  1. I enjoyed today's show. I liked the Portia/Trina scenes where Portia was giving Trina good advice about Ava, and her feelings on the cabin. I also continue to like CS as Victor. I thought it was funny when he called Spencer "Spencer Nikolossovich". He was using the multiple names like an older relative does to get a younger person in line, lol. I wonder if Spencer may actually start to listen to him at least a little and that may help his relationship with Nikolas. Though Laura still doesn't like Victor and is weary of his influence on Spencer/Nikolas.

I thought that the Sonny/Laura and especially the Carly/Nina scenes were good today. I liked seeing Laura give Sonny advice and him being honest with her. Those scenes were nice. And I thought that Carly/Nina scenes were good. Nina is doing a very good job of going toe to toe with Carly. She is not scared of Carly and is holding her own against her. And she's not being screechy, she's more even-keeled on how she's handling things. She handled Carly well.  Though, I did expect Carly to slap her at some point with the stuff she was saying and she ended up doing so lol.

And I wonder who put Liz's wedding ring in her locker.

  2. I enjoyed today's show. The best part of it for me was actually Cam/Esme. Avery Pohl is doing a good job as Esme, I like the scenes where she was talking to Cam about the sadness in her family and the drama that they had. It was interesting. Even Joss was being more sympathetic towards her today. I do wonder who she will end up drugging/who will get drugged at the cabin.

I also liked seeing Spencer/Trina interact again today. I think they will definitely get closer again once he starts working at the gallery. NC looks like he's been working out more.

And I even liked Sonny/Carly's scenes today. I do feel like Sonny answered Carly as honestly as he could about his feelings for Nina. He has them, but I also think he wants to keep his family intact with Carly and wishes he didn't have to deal with his feelings for Nina.

  3. I enjoyed today's show. The Sprina scenes were nice. Trina was happy to be around Spencer today and seemed comfortable with him. I like the chemistry between them and the touching, her touching his back, them holding hands and him caressing it. It was nice and romantic. I also continue to enjoy Spencer's scenes with Victor. They have nice chemistry together and look like they could be related. Esme's facial expression when she was Spencer/Trina holding hands, and when Trina told her she was going on the trip were also amusing. AP did a nice job with the facial expression in those scenes. I am interested in seeing what happens with this cabin trip. Maybe something soapy will happen and Spencer/Trina will kiss and that will create more angst/drama for them and the teen group.

I also enjoyed Lucy/Martin today. Lucy looks good and her Martin were fun together. And I liked seeing Shawn. I was glad to see his name was clear, I wish the show would show more of him, do more with him.

  4. I enjoyed today's show overall. Mainly the scenes at the Q's and at Alexis's home. I liked seeing Drew spend time with Monica and holding Bailey. I also liked seeing him spend time with Scout/Danny. I liked him offering words of comfort to Danny about Jason and bonding more with Scout. The scenes where she gave him the hot pink scarf and them hugging at the end were sweet and cute.

I did think it was interesting how Rocco got testy with him when he offered to take Danny to a game. Rocco was getting territorial regarding Danny when he told Drew that Danny would be going to games with him "and his dad." We may end up seeing some conflict there if Drew gets closer to Danny and maybe Rocco feels he's a threat to the family situation that Sam/Dante have with their kids together.

I also enjoyed Alexis and her children/grandchildren plus TJ and Shawn spending time together. I liked seeing them bond and tease each other, including them teasing Sam about having two men in her life. I also think it's nice that Shawn was made the publisher of The Invader.

  5. Today's show was interrupted towards the end by President's Biden speech. But I enjoyed what was showed. Cam continues to do a great job as Drew. He has nice natural chemistry with people including Liz on today's show. They seemed very comfortable with each other and I enjoyed their scenes. He also had a nice moment with Cam.

I also liked Laura reuniting with her family. It was nice to see her with Kevin again and interacting with Spencer/Cam. Lucy looked like she wanted and tried to make a move on Kevin, with the way she was acting when Laura showed up and how she threw herself on Santa's lap. Only to find out it was really Martin who had switched places so that Kevin/Laura could spend time together.

I would have liked to have seen the rest of the Sprina scenes play out. Someone who caught the rest of the show said that Spencer invited Trina to the tree lighting and Victor told him that he can make a deal with the prosecutor that included, changing his plea to a guilty one like 500 hours of community service, paying Ava restitution and spending 30 days at Spring Ridge:

ETA: There are tweets that Spencer may be working at Spring Ridge instead. Either way it looks like he may end up spending some time there. Maybe he will notice Esme's interaction with Ryan.

And the New Charlotte made her appearance today. She looks to be around the same age as the old, one so it looks like it wasn't the other but older young lady that people were speculating it may have been.

  6. I enjoyed today's show mainly Spencer/Victor, and Laura/Cyrus. Spencer and Victor have nice chemistry together. I enjoyed their interaction and agreed with Victor that you don't have to struggle to become a more virtuous/better person. I wonder if Spencer will end up taking him up on his offer to put him and Esme up at the Metro Court after initially refusing it.

I also like Laura and Cyrus. It looks like Cyrus is at least telling the truth about not trying to kill Laura/Martin this time around. It looks like that was Victor's doing. I am interested in seeing how things shake out in that story. Victor says he considers Laura a worth adversary.

I also thought that Liesl/Scotty were entertaining. Scotty's dislike of Sonny is funny. I thought some of the things he said about Sonny today were funny including calling him "Mitch" instead of Mike and talking about Sonny's relationship with Nina in Nixon Falls. He was going to spill the beans today about that to Carly but Liesl stopped him to protect Nina. I am interested in seeing how he uses that information to defend Nina.

I'm looking forward to Drew interacting with Liz tomorrow. Cam continues to do a great job as Drew. He is sparkly and is has chemistry with a lot of people he's interacted with so far. He looks sparkly in tomorrow's preview with Liz. I wouldn't be surprised if they had chemistry. Though, I am really enjoying him with Sam and think they have really good chemistry.

My family got their boosters. My cousin went to the clinic and the hunky male nurse was there and gave it to him.😂

    I haven't gotten mine yet.

I'm glad your family got their boosters Soapsuds🙂 I hope you can get yours when you can. I do know some people are having to wait for appointments. My dad is getting his through the VA and he has to wait until the 27th of this month to get his. I was fortunate to be able to just walk in and get mine at military facility due to my employer. They have been offering them for a bit now like that now as long as people show military/civilian ID and provide information about your employer.

I'm not sure which pharmacists are offering them and how the availability is looking for them. Though, I know that can vary in different areas. I remember trying to get my flu shot in October at Walgreens and they said it had to be appointment only and they had ran out. I ended up going to CVS that day and getting the flu shot without an appointment.

If anyone is having a hard time getting it through a pharmacy you may can try your local health department. I think ours here is giving out the booster, though it may be by appointment as well.

  8. I got my booster shot on Tuesday through my employer (federal government/military). It was fine. I like the way the medics in the military give them. They give them so quickly and effortlessly; I barely notice when they administer the shot and don't really feel it. It must be the way they are trained to give it. I honestly would rather go to them to get vaccines than a pharmacist.

I hope everyone here and elsewhere who wants to get their booster shots get them in a timely manner.

  9. I enjoyed today's show. I am continuing to really like Cam as Drew. He brings a nice warmth to the role. I liked his interaction with Sam and how emotional she got when she saw him. I also enjoyed his interaction with Scout. She seemed a bit hesitant to be around him at first, because she didn't remember him. But Sam/Dante did a good job of gently explaining a little about his reappearance. They made Scout feel safe which made her less afraid of Drew. When he gave her the unicorn that also made her more receptive towards him. I look forward to watching Cam's Drew interact with Scout. Cam has always been good with kids going back to his days on All My Children. I am looking forward to watching him interact with more of the cast especially Monica and the Q's.

I also liked the Marshall/TJ and Curtis scenes. Marshall did seem a bit theatrical lol, when he kept dancing around who he was at first with TJ. But I'm glad that the truth came out. I'm not surprised that TJ was much more accepting of him than Curtis was. That just seems like that's something TJ would do, it fits his personality.

I also liked the scenes with Sonny/Anna. And it looks like Carly may consider Britt another enemy now that she blames Britt for Jason's death. I do wonder how long Carly will hold onto that animosity towards her. If it will be longer term or if she will let it go sooner, as she finally comes to terms with Jason being gone. (At least for the time being.)

Also, Valentin is definitely angry with Brook Lynn for her lying about Bailey. He had the dog mess up the turkey and insulted her causing Chase to punch him in the face.

  10. Cam looked like he was happy to be away from Cassadine island and ready to start interacting with more people, when he showed up at Sam's door. I am interested in seeing how his interactions with Sam and Scout are. I thought he was good with kids on All My Children.

This is a nice picture of him with KM/Sam and the young girl that plays Scout. They look like a family. The little girl that plays Scout is cute.

Maxie, just hang up the phone, ya idiot 😂😂

I'm really curious what's going to happen to Carly if Sonny and Nina get together; both of her perspective suitors left the show today. Who would be there for her? Drew? Shawn?

    Austin? 🤮

I wonder who they will end up paring her with as well, if Sonny and Nina get together. She always had good chemistry with Shawn. It was still there when he held her hand looking at her engagement ring after he got of prison. I've also seen people speculate she might be paired with Drew. If so I wonder how that would work out. Her and CM did interact years ago in the What if scenarios that ABC did if different characters for their soaps interacted with each other. Who remember those skits lol. She did one as Carly with Cam as Ryan. I thought they had chemistry in this video, granted he was playing Ryan:

I could see them having Drew mix it up with different women on the canvas. I could see him with a range of women from Britt all the way up to the 50 something women on this canvas. I would even says possibly Alexis as well, were he not the father of her granddaughter. I don't think they would put him with her at least not anytime soon due to that.

Drew/Shawn could be two options for Carly, I'm not sure who else they might put her with.

  12. I think that today's show may have been the last day for Jason/SB. I mentioned this already in the episodes thread, but Jason is believed to be stuck underneath the rubble and they showed that at the very end with a Tarot Card. They didn't show a body. I think that's it is for him, at least for now. Though, I think he will continue to be mentioned and people may search for him for a bit more.

Also, Jax got a peaceful exit where he mentioned leaving town to go to Sydney to work on business. He argued a bit with Carly at the end and his final scene was telling Nina not to get too close to Sonny. It looks like neither guy got a really bad exit, or one that could be determined as super final. Though I don't expect at least Ingo back anytime soon if ever. Not sure what may happen with Steve Burton, especially if he changed/changes his mind.

  13. I enjoyed today's show, especially the scenes with Drew. I thought his interaction with Britt was interesting. He was being tender with her, caressing her a little when she in the cave and was trying to comfort her/assure her about Jason. I wonder if the writers might do something with them. And/Or maybe it's just Cam mainly showing Drew having compassion for a woman that cares for his brother. Cam is one that tends to have chemistry with a lot of people, and I am interested in seeing who they may pair Drew with. They may have him mix it up for a bit, while mainly focusing on his daughter.

I also thought that Maxie comforting Brando was interesting. She did a nice job of supporting him when he was worried about Sasha and their baby.

I also like the Sonny/Nina scenes. They continue to have nice chemistry together and Sonny is showing how much he cares about her. Him staying to comfort her when she was worried about Sasha/the baby instead of going to the hospital as he originally planned was proof of that IMO. Also, I wonder what Valentin may end up doing considering how upset he is about finding out that Bailey's isn't his. Chase seemed excited to help Brook Lynn with her lie and I could see this situation bringing them closer together.

It looks like today may have been the last day for both Jax and Jason. They gave Jax a peaceful exit where he mentions that he's going back to Sydney due to business piling up. He told Carly he's not sure when he will be back. He also argued a bit with her about her relationship with Jason and her role in the mob. Jax last scene was him warning Nina to not get sucked back in with Sonny when he saw them together at Charlie's.

Jason is believed to be stuck underneath the rubble in the cave. There was no body and Drew, and Britt hope he's still alive. But I think today's show is the last we will see of him for at least a bit. Though I could see them continuing to search and definitely mentioning him.

  14. I enjoyed today's show and have been enjoying it in general lately. I like that lately we have been seeing more of an ensemble and that multiple storylines have been featured. I've really been enjoying the stuff with Jack/Li lately. I like NM as Li and how she is holding Jack accountable for his actions. I also like the "caught up" look that TK has been portraying as Jack has to face the music regarding his actions. I like how Li is mature and composed as she's dealing with Jack and making him own up to what he did. NM and TK have been excellent in their scenes recently and I have noticed them getting a lot of compliments/appreciation, at least on places like Twitter.

I am also enjoying Finn and continue to enjoy Thomas/Paris and their story with Zende. I think that looks that Thomas gives Paris are very romantic. He really looked like she had rejected him today when she said she was unsure of whether or not she could have dinner with him. I am looking forward to seeing how that story plays out and I do think he will declare feelings for her soon.

  15. I definitely think they could be killing off the Brasha baby. It seemed like their conversation today especially with the way they were throwing out names and the one they decided. (Lavious or whatever they chose lol), indicated this child may not end up living.  I had wondered if the show would give them a happy/healthy birth. I wonder if they may have changed directions to have Brando go darker and back to doing stuff for the mob.

Also, I continue to enjoy CM as Drew. I agree with the poster that says that he has nice chemistry with SB. They do have nice chemistry as brothers, even if they weren't that close. I could have seen a situation if SB had stayed around, where maybe they could have gotten considerably closer.

And while I normally like Brook Lynn, I don't think she came across well today. I thought she came across as very insincere, especially with her tears. She is misleading Valentin about multiple things. She has been lying about the true paternity and maternity of Bailey and hasn't really stopped to think how that would impact people like Valentin and Charlotte who think that Bailey is their relative. Eventually if they had managed to get Peter out of their lives the truth would have come out.

And Brook Lynn failed to think about how to deal with and the people it would hurt. She concocted the pregnancy for self-serving purposes in addition to helping Maxie. She would be better off at this point of just telling Valentin the truth about everything including wanting to protect Bailey from Peter, because he's Maxie's child. I think he would be more understanding (though still hurt) if she did that. I wonder how long this baby lie will go on. Especially since I'm reading from people who get SOD/other spoilers early that now:

    Spoiler

Chase will end up claiming he is Bailey/Louise's father to help Brook Lynn.

If so this lie may continue to drag on, and it's been dragging for a bit now.

  16. I enjoyed today's show. It was a bit "meatier" than B&B has been in a while. I thought that the Jack/Li scenes were interesting. TK and especially NM did good work in the reveal scenes today. Her reaction and the look she gave to learning that Jack was really Finn's biological father was soapy. And I continue to like Finn and that he's a good hearted character. I am interested in seeing how he responds when he learns the truth about Jack being his biological father.  I also like the Thomas/Paris/Zende stuff. Zende is going to propose to Paris, but Thomas has feelings for her. I am interested in seeing how things play out in there.

  17. I liked today's show overall. Nina and Shawn have nice chemistry. They also look good together. I could see them getting closer especially since Shawn told her he would like to be her friend and gave her his number. Nina/Sonny continue to have nice chemistry as well and I liked that they were both supportive of Phyllis managing Charlie's. I'm glad that Phyllis will be sticking around.

I also liked seeing Scott talk to Cam and offer to give him advice. And it was nice seeing Alexis out of prison and her and Dante having a nice conversation with each other, where he told her believed she had paid her debt and to forgive herself. I also continue to wonder about the mysterious man Marshall, I do think he's Curtis's dad and is looking out for him. I wonder if he's connected to the mob or what type of guy he really is.

I dont think this estrangement will last too long between Nik & Spencer & Esme aint gonna be happy

I wonder how long this estrangment will last. Granted I do want Spencer to have some distance from Nikolas because Nikolas has been a terrible father to him since he's come back. And has constantly put Ava above his any of his son's needs. But I don't like him turning his back all the way on his family name/wealth. Cassadine is a part of his makeup for better or worse. I do wonder how things will shake out there. Plus, I don't like how he's constantly being written to act on what other people say all of the time.

He's a smart young man and he should be able to come to some decisions on his own, (though good guidance helps). He's been heavily influenced by Nikolas, Esme and now Trina. He's mainly made big decisions to please them and I wish he would be more driven on his own to better himself. Not because he's constantly groveling wants/needs somebody's love and/or respect. Plus, I do not like the constant behind kissing of Ava for Trina. Her animosity today for Spencer mainly being driven by that doesn't sit well for me. If it was Portia I could understand it better, but not Ava. Who has done far worse than Spencer though Trina think she walks on water.

I am interested in seeing how things play out. Spencer does need a good lawyer. Maybe Alexis will be able to help him. I think it would be interesting watching her defend him. I also thought he did make good points today about needing to support himself, not everything he said was just about trying to get money to be rich again. I like him best as a rich kid, so maybe he can find a way to become independent wealthy or at least comfortable. Maybe he can think of some sort of business venture. Heck, maybe even him and Cam may end up going into business together at some point.

  19. I thought that today's show was good overall. But I actually didn't like the way that some of the Sprina stuff played out especially at the very end. (Though, I think that is going to be an unpopular opinion amongst people in that fanbase at least on places like Twitter.) I actually thought that Trina was a bit too harsh on him and I don't like that most of her anger seemed to be driven by her blinded admiration/worship of Ava. Spencer has made mistakes, but the way she was going on at him today and mainly for Ava was a bit much. The scene where Spencer basically disowning Nikolas/his Cassadine name/wealth at the end was also a bit much.

Granted, I did/do wanted Spencer to get distance from Nikolas and I think it would be good if he became more independent. But he didn't have to disown his entire family name and all of that. Trina told him to be his own man and not to do stuff to impress people, but he seems like he did all of that to impress her. IMO, He needs to want to be better for himself, more than for anyone else, even Trina. And I do not like the constant Ava worship from Trina.

Also, Esme is a troublemaker. It looks like she's definitely trying to push Joss/Cam into bed for some reason or another. I still hope they will end up developing her more. And I still wonder about the mysterious man that beat him. I wonder who (possibly Papa Ashford/Granddaddy Ashford) background really is. Is he a mobster/gangster/criminal, a vigilante. And/or beat Joey up because he's really protective of Curtis. He beat him down pretty badly, and I wonder what the story is there.

  20. If this is true, the show can move on and feature other men more. They do have a lot of men in Steve's/Jason's age range. I would like to see them elevate/do more with Sean Blackmore/Shawn on the show. He is handsome, charismatic and has good chemistry with a lot of people. They can possibly move him back in Carly's direction and do Sonny/Nina.

Cameron Mathison has also been doing a nice job as Drew and is one that tends to have chemistry with different people. They can really integrate him back into the Quatermaine fold. Shawn/Drew could be featured more in place of Jason's absence and they can even throw some more airtime to someone like Chase. He's not in that age range, but he's likeable and deserves to be featured more IMO.

  21. I enjoyed today's show overall. I liked when Trina grabbed Spencer's hand in concern when she noticed that he was burned. It wasn't even a large burn but she seemed very concerned for him. And he seemed happy about that, he also seemed happy when she told him she couldn't trust her feelings for him. Trina is still very hesitant doesn't really trust Spencer right now and wants him to prove himself. I think he's growing as a person and will become a better person. (Though I still hope he has a bit of an edge to him) I'm also glad it looks like he wants to move away from trying to so hard to get Nik's love. He may try and keep distance for Nik for a bit, and I don't blame him at all for doing that. He's better off doing better for himself.

I had thought that Esme would bring up Joss/Cam's romantic life and that would make Joss feel uncomfortable.  I wonder if Esme will continue to use that to poke at Joss or try and get at Cam in some way. It also looks like Esme overheard Joss's/Trina's conversation about Spencer visiting her. Esme looked upset about that and I could see her becoming more aware of their closeness and that causing problems.  And I think that Joss will go into more detail with Trina about her conversation with Esme about Cam/Spencer.

I liked that Shawn called Nikolas out for his actions. I do wonder what Shawn will end up doing now that Nikolas told him Hayden knew he had her shot. Hopefully they find something for Shawn to do and give him a good storyline.

I also like Harmony/Alexis's conversation about Alexis possibly taking the deal, her feelings about her Cassadine family members and Alexis being afraid to leave the prison. Harmony provided Alexis with some really good insight. Their conversation was interesting.

And I was a little surprised to see Drew pop up when he did, but him facing off with Jason was okay. I wonder when Drew will end up going back to normal.

Smh. I just can't. And that became clear for me when I landed back here in San Diego and just saw (whether they are vaccinated or not) people walking around in cool weather la-de-da without any hint of social distancing. Such a culture shock funnily enough from being in Manhattan the last few days. Whether they like it or don't like, NYC had such a vibe of taking it seriously...or not...but being more respectful of others.

Due to some unnecessary work drama on my trip, I might be taking you up on usajobs.gov. ;)

I saw that first thing this morning. I was WOW.

lol.  I don't know if you have ever applied to jobs on that site before, but if you really would like to try and get another job here are some tips for you for applying if you haven't. (I apologize if I posted these steps before, I can't remember if I have lol.) You want to make sure that you put the description of the job responsibilities on your resume. Though, you don't want to do it for word for word. They ask people not to do that. But you can reword it in a way that still mentions/highlight the key job responsibilities. You also need to make sure you put the full tenure of each job you have up there. (like January 2020-September 2021) up there. They will look for that and a an application can be rejected due to that. And you are an expert at everything when it comes to responses on the questionnaire  they give you. Either that or an experienced journeyman for everything, depending on what type of job you are applying for like a WG job.

I actually got hired on a contract back in April 2020 when Covid first started really becoming rampant. Our Department/Agency had a lot of people that were high risk sent home for a year with pay. I believe they got to continue to acquire retirement/vacation time as well when they were off. I found out about job openings through an acquaintance of my dad and asked about it in person. I gave them my resume and got hired quickly. I didn't go through the original application process when I was first hired on. Later on when I was applying for permanent jobs I did and my application got rejected/kicked back a few times. This was due to things I didn't know about/not having information posted the way they wanted. They are pretty specific on what they want on a resume/application, it's important for people to try and get things right earlier on. But I finally did and ended up becoming permanent later on.

There are some decent federal jobs out there with good benefits. And there might be several jobs openings popping up, if people won't get vaccinated. I wish you and anyone else that might want to get a federal job good luck if you apply for one. 🙂

  23. Nikolas continues to go downhill as a character. On today's show he actually asked Spencer if Sam and Molly of all people were trying to drive a bigger wedge between the two of them. (When he was trying to figure out who had put Spencer up to questioning him about Hayden's shooting.) Sam/Molly who he hasn't interacted with in a while (And Molly is barely on), and who are preoccupied with other things.

Especially Sam who is trying to find out if the father of one of her children is still alive. Though Nik doesn't care about that, because he spends most of his time either worshipping Ava or antagonizing/alienating Spencer. It's something that he would even think to accuse them of trying to set him up, it's just goes to show once again he doesn't really seem to pay attention to much or really care about anyone but himself and Ava.

The confrontation between them didn't go quite as I expected. Spencer shoved him only after Nikolas grabbed him to see if he was recording him. And Nikolas shoved him as well, tried to rough him up a bit. I had thought that Spencer might disown Nikolas but he didn't. At the end of the day he still loves that bonehead he calls father. I believe he really didn't want Nikolas to be found guilty of Hayden's shooting and that he was more disappointed than anything with Nikolas. He even tried to give Nikolas a bit of an out when he asked him his motivation behind having Hayden shot. But Nikolas once again fails to take responsibility for his actions. I do believe he continues to be headed towards a fall. I am interested in seeing how his conversation with Shawn goes tomorrow.

I also am glad to see Spencer/Trina interacting on tomorrow's show. I'm glad he's going to confide in her at the gallery. I think there is a shift going on with Spencer's character. He seems to behaving better since he admitted to the stalking and gotten a job. I think he's maturing more and that will bode well for him and Trina's romance.

I also liked the Sam/Dante/Carly/Sonny scenes today. The scenes between them were warm and amiable.

I'm also glad that Britt found Liesl. I thought that her scenes with her and Jason swimming in their scuba gear in Greece were okay.
