reappear on the scene on Friday, June 9th. Handley's prior credits include Dawson's Creek and The O.C. Will is going to be back aged and primed for a storyline that has never been done on DAYS before. The role is contract. New Man For Maggie! Alan Dale (above), another O.C. vet, will be joining the show in June as someone who will figure prominently into Maggie's storyline. Maggie has recently been presumed dead in a car accident. But the audience knows that Maggie has sought refuge in a cabin down the river, and a mysterious stranger is taking care of her. His character is unnamed as of right now. Look for Dale and Suzanne Rogers (Maggie) to both pop up in mid-June! The role is contract.

Episode #88 - Wednesday, April 12th, 2006: - Billie and Earlene get into a struggle. - Abby escapes her rapist again. - Earlene is knocked unconscious. - Max, Austin, and Lucas don’t trust Derek so they follow him. - Mimi tells Rex that she thinks she’s found enough courage to return to Salem and face Shawn. - Liam awakens. He tells Hope that he can’t believe she’s returned to him after all of this years. - Stefano joins Bart in John’s chamber where Bart is systematically erasing ALL of John’s memory. - Abby hits her rapist over the head with a lamp and escapes. - Max, Austin, and Lucas lose Derek, but question locals about him. - Bo does some investigating and learns that both Wayne and Earl are now dead, but Earlene still hangs around the bayou. - John begs Stefano not to do this. Stefano relishes in his victory because he knows how much pride John has and how John would never beg Stefano for anything! - Austin, Max, and Lucas question local girls and learn that Derek is a pimp, and he forces girls into prostitution and sells girls to other pimps against their will. - The client of Derek’s finds Abby again and attacks her. - Bo re-joins Billie. He is pleasantly surprised to see that Billie has knocked out Earlene. - Rex fears that Mimi will fall in love with Shawn when she sees him again. - Stefano tells John that after his memory is erased, he is going to drop John off in the middle of Europe and watch him like a lab rat try and struggle and find his way, knowing nothing about his life! - Cassie worries for Abby’s safety so she tells Max, Austin, and Lucas about the clue she found as if she just found it. - Abby finds a shard of glass from the broken lamp and stabs her attacker. He falls to the ground. - Bo and Billie await for Earlene to wake up by starting a fire in the bayou. - Stefano tells John that he is going to erase John from Marlena’s memory and finally make her his Queen of the Night. - Bo and Billie almost kiss by the fire while waiting for Earlene to wake up, but Bo pulls away. - Abby stands above her attempted rapist and gets flashes of standing over a lifeless Tony.

Episode #87, April 11, 2006: - Abby breaks free from her rapist before he can have his way with her. - Liam opens the door to see Hope’s face. - Stefano/Alex visits Marlena in her chamber and tells her that he plans to erase her from John’s memory. - Austin, Lucas, Max, and Carrie search for Abby. - Rex sits in his room at the Green Mountain Lodge and recalls how he found Mimi there a few weeks ago after she left town to get away from her wedding disaster to Shawn. - Victor asks Kate why she is panicky and shaky. - Melissa tells Mickey that he needs to stay away from Bonnie. - Billie and Bo search for Earl, Wayne, or Earlene. - Stefano tells Marlena that soon she will be a forgotten memory from John’s mind. - A hysterical Abby runs back into Derek. - Shawn Sr. is expected to make a speedy recovery. - Rex and Mimi re-call how they’ve become closer over the last few weeks while they have been at the Green Mountain Lodge. - Bonnie and Melissa get into it once again over Mickey. - Stefano realizes that it is getting too complicated to keep Paige at the mansion where Marlena and John are. - Liam struggles to maintain his stance, but he can’t and collapses. Hope rushes to him. - Earlene learns that Bo and Billie are looking for her, and she flees. - Marlena asks Stefano if Paige is really his daughter. - Cassie hides a clue to Abby’s whereabouts. - Victor asks Kate if she’s nervous about the police having DNA evidence against Tony’s killer. - Derek terrorizes Abby, and she flashes back to how Tony verbally tortured her while she stood at his bedside in the hospital. - Paige discovers Marlena’s new secret chamber and stumbles upon a heated confrontation between Marlena and Stefano. - Derek forces Abby into a room with his client once again. - Max, Austin, and Lucas run into Derek. Derek panics when he sees their picture of Abby, but he says he hasn’t seen her. - Abby’s John begins to rape her, again. - Billie finds Earlene, and they struggle. - Liam awakens. He tells Hope that he can’t believe she’s returned to him after all of these years!

Episode #86 - April 10, 2006: - Bo and Billie arrive at the bayou looking for clues about what happened to the real Georgia when she was born. - Bonnie comforts Mickey over Maggie’s death. - Anna and Lucas discuss how they have confirmation that Sami has a secret. - Kate and Bonnie both panic when they learn that the police have DNA evidence on Tony’s killer. - Abe, Roman, and Jack recall the trap that they’ve set for the killer by saying they’ve found DNA evidence. - The private investigator Hope hired to find the man from her missing years finally gives her an address to where the man lives. - Bo and Billie re-call how close they’ve gotten in the past six weeks. - Derek torments Abby while Max, Austin, and Lucas pick up the search for her. - Carrie tells Anna that she doesn’t understand how Nicole could lie on Sami’s behalf. - Jack prays that Abby is not the killer. - Liam Alcantar (Grant Aleksander) laments and mourns the love of his life, while staring at a picture of Hope. - Bo re-calls how devastated Hope was when she saw a drunken Bo kiss Billie, whom he thought was Hope. - Derek reveals that he is going to pimp Abby out to the highest bidder. - Anna gets Lucas to realize that the secret Sami is keeping must be that she is the one responsible for blackmailing Nicole into leaving town, not Carrie. - Lucas has a hot and steamy fantasy about Sami. - Melissa is repulsed by Bonnie and tells her to stay away from her father. - Bo and Billie almost come close to finding Earlene, the woman who delivered Billie’s baby. - Lucas vows to make Sami love him again. - Hope arrives on Liam's doorstep and knocks. - Derek hands Abby over to a client who begins to rape Abby.

MORE BREAKING NEWS!!!!! Melissa Horton returns to Salem! The revolving door continues to move at KR'S "DAYS." In an out-of-the-blue move, the show has coaxed back Lisa Trusel to the role of Melissa Horton. Lisa played the role from 1982-1988. She is the most well-known and remembered actress to play Melissa. She has returned to the role in 1994 and 1996 and 2001 for short runs. Melissa is the adopted daughter of Mickey and Maggie Horton. Her first appearance will be Friday, April 7th when she returns when she hears of Maggie's "death." Trusel has signed a long-term contract with the show. The show is excited to report that she will be featured in an exciting upcoming storyline! Nicole's return spells disaster for someone in Salem! Arianne Zuker (Nicole, above.) will be returning to the role of Nicole Walker for five episodes in May. Her first airdate will be Friday, April 28th. Frankie Brady's Back! Billy Warlock (Frankie, above) will be returning to the show and back from his hiatus on May 8th for a joyous event. He will be involved in an all-new storyline that does not involve his ex-love, Jennifer Rose Horton! GH and GL Alum Joins As Bad Boy For Short Stint! That's Coltin Scott (above) playing Derek, the man Abby encounters in New York City. He will bring an obstacle to the search for Will that Sami, Lucas, Austin, Carrie, Anna, Cassie, Max, and Abby are on. The role is short-term.

RUMOR MILL: - Rumors are abound in the writing department that two contract characters will be killed off during what is being called "The Most Action-Packed May Sweeps" ever. - Another rumor persists that a familiar face might be returning in the summer. The catch? Her character is as dead as a doornail! Rumor has it she will be playing an all-new character, and her resemblance to the former character will not go unnoticed!

CASTING CALLS: - The show is looking to re-cast the role of Will Roberts who is set to return this summer. The show is looking to find a solid young actor to fill the contract role. The actor must be strong and versatile and ready to tackle a storyline that DAYS has never done before. (Suggestions, please!) - The show is also looking to cast a role of a man in his late 50's, early 60's who will interact heavily with Maggie Horton. He takes her to a building he calls a shelter. - Austin is upset with Sami for telling Carrie that they made love, but when she turns on her performance, he forgives her. - Roman, Abe, and Jack decide to brainstorm on how to trap Tony's killer. - Bonnie competes with Melissa over who gets to comfort Mickey. - Shawn Sr. insists that Caroline and Roman bring him to Maggie's memorial service. - Derek takes Abby into the building and locks her inside a room in "the shelter." - Anna and Lucas overhear Sami saying that she has a secret. - Derek tells a distraught Abby that he is going to make her participate in his business. - Max realizes that Abby is missing. Max interupts Austin, Sami, Lucas, and Carrie, and they then begin a search for Abby while on their search for Will! - Abe decides to send an anonymous tip to the Salem Spectator. The Spectator runs a story saying that the Salem Police have found a new lead in Tony's case, and when they crack the DNA testing on it, they will know if Tony's killer is Kate Roberts, Abby Devereaux, or Bonnie Lockhart. - Alice, Mickey, and Melissa recall their fondest memories of Maggie as they have a candlelight vigil in honor of her memory at St. Luke's. All of Salem comes out to remember Maggie Horton. - Maggie is seen in a mysterious cabin being taken care of a faceless stranger.

Episode #84 - Thursday, April 6th: - Mickey mourns Maggie's death. - Caroline is thrilled when Shawn awakens. Victor can't help but be jealous. - Max has a nightmare about Abby's shooting. - Austin awakes and is convinced that he has slept with Sami. Sami plays coy and says that she was drunk very early in the night. Austin theorizes with Sami's help that he, too, must have gotten drunk and they must have made love in their hotel room. - Max wakes up in his hotel room to a very sexy Cassie who seduces him into having sex. - Kate realizes that Victor still loved Caroline. - Bonnie comforts Mickey over Maggie's death. - Lucas and Carrie suggest that they continue their search for Will. - Kate confronts Victor about still having feelings for Caroline. - Alice is skeptical about Bonnie and urges Mickey to stay away from her. - Cassie makes it a point to tell Abby about her amazing sex session with Max. - Sami tells Carrie that she and Austin made love. Carrie is devastated. She slaps Sami and tells her that she'll prove that Sami framed Carrie for blackmailing Nicole out of town. - Abby flees the hotel, crying after her encounter with Cassie. - Mickey does not take Alice's advice and seeks comfort in Bonnie. - Kate and Victor's exchange gets heated. Their anger turns to passion, and they make love. - Alice offers to call Melissa, Maggie and Mickey's daughter and break the news to her. But Mickey thinks it should come from him. - A sharp looking man in his twenties finds Abby very emotional and offers her a place to take refuge. Abby agrees.

MORE BREAKING NEWS!!!!! Melissa Horton returns to Salem! The revolving door continues to move at KR'S "DAYS." In an out-of-the-blue move, the show has coaxed back Lisa Trusel to the role of Melissa Horton. Lisa played the role from 1982-1988. She is the most well-known and remembered actress to play Melissa. She has returned to the role in 1994 and 1996 and 2001 for short runs. Melissa is the adopted daughter of Mickey and Maggie Horton. Her first appearance will be Friday, April 7th when she returns when she hears of Maggie's "death." Trusel has signed a long-term contract with the show. The show is excited to report that she will be featured in an exciting upcoming storyline! Nicole's return spells disaster for someone in Salem! Arianne Zuker (Nicole, above.) will be returning to the role of Nicole Walker for five episodes in May. Her first airdate will be Friday, April 28th. Frankie Brady's Back! Billy Warlock (Frankie, above) will be returning to the show and back from his hiatus on May 8th for a joyous event. He will be involved in an all-new storyline that does not involve his ex-love, Jennifer Rose Horton! GH and GL Alum Joins As Bad Boy For Short Stint! That's Coltin Scott (above) playing Derek, the man Abby encounters in New York City. He will bring an obstacle to the search for Will that Sami, Lucas, Austin, Carrie, Anna, Cassie, Max, and Abby are on. The role is short-term.

The gang from Maine and New Orleans and Europe will all be back on the scene the second week of April.

MOST ACTION-PACKED MONTH EVER! We’re going to do something no show has ever done before which is, unofficially, kick off our sweeps period two weeks before May even starts. We’ve been wanting either to resolve stories or propel them to new levels during May sweeps, so we want to give it the ample six-week time period it necessitates. And it does necessitate this time frame. The theme of April and May is definitely secrets. Almost everyone on the show has a secret - at least someone in every story does. And this six-week time frame is going to be the time when we reveal all of them in one way or another - by either a ) telling the audience or b ) revealing it to the characters. This sweeps is going to have it all: a few dramatic exits, a wedding ceremony, a divorce, a death, pregnancy drama, a whodunit reveal, a crossover from Passions, returns, and a paternity reveal. A few exits will be occurring, as well. Stefano has launched a war on the Horton’s, the Brady’s, and the Carver’s. He’s assembled an army that consists of Cassie, Tek, Jack, and Celeste. This May, the war will reach its climax. Lives and relationships with lay in its wake! It’s going to be a very exciting time! Stefano/Shawn/Caroline/Victor/Kate: Stefano very obviously has this vendetta against the Brady’s. We’ll finally found out why. Shawn and Caroline will have a wedding vow renewal ceremony in May. And what would a soap wedding be if it wasn’t the center of some major drama? It is going to be a huge event that will change the course of all of the Brady’s lives. Stefano/Jack/Jen: Jennifer will learn the truth about Jack’s secret during the month of May. This is the big story J/J fans have been waiting for. He has done an unforgivable thing in the name of protecting his family. J/J won’t be able to get through this anytime soon….but the good news is there won’t be any third parties to take advantage of their situation. It’s just Jack and Jennifer and them picking up the pieces of their lives. Stefano/Celeste/Tek/Lexie/Abe: All of the secrets that have plagued the Carvers will be out on the table during this six-week sweeps period. One character will leave the show. Celeste’s secret will be exposed. It’s going to have a huge impact on Abe and Lexie. Lucas/Sami/Austin/Carrie: These four are going to continue their search for Will. Chris Gerst has been let go from the show so Will will be gone for a while, but he‘ll be back. Sami and Carrie’s secrets will both be exposed to all of the characters involved. Liam/Hope/Bo/Billie: This set will be back the second week of April. During the time they've been away, Bo and Billie have bonded a lot. Hope has led a painstaking search to find the man she was with during her time as Princess Gina. When we see her again, she will have finally found him. Bo and Billie will fall in love again on their way to find Georgia. Hope will uncover her past with Liam. All of them will find themselves back in Salem. The real Georgia will shake things up with Bo and Hope and Billie the way she should have the first time around. Rex/Mimi/Shawn/Belle/Jan: Mimi and Rex will be back on the scene in mid-April. He will finally have tracked her down at the Green Mountain Lodge where she’s taken refuge after her wedding disaster with Shawn. Jan is still a villainess, as readers now know. The triangle between Jan/Shawn/Belle will heat up! Abby/Max/Cassie: Max’s secret past will be revealed to the audience. These three will be going on an exciting adventure together to find WIll. Cassie is going to make a bold statement in May when she must finally choose between backstabbing Stefano or following through on his plans for the Brady’s. Marlena/John: John and Marlena free themselves from Stefano, but there is a shocking twist that comes along with it. I’m not sure daytime has ever done a storyline like this before. Poison Ivy: Ivy Winthrop will be heading through Salem and leave lives in shambles in her wake. She has connections to Kate, Max, and Celeste. She will help expose all of their secrets to the audience WHO SHOT TONY?: The first day of our May Sweeps (Friday, April 14th) will kick off with the reveal of who killed Tony. The fallout is going to be big. Frankie: Frankie is going to be back and find love in an unpredictable place.

Episode #83 - Wednesday, April 5th: - Mickey is informed that Maggie has been legally declared dead. - Kate and Belle say goodbye to Phillip. - Sami pretends to get drunk in front of Austin. - Kate and Victor comfort each other over Phillip. - Mickey regrets not believing that Maggie about her drinking. - Belle shares a tearful goodbye with Phillip. She says she's sorry for everything that happened with Claire, and she really had no idea Claire was not his. - Caroline comforts Victor over Phillip. Kate's jealousy is sparked. - Austin tells Sami to slow down on the liquor. Meanwhile, she slips a sleeping pill in his drink when he's not looking. - Bonnie learns that Maggie might actually have REALLY been drinking the night of her accident. - Belle says goodbye and falls to the ground as Phillip is wheeled away. - Bonnie falsifies evidence to back up her theory that Maggie was drunk when she crashed. - Austin passes out. Sami snaps out of her drunken act and strips Austin naked and puts him in bed. - Kate picks Belle up from the ground. Kate tells Belle that she is going to ruin her life and kicks Belle to the floor. - Maggie is taken from the riverbank to a cabin by a mysterious stranger. He puts her into bed and watches over her. - Sami sneaks into bed with Austin and falls asleep in his arms. - Roman and Abe inform Mickey that they found a half of a bottle of alcohol in the glove compartment. - Bonnie recalls seducing a cop and distracting him while she put liquor in the glove compartment of the car after it was pulled from the water. - Shawn comforts Belle as Jan vows to kill her. - Caroline sits by Shawn Sr.'s bedside and is shocked when he finally awakens!

Episode #82 - Tuesday, April 4th: - Bonnie comforts Mickey at the site of the car crash. - Shawn comforts Belle when Lexie informs her that Phillip is about as close to brain damaged as he could possibly be without technically being so. - Sami gets closer to uncovering Carrie's secret. - Maggie continues to float down the Salem River. - A destroyed Kate rips Shawn from Belle's arms and blames them both for this, saying Phillip was destroyed over Claire and must have tried to kill himself. - Sami and Lucas continue their hunt for Will, but with no luck. - Roman and Abe begin a search for Maggie. - Lexie advises Kate, Victor, and Belle to send Phillip to a rehabilitation center in Washington D.C. and pray for a miracle. - Austin decides to surprise Sami with a night of romance to get her mind off of the hunt for Will. - The rescue workers are unable to find Maggie's body. - Belle can't believe that this is happening to Phillip. Shawn comforts her behind Kate's back as a jealous and vengeful Jan looks on. - Abe regretfully informs Mickey that they must give up the search for Maggie. - Sami decides that if she makes Austin think they've made love, then he'll be more likely to make love to her for real. - Belle talks to Kate and Victor before she makes the drastic decision to send Phillip out of town. - Maggie is pulled from the river by a mysterious stranger. - Kate and Belle tearfully comfort each other as they sign over Phillip to the hospital in D.C.

'DAYS' Mystery Solved! Kyle Brandt OUT! We've been plugging it for a while and promising that on March 31st a shocking twist would spell the end of someone's time in Salem. We set it up so that a lot of characters were in danger - Abe, Roman, Jack, Lexie, and Jennifer got a mystery package from Tony's murderess. And Kate and Bonnie were in a dangerous catfight. Maggie was in a car wreck. Celeste had a meeting with the Grim Reaper. It is, however, Phillip who will be leaving the canvas. His confrontation with Jan will spell the end of his run in Salem. Although, Phillip will not be dying, he will be leaving the show with no current plans to bring him back in the future. He is a core family member, and thus, the character of Phillip will always be an important part of the cast. But lately, something about the character wasn't working, and it had to be repaired. We want to take Shawn, Belle, Mimi, Rex, and Jan into a new direction, and there's just no place for Phillip right now.

Episode #81 - Monday, April 3rd: - The front end of Maggie's car is consumed by water. - Kate and Bonnie come to and vow to ruin each other. - The Grim Reapers tells Celeste that she has just saved Phillip's life and that he will not be taking it today, as planned. - Jan finds the blackmail material on the roof where Phillip dropped it when she pushed him off the roof. - Phillip is rushed into the hospital. - Sami tries to figure out what Carrie could be hiding. - Kate and Victor scurry to be with Phillip. - Belle and Shawn also rush to be by Phillip's side. - Austin falls further into Sami's spell when she asks him on a date, and he accepts. - Jan joins Shawn and Belle down in the hospital after she stashes the blackmail she has on the doctor. - Celeste fears what she has done, but she is grateful that Phillip will live. - Maggie's body floats down the Salem River and further and further away from her car. - Belle is devastated over Phillip, and Jan and Kate are outraged when Shawn comforts her over it. - Lucas and Anna conspire to expose Sami in Austin's eyes. - Austin and Sami share a date...and a kiss. - Rescue workers stumble upon Maggie's car that is bobbing in and out of the water. - Bonnie comes across the rescue scene on her way home and realizes that Maggie's car is in the river. - Mickey gets a call that Maggie's car was in a crash and she is no where to be found. - Lexie tells Kate, Belle, and Phillip that the outlook for Phillip is not good.

Episode #80 - Friday, March 31st: - Roman, Abe, and Jack open the package from Tony's killer to find a letter. - Phillip makes a discovery at Jan's and heads to the hospital. - Maggie crashes her while she's drunk and ends up dangerously close to the Salem River. - Sami walks in on Carrie as she lies on the floor in pain. - The Grim Reaper tells Celeste that there's only one way to save the person in Salem who is set to die today. - Kate and Bonnie both fall from the ledge and the rooftop of the apartment complex. - The letter tells Abe, Roman, and Jack that Tony was a terrible person who deserved to die and they should stop looking for his killer. - Maggie's car falls into the Salem River. - Carrie worries when Sami keeps asking her why she was on the floor with stomach pain. - Phillip finds Jan at the hospital volunteering and asks to speak with her on the roof. - Jack and Lexie both plead with Jen and Abe to take them back but to no avail. - The Grim Reaper tells Celeste that she must give up her relationship with Lexie in order to save the person is destined to die this day. - Carrie lies to Sami. Sami sees right through it. - Kate and Bonnie lay lifeless on the fire escape. - The water slowly rises up and comes close to encompassing Maggie. - Celeste agrees to give up her relationship with her daughter, Lexie, in order to save someone in Salem's life. - Phillip tells Jan that he found blackmail material on the doctor who vouched for her for her brain tumor and baby Trey's DNA tests so he tells her his theory that she is blackmailing the doctor and really hasn't changed at all. Jan denies it wholeheartedly and urges Phillip to go to Shawn and Belle with his findings. Phillip explains that he plans to do so. As Phillip approaches the door, Jan runs towards him and pushes him over the ledge. Phillip hangs on. Jan explains that Shawn and Belle can never know the truth. Jan tells Phillip that its been nice knowing him. While he pleads for his life, Jan finds a pipe and hits his fingers until he is forced to let go and fall twenty stories to the ground.
