One Role Cast! As the blog recently announced, it is looking to cast two name actresses for upcoming roles. One of the roles has been cast after an extensive search. I am going to take one of your guys' suggestions for Jan's mother. ) The role of Paris, a fourty-something lovable nurse/caretaker , who will interact heavily with one of the show's supercouples, has been cast. The role is recurring with the potential to go contract - should things not be all they appear to be with Nurse Paris! Episode #116 - Monday, May 22: - The Brady's continue to grieve at the hospital. - Kimberly, Kayla, Roman, Bo, Frankie, and Max privately discuss their mother and their concern for her. - Anna, Hope, Billie, and Abby wait in the wings to comfort Roman, Bo, and Max, respectively. They discuss how there's nothing they can do, but they want the Brady's to know that they are there. - Mickey and Alice make plans to donate the new wing of the hospital to Shawn Sr.'s memory. - Victor regretfully leaves the hospital and leaves Caroline to be grieved by her family. - Bo and Roman tell Caroline that they will deal with all of the plans. They ask her to go home and get some rest. But she says she can't rest at a time like this. - Lexie tells the Brady's again that Shawn was not fully recuperated from the blast in December, and he just wasn't strong enough. - Caroline asks to see Shawn's body and spend time with him. Her children don't think it' s a good idea, but she insists and so Lexie allows it. - Caroline bids a tearjerking and gutwrenching goodbye to Shawn in his hospital room while all six of her children are moved to tears. - Hope and Billie have a moment of bonding as they say how awful they feel for Bo. They recount their fondest memories of Shawn. Hope is moved to tears by hers, and Billie comforts her. Hope is shocked. Billie recalls how she and Hope were great friends when Hope first came to town and was an amnesiac named Gina. Billie says she misses being friends with Hope and wants it back in her life as her friend. Hope says that she'll try. Bo interupts and thanks them both for being there, but he says that he needs to be alone with his brothers, sisters, and mom right now. Billie exits the hospital. Bo tells Hope that she can stay for Shawn Douglas if she wants. Hope regretfully leaves Bo behind. - Meanwhile, Shawn pushes Belle and Jan away and asks them both to leave and let him be with his family. Jan says she is his family and asks to stay, but he says no. Jan leaves, thinking Belle is doing the same. But Belle stays behind and comforts Shawn. A heartbroken Shawn grows vulnerable and opens up to Belle about his feelings of grief. She hugs him. He pulls away. They kiss. They pull away from each other. They kiss again. They kiss and lead themselves from the hallway into Marlena's office. Shawn and Belle make love in Marlena's office. - Austin and Lucas decide maybe it is best to meet the Brady sisters back at the apartment complex and let them have time with their parents so they leave the hospital. Sami refuses to put her feud aside with Carrie - not even in the wake of this tragedy. Kayla steps in and begs them too. But Sami refuses. Marlena and John comfort Carrie. Sami is jealous and lashes out. Roman and Anna deal with Carrie and grieve with her on the balcony. - John and Marlena try to deal with a hysterical Sami. John grabs Sami and forces her to face her emotions and let it all out. Sami breaks down in John's arms. Marlena is moved to tears. John recalls how he and everyone else used to think he was Roman and how he thought Shawn was his father at one point. John tells Sami that is grieving, as well. John hands Sami over to Marlena who clutches Sami intensely and strokes her hair. Caroline walks into the lobby and sees everyone. She joins them. The elevator dings. The elevator doors open, and someone steps out. Marlena turns and says "Oh my word!" John smiles through his tears. "Eric"....he whispers to himself. Eric Brady (Jensen Ackles) runs from the elevator to his grandmother Caroline and sweeps her up in his arms in a big hug with tears in both of their eyes. All of the Brady's grieve at Salem University Hospital for their beloved family member, Shawn Brady Sr.

WELCOME HOME, GRETA! Another familiar face is returning to the show! Julianne Morris who played Greta Van Amburg from 1998 until 2002 is returning this summer. When we last saw Greta, she was heartbroken over her break-up with Eric Brady and the death of her mother, Princess Gina, who told Greta the identity of her biological father on her deathbed. Greta will be returning ready to face and reveal the identity of her birth father. But who is it - John Black or Stefano Dimera? The fact that she is returning around the same time as Jensen Ackles (Eric Brady) is not a coincidence either. The show is looking into a reunion between the two, as well. In other news, Jensen Ackles, who played Greta's on-screen love interest, Eric Brady and was originally slated to air for a few episode surrounding Shawn Brady Sr.'s funeral, has signed a long-term contract making his short-term stint a long-term one. As previously reported, the show has put out a casting call for two roles. But here are some new details: 1. "Ides of May" Victims #3, #4, and #5 REVEALED!: As the umbrella-storyline, the "Ides of May," continues to unfold, more and more of the storyline's victims are revealed. On the episod that "aired" Friday, May 19th, the show said goodbye to Kim Johnston Ulrich (Ivy), Wayne Northrop (Stefano), and beloved vet, Frank Parker (Shawn Sr.). All of the exits are storyline-dictated. "It is really very hard to write out a character like Shawn who has had such a long and rich history with the show."...says the headwriter. "But it is all storyline-dictated, and we feel it will provide the show with some excellent opportunities and material. We have been building to this since December, and we knew it would come in May Sweeps when we could have the chance to get all of the Brady's back for the big event. We hope that Frank would be open to the possibility of some future returns for dream and fantasy sequences." "As for Northrop, he has done very well as Stefano, but Stefano is going to take a break from Salem for a while. He will be back because he is Stefano, and he always comes back. Episode #115 - Friday, May 19: - Kate tells Ivy that if she ever mentions again how she had Stefano’s baby, then she will kill her with her own bare hands. - Kimberly gives Bo advice on Hope and Billie. - Marlena and John tell their children where they have been. - Billie continues to wonder about Liam’s intentions. She makes a call to the I.S.A. to have him investigated. - Ivy tells Kate that she is leaving town to go back to Harmony, but she tells Kate that the truth always comes out, and how she can’t wait for Kate’s children to find out that she once gave birth to Stefano’s child! - The I.S.A. tells Billie that Liam and his story check out and that he is telling the truth. - Bo and Billie are shocked to realize that John and Marlena were at Stefano’s plantation/mansion in Maine! They ask if they saw Georgia there. Marlena re-calls Paige and how Paige overheard Stefano saying he is not her real father. Marlena tells Bo and Billie that she did see their daughter! She says her name is Paige and that she is the most beautiful young girl. She tells them that she thinks Paige might it out alive and might be on her way to Salem to find her parents. Bo and Billie are overcome with emotion. - Celeste and Ivy run into each other one more time before Ivy leaves Salem. Ivy tells Celeste that she needs to tell Lexie that Stefano tricked her into killing Lexie’s guardians all of those years ago. Ivy says that Lexie will find out eventually and how it will be better coming from her than Stefano or someone else. - Shawn Sr. flatlines. Lexie and the hospital staff try to revive him. - Ivy tells Max that he needs to honest with Abby about her past. He says he was…kind of, and he says they are back together. Ivy kisses Max on the forehead and says that she’s always thought of him as one of her sons. She says she wishes him the best and prays that Avalon and Max’s dark past with him stay in the past. Ivy departs Salem. - Stefano realizes how all of his plans have gone awry. He is outraged that John and Marlena have found each other! He is outraged that Tek was killed and that Cassie confessed! He does not know how all of his perfect plans have gone wrong. He takes a small pleasure in the fact that it looks like Shawn Sr. will die, but he vows to come back to Salem one day and get his revenge on everyone! Stefano boards a plane and leaves Salem. - Lexie walks into the hospital waiting room where Caroline, Frankie, Max, Bo, Roman, Kimberly, Kayla, Shawn, Carrie, and Sami await. She tells them that she is sorry and that she did everything she could. Carrie begins to cry, which triggers everyone to break down. Lexie says that Shawn was not fully healed from the blast in December and his subsequent four month long coma. She says he was just too weak to survive his gunshot wounds. She leaves the room, and the Brady’s comfort each other and surround Caroline. The Brady’s are left, devastated.

Episode #114 - Thursday, May 18: - Melissa, Jennifer, and Hope continue to bond over their troubles. - Ivy and Kate get into it once again. Ivy calls Kate a whore for sleeping with her husband, Julian, years ago. - Mimi tells Rex that her mom has left town and confessed to the murder of Tony before she did. - Roman and Anna make passionate love in the basement of the hospital. Later, they re-join their loves ones. - John and Marlena touch down in Salem and when they arrive at the loft, they get their messages and immediately head to the hospital. - Abby and Max rip each other's clothes off while in Laura's office. - Mickey, Mimi, and Rex are all shocked that Bonnie has confessed to Tony’s killing! Mimi gives Mickey a letter that Bonnie left him. Mickey reads Bonnie’s letter in which she confesses that Maggie was not drinking again, but she was tricking Maggie into thinking she was! - Marlena arrives at the hospital and comforts Sami and Carrie over their grandfather. - Liam and Billie get to know each other better. Billie can’t help but think Liam is keeping something from Bo and Hope. - When Jennifer returns to the hospital, she and Anna bump into each other. Anna tells Jennifer that she should forgive Jack. Anna tells Jennifer that she has no idea how manipulative and persuasive Stefano can be. Anna asks Jennifer to re-call how Stefano had Anna turn against Roman and had her use Carrie to do it. She says it was a long time ago, and Roman has forgiven her now, but they’ve lost many years because of it. Jennifer says that she cannot forgive Jack the way Anna has forgiven Roman. Kayla tells Jennifer that if she forgave Jack, then Jennifer can too. Anna and Jennifer are shocked to turn and see Kayla. - Victor admits his love for Caroline from afar. - Abby asks Max to make love to her. - Billie is taken aback when Liam suggests that Mason break up Hope and Bo's special moment when she comforts him in his time of need. Kate and Ivy fist fight once again when she threatens to expose Kate’s darkest and oldest secret. - Marlena finds Belle who explains that she’s lost Claire to Shawn, and Shawn to Jan, and Phillip who has been sent away to seek medical treatment after he fell off the hospital roof! Marlena comforts Belle and urges her to fight for the love of her life – Shawn. - Kayla tells Jennifer that she forgave Jack all of those years ago for raping her and says that the Brady's have forgiven him for being manipulated by Stefano. She thinks Jennifer should be able to, as well. - John is shocked when Victor informs him that Titan held a take over of Basic Black in his absence. John is upset, but he tells Victor that Basic Black was a cover-up for his I.S.A. dealings, and his heart really was not in it the way Kate’s was. - Marlena, Sami, and Carrie call Eric and tell him about Shawn Sr.'s shooting. - Max says that he can't take advantage of Abby in this state. He says that they are running on high emotions since they have just cleared up all of the misconceptions keeping them apart. They re-join the Brady's in the rest of the hospital. - Caroline, Kayla, Kimberly, Frankie, Max, Bo, and Roman stand by Shawn Sr.’s bedside and pray for him. - Meanwhile, his grandchildren and great-grandchildren – Carrie, Sami, Shawn, and his kids, Claire and Trey, and little ones, Zach and J.T., – put aside their differences and gather in the chapel with Alice, Mickey, and Celeste to pray. - Ivy tells Kate that all of her children – Billie, Austin, Lucas, and Phillip – would all turn on her if they knew that, before any of them were born, Kate had a child with STEFANO DIMERA!

THE SECOND VICTIM OF THE “IDES OF MAY” REVEALED – BONNIE LOCKHART! Well, the May Sweeps Umbrella Storyline, “Ides of May,” continues to shake the fictional town of Salem on the soap, “Days of our Lives,” to the core. The show released a press release some time ago saying the May Sweeps would have a shocking and record breaking twelve pink-slipped casualties – all storyline dictated. The show has kept a tight lid on who would be leaving during the month – with only a few names being leaked, while others are being kept secret until the person’s last episode airs. This latter is the case with the second casualty, Judi Evans, who has aired as the eccentric, country-loving, Bonnie Lockhart, for the last time on Wednesday, May 17, 2006. Her character has not been killed off like the first victim of the storyline, Tek, or like another character slated to leave later this month. The storyline’s intention is not to kill off the meat of the cast. “Our big disaster was in December with Tony bombing the Pub. That was our way of cleaning out the character list a bit back then - by killing them all off.”…says the headwriter. “Our goal this time was to have this huge event, the double wedding, and have everything revealed and exposed there and have the effects of it just send characters in all-new directions - including leaving Salem on their own accord. Celeste predicted the "Ides of May" would change everyone's lives, and we weren't kidding." There are still ten more people who have to leave after Bonnie. The show is taking a lot of its stories in new directions for June and the summer. "We’ve been planning Bonnie’s exit for quite some time. She’s recently been revealed as Tony’s murderer. Tony may have been a bad guy, and she may have had a good motive for killing him – that he killed her son, Patrick – but she still has to pay! Again, all of these exits are purely storyline-dictated.” As for a possible return, the show does not count on it. “Unfortunately, we have seen the last of Bonnie. Episode #113 - Wednesday, May 17: - The doctors tell the Brady’s that Shawn Sr. has been stabilized. The Brady’s breathe a sigh of relief, but they continue to pray. - Mimi is on her way to find Rex when she is mysteriously yanked into an alley at Salem Place. - Melissa and Jennifer run into each other. The cousins hug and catch up on old times. Hope joins them. The three talk about their lives. Hope explains everything about having a husband, Liam, and a son, Mason, from her time as Princess Gina. Jennifer tells everything about Jack being blackmailed into working for Stefano. Melissa says that she and her husband divorced, and he and his new family won custody of the baby that she was pregnant with when she came for Grandpa Tom’s funeral. - Kate and Victor fight over his feelings for Caroline. Meanwhile, Ivy taunts Kate saying that Kate’s sleeping with Ivy’s husband, Julian, is not the only thing she has on her. - John and Marlena board a plane back to Salem. - Jack arrives at the hospital and decides to tell the Brady’s everything about his being blackmailed by Stefano. He tells them about Stefano blackmailing him into almost killing Shawn Sr. in the winter. - Mimi is relieved to see that Bonnie is the person who has nabbed her. Bonnie tells Mimi that she has to leave town before Mickey, Melissa, or the police find her. - Melissa tells Jennifer that she remembers when she and Jack were almost married. But how it didn’t happen at the last minute because she found out that he was using her to further his political career. She says how Jack is always doing things without thinking, and this case is nothing new. Jennifer agrees but says that she cannot ever forgive him this time. - The Brady’s are furious with Jack, but Caroline says that she forgives him because she knows how Stefano is and she says she understands, especially, after Abby’s shooting. Caroline also tells the family to forgive Cassie, saying she is a young girl that Stefano took advantage of. She tells the family not to waste time or energy being angry or hateful but put it towards prayer and focus on that. She says that the people to blame here are Stefano and Tek. - Mimi tells Bonnie that Tony and Marlena are really Rex’s parents and that she’s scared what Rex will do when he finds out that Mimi has known for a few weeks that Bonnie killed Tony. Bonnie tells Mimi that she can’t let Rex know that she’s known. - Kayla and Jack catch up on old times. She tells him that she doesn’t blame him for her father’s condition right now. They talk about Jack’s brother, Steve, and how he and Kayla had a great love. She says that she has forgiven Jack for a lot…namely, his raping her, and she believes that Jennifer can forgive him for this too. - Bonnie and Mimi share a tearful goodbye. Mimi begs Bonnie not to go. She says that even though Bonnie is a pain most of the time that she is going to miss her and can’t imagine life without her. Bonnie holds Mimi close and kisses her goodbye on the forehead. She tells her that she is going to take Connor with her. Mimi is devastated but she says goodbye to her mother for the last time. Bonnie gets into a car with a little boy, Connor, in the back. She looks back with tears streaming down her face and waves goodbye to Mimi.

Episode #112 - Tuesday, May 16: - Marlena and John share a steamy and passionate reunion in the rain. - Lexie declares Tek dead at the church. Abe is shocked when Lexie appears to be overjoyed that he is dead. - A manhunt begins for Bonnie Lockhart! - Abby overhears her parents fighting at the church in time to hear that Jack was also working for Stefano because he was blackmailing and threatening Jack and his family. Abby is devastated. She then hears that Stefano was responsible for her shooting. She interrupts her parents and tells her that she hates her father and never wants to see him again. Jack is devastated and falls to his feet begging the women in his life for forgiveness. - Kayla, Frankie, Kimberly, Max, Cassie, Abby, Bo, Roman, Hope, Anna, Shawn, Jan, Belle, Sami, Carrie, Lucas, Austin, and Caroline all end up at the hospital awaiting word on Shawn’s diagnosis. - Marlena and John recount how Stefano was posing as Alex and kidnapped Marlena. And then he kidnapped John when he had tracked them down in Maine. - Abe confronts Lexie about her being so happy Tek is dead. Lexie tells Abe that now that Cassie has confessed that she and Tek were working for Stefano and this is all part of Stefano’s plan that she is disgusted and repulsed by Tek and her father. She says she can’t believe she’s fallen for Tek’s tricks, but she asks Abe to forgive her because Stefano and Tek have manipulated her. - Mickey and Melissa push Mimi into confessing that she knows what Bonnie has done, but she refuses. - In the basement of the hospital, Anna tells Roman that he needs to stop being so strong and stoic for his family and show his feelings and emotions regarding his father. Roman breaks down and talks very emotionally about his father and confesses to Anna that he has never stopped loving her. Roman and Anna make love. - Hope comforts Bo despite their marriage being on the rocks. Hope tells Bo that Shawn is strong and will get through it. They hug. They are interrupted by Billie. - Kayla and Kimberly comfort Caroline. They tearfully say a prayer together in the chapel of the church and await news from the doctors. - Cassie tries to comfort Max. Max tells Cassie that he cannot believe her lies and deceit and that she is working for Stefano and has been for years! He says posing as a Brady to infiltrate the family for Stefano is disgusting. In a blaze of fury, he spits on Cassie and blames her for his foster-father laying on his deathbed. Cassie breaks down and falls to her knees asking Max for forgiveness. Abby enters and grabs Cassie. She picks her up from her knees and slams Cassie across the face with her fist. Cassie falls to the ground. Abby screams at Cassie saying that Stefano was the one responsible for her shooting! - John and Marlena also recall how Stefano had John’s memory erased and how Marlena lost hers in the car crash that ensued when they were escaping the mansion. They discuss how even when they met when they had no memory of each other, they still knew they loved each other. They say that is how strong their love is. - Lucas comforts Sami. Austin comforts Carrie, but she pushes him away saying that she still plans on staying away from Austin because he did not believe her over Sami for the hundreth time. Austin apologizes but Carrie does not want to hear it. Sami and Carrie's hatred of each other intensifies. - Abe tells Lexie that he can’t forgive her yet because she did still cheat. Abe remains shaken that he just killed Tek. Lexie comforts him. But Stefano looks on from afar and is satisfied because he thinks the seeds of Dimera have been planted in Lexie once again. - Mimi decides to confess that her mother is guilty of killing Tony. Rex calls Mimi and tells her everything that has happened at the church. Mimi is horrified to learn that Tony and Marlena are actually Cassie and Rex’s parents like originally thought! - Jan and Belle compete as to who can get to Shawn’s side first. Jan uses baby Trey as an excuse to come between them. Jan comforts Shawn. They kiss. Belle is upset. - Max separates Abby and Cassie. He takes Abby into her grandmother, Laura Horton’s, office. Max asks Abby how she knows that Stefano was the one responsible for her shooting. Abby explains everything. Max explains to Abby why he has been pushing her away – because he thought and feared that his past sins caught up to him and how he thought a dark figure from his past came back to seek revenge on him by targeting Abby. Abby and Max share a passionate kiss and begin to take each other’s clothes off. - Victor wants to comfort Caroline but knows this is not the right time. Kate confronts Victor on still being in love with Caroline. - Lexie vows to undo the wrong she has done by sleeping with Tek and vows to win back Abe no matter what the cost! - Mimi is horrified to realize that her mother killed Rex’s father and since she has known about it for weeks, Rex will never forgive her! Mimi decides not to tell Mickey and Melissa what she knows. Mimi runs out to find her mother or Rex…whoever she finds first! - John and Marlena wonder about the girl who helped Marlena tip off John to her whereabouts and helped Marlena escape. Meanwhile, Paige, the girl Marlena and John are talking about, recalls finding out that Stefano is not her real father, but that her parents are really in a place called Salem near Chicago. She is at a bus station. Meanwhile, Will Roberts also buys a bus ticket bound for Salem. When the two get to talking, they realize they are both going to the same place to face demons that they are not ready to face. She explains that her birth parents are there. He explains that he's run away from home because he is gay and cannot tell his parents. They instantly click. They both decide to take a detour and return together to Salem when the time is right. They exchange their bus tickets for a new destination - SUNSET BEACH, CALIFORNIA. - The doctors come into the waiting room to give the Brady’s the verdict on Shawn Sr.’s health.

"IDES OF MAY" VICTIM: TEK! The first casualty of the umbrella-storyline, the “Ides of May,” has been revealed! Rhasaan Orange who has played Tek since 2002 has been let go. The head writer reveals it was a storyline-dictated decision. The character of Tek has been a slow downward spiral into a life of evil and villainy since December of 2005. The show has planned to write him off for some time. “We knew this big showdown was coming, and we planned on him leaving during it. Tek has definitely served a greater purpose on the show. The character’s ripple effects will be felt for a very long time to come. His effects on Abe and Lexie haven’t even begun to take shape. Episode #111 - Monday, May 15, 2006: - Amnesiac Marlena continues to run away from John as it begins to downpour, and they are drenched in the rain. - Melissa, Mimi, Mickey, and Bonnie are at the police station as Bonnie is questioned about Tony's murder. Mimi and Bonnie are nervous. Melissa swears to Mickey that Bonnie did it! - Jack and Jen continue to argue outside the church about his involvement with Stefano. - Everyone at the church, Bo, Carrie, Lexie, Victor, Austin, Billie, Kate, Abby, Alice, Belle, Frankie, Hope, Max, Sami, Shawn, Abe, Lucas, Cassie, Roman, Anna, Laura, Rex, Jan, Kayla, Kimberly, Shawn, and Caroline, are all appalled at Cassie‘s confessions! Meanwhile, Tek takes aim and fires! Everyone panics and screams and ducks. - Marlena slips while running from John and falls and nails her head on a rock. - Mickey believes Melissa and realizes that his daughter would never lie to him. - The church is horrified as they realize that Shawn Sr. was shot! Caroline screams and falls to his side. Bo, Max, Frankie, Kayla, and Kimberly rush to Shawn’s side. His grandchildren, Sami, Shawn, Carrie, stand and watch in horror. Carrie and Sami are in tears. Kayla taps into her nursing roots and tries to nurse Shawn back to health until Lexie can come to the front of the church and care for him. Roman, meanwhile, is with Abe and searches the church for Abe’s shooter - Tek! - John finds Marlena and takes her in his arms. He begins to cry when he fears that she isn’t breathing and may be dead. - Mimi and Bonnie fear that Bonnie is done for. - Cassie tries to get Max to listen to her, but he tells them that they are over for good. Rex tells Cassie that he can’t believe she’d conceal the truth from him for this long or that she’d betray him or the Brady’s this way. Sami turns Cassie around the strikes her in the face. - Roman and Abe snuff Tek out of the church. Tek flees. Abe catches up to him and points a gun at him and tells him to freeze. - Mimi convinces Bonnie that she can go to jail too if the police realize that Mimi has known for two weeks what Bonnie has done! - Tek and Abe have it out. Tek rubs it in Abe’s face that he slept with his wife and ruined their marriage. Abe tells him that he thinks he is scum and can’t believe one of Salem’s finest would betray the town like this for working for the Dimera’s and trying to kill one of the town’s finest citizens. Tek tells Abe that Stefano is his first and only responsibility. Tek gets close enough to Abe to start a struggle. They fight over the gun, and a shot rings out. - Jennifer tells Jack that their marriage is through. She says it is over for good because this is something that can not and can never forgive no matter how much time he gives her. She tells them they are done. - Bonnie decides that Mimi cannot go to prison for knowing that she killed Tony. Bonnie asks Mimi to leave her alone while she writes a confession - detailing that she was grief-stricken over Patrick's murder at the hands of Tony and killed him. Mimi leaves Bonnie alone, and as soon as Mickey and Melissa realize that the rookie cop left Bonnie and Mimi alone, they burst in. Bonnie is GONE! - Marlena awakens and calls John by his name. He is shocked that she can remember him! They kiss in the pouring rain. - Tek falls to the ground outside the church after his struggle with Abe. Abe and Roman search for a pulse. Tek lies dead. - Meanwhile, an ambulance comes and rushes into the church. Shawn Sr. is taken out on a stretcher. A tearful Sami hugs Lucas. Caroline falls into Bo’s arms as Hope touches his shoulder from behind. Austin comforts Sami. Belle and Jan both compete to see who can be there for Shawn, but it’s Shawn’s wife, Jan, who wins out in the end. Everyone looks at Cassie with looks of disgust. A cop enters the church and handcuffs her and takes a devastated Cassie out of the church. Kayla and Kimberly comfort each other. Max seeks comfort in Abby’s arms. They all stand together. Caroline weeps.

Episode #110 - Friday, May 12th: - The wedding starts over now that Bonnie, Mimi, Mickey, and Melissa have gone to the police station. IN attendance are Bo, Carrie, Lexie, Victor, Austin, Billie, Kate, Abby, Alice, Belle, Frankie, Hope, Liam, Mason, Max, Sami, Shawn, Abe, Lucas, Cassie, Roman, Anna, Jack, Jen, Laura, Rex, Jan, Kayla, and Kimberly. - Tek takes aim at Shawn Sr. Stefano gives orders for Tek to kill Shawn right now. Tek and Cassie both get their orders in the earpiece. Cassie panics and stands. She tells everyone that the wedding must stop! - Stefano panics. He tells Tek to get out of the church immediately, and he curses Cassie for betraying him! - Cassie tells everyone that she has a confession to make. She tells everyone that Stefano is alive and that she has been working for him for YEARS!!! - Stefano’s voice on the goon’s cell phone triggers John’s memory, and everything comes flooding back. - Cassie and Jack share a strange look. Jennifer notices it. Cassie gives Jack a re-assuring look as if she will not say anything about his part in Stefano’s plans. Jack’s face grows worried. He is very interested in Cassie’s confession and seems worried about Stefano’s being exposed. Jennifer picks up on this. She has flashes of the last few months - finding the number of the Dimera Mansion in Jack’s clothes, Jack’s never really saying how he was cured or how he got back to Salem, and Abby’s shooting. It all comes together for Jennifer. She runs up to Jack, turns him around, and smacks him across the face with tears streaming down her face. Jack realizes that Jennifer knows. Jennifer runs out. Jack runs out of the church after her. - John falls to the ground as all of his memories come back to him. John begins to convulse. Marlena immediately goes into Doctor mode and nurses him back to health. - Cassie says that she has been working for Stefano since a little before it was revealed that she and Rex were Kate and Roman’s children and not Tony and Marlena’s. Roman, Kate, Rex, Max, and the rest of the Brady’s are outraged. Cassie explains that she knows what she has done is horrible, but there is more. - Marlena stabilizes John. He wakes up. She wonders how she knew what to do. John reveals that she is a doctor! He says that they are married and in love. Marlena remembers nothing. - Jack catches up to Jennifer as she storms out of the church. He says it’s not what it looks like. She screams at him telling that she absolutely cannot believe this! She tells him that never in a million years would she ever think that she would find Jack with his hand in Dimera business. She is appalled and tells him that she will never forgive him as long as she lives. Jack begs her for a chance to explain. She says she will give him one chance. - Cassie explains that she and Rex are not really Brady’s. She says they are not the children of Roman and Kate, but are indeed actually Tony and Marlena’s children! Rex is outraged and horrified! - John tries to jog Marlena’s memory, but to no avail. Marlena panics and is overwhelmed and storms off away from John! - Jack says that when he faked his death in November, Alex North tracked him down and told him that he had a cure for him. After Alex cured him, Alex revealed himself as Stefano Dimera. He said that Jack HAD to do his bidding, or he would not only inject Jack with his disease again, but he would kill Jennifer, Jack Jr., and Abby! Jennifer asks Jack if Stefano was responsible for Abby’s shooting. Jack says that when he refused to kill Shawn Sr. for Stefano that he had Abby shot, yes. Jennifer strikes Jack across the face in a heartbroken fury. She tells Jack to stay out of her life forever. - Cassie says that Stefano’s plan was to have her infiltrate Brady’s by passing her off as one. Cassie explains that she did not work for Stefano alone! She says that Tek was also sent to Salem to break up Lexie and Abe’s marriage and keep Lexie away from Abe so she is more susceptible to Dimera influence. Everyone screams at Cassie and tells her how despicable she is. Caroline asks why she is telling them this now. Cassie says that Stefano’s plans lately have spun out of control. She says that Stefano just ordered Tek to shoot and kill Shawn Sr. during the wedding. She says that Tek is in the confessional in the back of the church, and she really has come to love the Brady’s and can’t sit back and watch any of them be hurt. She explains she did not know about Stefano’s plans until right now. She shows them the earpiece. Roman and Abe call a lockdown at the church and call for backup saying one of Salem’s own boys in blue is now Salem’s most wanted. - Abe and Roman burst into the confessional looking for Tek. They find nothing. - Tek re-locates to a different section of the church. He takes aim at Shawn Sr. and Caroline. Tek fires. Shots ring out. Everyone screams. NEXT ON DAYS: - ALL HELL BREAKS LOOSE!

Episode #109 Thursday, May 11th: - Melissa stops the double wedding of Shawn/Caroline and Mickey/Bonnie. - Bonnie panics at the sight of Melissa at the ceremony. - Marlena and John, who both have amnesia, are relieved when they both realize that the henchman was killed in Marlena’s struggle with him. - Melissa tells everyone that Bonnie is the one who killed Tony and how they got into an awful catfight after Melissa confronted her. - Celeste recalls to Ivy how Stefano tricked her into planting a bomb in a car in order to kill one of his enemies. She says that she had no idea it was her sister and her brother-in-law, the people who raised Lexie as their own, the people Lexie thought were her parents, until it was too late! She explains how she hated Stefano after that and tried to kill him, but she had to settle for leaving his payroll and going to work with the Cranes when she realized Stefano was indestructible. - Roman and Abe asks Bonnie if it’s true. They ask Melissa to present them with evidence. Melissa says she can’t. She says she overheard Bonnie discussing it with someone one the phone, and when she confronted Bonnie, she locked her up in the basement of the church! - Marlena and John begin to remember that they used to be lovers. - Roman and Abe tell Bonnie that they need to take her downtown for questioning. Bonnie asks them if it can happen after the ceremony. They refuse. Bonnie panics. - Tek awaits in the confessional for his order from Stefano. - Marlena and John search the henchman’s body and find a cell phone. They dial the number that says "Boss." Stefano answers, and his voice sends chills down John's spine who slowly begins to remember everything. - Roman and Abe take Bonnie from the church, screaming and crying. She says that she is not the one who killed Tony and how she just wants to finish the ceremony. They refuse to let her. Mickey and Melissa agree to go to the station with Roman and Abe and figure out what is going on. Mimi decides to go, but she tells Rex to stay for his grandparents’ wedding ceremony. - The renewal ceremony of Shawn and Caroline continues. - Stefano gives Tek an order over the earpiece that he must kill Shawn Sr. during the ceremony! Cassie hears it through her earpiece. She panics. Tek takes aim. Cassie figdets. Tek puts his finger on the trigger. NEXT ON DAYS: - A confession at the church that rocks Salem and will continue to shake Salem up for years to come! - Shots ring out, and someone is hit.

Episode #108 - Wednesday, May 10th: - Melissa wakes up in the closet in the basement of the church. She begins to remember what happened with Bonnie and how she learned that Bonnie killed Tony. - Frankie sees Jennifer, and they re-unite for the first time four months. Frankie is shocked to learn that Jennifer and Jack are not together. - Amnesiac John begins to take off after the woman he just made love to (Marlena) as he realizes they used to be lovers. More and more of his memory continues to come spilling back. - Ivy tells Celeste what Stefano did to her was cruel and unfair, and he should pay for such a horrible crime. - One of Stefano’s goons who is searching for John and Marlena near the barn spots Marlena! Marlena still remembers nothing of her past except slapping John. She frantically searches for help. - Stefano tells Jack that he needs to know who killed Tony by the end of the day or he will kill Jennifer, Abby, and Jack Jr. Jack tries to get violent with Stefano, but Stefano warns that he will for sure die then, along with his family. - Melissa remembers cat fighting with Bonnie and Bonnie locking her in the closet. - Jennifer tells Frankie about how Jack is keeping a huge secret from her and won’t tell her what it is. Frankie is sorry to hear about their troubles, but he assures Jennifer that he is over her for good and realizes that she and Jack were meant to be together and will always find their way back to each other. Jennifer says that won’t happen this time. - Stefano’s goon nabs Marlena. John stumbles across Marlena being kidnapped by him. John fights off Stefano’s goon. - Celeste and Ivy continue to discuss the horrible thing she did for Stefano all of those years ago and how Lexie will never forgive her if she ever found out. - The double wedding of Mickey/Bonnie and Shawn/Caroline begins with Bo, Carrie, Lexie, Victor, Austin, Billie, Kate, Abby, Alice, Belle, Frankie, Hope, Liam, Mason, Max, Sami, Shawn, Abe, Lucas, Cassie, Roman, Anna, Jack, Jen, Laura, Rex, Jan, Mimi, Kayla, and Kimberly in attendance. Tek hides in the confessional with a gun in hand. He awaits orders from Stefano. - Abe and Lexie are still torn apart from her affair with Tek. - Jack and Jen are still torn apart from his keeping a devastating secret from her. - Cassie nervously awaits to hear Stefano’s orders in her earpiece. - Melissa tries to escape from the closet in time to stop the wedding. - Frankie hears someone in the closet when he goes down to the basement to make a phone call. - Ivy recalls how Celeste used to be her housekeeper between stints of working for Stefano. Ivy reveals what made Celeste leave Stefano’s payroll all of those years ago when she left him the first time. Ivy reveals Celeste’s biggest secret ever. Ivy reveals that Celeste was the one who killed her sister and her brother-in-law all of those years ago! Celeste was the one who killed the people Lexie thought of as parents her entire life! Celeste breaks down into tears and screams in agony. Ivy holds her. - Stefano’s goon pulls out a gun and aims it at John. Marlena gets a flash of her and John making love. She realizes John might not be an enemy from her past, but a lover. She attacks Stefano’s goon. They both struggle for the gun. It goes off. They fall to the ground. - Tek awaits Stefano’s order about who to kill at the ceremony. Cassie is anxious and wonders if she should stop the wedding, betray Stefano, expose his plot, and turn herself in for working with him. Melissa gets off of Frankie and runs up the stairs to the church to expose Bonnie. NEXT ON DAYS: - The wedding is halted! But by whom?

SUMMER PREVIEWS!!!!!! We can't reveal all of our summer previews because it would spoil the HUGE shocks and surprises we have in store for the rest of MAY SWEEPS, but here is what we CAN reveal!: Sami/Lucas/Will/Cassie: This is going to be a great story. Sami and Austin are over. Lucas and Sami will grow closer, but Will will come between them. As readers now know, WILL IS GAY! He will return to town played by newcomer Taylor Handley (see previous press releases). This secret is really going to tear Sami and Lucas up when they find out. Will will slowly move away from them and get his own story, gradually. But for now, he’s going to have a huge impact on LUMI. Cassie is going to be worked into this story in an interesting way. This is the first time DAYS has done a gay storyline with one of the show’s core family members. I’m looking forward to it. Carrie/Austin: They now know that Sami was the one keeping them apart, but not everything is honky dory just yet. Carrie is disappointed in Austin for not believing her over Sami. They have trust issues they need to work out before the baby arrives in late August. There’s a huge twist coming to the pregnancy storyline. It will propel Austin/Carrie into the next phase of their lives. You won’t BELIEVE it! Belle/Shawn/Jan: Jan is going to continue her quest to try and kill Belle as Shawn and Belle grow closer and closer. Don’t expect Jan to go anywhere. She is here to stay. The show is cooking up something *HUGE* for Jan! It’s going to build into the fall. Jan might not be exposed for a while, but she when she is, there is another big story coming her way! Melissa/Frankie: Among all the chaos and crisis, another set of Horton/Brady will find love together - Melissa Horton and Frankie Brady! It will build slowly. It will be cute. New characters: Sarah Buxton will be returning to the show, but not as Crystal Galore, the role she played in April and May of 2004. Instead, she will be reprising the role she played on Sunset Beach from 1997 - 2000. The role of Annie Douglas! Buxton has signed a long-term contract and will shake up Salem in a huge way! Look for her in early June. Returning Characters: Four characters will be returning this summer. Eric Brady will return in June for a family emergency. It will be short-term. But he might be returning in July full-time. Another will come back in late August to reveal a secret she’s been keeping for a few years. Meanwhile, two HUGE characters will be back in August and will take fans by storm. Exiting Characters: We had a mass exodus in the month of May - a record-breaking twelve people. But, the revolving door will keep moving, and at least one couple will be leaving by July's end. They will get a happy ending. Be on the look out for the other half of Salem's SUMMER PREVIEW at the end of MAY SWEEPS!

JENSEN ACKLES RETURNS! DAYS is very happy to report that Jensen Ackles will be returning to the role of Eric Brady for a few days later this month. Jensen/Eric will first air on Wednesday, May 30 and will air until Tuesday, June 6th. Eric will be returning for a family emergency...sources in the writing department say. Rumor has it the show was trying to get the actor back on contract, but things weren't working out at the moment. The show is hoping to bring him back later on this year on a more long-term basis. Eric Brady is one of many Brady's the show has brought back for this month. The list includes Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), Kimberly Brady (Patsey Pease), and Frankie Brady (Billy Warlock). The show promises that something very big is coming up with the Brady's. "It's coming we've been building up to almost six months now. That's why we've brought back Anna, Cassie, and Rex all along, and, more recently, Kayla, Kimberly, and Eric. It's building to something really big. Possibly bigger than the show has done in years...since the Salem Stalker storyline at least. The 'Ides of May' storyline is going to be a huge umbrella storyline that will affect the lives of everyone on the show for years and years and years."...says the headwriter. "Fans should be on the edge of their seats!"

Episode #107 - Tuesday, May 9th: - John and Marlena make wild and passionate love to one another even though they don’t remember each other. - Bonnie and Melissa continue to catfight. Bonnie manages to get the upper hand - Max decides once and for all to sever all ties with Abby in order to protect her from his past. - Ivy begs Celeste to come clean about her past before Lexie finds out on her own. - Rex and Mimi re-call their romantic evening. - John and Marlena lay in post-coital bliss in the barn. - Max asks Cassie if she would like to move away with him. - Marlena has a vision of fighting with John and slapping him and she backs away. - Bonnie locks Melissa up in a closet in the basement of the church! - Celeste breaks down and tells Ivy, through tears, that she hates Stefano and curses the day he was born! - Rex and Mimi share a passionate kiss. - Cassie ecstatically agrees to move away with Max. But she secretly worries about what Stefano has in store for the Brady’s at the wedding. - Marlena panics as she begins to remember in the 80’s when she was helping John when he was an amnesiac and she began to think he was the Phoenix, Stefano. She panics and runs away from John. - Ivy tells Celeste that if Stefano is still alive, then he’ll make sure Lexie finds out the truth someday. Ivy can tell by the look on Celeste’s face that Stefano is still alive! - Bonnie prays that she can make it through the wedding without Melissa waking up. She figures once the wedding is over, she can somehow deal with Melissa! - Max and Cassie announce to everyone at the church that they are leaving town after the wedding to move away and be together. Abby is devastated. - Amnesiac John recounts his lovemaking session with the amnesiac woman (Marlena) over and over in his head. He begins to remember more and more about her. - Stefano arranges for Cassie and Tek to have earpieces so they can pick up on his every order. Melissa does not know that Bonnie is talking to her daughter, Mimi, who already knows. - John and Marlena get glimpses of images of them being intimate. They explain that there were times they didn’t get along, but in the end, few things in life can match the relationship sisters have. - Cassie realizes that she’s fallen in love with the Brady’s and cannot carry out Stefano’s plan to destroy them. - Tek pulls Lexie into a kiss. She tries to push him away, but he continues to kiss her. - Abe tells Celeste that he will keep her secret because he believes Tek is up to no good and Lexie would be safer if she stays away from him. - Melissa begins to run out of the church. Bonnie chases after her. - Kayla and Kimberly are upset to see Bo and Hope like this, but they explain that it might be for the best since they are both finding love with other people. - Lexie manages to force Tek off of her. She tells him if he ever comes near her again, then she’ll kill him. She tells him that Abe might be out of her life for her foolish actions, but she’ll never be with him or forgive him for sleeping with her mother or ruining her marriage. - John and Marlena cannot remember how they know each other, but they begin to make wild and passionate love with one another. - Bonnie finds Melissa in the foyer of the church. They begin to catfight. - While all the Brady’s are gathered in the pub catching up on old times with Kimberly and Kayla, Frankie (Billy Warlock) returns after a four-month long absence! All of the Brady’s rejoice as they are all reunited. Shawn and Caroline tear up at the sight of all of their children - Roman, Kimberly, Kayla, Bo, Frankie, and Max together again on one side of the pub, while their grandchildren, Sami, Carrie, Shawn, Zach, J.T., Cassie, and Rex are together on the other end. Celeste enters and silently predicts that death will rock the Brady’s to their core.

Episode #105 - Friday, May 5th: - Shawn and Mimi discuss their wedding, their relationship, and how he left her at the altar when Laura Horton revealed that Claire was really his and how Mimi has known all along. - Abby tells Max that she’s sick of him toying with her. His words say one thing, but when they’re together, she can see he still loves her….she says. She says that she is sick of his games. - Carrie continues to tell Austin that they will not be together because he chose not to believe her. - Max recalls how Abby was shot at the Valentine’s Day dance and how he fears his past is responsible. He speculates that the people in his past would never hurt Cassie because she used to be a Dimera, and they would never cross the Dimera’s. - Jack recalls how Stefano was responsible for Abby’s shooting because he would not kill Shawn Sr. for him. - Ivy and Max bump into each other again and recall how the Cranes were his first sponsor when he was trying to get his start as a racecar driver. He tells Ivy that he will always be grateful to them. She asks him if he ever made a clean break away from Avalon. Max drops his drink. - Mimi joins Rex at Salem Place. They have a romantic date. - Max tells Ivy that he hasn’t heard the name Avalon or said it aloud in ages. Ivy tells Max that she protected him before and she can do it again. Max says that he is old enough to deal with Avalon now, if the time comes. - Lucas continues to comfort Sami over Austin, and he almost confesses his feelings for her. - Rex and Mimi share a kiss before the evening ends. - The morning of the wedding arrives. - Lucas and Sami continue to worry about will and hope that one day he will come home to them. - Meanwhile, Will (re-casted with Taylor Handley) appears on the streets of Boston. Will is dressed in rags. He has dirt on his face. He is homeless and hungry. He enters an abandoned warehouse. He meets up with his friend. He and his friend begin talking about why they’ve run away from home. Will talks about how he has a bad home life, but that’s not really why he has run away. When his friend probes further, Will tells him that he is unsure how to talk to his parents about something and how he can’t keep living that way. Will tells his friend that he is gay! - Roman gathers Anna, Carrie, Sami, Bo, Hope, Shawn, Max, Shawn Sr., Zach, J.T., Cassie, Rex, and Caroline at the pub. The awkwardness between Carrie and Sami, Bo and Hope does not go unnoticed. Everyone wonders what Roman is doing. Shawn Sr. and Caroline tell him they have to get to the church. Suddenly, Roman’s surprise walks in - Shawn and Caroline’s daughters, Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) and Kimberly Brady (Pasty Pease)! - At the church on the morning of the wedding, Bonnie talks on the phone with Mimi. They discuss Tony’s murder. Melissa overhears and is shocked to learn that Bonnie is a murderer!
